May I humbly request, some Fallen AU headcanons when it comes to their underground world?

hell yeah you can

if u know Hollow Knight, u know the big Wyrm skeleton. Emperor’s main island in the Isles (granted it also stretches out over a few other islands) is still made up of the Titan’s skeleton, tho its not as put together since many of the pieces have fallen into the Void, where they refuse to decay or be swallowed up, somehow. The skull of the Titan rests atop Belos’s castle.

Most things, like in Hollow Knight, are just made of rock and homes are either placed on top of it or dug into nooks n burrows. sometimes you’ll find the  occasional stubborn weed but the place where the REAL plants are @ is the Greenpath, bc yes I kept the name, tho its often also just called the Garden. theres no section where it eases into the plants its either no plants or All Plant. tho some bodies of water have plants scattered around them. its considered a huge crime to steal plants from Greenpath.

glowy shit EVERYWHERE. glowy bugs, glowy fungus, glowy orbs, glowy weird jellyfish things, glowy streetlamps, glowy crystals, you cannot escape it. Luz can practically b a lil Lightbulb only most of the lights in the Boiling Isles are shades of blue, purple, and sometimes green. with the occasional red. so unless Luz wants to go find the Infection-infested Hive, she sticks out.

they have no real ‘night and day’ cycle. theres a ‘common time’ thats somewhat similar to our own (a few hours off at most) but its not a strict thing. glowy orbs are always on so people pretty much can take any and all hours of work bc they can sleep and be awake whenever. theres no ‘its easier to sneak at night bc people are sleep and its dark’ because they simply don’t have a nighttime. theres still a good few bugs awake during the off hours of ‘common time’. ain’t no night-owls or morning people here.

Bat Queen’s home is at the edge of the Boiling Isles, on whats called the Forest Wall. its a small isle at the far corners with huge stalagmites and stalactites, even a few trees, tho many are withered and dying. the sharp rocks and trees grow off of the island and onto the walls and ceiling of their corner, some even grow down into the Void-filled trench. its bendy and twisty and you can’t tell up from down. palismans in this au are like ways to help control and harness their kind of ‘magic’, and if misused or forgotten then the Bat Queen takes them.

theres also that Fungal Wastes place where many sentient Shrooms live and often those who fall in there get mutated and its a common wives tale that any odd-looking bugs/demons had fallen into the Fungal Wastes. Eda and Lilith would sneak in there sometimes and needless to say they are Heavily wanted down there. in conclusion; Eda w her staff: Tell me the name of God you fungal piece of shit Some shroom who wants her to Leave: can you feel your heart burning? can you feel the struggle within? your fear within me is beyond anything your soul can make. you cannot kill me in a way that matters. Cuphead/BATIM AU Fanfic: The Third Brother

Chapter 1 / Chapter 2 / Chapter 3 / Chapter 4

   Seven years have passed, and Bendy was now as old as his brothers were when they first met him. His brothers were now 16 years old, but they still played with him. In fact, they were just now playing tag outside their house. Sadly, during the growing years, Elder Kettle had moved on, and the brothers had their mourning. But the brothers were happy today, all they were busy with was that Bendy was it. But their happiness faded when they noticed an old enemy near their yard. Bendy’s eyes widened when he saw the horned figure and held tight onto Cuphead.    Sure enough, it was the Devil. He had a grin on his face, and it wasn’t a genuinely happy one. It was the evil-looking grin that he genuinely wore. On another note, demons remembered everything from their past all the way to birth, so Bendy immediately recognized him as his biological father. And he remembered all the abuse the Devil gave him, so he clutched Cuphead pretty tight. Cuphead meanwhile had a defensive look on his face, glaring at the Devil. They all knew what, or rather, who he was here for. “Give me the boy.”    Mugman got in front of Cuphead and Bendy, “You can’t have him back, Devil! He’s in our custody!” Devil hissed, “You’re wrong. He was in your grandfather’s custody. Now that the boiled water man is dead, that brat is mine now!” Upon hearing this, Bendy buried his face deep into Cuphead’s chest. He got to know Elder Kettle the least, and he wasn’t really over his death that much. Bendy was sobbing loudly.  This pissed the two even more now. “We defeated you once! We can do it again!” The Devil scoffed, “You haven’t fought anyone in seven years, you most likely have forgotten your fighting abilities. Now, Lucifer, come to me. Come to your father…” Bendy hadn’t been referred as his real name for a while, but the memory of it was still in his head with all of the others.    And the memories of that name also reminded him of the times he’d been beaten up by something who didn’t deserve to be called his father. After a couple of seconds, Bendy got out of Cuphead’s grasp and walked up to the Devil. His older brothers gasped… Bendy’s forehead was starting to drip with ink. A sign his demonhood was coming up to him. The cups looked at each other in worry and fear. The demon looked at the Devil… and he let out an ear-piercing roar. One loud enough to make any glass in Inkwell Isle explode. And it went like this: “MY NAME IS BENDY!!!”    The Devil froze. He was about to move when the younger demon lunged at him. Surprisingly, the Devil was little to no match as he was beaten, slashed, and bitten to a near-bloody pulp by what was once called his son. Just when Bendy could strike a final blow, the Devil picked up all his strength to… get up and run away, screaming. “YOU CAN HAVE HIM!” He cried as he ran back off to his place. The cups stared at Bendy, eyes wide as plates. “Bendy…” The demon regained his mind when he heard and frantically cried, “Guys! I’m sorry! I didn’t-” But he was interrupted by Cuphead; “That was awesome!” Mugman agreed. In fact, everyone on Inkwell Isle heard about the whole thing. Before what happened, a lot of the toons on Inkwell Isle avoided Bendy as best as possible no matter how nice he acted to them, fearing he could be like his father. However, after Bendy beat up the Devil himself, everyone knew that he wasn’t going to be like that at all. They all congratulated him for his no-holds-barred beatdown! And all three brothers were very proud and happy after that. 

Sooooo, how ya doin'? Surviving work? Surviving being a comic parent? How's the gang, we haven't seen an update abt them in a month.

Sorry guy's, the next update is so close to being done. But I got a deadline for work so that takes priority.

Like I've said before I want to get a more consistent schedule going for BATFI, but work is currently kicking my buns. And I just got over a nasty cold so that doesn't help haha.

But good news is that I should be done with my current work project by tomorrow! So that means I'll have more time for the comic! So hopefully here in the next week you guys will finally see some updates. Along with a better update schedule, because I need structure in my life lol.

But as a little bonus, Because you all are very patient and I appreciate the lot of you. Here's one of the panels I had the most fun drawing in the next update.
