Back Story!

Aspen only knew one thing since she was a child: Survive. During her early childhood years, she went through hell and back. Her parents were taken from her, being left alone. Since she was five years old, she began to train hard alongside her ‘sister’ Juno and her parents, Ivan and Alina.

To other normal human beings, they were a family. A small close family that would do anything for each other.

Ivan, playing the role of a hard-working husband who was there for his two young daughters. Aline, a housewife who volunteered at social school events, a devoted mother to her family.

Juno, the big sister that took care of her younger sister. The loving daughter that was smart yet wise.

And then there was Aspen, the adorable little girl with a naive and innocent mind. The daughter that could light up a room.

But it was all a façade.

Ivan, Alina, and Juno were all trained assassins, from their early age and Aspens journey of becoming one was just beginning.

On her sixth birthday, Aspen expected a way to end her night: filled with cake, gifts and kisses but the only thing that happened was her family running way, from the cops. Saying hurried goodbyes, watching her mother Alina getting shot, her father getting angry and frustrated. Juno having fear in her eyes.

Her birthday ended with her getting stuffed in a can filled to the brim with other young girls like Juno and Aspen. The echos of their sobs and pleads in her brain. She didn’t know it then. That her life was going to turn into hell.

The once pure and naive Aspen quickly gone; now replaced with a corrupted Aspen.

Being in the red room wasn’t a treat. Something you wouldn’t want. Everyday in the hellhole, she had monsters haunting her dreams, making her feel dirty and filthy. The screams and shrieks from the red room in the back of her mind.

The voices louder and louder s her fears creeped in her. The men who made her feel filthy, suffocating her. Taunting her.

Being from the red room, getting taken away from her parents, losing her trust in the only people she called family turned her perspective on life.

Survive.

The only thing she knew. Only thing she was taught. One she had escaped from the red room. Now alone and out of place.

She made the same mistake of putting her trust into a man. How foolish her young naive mind was.

The sins of Hell Kitchen coming back to haunt her everyday. If she could ever go back in time, stop herself from ever agreeing to work with KingPin, she would in a heartbeat.

The so called 'family' that was made up of KingPin and his crew was only a lie. they only left her helpless and weak.

She was afraid to admit to herself that sometimes she could be weak. The word made her angry. All the years of feeling helpless, from a young age coming back to her.

She wanted revenge.

She wanted avenge the girls that were going through the same thing she went going through. She wanted to take down KingPin. Take down the powerful useless men that made her feel filthy and corrupted her. And take down the red room; the place that held all of her skeletons, her greatest fears.

How would a young girl like Aspen do all of this? She won't do it alone, she would get help from the only person she still trusted with her life in this world. Theo Miller.

Together the two teens will take down the one thing that haunted their dreams, every single night.

Aspen Davis renamed herself, getting rid of the shameful name they gave her back in the red room. She named herself siren.

The same Sirens she would hear in stories her sister would tell her. Sirens were alluring, beautiful but cunning and smart. Luring their enemies to their ultimate fate.

She made a brand for herself in Hells Kitchen, some would say she was a 'reckless vigilante' others wouldn't dare whisper her name into the night.

She would meet one man though, some would say a 'friend' or 'foe'

A man that was selfless and brilliant but utterly stupid.

Aspen however meets a boy, a boy she'd adored with her whole heart. Frustratingly beautiful boy who had the most gorgeous brown eyes, crooked glasses and perfect smile. For the first time, Aspen feels like a giddy teenager around the boy. For the first time she feels wanted.

Siren meets a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, they soon dislike each other from the start. From spidermans 'cockiness' to sirens 'arrogance' but they have to work together against a common enemy.

Peter was head over heels for the girl; when he first laid eyes on her. He loved the way she smiled, how her nose with scrunch up and she smiled so wide that you couldn’t even see her eyes. He loved the playfully glint in her eye when ever she made a deal. He loved how much she teased him. Aspen Davis has Peter Parker wrapped around her finger.

