I had an idea:
What if the Fenton parents are, in fact very competent Hunters, but they love their children more than their work?
Say the first shot Maddie ever fired at Phanton actually lands, and the scream he makes sounds too much like Danny's voice, to a point even with any ghostly distortion, his own still recognizes the voice.
I can see her pulling Jack to the side, making a ruckus about how the "darn ghost got away just as her blaster ran out of juice". Mostly as a way to get Danny her darling son to leave and go somewhere safe, while his parents have a whole breakdown in the GAV about their dead son.
And so begins the stealthy studies on how Phantom's "human disguise" works, the Revelation of Horrible Truth, keeping tabs on Danny's growth and revising their whole attitude on Ghosts to account for the fact that Danny himself is, at least in some part, a Ghost himself, but all he's done is live his life (and be the little hero Mom always said he'd grow up to be).
Jazz stumbles across his secret and is immediately pulled aside to join the secret "Protect the Baby Ghost" family group chat.
"And what about all the times they shot at him in canon" I hear you ask?
They're damn good shots, but while Maddie can train herself to aim just so that the shot misses just enough it looks like Phantom dodged it, Jack has the Fenton Bazooka outfitted with a tracking HUD that purposely fails to hit everyone's favorite Ghost Boy.
Danny picks up on that, but not on the fact that They Know.
And so begins the single most convoluted training arc ever.
Next time Skulker's in town, Phantom has become untouchable. Not a single shot or electrified net reaches it's target.
(The electrified weapons in particular send the Fentons into a rage when Sam and Tucker finally can't keep hiding it, and come clean about what happened, since the Fentons have proven themselves to be trustworthy)
When Red Huntress comes about, and Valerie Grey becomes barely a distant acquaintance after having only just now started becoming more than a friend, and with the GIW sniffing about, Maddie and Jack pull Danny to sit between them and finally tell him they know, and they want to prove that they'll love him just as much as before, whether Human or Ghost.
Danny breaks down in the safety of his family's love, and takes some time off as Phantom to help his parents establish a proper line of communication with the Ancients, considering they've kinda adopted themselves into the roles of Aunts and Uncles towards their little Ghostling.
Which is a good thing, because in Phantom's absence the GIW make a giant spectacle of destroying several houses while chasing some blob ghosts. They're chased out of town by brick, stone and metal bat.
Next time Red Huntress actually manages to hurt Danny, the Fentons pack up and leave. The Portal can be transported somewhere else. It can be rebuilt.
Their baby boy can't be rebuilt, no matter how much he likes to be a little shit and ignore Reality to quote Shakespeare at his own head (thank you Mr Lancer, for not giving up on him) or "give them a hand".
As Fenton takes the last tour of Amity, Phantom disappears. The Protal has been left seemingly unguarded.
The Ghosts decide to have one last hurrah in Anity Park before Danny closes the Portal, as per their deal. They won't hurt anyone, just cause chaos, but in return Phantom won't stop them. It's not like poor Red has the energy to chase them down, now that she's been "upgraded" into Amity's sole defender (the one time Lancer compares her new lack of sleep to Danny's, horrifying pieces start lining up too well in her mind)
The Fentons move out. Into a quiet farm neighbouring the land that belongs to the delightful couple that are the Kents, and their darling son, little Clark, who stares at Danny mildly horrified whenever he comes by to babysit, or help out with fixing the stubborn tractor. One day under Danny's clever hands, and Jonathan Kent's eagle-eyed gaze, and that damned tractor has never worked so well before. The boy's alright in the old man's eyes, and he makes sure they kid knows it.
After quiet rooftop admissions of one small boy's growing powers (I know Adult Clark is a brick house of a man, but what if he was a little twig while young) and the reveal of Something More Than Human from his honorary older brother, the course of Time sets into it's best version, and an Old Clock smiles, as Superman rises, only to be scolded by Spectre for recklessness.
(Dunno how well it came across, but I'm envisioning Valerie's feelings towards Danny to go from bitter resignation because she " had to" push him away, to horrified despair when the truth starts falling into place. He's her "the one that got away". And it's not like she gave him much of a reason to trust her with his secrets.
Maybe older and wiser Red Huntress gets invited to the Justice League, and has to deal with not just Fenton, but also Phantom flirting with her, after a good long conversation on how dumb they both were as kids, and a mutual vow of "I think I can do better now, and I want to prove it to you")

Hi! I was meaning to request if you could write how would finn and princess bubblegum react if they found out there was a human princess around. Maybe she was adopted by the Queen and King from a small kingdom and kept her hidden for safety. I hope it's okay, and thank you for everything <3
Discovering a human Princess

❥Synopsis: Bubblegum and Finn attempt to help a princess who they believe is inflicted with a curse but turns out she's actually a human being.
❥A/n: No prob! This is in the early seasons when humans are almost non existent and are considered extinct. Gonna take the same approach and write a small intro before seperating it into hcs for each character.

