Hey ! Hope your doing well . So I have been interested in trying The Phase method to enter the void state , but I am kinda confused about how to actually do it . I was wondering if u could give me a step by step guide to enter the void state through the pahse . Thank you :)

I will do a spoiler for my next "Explain the method" because I am writing about the many methods that we can use to enter the void state.

The phase method, specifically, has three easy steps.

First step: waking up.When you go to bed, set an alarm on your phone to go off six hours after you fall asleep. Once you wake up, do something simple like walk around or read. all of this for about 15–20 minutes. Second step: set the intention. After you wake up, go back to bed, but this time set the intention in your mind. You can also write it down or read about the void state to set a better intention. affirm about it, listen to subliminal everything that may work for you, but go to bed with the void state set in mind.  Third step: don't move.When you wake up again, stay with your eyes closed and don't move. You have to try to stay awake in your mind, activating the brain but not the body. 

In this pure state of peace, you can keep affirming that you are entering the void state. This can cause your consciousness to separate from your body as you enter the void because you are now in the phase.

It's me who just asked the "I can't enter the void state again" question :)

Nothing new at the moment, but it was the void state, sorry! And it was july 24th :'( - here's an account I took from the time, if it helps <3

"I entered the void! I saw this post, where the anon stated that a problem for them was waiting until they got symptoms to really affirm, and I realized that I did that. I would count forever and often end up falling asleep, or getting symptoms and then not doing anything about it. I decided to change my method. I laid down, put a sub on, and just affirmed. I didn't get any symptoms or anything, but my body went numb so quickly that I didn't even realize it. I had a sudden, seamless transition into the void. One moment I was lying down, affirming, focusing on the backs of my eyelids, and suddenly I was aware I was in the void. I was aware that I was in but I wasn't completely, if that makes sense, like when you're in a dream and you're like "Oh, this is a dream" and conscious but you still can't control yourself. I affirmed for something said something, but I was so out of it inside the void that I have no memory of whatever it was. "

I had one more close call on August 28th, when I nearly entered, and after that until now? Absolutely nothing, not even waking up in it 🤷‍♀️

With this message, you made me remember something!

Someday ago, I was just trying to sleep, so I put brown noises as a background, but I wasn't affirming or visualizing. I was just listening to the brown noises, and I felt my body go numb and my mind relax. The longer I remained in that state, the more I felt like floating. It all ended when I moved because I thought that I was having a sleep paralysis.

All this is to suggest that you, maybe, try listening to void-state subliminals with brown or pink noises and try to feel your body. If the body is the first to relax as quickly as possible, the mind will have a lot more time to go into the void state.

and I think that is normal to not remember; it is like a dream; you have to learn to remember your dreams. (like keeping a log)

It's a fantasy-romance novel that is more focused on just the two main characters and their relationship rather than a world ending calamity.

It's got background world building: the world is built with lip service paid to it a majority of the time and we only explain what's pertinent at any time, with just a sprinkle here and there of more depth.

There's Elves and Faeries, and talking lizardmen and six-limb felines, dragon-people but very few dragons, and the Gods do in-fact walk alongside mortals, having tangible and lasting affects on the world.

The real fantasy stuff would be explored like... In a different novel or just... Idunno, any partakers?