Aspen kept her on eye on the boy. She loved his crooked glasses, the face he makes when he’s focused in her physics class. She loved the nervous smile he gives to him. She loved a stupidly brave he was. She wouldn’t admit this to herself, she love a good chase. She loved the way they danced around each other, waiting for one or the other to confess.

The boy and girl simply existing in Hells Kitchen. Chaos all around them but they have each other. Hopelessly devoted to one another.

The siren and spider shining in the moonlight. Only ever sticking to each other out of curiosity, waiting for the others next move. Only ever helping each other with their problems. Spider-Mans is a lizard-man whole Sirens is a Gang Lord and scoret government organization.

Never revealing too much of themselves, afraid to show their true indentured behind their masks. But unkowningly, they know each other. The siren stuck-up and determined and the spider cocky and utterly stupid but yet smart? The siren and spider, slowly becoming friends the longer they stay with each other during the night.

But the more their new-found friendship turns into something more. Things become dangerous. Their lives are in danger, the people they care about the most. Secrets are revealed, broken promises, death surround them. Will they ever survive the heat of Hells Kitchen?

'Last night, at the Bafta awards, actor Andrew Scott was interviewed by the BBC on the red carpet. In an exchange that viewers have branded “awkward” and “inappropriate,” Scott – who stars in gay fantasy drama All of Us Strangers, which was up for several awards – was asked by entertainment correspondent Colin Paterson about a specific scene – the finale – in Saltburn.

If you haven’t seen it, look away now – but it involved Barry Keoghan running around a mansion naked, while Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s “Murder on the Dance Floor” plays overhead. Paterson first asks Scott: “Do you know Barry well?” When Scott says he does know him, Paterson says: “Your reaction, when you first saw the naked dance scene?” Scott awkwardly laughs and responds “it’s great, it’s great”. “You can spoil away!” Paterson prompts again, to which Scott finally says: “no, I won’t spoil it for anybody.”

The exchange is already uncomfortable by this point, but then Paterson asks another question: “There’s been a lot of talk about prosthetics…” Then, somewhat suggestively, he asks: “How well do you know him?” At this point, Scott walks off. Sensing he’s gone too far, the interviewer shouts “Too much? Too much?” after him. The clip is excruciating to watch.

Viewers have slammed the interview – and it’s easy to see why. It seems like a strange choice to probe Scott – one of the very few gay actors on the red carpet – about Keoghan’s genitalia, or insinuate he might know what his penis looks like. (Does he think there is some sort of Irish actors nudist club, to which they are all a member?) It’s also bizarre because, if he wanted to ask Scott about nude scenes, specifically, there were plenty to choose from All of Us Strangers – where he stars alongside Paul Mescal.

Watching the clip, I can understand why gay fans in particular are unhappy with the line of questioning. It taps into an overfamiliarity a lot of us might have experienced, often from complete strangers, when it comes to sex. Straight people – particularly men, in my experience, after a few drinks at parties and weddings – can feel entitled to ask some pretty graphic sexual questions. Some might say this is just curiosity – a form of acceptance, even. Maybe that’s true, but sometimes it can also feel intrusive. There is a subtle homophobia in assuming all gay men are sex-obsessed – or will leap at the chance to talk about other men’s penises.

It is very possible that Paterson wasn’t aware of these dynamics. It might not have occurred to him that Scott is gay. But that in itself is an issue: As journalists, we have to be mindful that our questions don’t always come across as neutral, or without prejudice, to the people we’re talking to. Questions, like people, don’t exist in a vacuum – their appropriateness often depends on who is asking and answering them. It can be a delicate balance – and there was nothing delicate about this interview.

It is common for red carpet interviews to take on a much more informal tone than a magazine or newspaper profile. These chats are all about the buzz of the night and giving the audience a glimpse at the glamour. The excitement of it all. The gossip!