Finn isn't one to dwell too long about being part of an extinct species or he'll get soul searchy, but one day the topic came to mind when he was rummaging through a barrel filled with old toys, some were old and moldy while others were mostly intended for babies. "Did you use to have toys like these growing up?" Bubblegum asks him, rummaging through her own pile of things. Her investigations leaded them to the remains of a shopping mall, mainly in effort to find more information about old times.
"Not really? I always had Jake to play with, well, that and any cool stick that looked like a sword." Finn responds, with his fingertips touching an unfamiliar rubber plate which turned out to be a Frisbee, he didn't get the chance to check it out because Bubblegum cries out when her pile starts jiggling and something starts crawling out of it, Bubblegum takes a step back while Finn jumps into action with his gold sword ready, but instead of confronting monster he was met with a harpy pigeon. "Oh I must've fallen asleep again..." he rubs his round eyes with the tip of his gray wings. "You! You're struck with the land walker curse as well?" the pigeon directs his attention at Finn.
Finn took it like some sort of insult. "Curses shmurses!" he responds almost immediately.
"Yeah, Finn has been curse free ever since that one witch gave him a booty rash." Jake exclaims in his failed attempt to defend Finn.
The human boy lowers himself to Jake's height. "Duuude, you weren't supposed to tell anyone." he mumbles with pinkish face cheeks.
"What's the land walker curse?" Bubblegum focuses on the topic at hand, to which the pigeon harpy dwells further.
"Back at the harpy kingdom our rulers were blessed with two royal heirs many seasons ago, one prince with wings and talons and a princess who remains wingless. The king said his beloved daughter was cursed by a shaman to walk on land forever, never to soar the skies with her family nor her people. It's so tragic don't you think?" he pulls out a handkerchief to dramatically wipe his non existent tears.
Bubblegum remained skeptical with her arms crossed together as she mutters to herself. "There's gotta be a scientific reason for this, maybe a genetic mutation? Or someone cheated." her thinking gears started running inside her head, meanwhile Finn and Jake were, in their own words, sweating from their eyes.
"That's so sad! We have to help her somehow." Jake expresses sincerely, being someone that wears his emotions on his sleeve.

Bubblegum called her giant bird marrow so they could fly their way to the harpy kingdom with the pigeon harpy as a guide, the flight lasted a few minutes with their surroundings turning into cloudy skies and rocky mountainsides. Bubblegum hopped off Marrow without any issues but it's Finn and Jake who were feeling nauseas due to the kingdom’s necessary altitude.
"They royal family live thus way, follow me!" the pigeon says joyfully.
It took a while for the guards to allow these foreigners entry but with a bit of Jake's charismatic persuasion and Bubblegum's own royal status, they were able to get a council with the Harpy King and Queen, such royals would despise an abrupt meeting but once they saw Finn they immediately became started at the human boy, especially the king who became agitated in his mighty throne.
"Honey look, that one over there is just like our daughter!" the harpy queen tugs on her husband's sleeve.
"I can see it clear as day my dear, no need to shout." the king sighs as he calms down his wife, "How dare you remind me of my daughter's misfortune, I order the three of you to leave this instance." his booming voice echoes through the room with Finn being the first to speak up.
"What? But we came all this way to help your cursed princess."
The king ruffles up his feathers like a bird of prey attempting to scare off another predator, but it was nothing more than an act because he lowers himself to Finn's height and mutters. "No, you don't understand if my daughter see you she'll know we've been..."
"Dad? I heard a loud noise coming from outside, is everything alright?" a new voice let's itself known, the cursed princess herself. But rather than being some sort of flightless bird or lack any feathers, she's actually an ordinary human being, or at least as ordinary as one can be when you're part of a rare species. Her bare footsteps echo through the room between small gasps and low murmurs as she makes eye contact with Finn, calmly walking past her father as she extends a hand to the young man, both intrigued but uncertain about talking to him.
"Are you're cursed as well?" she asks him to which Finn replies. "Not exactly." he looks at Jake and to the shocked King and queen, feeling like he's accidentally got himself wrapped in family drama.

