i will never forget how kind kujou sara was back in that 2.2 domain event (the one with xinyan and childe)… she was genuinely so appreciative of the traveler for everything they did for inazuma, and she was really just trying to be helpful towards them.

since she’s a general i think she often comes across as harsh, but to her she pretty much has to be that way in order to perform her job properly. but she even says it herself in one of her voice lines: she’s a very compromising individual when it comes to most things. and throughout the story, she proves to be very hardworking and dedicated, but she’s also helpful to others whenever possible, and even in times of war she’s willing to make compromises since she values human life so much.

and as much as i like to joke about how much of a girlfail she is… the truth is that i think she’s one of the most resilient and admirable characters in the entire game. this is a character whose entire worldview was shattered after she realized what her adoptive father was doing against her archon, and she could have been so bitter about everything, but really she just focuses on what she can do for her nation and others. and i do think she has contributed to solving some of the post-war issues more than most characters have…

It's so ironic to me that irl, I've really only met (with exceptions, of course) just horrid people who use or abuse or are just foul to me, but then I got online as a preteen and have since met the most amazing, beautiful, talented, intelligent, and incredible people in the world.

I know there will always be assholes online and irl and also equally good and wonderful people to balance them, but man. I'm just so blessed and lucky and grateful to have found the good ones, all over the world. And without the internet, I never would have.
