🪐 ASTROCARTOGRAPHY 🌙

Don't steal, don't repost 👹🔪.

Astrocartography is a tool used in locational astrology. Essentially, it shows you a map based on the planets' placements based on the time and place you were born. It's a fun tool to show you places that are most affected by a planet's energy. When you have no idea where to go or travel, you can use this. But don't base your whole life decisions on this tool, you can still go wherever you want, it just shows you the places that are best recommended and least recommended but don't let it restrict you! It's just for fun!

I use astro.com's astrocartography tool called astroclick travel.

Put the required information to store the data of your birth chart in the website, if you haven't already. Remember to choose female or male in the gender part of the birth data entry because astroclick travel won't work if the data is stored as "event/other." In astro.com's homepage, click free horoscopes, then click locational astrology, and under locational astrology, click astroclick travel.

🥀 THE PART OF FORTUNE

When you pull up your astrocartography map, the red symbol of the part of fortune is always on the place of your birth. Person B was born in Paris, France so their part of fortune is on Paris.

🥀 VERTICAL LINES AND HORIZONTAL WAVES

The Vertical Lines are the planets/mc lines and planets/ic lines while the horizontal waves are the planets/asc line and planets/dc line.

This is Person B's astrocartography map as an example:

🥀 ZENITHS

The Circles in the planets/mc lines are called zeniths. This is where the maximum effect of the planet is felt. For example, if you want to go somewhere where you want to feel the ultimate effects of Venus, you know, maybe where you want to increase the chances of finding love or harmony, or maybe you're an artist or a fashion designer and you want to be in a place where you can have a massive pump of energy and inspiration to create an artwork, possibly your masterpiece, then the zenith area is absolutely recommended. Others say this is where you find the people that will love you for the whole of your life, soulmates and all that.

What if the zenith is in the middle of the ocean or other large bodies of water and I really want to visit my *insert planet* zenith? Then try to book a cruise ship or fly on an airplane (if there's ships and planes that go to those areas but if not- well, I hope the planet's line in of itself will suffice.)

Ex. This image shows Person B's saturn/dc line on the bottom left, venus/mc line and zenith, mercury/mc line and zenith and neptune/dc line on the right. As you can see, the zeniths are in the middle of the ocean. Honestly, most of Person B's planet zeniths (the little circles) are in the middle of the ocean as you can see in their astrocartography map above (the 2nd image).

🥀 ADDITIONAL HARMONIOUS AND DISHARMONIOUS/HARD ASPECT LINES:

As you can see in the image below, there's a "with harmonious aspect" and "with disharmonious aspect" option. Click those if you want to see additional lines. Though their energies or effects are lesser in amount compared to the major ac, dc, mc, ic lines.

Extra: You see that "Scalable Map" tab? Click and choose there if you want to focus alone on a specific area or continent like Europe, Africa, etc.

Then boom! Look at this humongous amounts of lines everywhere, it's like a really big tangle of yarns or a spider's web! This may overwhelm some so try to take it easy and focus on the major lines first before diving into these. Note that the additional lines are thinner compared to the major lines that are thick.

🥀 PLANET LINES:

If you know the meaning of the planets, apply that to what these lines means. These are just my generalizations of what each planetary line means.

Sun Lines: Bright yellow lines. They have something to do with your ego and uplifting yourself, where you might feel yourself shine and be bright and happy the most- if it's a favorable line. Places where you can feel to be noticed and attract attention the most. Where you can be surrounded by many people and gain popularity. Recommended if you want to boost your career, especially if it has to do with the public and fame. But if it's a hard/disharmonious aspect line, then the sun's energy is restricted and can be quite challenging.

Moon Lines: The moon lines are a nice shade of dark blue. They have something to do with your emotions, your wellbeing, etc. All the things having to do with the moon. For example, if you want to be somewhere where you want to be inspired to write a really emotional piece of poetry, story or film then try these places. Or if you just want to be in tune with your emotions and soul, meditate and relax, chill and be cozy then go here.

Mercury Lines: Light Green. Places where your mind can be stimulated the most, communicate easily and just inhale information and stuff. Where your mind can be at ease the most and thinking at its higher brain power. Recommended if you want to find a place where you want to study like go to college or something, enter educational programs, etc.