❥It's amazing he was allowed to stay in the kingdom even after revealing the King's biggest secret. That he found and adopted a human child from the wilderness and raised her alongside his harpy son.
❥"I just wanted my citizens to accept you without judgment"
"It's okay dad, I know you meant well."
Finn is just standing there while you console your father who is crying more about the whole situation more than you are, turns out the guilt was eating him inside.
❥"How's your dad?" he asks while you walk alongside him, stepping over branches and loose feathers.
"He's kinda sensitive right now but I know he'll get through." your tone is calm and mellow. Which makes it hard for Finn to get a good read on you, even the most steady rivers have heavy currents underneath.
"And what about you? How are you taking this?" Finn asks carefully.
You exhale loudly through your nostrils, failing to hold back a laugh. "Suprisingly well? I mean, I always knew I was different to everyone in this kingdom." you stretched your arms out. "I just wished I would've meet you earlier, hang out and do... Whatever humans do." you wave a hand in the air.
❥Finn thought about it for a moment before remembering the item he found at the mall ruins, shrugging off his backpack to open it up and pull out a rubber disc. "What's that?" you raise your guard up at the unfamiliar item, but still eyeing it in curiosity.
"It's a frisbee! Just stay there and catch it when it comes to you." At the mention of this, Finn runs up a few feet away from you and throws the disc at you. Still being cautious of the item you stood rigid until it was right above your head, prompting you to jump an grab it, filling you with excitement like when you caught your first fish.
"I did it? I did it!"
"Good job!" Finn gives you the thumbs up.
"Now what do I do??"
"You throw it back!" Finn explains, doing a circular motion with his hand.
Of course you threw it with too much strength and it landed on a tree, you spew a few curses but Finn still gives you the thumbs up.
❥After an afternoon of playing with Finn, the two of you settle on a small water stream, looking at your reflection in the water as dubious thoughts invade you. "It had me thinking... If the Harpy family isn't my real family, then what happened to my human family?"
"They're still your family. Sure they might not physically be like you but they still raised you like their kid." Finn explained.
You press your lips together, still unsure how to feel about that.
"What about you Finn? Did you ever meet your human parents."
Finn looks down at the frisbee in his hands. "Nope,"
"And weren't you ever curious to find out who they are?"
"... Sometimes, but Joshua and Margaret were always there for me and never really drove me to find out."
❥You look back at the giant castle made of twigs and leafs, knowing full well your dad is probably still sniffling like he just watched a soap opera. The thought brought a smile to your face.
"I'm just happy to know I have you."
❥Bubblegum
❥It was kinda awkward for her to stand there while this family drama came undone in front of her, but Bubblegum remained still and didn't disturb while the Harpy King cried his eyes out.
❥"I just wanted my citizens to accept you without judgment"
"It's okay dad, I know you meant well."
Bubblegum heard from across the hall, it isn't until you notice her did you approach her with an apologetic sigh.
❥"My apologies Princess Bubblegum you're still our guest, please, join me for a cup of tea." you bow slightly, keeping the manners you've been taught since forever.
❥"I hope the king is alright?" Bonnibel starts making small talk while you wait for the staff to bring your teapot.
"He's always been very sensitive, but I know he'll be alright." you shrug off with an uneasy smile.
Bubblegum takes note of this and holds the top of your hand in comfort.
"But will you be alright?"
You take a moment to cherish the hold and give her a comforting squeeze. "It won't be easy, but i'll be fine." you reassure her.
❥"It takes alot of strength to deal with newfound emotions, just by looking at you I know you'll make a great ruler someday." is the most she can muster up at the moment, since she can't fully relate to the situation you're going through. But still tries to get in your shoes.
❥Bubblegum removes her hands from you when the castle staff brings in your favorite tea set, relishing in the smell of fine herbs as you serve PB her cup.
"I don't think I'm eligible to rule, even before the reveal happened I am pretty sure my brother is the next heir to the throne." you confess.
"You can never know, I have an older brother too but he's okay doing his own thing."
"Oh really?" you reconsider, looking back at your sibling and his array of trophies on the high shelf, he always had the weird dream of becoming a professional baseball player so it's a possibility. "Then maybe it's not too bad of an idea. Though I would need to learn alot of new things about kingdom management." you chuckle, shaking your head at the thought.
❥"Hey, no need to get nervous I could help you...! If you like." Bubblegum offers.
You hum contently at the suggestion, raising your teacup to clink it with hers. "I would love that."