Since awards shows started live streaming on social media, I’ve noticed that red carpet interviews have become increasingly geared towards chasing a viral “moment.” Sometimes it’s harmless fun, like when Amelia Dimoldenberg and Andrew Garfield gave the world a masterclass in the toe-curling yet adorable art of British flirting at last year’s Golden Globes. But when fleeting exchanges have the potential to become huge viral clips in the content stream, it’s also easy to see how some questions might be ill-judged in the pursuit of online engagement. This feels like one of them.

That said, red carpet interviews are a very tough job. (Seriously, underestimate it at your peril.) For reporters, there are hundreds of actors and creatives – each with a different reason for being there and a different project to plug. There’s a wide variety of temperaments (and egos) to juggle, too. Remember at last year’s Oscars, when Hugh Grant was accused of being “rude” to Ashley Graham? You could see the fear in Graham’s eyes when confronted with Grant’s curt British responses, as she seemed unable to steer the interview out of awkward territory.

Still, the more informal and off-the-cuff format of red carpet interviews can also be a microcosm of wider industry inequalities. In 2015, Cate Blanchett called out E!’s “glam cam” as it panned up and down her dress during an interview. She stopped the interview and said: “Do you do that to the guys?” She later said: “[People] forget the fact that women are up there because they’ve given extraordinary performances.”

With Scott’s interview, it feels like just that. His own performance in an immensely moving film was pushed to the side in favour of a crass moment – one that felt beneath everyone involved. Watching the exchange, Scott’s fans see a gay actor being put in an uncomfortable situation and, crucially, not getting the respect he deserves. Maybe there’s a wider industry message there, too.'

February - May 2008 | The Introduction of The Johns™️, Joe Bro and Emma Stone/The (Brief) Return of Liz & Julianne

February 5th

Taylor films for the show "Dance War" and recognizes Liz. She mentions something had always "stuck out" about her, and that she wishes her the best.

February 9th

Taylor does an interview with The Wallstreet Journal.

She is asked to name 5 of her most recent downloads.

She most notably mentions the song "Hero/Heroine" by the band Boys Like Girls, as well as Slow Dancing In A Burning Room by John Mayer.

Taylor's mention of the band inspires them to reach out to her.

February

Taylor writes "You'll Always Find Your Way Back Home," with the band's lead singer, Martin Johnson, for Hannah Montana The Movie.

Some context: Rumours of a relationship between Martin and Taylor have existed for years - said rumours were seemingly confirmed in 2016 by Ashley Tisdale. Though, she also states that Taylor told her she had never written any songs about Ashley's ex.

Ashley Tisdale's dating life is far less high profile than Taylor's.

So, her brief relationship with Martin from December 2011 - March 2012 is the only (public) relationship she could have been referencing in the clip.

Martin has also allegedly made several comments about his and Taylor's relationship.

In November of 2009, a comment was posted to an online message board that claimed that Martin had drunkenly revealed he had taken Taylor's virginity.

Earlier this year, another comment was left on a reddit post that claimed that he had come into this person's workplace, and ranted about how awful she was, and that the two had dated for 6 months.

Of course, there's no way to legitimately confirm whether he actually said these things (or whether they're true) but it's an important note.

He has also mentioned how his relationships during this time were primarily physical, as he and the girls he was dating were so similar that they ran out of things to talk about.

March

Taylor sees Julianne Hough at an event and the two are pictured together.

Taylor records Love Story about a guy her parents disapprove of.

This guy is believed to be Martin.

However, though the song was recorded in 2008, Taylor (59:15) and her mother (3:30) have both insisted that it was written when Taylor was 17 (2007) before she met Martin.

The actual muse for the song is once again unclear.

Regardless of if Martin inspired the song, if the two were genuinely together at any point in time (which I believe they were) , February - April is, in my opinion, the most likely time for it to have happened; though it is important to note that Boys Like Girls were on the road as openers for Avril Lavigne during this time, so interactions between Martin and Taylor would've been limited. Martin was also living in Brooklyn at the time, while Taylor was living in Nashville.