Venus Lines: Dark Green. Places where you can find love, be lovely and in harmony, do art and other venusian things. Like I said, if you're an artist or designer, try to go here if you want to create something special and all that. Or if you just want to live that venusian, fairytale movie like life and just be at peace. If you have a night/nocturnal birth chart, venus places can be the most beneficial places to go to since it's benefic in a night chart.

Mars Lines: Red. Where you can feel passionate at most, highly energized and pumped up. These are the places you can go to if you want to do very energetic activites like hiking or just want to feel hyped up in general. It can also be challenging though because these can affect your mood and you might be mad easily in these places, etc. Others don't really recommend the mars areas because they note that it can be dangerous and risky, disaster zones. If you have a night chart especially, the martian areas can be the most challenging since it's malefic in a night chart.

Jupiter Lines: Pink lines. It is said that these areas are one of the best places you can go to. Especially if you have a day chart since jupiter is benefic here. These are the places where you can feel happy, optimistic and adventurous. Where the vibe and energy can be positive and relaxing the most. Also the places where one's luck is increased. Which is why these places are recommended in relation to your career.

Saturn Lines: Brown. Places where you can be restricted, be faced with responsibility. These are the places you can go to to be disciplined or if you want to be challenged. Where you can face your ambitions/goals and challenge yourself and others. These places are challenging and can be hard especially to people with a day chart since saturn is malefic here.

Uranus Lines: Sky blue. Places where you can face a lot of changes. Whether to your career or self. Places where you can get away from the mundane to encounter exotic and great once-in-a-lifetime experiences to develop yourself. These are the places you can go to if you want to feel absolutely wild and free and independent. You may encounter unique and one-of-a-kind people on here you can befriend and bond with. They'll be unforgettable and vice versa.

Neptune Lines: Purple. Places where you can hone your spiritual and emotional being. Where you can be more private and secure from the rest of the world, just in harmony with yourself. You'll encounter more experiences and opportunities to hone abilities like your intuition. And you may also encounter more mystical or supernatural related things on here that can help you.

Pluto Lines: Black. These places can be intense and stressful. Similar to saturn and mars combined together but like twice the effect. These are the places where you can be forced to face transformations on your life. Experiences that may be hard to deal with. Places where you will encounter major challenges after challenges and problems. It can either feel as if the universe is just sending you lessons to help you or the universe is against you.

Chiron Lines: Black. You can go to these places to heal yourself or help others heal themselves. These are the places where you can put your mind and self, your worries and wounds to rest. Where you can find ways or experiences that can be therapeutic to you. Also can motivate you to contemplate and look at your life and origin.

North Node Lines: Black. These places are like unfamiliar territory, the kind of places that take you out of your comfort zone. You will encounter many experiences on here that will push you to change certain views and values, make you think differently. These are the places you can go to if you want a life-changing experience that can change the trajectory of your life path. There's like a calling from these places, like you're bound for something to happen on here, like your karmic path.

🥀 CROSSINGS

Crossings are like the conjunctions in a regular astrology chart. These are when lines cross or intersect/meet each other. These are the areas that when the planets cross each other- their energy becomes intertwined or combined together.

Ex. The image below shows the A) crossing of Venus and Jupiter, B) crossing of Venus and Chiron, C) crossing of Mercury and Chiron, D) crossing of Mercury and Mars, E) crossing of Mercury and Jupiter, and F) crossing of Sun and Mars.

🥀 FREE INTERPRETATIONS

Astro.com's astroclick travel has free interpretations or general informations about what each line and zenith means. Just click on a specific line, crossing or zenith and a block of text will appear either beside the map or at the bottom.

The crossings of major lines also have free interpretations on astro.com, just click on them and the block of text will appear. Sometimes, you have to be really precise on clicking the point of crossings though so that the text will appear which is why I recommend zooming in and then click.

The additional lines have free interpretations too but most of the time they're shorter since their effects are mostly similar to the major ones, just lesser. The crossings of these extra lines don't have interpretations though but again, it's just similar to the interpretations given for the major line crossings, you can easily put two and two together.

8th house synastry, Scorpio, Aries, Capricorn Moon observations 🦂8️⃣❤️‍🔥

❤️‍🔥 Capricorn Moons often feel emotionally muted. When they expressed their feelings it was looked down upon by their parents as if they are over-reacting.