ALRIGHT, SO-
Final part of this convoluted saga I came up with at like, 3 am one day. Last time we were left on a cliffhanger (because I'm evil like that) but now y'all (the maybe 4 people who's paying attention to this AU) get to see what happens next.
Let's just get right into it!
So, the quartet (Poppy, Cooper, Branch and Hickory), after hearing who had beamed them up into the giant UFO, was equally shocked and overjoyed, mostly on Poppy and Cooper's part. Immediately Cooper got up and started asking questions, like how is this possible, how Prince D. looked just like him, and if he's his twin, that means he's also royalty, and such things. It was here when King Quincy and Queen Essence entered the fray, which just excites Cooper further.
The two parents are obviously overjoyed at finally seeing their long lost son. They were kinda miffed at Prince D. for using the bubble without their supervision, but seeing who he had beamed, they let it slide for now.
The same stuff then happened as it is in the movie, with some dialouge changes, like Cooper telling the Funk Family how he got with the Pop Trolls as an egg. They noticed Branch in the group, and was pleasently surprised how a Techno Troll is with the Pop Trolls, since they're an isolated bunch. Branch said that he doesn't really know what made his egg be with the Pop Trolls, just that his adoptive family found him one day and took him in. The Funk Family then tells him the brief history of the Techno Trolls since they can kinda tell he's clueless and they felt bad. Then the history of the Strings came along.
Same thing there, explaining how every tribe once lived in harmony until Pop got greedy and stole all the strings, so everybody else took back their strings and ran, living in isolation from eachother ever since.
Cooper and Branch is clearly disturbed. Maybe because of their respective tribe of origin before they settled in Pop Village they feel more unsettled by the news, but they felt horrified by the implication nonetheless. Poppy even more so, desperate to prove that the Pop Trolls are not like that anymore, look at Cooper and Branch! They're fine! (Enter worried side eyes from the two). Then everything goes as it is in the movie, the Funk Family softly rejecting her offer to combine their music together, and Rock invading and everyone preparing for battle, with Cooper deciding to stay behind to help his family by bubbling everyone to safety back to the ground below.
The same argument Branch and Poppy has happens, with a little change in the dialouge. It's something along the lines of Poppy not listening to others when they offer advice that might work in her favour, and instead goes off to do her own thing; about how she doesn't listen when her way does more harm than good; about how, in a way, she's doing the same thing Barb is doing. The two split off, with Branch having the intention of going back to Pop Village to warn the others. It may not be his tribe of origin, but it is his home for all his life, and he'd protect it in whatever way he can.
We cut to Poppy sulking to herself before being spotted by Hickory, who manages to find her. Same dialouge happens, with Poppy revealing the string to him, Dickory splitting from Hickory's... behind and revealing their true identities as Bounty Hunters, and squabbling with her for possession of the string. In here, perhaps due to talking with Cooper and Branch, who are different genre Trolls but holds love for Pop, empowered his hidden desire to see harmony between different genres and tribes, and decided to fight back against his partner (brother? Brother). Of course, this doesn't go unpunished by Barb, who suddenly appears with her lackeys and apprehended both Poppy and Hickory, saying that this is what they deserve for trying to delay her plans (she lets Dickory go, but not without a warning to control his brother). Poppy claimed she'll stop her, but Barb revealed that she has invaded Pop Village and destroyed most things there, so all Poppy can do is sit tight and watch the show.
Turning back to Branch, when he finished his 2014's sad boy song, he then got ambushed by the K-Pop gang and the Reggaeton Trolls, who demands the location of Queen Poppy. Obviously he refuses 'cause while he still has beef with her, she's the most important person in his life, so you bet he'll try to protect her at all costs. The dance off still commences the same way (you have to admit, dancing with fins for legs is hella impressive), with thw two groups complimenting eachother on their dances before interrogating Branch again.
The convo here is changed slightly because I wanna see Branch and the two Bounty Hunter groups to interact some more 'cause their dynamic is interesting. Basically it's the lines of,
"Why does Barb decides which music is safe to listen to? All music is worth listening to. Liking different genres doesn't matter."
"Ugh, what do you know, Techno Troll? You don't know how it feels to be regarded as lesser for liking a different music."
"[Pop Troll profanity], I'm literally a living example of that, who do you think I've been living with all my life? And besides, who's to say Barb won't turn tail on her side of the deal and destroy you, too?"
With the power of persuasion, he managed to stop the two groups from continuing their plans and starts a temporary truce between them. His first initial plan was to get back to Pop Village to confirm everyone's safety and maybe stop Barb from destroying it. But Chaz (the guy that made him trip balls) suddenly appeared and steps in their conversation to say that Barb has gained all the strings and is making her way to Volcano Rock City, home of the Rock Trolls. This completely changes the course of his plan, but Branch is determined to follow through.
So he, the K-Pop gang, the Reggaeton Trolls and Chaz (who only came along for the thrill of it) all decide to work together to stop Barb from achieving whatever it is she's planned to use the strings for. They found the sentient hot air balloon Branch had ridden before chillin' in the outskirts of Lonesome Flats, and hopped in to make an impromptu trip to Volcano Rock City.
The scene with Poppy and Barb chatting is the same because other than it being a first face to face convo with the two, it changes nothing in the long run.
We go to the scene where Barb does a wardrobe change and presents the other tribe leaders to put her Power Chord thing to the test, to make everyone Skillet enjoyers. But before she could fire at Poppy (who she chose as the first target), a book came flying at her face. She looked up, only to see a Techno Troll along with the rest of the Bounty Hunters she hired coming in flying from a hot air balloon. (He also said the same catchphrase, "I guess a comprehensive manual does come in handy!") This shocked her since she made sure every Techno Troll was accounted for when she first invaded Techno Reef. So what the heck is this guy doing here?!
