Well, look no further! HP Snooze Fest is here for all your sleeping needs 😴 We are a non-anonymous self-posting fest focused on sleeping and dozing. Simply upload your work to the collection or post on Tumblr between Oct 1-Dec 31.

Thanks for the tag, @lemonlyman-dotcom! I love all of us getting the chance to show off our work.

summer slipped us underneath her tongue

TK Strand is a freshly heartbroken art history student who's been given the opportunity of a lifetime; studying art in the heart of it all, Paris, France. However, he thinks it's a cruel taunt from the universe. He's studying what he loves so much in the city of love but is stuck thinking there's no one out there who loves him. Carlos Reyes is a career driven culinary student studying at Le Cordon Bleu. He has hard time maintaining relationships, an even harder time of detaching himself from his work and and has an awful habit of doubting everything about himself. After a night out that they end up sharing with each other; they agree to keep any and all things casual. Well, like most things, that's easier said than done.

Oh gosh this story; one that will probably always be one of my favorites.

It's true to my style, absolutely just flooded with original characters and let me dig into a bit of world building that I haven't done very often. It's also one of the stories of mine that has both a cast list and a playlist.

I can't begin to express how heartwarming the reaction has been to this little piece of my heart. It's given me the chance to write a fully fleshed out love story and look at our two favorite boys through a different lens of love.

If you've given this a read, I can't thank you enough. If you haven't yet, but plan to, I still can't thank you enough. I hope it's lived up to all the little snippets I've been posting the last few months hahah

Welcome to Stranger Things Historical AU Week 2023!

A week has now been decided and it will be December 4th to December 10th.

This event is for the creation of historical aus whether it be a fic, fan art, moodboard, playlist, edit, etc.

The purpose of this blog is for updates, questions, planning for the event, and to keep track of all the posts made for the event.

This blog will also be used to help with research. If you need any reference pictures on fashion from a particular time period or good sources on a specific event or how people lived, send an ask into the box and bam you will have the stuff you need!

There will be some rules on what is okay and not okay as this is history and it wasn’t always the best time to live in.

The timeline of allowed periods is broad. It goes all the way from the medieval period to the 1970s. 80s is also ok as long as it’s not apart of canon and diverges from it. (ex. 1980s goth rock band au).

If anyone would like to help out note that this is a sideblog so tagging @emily-mooon or this blog with ideas or advice would be your best option. Sending this blog asks with ideas is also a good option.

What a wonderful response we've received for Day 1! So many moodboards and fics, and some lovely art and edits too. The day has just begun and we are already blown away by your entries. We can't wait to see what else you all have got in store for the week 😁

Tomorrow will Day 2, and we have two themes you can sink your teeth into (either individually or together - we're happy with all kinds of interpretations!): King and Historian. While Day 1 is all about Liam as a person, Day 2 will be about Liam as a public figure and a politician. In the first theme you can explore his duty towards his people and the Crown, his politics and the way he handles power. In the second theme, you can explore his interest in history, what he learns and the legacy he wants to (or will!) leave behind.

Any and all content are welcome: fanfic, fanart, edits, moodboards, interactive media, meta, headcanons, favourite screenshots, playlists or even simple text posts! The only condition is that the content should be focused on Liam, and that the depictions are positive. You can also send in WIPs if you are unsure about finishing the work before KLAW ends.

It isn't essential to send in content only on the exact day of the theme - the theme is really an inspiration for content. You can also send in your work later on, as long as you tag it for the day it was meant for. We are also keeping a buffer week (from 22nd to 29th April) for anyone who needs more time to finish their work.

Be sure to do the following while getting your work ready for KLAW:

1. Write #kingliamappreciationweek and #KLAW in the tags, along with the day you posted the content for (#KLAW Day 1, #KLAW Day 2 etc)