8️⃣ Scorpio Moon and Aries Moon can be kind, considerate only until their social battery dies out. Then they are so overwhelmed and need alone time that they become blunt, straight-forward and honest.

🦂 I feel like I could talk about 8th house synastry forever, but still couldn’t come up with a conclusion. Often times when you start having arguments, conflict, disagreements it can point to you two being too close to each other already. 8th house really means you respect individual boundaries and give space to the other to have their own life apart from relationship. So when you are too close, you have tension. But if you just allow each other more space, the person may come back on their own quickly.

❤️‍🔥 Also I noticed 8th house synastry points to wanting things fast and almost rushing it. However, I think these connections have the potential to last for 10 years, if you just don’t rush the other to please your own selfish desires first. Because usually 8th house sign makes you rather selfish. You only want them doing that for you for example.

8️⃣ And even if you already ended a connection with your 8th house person you could still have MIXED feelings about them. Like you could be relived that you are staying away from them, but still you often compare other new people to them or desire that deep connection you had with others that are new, but it’s almost like they fail. You might even subconsciously try to connect with other people of that sign over your 8th house. Like if your person was Capricorn Sun and you have Capricorn over the 8th house, you might look for other Capricorn Suns, because their ENERGY seems so familiar to you. But that’s more often when that previous Capricorn Sun is STILL “in your energy field”.

🦂 Another thing I noticed: you might be sooo CURIOUS about what sign over your 8th house thinks about your friends, what do they like or dislike the most about you. Even if they said they like you yesterday, you might still doubt it today or want to hear it again.

❤️‍🔥 8th house can sometimes feel like a therapist for the planet person in synastry.

8️⃣ If you Capricorn Venus, it indicates that your partner might reminisce about how you were when they met you A LOT. They might often comment on the first moments you met. Like they might say to you that they really like how you smiled so much, even though now you might be more composed and reserved.

🦂 I think in the early stages of 8th house synastry, the other person will say or do something that will trigger you due to unpleasant previous experience or situation. For example: person always goes out partying with their friends every Friday, but you are more of a homebody, because you don’t feel safe at parties. And there will be this feel like the other person is saying or doing things on purpose to annoy you. When in reality they might not even be aware that this triggers you or you two are just different in terms of habits or likes, dislikes etc.

❤️‍🔥 People LOVE break-up songs of Capricorn Venus native. Or those that have Venus at a Capricorn degree. Even Venus Saturn aspects.

8️⃣ You might often test each other in 8th house synastry as well. Because the bond seems so deep, intense from the get go, you won’t trust the feeling, therefore not fully trust the person, because you will feel like they “put a spell on you”. So you might both do things that test each other’s limits or to get an opinion.

🦂 But because you’ll feel like you naturally trust the 8th house person, you might be really honest with them and straight-forward (more than with other people). And this is where telling each other fears, secrets or desires stems from.

❤️‍🔥 I noticed Capricorn Moons a lot of the times are not that stereotypically hard-working. If there are other siblings in the family, they might actually be the one that works hard the least. I think this is because they only value what has survived through time and if they achieved that themselves. Like if they started that project themselves or if they want to continue a tradition of something.

8️⃣ Scorpio Moon can often times come across almost as a Gemini. Because they have this magnetic, bubbly side and the deep, brooding more intense one. And they can switch moods rather quickly and it depends in which environment they are spending time.

Sagittarius Risings (1st House cusp) tend to be attracted to people younger than them similarly to Capricorn Risings. Sagittarius has Gemini on the 7th house cusp which is one of the signs associated with youth. No this isn't weird question at all!

12th house indeed have more interpretations other than spirituality. Houses in general have more broad keywords tho one topic is highlighted heavily

1. Understanding Your Unconscious Desire

Your 12th house which said to be the house that's activated before you born to the world is also the house that represent unconcious desire. Unconscious desire in this 12th house abode tho means it's the desire that you may be ashamed to accept although most of the times it's nothing wrong at all