The other leaders was surprised and concerned by his arrival, but none of them rivaled the feeling of shock and horror coming from Poppy, and Trollex respectively.
Before they could think any further, and before Barb can even do anything, Branch suddenly leaps from the balloon straight down to where Barb is. And, in the most simplest term I can use, he Falcon Punched her. In the face. The guy's not afraid to play dirty.
Soon enough the two of them got into a nasty brawl, with both giving everything they got to beat the other. One is trying to take the guitar away, and one is trying to keep the guitar from the other. Million pairs of eyes is watching them play it out on stage.
While everyone else was shocked and frozen in place, Poppy began working to get her cage door open while she's distraced. Just as she's about halfway through that the victor of the scuffle is decided. While most of the Rock Trolls on the front seat were too stunned to protect their Queen, a few managed to step in and hold Branch in place. Barb waste no time using the Power Chord on him, to Poppy and the leaders' horror.
When the stone cracked and revealed Branch as a rock zombie, new colours, clothing and all, something in Trollex snapped.
It seems there's a pattern with Techno Trolls being violent when pushed to the brink, as when Barb had finished transforming Quincy and Essence and moved to him and Trollzart, no joke, he flew from his platform, and speeds straight onto Barb to give her a good beatdown like his subject the other Techno Troll did. It sorta worked, since Barb soon fell from her cable straight to the crowd below (man Trollex packs a punch). Before the Rock Trolls in the crowd could get any ideas, Trollex took the guitar from her hands and threw it back on stage, where it's out of her reach for now. He would've followed suit, if Barb hadn't got a good grip on Trollex's fins and dragged him down to her.
But it seems that Trollex's little distraction worked against her favour, as Poppy managed to get out of her cage amidst the scuffle and dashes straight to the guitar, but not before being blocked by rock zombie Branch (I got a design in mind for him, just wait and see winky face). She's horrified at seeing her best friend boyfriend being like this, but she's determined to make things right, to make sure Barb doesn't fall to the wrong path any further and hurt many more innocent Trolls. She does her speech on how everything being the same is hella boring (character development!) and how she can't force someone to be the same as her because differences do matter.
Then she proceeds to smash the guitar to bits, and the strings followed suit.
Suddenly the entire city turned grey, with no colours in sight. The zombified Trolls (ie Branch, Quincy, Essence and Trollzart, who Barb managed to hit when Trollex one punched her) were turned back to normal. But that's not really important when everyone's turned Grey with the loss of the strings.
But the same scene in the movie happened here also, with them singing by themselves bringing their colours and music back. Nothing much changed in that regard.
Branch and Poppy reunited with a hug and Poppy then went full on her apologies, saying that she's sorry for being dismissive on his suggestions and that she should've listened to him more, that her desire to be a good Queen overshadowed what she actually needed to be one; patience and a willingness to listen. Before she could go overboard, Branch stopped her. And then said on how he's also sorry for how angry he got at her, and that he knew she has only done the things she did out of a genuine desire to do good. They finished with another hug, and the infamous dialouge,
"Branch... I love being different."
"And I love you, Queen Poppy."
[Cue the Snack Pack handing eachother money in the background].
After they did that high-five that makes glitter appear out of nowhere, the two are then approached by the Troll of the hour; King Trollex. For the first time in his life, Branch gets to see the tribe he originated from, the tribe he was born to. And Trollex gets to see the Techno Troll born from the egg that was lost to him all those years ago, grew up into a strong and independent soul.
The atmosphere was tense, with no one speaking a word for a while. Branch and Trollex continued to stare at eachother, taking the other in full detail. Poppy was starting to get nervous and decides to cut in, but not before Trollex pulled Branch into a tight hug, fins and all. Branch is justifiably freaked out and froze, but he then heard the words spoken from the Techno Troll monarch,
"I know I mean nothing to you. That you value and love Pop more than Techno, for they are your entire world. And I get it. I respect it. I'd offer you to come home with me, but I know that's useless. But, if you're willing, I'd like for us to get to know eachother, regardless of differences. I failed you then, but please, let me make up for it now. I want to know your trials, your tribulations. Your achievements. Perhaps not as king and subject, but... as friends."
Branch, despite freaking out about the close contact with his king this stranger he just met 30 seconds ago, felt oddly... relieved. And lighter than he was for a long time. Throughout the 64 chapters of Spy x Family we slowly see the evolution of Twilight into Loid Forger.
When Operation Strix was first conceived and assigned to Twilight. He had to get married and become a Father in 7 days in order to infiltrate an Academy that a dangerous politician goes to in order to prevent a Cold War from going hot. Right here he is Twilight an Agent of WISE due to his annoyed reaction of WISE wanting him to start a family ASAP. But regardless he will approach this mission like all the others he’s done.
With cold ruthless efficiency.
But after adopting Anya
and marrying THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE Yor. We slowly start to see the Loid Forger persona take over Twilight.
From renting a castle and becoming “Loidman” to “rescue” his daughter as part of his celebration for Anya getting into Eden Academy.
To stressing out about his wife being unhappy and immediately taking Yor on a date (with 100 different plans to go on said date.) as his way to thank her for all the hard work she does.
Getting a giant plushie toy for Anya despite being overworked and tired from all the other missions.
Reminding Fiona/Nightfall that he is a married man.
And carrying his sleeping family after spending the whole day with them.
It’s pretty clear Loid Forger has taken over Twilight and the lines between real and fake blur for Loid just as it does for Yor, but that’s okay. Throughout his life it was just himself and no one else. But I think deep down Operation Strix was the best thing that could have ever happened to him. Yes he still needs to prevent a Cold War from breaking out, but he found a family in the process.