March 26th

Taylor is interviewed by Billboard and is once again asked about her music taste.

She once again mentions both Boys Like Girls and John Mayer (as well as... Kanye West).

She even goes so far as to state that "Hero/Heroine" is her current ringtone.

April

Taylor films her Once Upon a Prom MTV special, and is seen wearing Boys Like Girls merchandise in the studio (2:30).

April 27th

Taylor meets Emma Stone (the believed inspiration behind When Emma Falls In Love, and depending on who you ask, Enchanted) at The Young Hollywood Awards.

During the writing process of Speak Now, Emma dated (fell in looooove with) Teddy Geiger (2007-2009) and Kiernan Culkin (2010-2011).

She and Andrew Garfield did not start going out until 2011, after Taylor had finished writing the album (sorry to break it to you stonefield (???) truthers).

Prior to performing the song, Taylor stated she wrote it about one of her best friends, solidifying that Emma Stone is the inspiration (yes, I'm aware she has friendships with both Emma Roberts and (apparently) Emma Watson, but c'mon).

May 5th

Taylor meets John Mayer at the Met Gala and later gushes about it in a now deleted interview with People Magazine.

Some more context: In 2010, while presenting Taylor with the Hal David Starlight Award at the Songwriters Hall of Fame, John Mayer explained that prior to meeting Taylor, he would consistently ask those within her circle who was "really" writing her songs. Each of them responded with "she is" yet despite this, he did not believe them, nor did he believe Taylor when she gave the same answer upon being asked the question, until she quite literally wrote one in front of him (0:40).

So, putting that into perspective: 30-year-old John Mayer (who did not believe Taylor wrote her own songs) introduced himself to 18-year-old Taylor Swift (who looked up to him as a songwriting hero) over 6 months prior to him reaching out to collaborate.

May 11th

Taylor writes a journal entry about meeting a bunch of celebrities, though she does not mention John.

Nick's is played by Selena (who he was dating at the time), so the love interests are significant.

The Lancaster family has made a lasting impression on the New York City legal landscape for generations. First Lancaster (87) continued this family legacy, working her adult life as a federally appointed judge in New York by Winston (91) during his time in the White House. Now she lives her life as a retired federal judge, gracefully stepping down from the bench twelve years ago at the age of 75. Her retirement is a shared joy with her First Winchester (86), marking the beginning of a chapter spent relishing the fruits of their labor. Before their retirement, they had four children who all have entered the realm of the legal systems in their own way.

First Lancaster (64) as the eldest has possibly made the biggest impact, particularly as a prominent district attorney in New York City known for her involvement in numerous high-profile cases with a no-nonsense approach to the law. Additionally, she has recently announced her bid for the Democratic ticket in the upcoming election, setting the stage for a political showdown rumored to be against First Winston (58). First Beaumont (64) hails from an extremely wealthy, old money family in the South, leading a life of leisure at the yacht club and golf course for most of his adult life. They have three children: First Beaumont (42), First Beaumont (40) who is dating a detective for the NYPD First Kang (40), and First Beaumont (37) who is a nurse at Mount Sinai Hospital and dating fellow socialite First Petrova (34).

Lancaster (61) is a freelance attorney who’s main profession finds him spending time teaching law as a professor at NYU, while his husband First Jones (61) is a successful art investor, being instrumental for First Ramirez (52)’s gallery opening. The couple has adopted five children over the course of their marriage. First Lancaster (59) has caused a few waves at family dinners, being hired as the Chief Legal Officer for Anderson Distilleries, a rivalry forged between the families many years ago. Alongside First Lancaster (58), the two have raised five successful children.

The youngest First Lancaster (57) has made her own mark in the legal system as an immigration lawyer, thanks in part to her family name as well as the aid of her husband First Caldwell (57) who serves as a governmental lobbyist advocating for policy change surrounding immigration issues. They had three children of their own, and adopted their youngest son’s best friend at the time of her transition as a teenager due to her parent’s kicking her out; she has been a member of the family ever since.