Natives with Taurus in 12th house along with Jupiter may desire to be seen as conventionally beautiful (Taurus ruled by Venus) and have amount of wealth (Jupiter). It's unconscious desire that's hidden cuz sometimes to say that you want to be seen as pretty by other people also means that you need to accept that in current time, you either not see yourself as pretty or you think people don't see yourself as pretty. The same as wanting wealth means that at some times, you have to accept that you are not living in level of wealthiness that you want that you desire wealth. Natives with Taurus Saturn in 12th house tho may going through some period of financial deprivation that cause them to unconsciously desire wealth while having shame connected to it

3. Enjoying Your Own Company

12th house is said to be the house when we are alone. Meaning that apart from people, we have to know what things that make us happy. Which again means that we have to know how to entertain ourselves. Taurus in 12th house may spend their time by beautifying themselves, go shopping, or as simple as eating chips. Aries in 12th house may spend their time by exercising, watching about workout routines, gym instructors, or anything that deals with confidence and fitness. Many things you can do to enjoy your company that eventually contribute to development of your psyche and mindset

The asteroids show how you react to certain situations in your life, you could say they add shape to it. If you have strong aspects to an asteroid it’ll be more prominent in your life. Some asteroids will have minimal effect on you, depending on it’s placement in your birth chart.

ATE (111)-

It’s Assertiveness that's bordering on intolerance. When you respond OTT to a real or imagined threat. If ATE is afflicted with Squares or Oppositions there’s a chance you have issues letting your guard down. You may take things too seriously where you’re unable to take a joke.

BEER (1896)-

If prominent in your chart, it can indicate an issue controlling alcohol intake. Alcoholics usually have aspects such as;

BEER Square NN/SN

BEER Conjunct Moon

BEER Conjunct Jupiter

Any aspects to the asteroid ATE(111) -Trine especially

CLOELIA (661)-

If this asteroid is prominent in your chart you’re someone who has a fighting spirit with a strong sense of justice. Cloelia conjunct an angle (IC, MC, ASC, DSC) or personal planet can indicate an someone who is able to free themselves or others. This Asteroid can be seen as a response to hardship, for example; Cloelia conjunct IC, an individual may have the ability of freeing/liberating their family members from limiting ideas or practices that keep them in metaphorical captivity. This asteroid is prominent in charts of people who often speak up for those in trouble and advocating for causes close to their hearts.

ELPIS (59)-

If prominent in your chart it can indicate that you’re a positive, hopeful and expectant person with a consistent sense of desire. Due to this enduring desire, the individual is able to reach the goals they set easier then most. If Afflicted with squares and oppositions, a person may have a negative outlook on life. If Aspected with conjunctions, sextiles & trines, a person is able to successfully renew hope in their lives even after facing situations where most would lose faith.

FIDES (37)-

The asteroid of Truth, trust, faith and honestly. FIDES conjunct, sextile & trine personal planets makes a person Trustworthy, Honest, Dignified and hold moral integrity. This person is seen as truthful & fair by others. If afflicted with squares & oppositions, a person may have trust issues, be dishonest and seen as somewhat disrespectful.

NARCISSUS (37117)-

If Prominent in a chart it can indicate someone who is physically attractive but self absorbed, selfish, or simply thinks too ‘highly’ of themselves. If Afflicted with squares and oppositions, a person may have issues understanding other peoples point of view or sympathising with them. It overall indicates a narcissistic personality/NPD. For example: Narcissus conjunct North Node- Will become a narcissist in this life.

PERSEVERANTIA (975)-

This asteroid is associated with the idea of never giving up and having the strength to persevere for the long haul. The sign & house your Perseverantia is in is the area of life you have perseverance, dedication, endurance & discipline. Example: If it's in Cancer/4th House- Dedication to Family, you’ll do anything for them. When not feeling yourself, they keep you going and the source of your strength. Capricorn/10th House dedication to your career and reputation. You will do virtually anything to get to the top, get rich and gain status.

THALIA (23)-

If Prominent in the chart it can indicate someone with a happy, bubbly, entertaining and funny personality. If you have thalia conjunct personal planets you may be known as the 'Class Clown'. You’d be someone who'd make a good Host. If afflicted with squares and oppositions it's not necessarily a bad thing! It just gives an individual a dark sense of humour, one that tends to shock others.

ASTROWIZARD (24626)-

Represents an entertaining yet educational outreach (especially to children). People with this asteroid prominent in their chart have a talent at educating and entertaining others at the same time. They have a fun instead of a boring personality, for example- Someone who has prominent aspects to the asteroid Astrowizard will dress up, sing, dance and be hands on to get their point across rather then use the average whiteboard approach. If prominent in your chart it can also show a deep interest in Astrology and Astronomy.