Wukong Agreed to help MK with whatever Charles was doing. And just as the girl had said, the giant train spider was sitting right in front of pigsy's noodle shop and hasn't move.

The large local motive suddenly Move towards her and smacked his face against her head. He Looking everywhere for her And he remembers that she would hang out here. So he thought as long as he waited she would eventually come.
(Wukong) It's good to see you too, pow. But what are you doing out here especially without your friend
Charles couldn't respond because he knows that she won't understand him. But the reason he was out here was to find her of course. She has displayed So many positive traits of a mate for his master. She already responded to the possible Danger. She's taken care of her Adult child she adopted and she came down to protect the people around her. Make her a candidate for if her and his master decide to ever have children. She checked every box Of the list in his head and he actually likes her personally so win win.

He seemed to be content as soon as he saw her he ran up To her and stop right in front of her letting out a loud Choo Choo. Li Was hiding behind the Queen's back. I know you may not believe me but that's exactly what's happening
(Li): What the hell is that Doing here
(Wukong) Oh calm down he's not gonna hurt you. His name is charles

They both looked at the word charles on the side of the local motive who was Still calmly watching the two. Charles When to find the monkey queen Because he's never seen another monkey a female one before. He thought she had good traits of being a mate and considering she's remaining calm in front of the Possible danger that is him and keeping the child she already has safe She could be amazing mother in the future.
(Wukong) Charles, I don't exactly know what you want. But i'm pretty sure I don't have it just go home bud
But charles didn't move and remain Resting next to the garage. It was like he was waiting for someone and we get to see who

(HIB Wukong) She heard giggling from outside. But outside she had the heart attack of a lifetime. Her first thoughts were what the hell is charles doing here?! Her second thoughts is Liuer Couldn't be that stupid. The monkey Queen found a little girl playing with Charles hanging off one of his many legs. She was having a lot of fun. And charles seemed to enjoy her company as well as he was given her rides around the field.
(HIB Wukong) Charles put her down on once!
Oh good his target is here. Now before you say anything he's not here to fight but to observe. Ever since double jungle incident charles has shown interest towards the monkey queen. She seems to be good candidate for a mate for his master. She's already displaying motherly traits towards the child. She already has and she is ready to defend her from the possible danger that is him. Though he wouldn't in a million years attack. A small child especially when you can clearly smell her scent on A little girl so attacking her would mean attacking the monkey. Queen and that's not what he wants to do.
But anyway, charles allowed the small child to climb out of him and approach the queen She pushed Liuer Behind her In case it wasn't a trap but before anybody can say or do anything

Everyone turns to see you were approaching the train with Glare of annoyance and embarrassment an explanation seems to be in order
(Mk Reborn Wukong) She was severely annoyed with charles. That overgrown Super Hellish Arachnid followed her back to the monk and the pilgrims. He would not leave her alone. No matter how many times she pushed them away. He was not leaving her as she couldn't for the life of her understand why.
(Mk Reborn Wukong) Look, I don't know what you want from me. But i'm pretty sure I don't have it
Charles Didn't respond because she wouldn't understand what he's saying anyway. Between you and me. Charles approached a monkey queen because he already saw qualities of a mate for His own master she fit every aspect of him and Because of that he wants to make the relationship start as soon as possible. And in order to do that, he came to study her and see what they can use a platform.
Wukong Just groaned because it seems like he's not leaving anytime soon. To Charles, her aggression would be handy for possible dangerous to herself and any children. His master and her will have.
Charles!!!
The group turned to see you stomping towards the overgrown train and the monkey queen I guess explanation is an order
(Netflix Wukong) The village was in chaos again. Monkey queen was on her way to fix whatever's going on until she saw A very familiar creature who had gotten there first.
CHOO! CHOO!
Wukong I found that charles was already ripping through the demon invaders like tissue paper. The big old spider was covered in blood and chewing on the corpse of a demon. It seems like he killed all of them already before Swallowing the demon and approaching the monkey queen herself.
Wukong Guarded herself ready to fight until a big bloody slimey me tongue wiped itself against her furry face. The monkey queen stood still horrified by what she just experienced while charles was letting out excited whistles noises. Charles took a immediate liking to the monkey Queen herself. Says she's never seen a female monkey before. He is so sick of his master being alone all the time in that damn jungle It's about time he got out and socialized make some friends and find a girlfriend. And for his master to do that, he's going to need to give him a bit of a push.
(Wukong) Thanks for the help charles I didn't expect to see you so soon.
The demonic locomotive let out a Choo Choo before a familiar Figure came down to the queen and the spider.
Charles there you are what are you doing out here?!
Monkey queen turns to see you at the other end of the battlefield walking over The dead body Do you mean glaring at the spider an explanation is In order I assume

