I like to think that Vulcans who come to understand that Humans just can’t try to process emotions the same way as them, it’s just healthiest to let it out in harmless ways, decide that venting and stuff should be taken just as seriously as Vulcan’s meditation time, and will encourage the Humans around them to complain about what’s upsetting them
People who are used to aloof Vulcans who avoid Humans at all cost running into one comforting a Human
“-and then they said my cheesecake was subpar, and they didn’t even bring a dish!!!”
“The purpose of this event was that every participant brings a food item of sorts, correct?”
“Yeah!!”
“And they did not follow this rule while insulting dishes that were brought?”
“Mostly just my dish but yeah >:(“
“How illogical”
“That’s what I’m saying!!!”

This is a question about the show. I saw some people saying it’s unfair Daphne be the next Queen of Domino, because Bloom save the planet. So, What you think about it? Bloom should be the next queen, or defy Daphne?
I think it’s should be Daphne, because she probably was been training for it to her whole life. And Bloom doesn’t seems to be ready for that.
I mean, from the writer's perspective, making Daphne the heir to the throne saves them from getting into trouble with Bloom/Sky – which is very much the end goal here, no matter how we might feel about it. Because if the only possible queen of a planet marries the king of another planet, they get into some reeeeaaal weird inheritance issues. They could always pull another eraklyian heir out of their ass and have Sky be Bloom's trophy husband on Domino, but they're very much pushing the hero/princess dynamic with them and I doubt they would downgrade Sky like that.
Leaving that aside, I am a huge fan of Queen Bloom. It doesn’t do a whole lot for her canon goals and needs, sure, but. Rule of cool, u know? She's a pretty decent leader, a powerful fairy and would look fantastic on a throne. I don’t think governing an entire planet is something a human can be really ready for, but I think she could grow into it! HOWEVER. In any scenario that I would imagine her getting crowned in, Daphne stays dead.
If Daphne lives, she's… well, the older one? Winx Club isn’t an inheritance drama, so there's not much emphasis put on the rules of that, but it just seems reasonable. She's older, she's a godlike nymph, she literally died to protect the Dragon Flame. (To protect her sister. But the dragon flame is the relevant part in that context) She's been an only child for about 16 years, it seems pretty obvious that she's been the intended heir since the beginning.
Add to that that Bloom has given no indication at any point to have political ambitions or aspirations to queendom, and you've got the perfect solution: an adult who is both prepared and willing to rule, and a slightly younger adult who gets to hang out with her friends, fight evil and occasionally call in favors with big sis when people get in her way. Living the dream!

Okay, I’m seeing a couple people thinking Icicle Yeti will be the character we saw in Frost Queen’s flashback
But if I’m going honest, I don’t think that’s true? I mean sure, I could be proven wrong and they somehow became Icicle Yeti (though if that were the case I’d expect IY to be a Super Epic, though it’s also possible CRKNews was wrong about the rarity and they are SE), but as far as I can tell this is is just a normal cookie that just existed in the past, nothing else
And also I’m pretty sure this Cookie is just birch, the hair has the same pattern as the bark. And I don’t think birch tress have anything to do with yetis

ted lasso season 3 was more muddled than anything. i mean it was less ted focused, which is fine but then there were too many plot lines that didnt get to shine and i feel like the show wanted to do more but was limited with the short run time of the overall season.
like the payout for a lot of the plots didn’t land and you are left feeling untethered for a lot of the characters where the previous seasons were laying foundation for their arcs. and a lot needed to be shoehorned in at the end to close up some loose ends. and it left some plots and characters just not concluded well because the ensemble wasn’t utilized well.
i enjoyed the bit about football but the rest is eh for such a show that had so much foundation for more

Christ alive, just woke up to someone picking a fight with me over the concept of adopting fictional kids, in a very aggressive way: someone who didn't even follow me and thought my fictional f/os were OCs despite their clear sources in my bio.
If anyone actually wants to have a productive and private discussion about how that's handled in my familial selfships and my personal feelings on adoption as a kid who spent years getting bounced around other families (and as a person who's considering being a foster parent in a financially stable future), then that's cool and fine.
For the moment, if I accidentally blocked that person's sideblog and they're still interacting with my blog with a different username but I can't see them anymore, please let me know. I've had that happen before and I'm not 100% sure if tumblr has fixed that ridiculous feature but I would appreciate the help from anyone who sees this post <3