BELLONA (28)-

When prominent in a chart it indicates powerhouse type personality. Someone that isn't afraid to stand up for themselves or others, people who are be ready to 'battle and defend what they perceive is right. With mixed aspects a person can balance going over board at times and still have a healthy amount of assertiveness. Easy aspects like Trine or Sextile make a person seem to know how to be assertive when & where needed. They easily stand up for themselves and others they care for. Hard Aspects like Square & opposition can cause a person to have assertiveness that borders intolerance. These people take offence easily.

ELVIRA (277)-

This asteroid brings mournful qualities, a hopeless romantic, someone with a sedimental heart. If aspected with Squares and Oppositions, a person will be very dark and depressing to interact with. Prominent aspects will make someone a pessimist, having a cup have empty rather than cup half full outlook.

MELANCHOLIA (5708)-

This asteroid is associated with long term sadness and depression. Having square & opposition aspects will give a person depression, moments of sadness and mourning. Having trine &' sextile aspects seem to be able to cope with the events in life that trigger these emotions. Ability to Cope is more developed if easily aspected.

FELICIA (294)-

It’s our ability to maintain a happy disposition in life and a certain degree of luck. If Prominent in a chart, regardless of what they’ve been through they remain happy, bubbly, cheerful. If negatively aspected or not aspected at all individuals may have a hard time maintaining happiness throughout their life circumstances. TIP- If poorly aspected, Work on your mindset!

HARMONIA (40)-

If prominent in your chart you have more chance in succeeding in the Music Industy/Field. Having conjunct, sextile and trine aspects to this asteroid gives you a natural affinity for creating music that's pleasurable to the senses. If negatively aspected you may still have musical interest but not necessarily be good at it, for example: Someone who loves to sing along to the radio in the car. Hard work needs to be put in place if you want to succeed.

SOPHIA (251)-

This asteroid gives an above average sense of wisdom, insight and intuition that can surprise others. The house & Sign it's in can also show where you have wisdom, for example; Someone with Sophia conjunct Uranus may have natural wisdom when it comes to individuality, Standing out from the crowd and innovation. With Sophia Conjunct Neptune, Same may apply but to the matters of Spirituality, religion and the ego. When Aspected with trines & sextiles this wisdom is easily perceived by others as a gift. If aspected by squares & oppositions, others perceive your knowledge to come from a place of superiority or a bit of a know it all.

AGRIPPINA (645)-

If Prominent in a chart it can show someone is an opportunistic person who may take unorthodox actions to meet their goals. They have the ability to rise through the ranks of society or obtain power in ways others do not. If aspected with squares and oppositions an individual may be tempted to resort to deception and manipulation to obtain what they desire. If aspected with trines and sextiles an individual will stay on track, experience less resistance & pursue their goals with ease.

ARMISTICIA (1464)-

If Prominent in a chart, someone can be given a natural talent as a peacekeeper or effective negotiator. These individuals have experienced the misfortune sides of life too many times to count, often hidden enemies appearing as your friends or emotional support systems, knowing people in hospitals and prisons, and often become used to those environments. Your own dark emotions feel hidden to you and others, you may use escapism in any form to cope or feel swallowed whole by these dark emotions. It's hard for you to rationalize what you're feeling or sense in others but you possess a radar that can pinpoint others' vibes or intentions, you just struggle to pinpoint the reasonings. Sometimes sudden deaths within the family or close ones can appear here, there's such a big theme of hidden and misfortunate events that take you by storm whether it being randomly evicted, or suddenly your best friend of 10 years burns your house down. Whatever it may be you can sense but don't see it coming. People here are skilled at pretending or lying but, this it's used for protecting themselves from the world. Our chiron persona chart can show us our wounds and traumas. Experiences that had a huge effect on our selves that we need to heal from- especially from childhood because the events in our younger years greatly shapes and affects our thinking and wellbeing as time goes on. All the things that happened to us that had long lasting effects as the years went by and into the present. How those things shaped what and who we are now. How we think, how we act and how we cope. Not only that, it also tells us what we can do to help heal ourselves (what is best recommended to do and what kind of activities that we can use as an outlet the best etc.) from these wounds to push ourselves forward. As well as how we can heal and comfort others.