Skybound had so many good ideas and concepts that I really like the season for. On the other hand, it fumbled like 80% of those ideas soooo hard that makes me want to cry.
(suuuper long indulgent rant about Skybound underneath cut read at your own risk)
Nadakhan is my favorite villain in a bubble. He’s this disgraced djinn prince who runs away from his home realm to become one of the most feared pirate captains in Ninjago and when he tries to return home, it’s all crumbling. He then exacts revenge on those who destroyed his home by manipulating them and toying with them psychologically, eventually trapping their souls in a sword? Badass, right?
Except that all of this cool characterization is contradicted and bastardized left and right. The season dumbs down the ninja instead of making Nadakhan smarter so he can win. When he gains the ability to make his own wishes, he resorts to immediately killing everyone. His obsession with Nya is really weird considering that she was the one who CAUSED Djinnjago to get destroyed.
Jay and Nya’s character arcs are really interesting too. In a bubble. Jay has to step up as a leader after all his friends were taken by this guy, who he has to face after he kidnapped and tortured him. He fucked around and found out the hard way and has to make up for it. Nya continues to struggle with her identity and coming into her own as a ninja and not having Samurai X to latch onto. They both have to fight to keep each other safe and make sacrifices and fall back in love.
Once again though, this is all fumbled and explored in a way that makes me tear my hair out. Jay is a selfish obsessive whiny asshole who’s pining for Nya is super uncomfortable and annoying to watch instead of cute or relatable. Nya is an even bigger asshole than he is. She lets Clouse get away in the beginning to throw a tantrum on Jay, which causes Nadakhan to be freed in the first place. She causes Jay to nearly get killed by the Tiger Widow and then get kidnapped/tortured, all because she was mad at him.
So many other plot points and character choices make me so upset it really detracts from the season as a whole. To name some:
Kai’s ultra inflated ego/obsession with social media and girls
Dareth
Forcefully inserted misogyny
All of the prison arc. All of it.
Ronin betraying the ninja for the police. I get he likes money, but the ninja saved his ass and he is a known criminal. Just a weird place to take his character.
The ninja turning on Jay immediately and effectively sacrificing him to the ultra deadly giant spider
Cole and Lloyd being unceremoniously/anti-climatically removed from the season so Jay and Nya could be alone
Marriage plot (specifically Delara and the marriage plot only ever being used as an excuse for Nadakhan to fight with Jay over Nya which is really gross)
I wish Delara was explored more and was not a creepy Nya clone for Nadakhan to drool over, ew
Dareth
Cole, Lloyd, and Nya using up their wishes immediately in really stupid ways
Tonal whiplash from the goofy lighthearted first half of the season to the dark hopeless second half
Echo Zane (before the Echo fans come after me, I like his character, but he just introduces a lot of plot implications that are never resolved or addressed for a character who has like 10 minutes of screen time max and never gets to come back)
We never learn why Cliff and ‘Libber’ abandoned Jay with the Walkers. Cliff obviously cared about his son, he made a shrine for him in his dressing room, so why did he never contact him before his death? What happened to Jay’s mom? Did Wu know? It’s annoying to have this plot point, only for it to never be explored in the whole show besides a line about being adopted in Prime Empire. Maybe we’ll get some context in Dragons Rising, but I doubt it.
We were robbed from a rematch between Captain Soto and Nadakhan
I honestly wouldn’t mind the ending, if it wasn’t for the fact that the writers can’t decide wether everyone remembers the alternate timeline or not. That and it’s seems like the events of Skybound don’t effect Jay and Nya in later seasons like at all besides a wink and a nudge at the viewer. Once again, Jay was kidnapped and physically/psychologically abused and tortured, and Nya straight up died. They are the only people who (completely) remember and gained what should be a massive amount of trauma but nope! Lloyd has more on-screen/canon trauma over Harumi than Nya does about DYING or Jay does about TORTURE. Again, I don’t think that Dragons Rising will explore this to any extent either.
I also don’t mind the whole trapping the ninja in the Djinnblade thing, I just wish the ninja could have had more screen time. Either by keeping them around longer before trapping them, or showing what inside the sword was like idk
Nadakhan and Jay are kinda weird because I’m not sure why he singled him out out of all of the ninja. I know the Doylist answer is that Jay is the focus character for the season, but I find it weird that instead of getting the other ninja while he could, he wasted a lot of his time toying with Jay on Misfortunes Keep. Why didn’t he just kidnap all of the ninja on Tiger Widow Island instead of giving them a chance of escape. His obsession with Jay could have been easily explained or explored it it never is?
TL;DR, Skybound is a mess of really good and really bad ideas Frankensteined together in the messiest, laziest way they could. I still like it quite a bit, but I would be lying if I said it didn’t frustrate the hell out of me.

Wanted to share my other theory for Peach's origin (Heavily inspired in Momotaro and The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter) before the Mario movie comes out, so here we go.
During a meteor shower, Toadsworth finds a giant peach, and takes it back home for dinner. When he tries to cut it open, he's startled to hear it cry out like a baby. Gently prying it open, he instead realizes within it is a human baby girl. Humans have been uncommon in the Mushroom Kingdom for ages, so while he has no idea of where she came from, he becomes immediately taken with the child and decides to take care of her, naming her Peach.
However, he's also aware that within the Mushroom Kingdom Castle, that has stood alone much longer than anyone cares to remember, there lies a crown, sealed within a crystal, and with it a prophecy: 'Only a child born from the falling stars may bear me...' so, half reluctantly, he presents the kid to the rest of the Toads and explains her origins. Though they're not exactly convinced of the veracity of the peach thing, the truth is there is no one to claim the child and she WAS found in a meteor shower. So they head for the castle.
When they get to the crown, the crystal cracks under baby Peach's gentle touch, freeing it, and accepting her as the one destined to wear it. The Toads are overjoyed to have found their future ruler, they clean up the castle and Toadsworth remains her caretaker albeit no longer being allowed, as per protocol, to act as her adoptive father but instead becoming her tutor. ((Blabla, as far as Peach and him are concerned, he's still her dad, she just never calls him that.))
She grows up pretty much community-parented by the whole toad gang, beloved by them all, and in time the simp turtle comes along and the usual Mario hijinks take place.

