Wish we had more fics where Dream was allowed to just be a background character

Dream who is a bartender and shares a shift with vigilante Tommy. He doesn't have any special powers or is a secret villain or anything, he is a good friend and has a sandwich always ready for Tommy when he arrives for his shift

Dream in an alien au who owns a clothing store human ranboo steals a discuise from after he escapes poachers (Dream definitely saw them, but he's not about to fight something that fucking tall)

Dream who is just an informant broker and sells Tubbo some info about a place hes going to break into. Hes scary and smart and respected and he doesn't appear for the rest of the fic

I wish Dream got to have the casual fun appearance all other characters get to have, because the only time he gets these he's a evil terrible villain

They should've never risked it. There were clouds in the sky and (because of TOMMY's restricted diet as a vegan creature) they still decided to go looking for those stupid fucking watermelons. They NEVER should've left the circle. This was all Tommy's fault.

"Stop stressin Tubs, we'll be back before anyone misses us. Ran said there's a jungle only a mile off!"

"Ranboo also told James he'd let him out of that cobblestone box." Tubbo pointed out. Tommy snickered a little remembering Ranboo's face as he got lectured by Phil after that incident.

Tommy had tears rolling down his face as he tried to drag his best friend through the downpour. With the rain obscuring his view he could only see around 5 feet ahead. There were no caves open.

The storm made the ground muddy. The storm made Tubbo incredibly weak. The storm wet Tommy's feathers and made him significantly slower. The storm made monster spawns more frequent. The storm made the monsters able to roam freely. The storm gave them an extremely small likelihood to survive.

"Yea, well you try eating bread every day of your life. I'm sure you'll be willing to risk trusting Ranbus after a while."

All Tommy could do was try to pull faster when a skeleton showed up and started shooting at them.

All he had was a stone sword, not even a shield to block the arrows from hitting them. He couldn't let go and fight the skeleton, it might start shooting at the currently paralyzed from rain Tubbo. Tommy wouldn't even consider taking that risk.

Even if Tommy was able to kill the skeleton before it hurt either of them (which was highly unlikely) he couldn't waste all of that time not getting Tubbo out of the storm. Every minute out here made the painful recovery period longer.

Tommy saw a curve of the mountain ahead of him. He couldn't see over it. If he jumped he should be able to carry Tubbo and still slow the fall to where they don't get injured. It could be home. It was much more likely to be a forest, or something even more dangerous.

It was when Tommy looked behind himself that the skeleton shot an arrow right through his shoulder. Tommy had never experienced so much pain in one moment. He tried and failed to cover up the screaming that followed.

There was nothing else to do. They were fucked.

Tommy looked to the edge of the mountain.

The arrow stuck out from his shoulder.

The skeleton began to draw another arrow.

"Okay bossman, I'll go with you. Only cus your my best friend though."

...

Tommy summoned all his strength, picked up Tubbo, and jumped.

Unfinished animation im working on!

Benchtrio centric hero/villain/vigilante au in which Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo are infamous vigilantes who protect their sectors when no hero will, unfortunately thats against the law

*eye roll*

So the hero league sends 3 of their best heros to take these "wrong doers" down. Benchtrio fight relentlessly, but they're no match against Sirens beckoning calls, much less the giant beating wings of The Angel, or the calculated attacks from The Blade. So they fall, and are taken away, unconscious and bloodied from the battle. When they wake up, they find themselves in a safe with a missing member. Where was Tommy? They could only hope everything was okay, but their flowing imagination didnt help to keep their worry at bay. They could have killed him! Days pass with no signs of them being able to escape until they hear a banging at the wall. This is it. Cornerd here with no energy, they would die at the hands of the heros. Turns out its just Tommy lol