The moon shows how our emotions jump out, how we react emotionally when faced with our wounds and when we experience something traumatic. Can show us how we can deal with our emotional wellbeing in relation to the things that we need to heal from.

How we communicate what we are going through. If we are comfortable or not sharing our wounds in the first place. How we use our words when trying to talk to others about what they're going through as well. Can show us if we have wounds related to communicating, if we have a hard time doing so.

The way we take care of ourselves. If we try to treat ourselves and how. Can show us if we are afraid of love or anything intimate. Like any traumas or wounds that make us wary of it. Our problems with love and how it became that way. How we heal or try to comfort others about their experiences.

Especially in the 4th House or the 12th House.

People with this aspect between the sun and mars in their chiron persona chart came from a broken family. Usually, there's cheating involved with one of the parents (mostly the father in hetero relationships too). Which leads to them developing extreme trust issues and becoming skeptical, wary and afraid of love, relationship and marriages. They become independent and become someone who don't really need anyone special. When they do find someone and try it out, most likely it's with a person who also came from a broken family (who probably has the same aspect) because there's a special connection and understanding between them.

The 4th house represents families and relationships. So having this aspect in this house greatly affects the foundations of the family causing problems. Which of course affects the way these people think of wanting a family, they become those who are extremely cautious of getting into relationships and having their own families.

The person becomes someone who puts themselves first and while that's good, there's also a negative effect which is the way that they just usually gloss over their wounds and pretend it's nothing instead of trying to heal from it so they can be more at ease.

Love Languages & Astrology

I think that nowadays we are very aware of love languages, and to be honest, the topic has attracted my attention for a long time. I decided to make this post in which I connect some placements with the 5 love languages.

Before we start, what are love languages? Where does this theory come from?

In 1992, a book written by Gary Chapman was published, which established the five love languages that we express both for friends and couples [in general loved ones]. I was reading that there are people who say that there are 7 love languages, personally I limit myself to talking about the classic five, which are: Words of affirmation, Acts of service, Gift giving, Physical touch and Quality time.

Words of Affirmation

🤎Those with Leo placements are very likely to have this as the main love language, and they constantly need verbal reassurance. They are aces at flirting, so the best thing is for their partners to be flirtatious too. Many of them value and treasure compliments, especially regarding their efforts and abilities.

🤎Gemini Venus/Moons or Venus in the 3rd house are said to have this and they have the gift of speech and can easily move others. However, in their case it does not only apply in the sense of compliments and words of encouragement, they need fluid, heart-to-heart conversations with those they love most. They like having constant and stable communication, they are not fans of people who talk a lot to them one day and don't answer the next.

🤎People with Moon in Air signs are usually the kind of people who save letters and read them on various occasions, favorite messages from that special person and love to talk for hours with their special people. For them there are no awkward silences or boring conversations when it comes to those they love. They will ask many questions and want to get to know their partner in every way. Composite real life experience part 2

The long awaited post! I promised I will turn this into a series. Here is the second part. 🥰

🌅 Gemini Sun: I would love to complain and find a reason to vent about Mercurial Composite placements. But honestly? Haven’t had anything, but really good good experiences with Gemini, Virgo Sun, Moon, Rising, even Venus in the Composite chart. It gives longevity. Not in Capricorn like way (which sometimes it grants you more breaks, a pause or even relationship not even taking off the ground). But Gemini Sun gives that drive, wish to both parties to talk every day or at least every 2, 3 days if mundane life gets too busy. Both parties strive to communicate in a healthy manner. They both perfect their messages for each other in an endearing way. Like love letters, except it’s messages. Ways of communication are really varied. Sometimes they will send you random photos from the day, a gif, a photo from the internet, a selfie, a group picture, a sunset picture. Or in real life give you a poem they’ve written, a note or a letter, heck even a postcard. They might write to you in very documentary or journal like manner, but you will find their daily details thoughtful and endearing. 🤩✨💛 They might misuse emojis a lot though haha. Which can sometimes lead to confusion on both ends. However, you will soon learn about THEIR own use of emojis, so you will learn and grow to completely understand them. Might often run into them just when you are a little bit irritated.