Tumblr deactivated my account but I am back. And I brought you some chaos.
Now, hear me out. Danny Phantom x Frozen crossover.
Just Danny being somehow teleported to Frozen world and meeting Elsa. They bond over royalty problems and ice powers (and their initial struggles with controlling their powers), and Danny uses his Phantom form to match Elsa's white hair, and they complain to each other about how they were hunted for who they are, and Elsa says something about how she's scared that her powers can hurt people after that time when she froze everything and Danny goes "Me too! A version of me once destroyed the world and I had to prevent that from happening!", and Danny's reaction to Olaf is just "It's like when hotdogs come to life in my house but friendly, so cool!"
* runs out of breath, pauses *
And Danny and Elsa both have red-headed sisters who at some point dated not-good-for-them guys. And Anna was frozen before being brought back to life and what if she's a halfa now? She had her hair turning white like a ghost, and she sort of died, right? She should be at least liminal! And Elsa actually could be some kind of Infinite Realms entity, with that whole fifth spirit thing from the second part.
And then Danny shows this cool new world to Jazz, and Elsa introduces Danny to Anna, and now Jazz bonds with Elsa over having chaotic younger siblings who want to save everyone. And when Dani joins, she immediately goes to explore and cause chaos, and she meets that giant snow monster (did you know that his name is Marshmallow? Adorable) and for no particular reason they form some kind of friendship, so now people can see Dani being carried oh so gently by this living mountain. Well, when she's not out of kingdom, of course. She might be starting a revolution in some authoritarian country, don't mind her.
Danny thinks that Sam probably wouldn't like Anna and Kristoff much because they're just such naive sunshines and Sam is, well, goth. Sam tells Danny that if she hadn't liked naive sunshines, she wouldn't have befriended him and Tucker, and proceeds to have a long conversation with Anna about how being from a rich family sometimes makes having any relationship so much harder. She then starts talking with Kristoff about animals rights, and Danny thinks that maybe he unleashed a power he wouldn't be able to stop.
Tucker probably doesn't find anything that really catches his attention in this world because there's no cool tech, but maybe he tries to apply his tech knowledge to magic and gets some crazy results (what do you mean you can't use "water has memory" thing for phone/computer memory? Well, watch him make this new cool computer that can make pictures out of ice and is even capable of making 3-dimensional ice sculptures images! How? Well, some ecto, some runes that Dani found for him in this world, some science... He's just that smart, yes.)
There are unconfirmed sightings of very confused Dan surrounded by trolls. They might have accidentally adopted this sad angry boy to show him love and affection.

Fushimi as Kotaro while the s4 members as the other apartment tenants in a Kotaro Lives Alone AU. (I sometimes don't end up sending an ask cause I think I already sent too much before so I may or may not have sent this same ask to you before, I'm sorry if I have and feel free to ignore this. Thanks).
Imagine everyone just falling in love with poor little Fushimi who is all on his own D: Say in this AU Kisa dies young and her little son Fushimi gets her inheritance, though he’s unaware of it. Fushimi is taken away from his creepy dad and set up at an orphanage but when he’s found by Niki he decides to run away and go hide, living by himself at an apartment complex. His rent is paid by a ‘generous benefactor,’ which is actually Kisa’s inheritance that’s being handled by lawyer Munakata. Munakata would love to adopt this adorable child himself but is aware that Fushimi would reject him if Munakata decided to do this without getting Fushimi’s agreement first, so instead he just brings Fushimi money regularly and tries to play puzzles with him. He’s hoping that eventually little Fushimi will ask to come home with him but it hasn’t happened yet, even so Munakata is willing to be patient and does his best to support Fushimi from afar. Fushimi thinks Mr. Glasses is weird and creepy.
Meanwhile the rest of the tenants at the apartment complex become aware that there’s this little gloomy child living in one of the apartments and there doesn’t seem to be any parents anywhere (but this strange sparkly nerd man in glasses will show up every now and again). Awashima works with Munakata and helped him get the apartment for Fushimi so when she’s off work she checks on him in Munakata’s place, imagine she’s always bringing him giant stuffed animals even though Fushimi says he doesn’t need them (and imagine Fushimi with this huge collection and he has no idea what to do with them but also somehow he can’t get rid of them). Government employee Hidaka immediately goes full big brother mode with Fushimi, imagine Fushimi’s school happens to be in the same direction as Hidaka’s office and Hidaka likes to walk Fushimi to school every day. Hidaka’s always smiling and chatting, even with Fushimi glares and complains, but at the same time Fushimi is now never bothered by bullies because he has his ‘giant big brother’ with him. Hidaka’s coworker Enomoto walks with them too, imagine Enomoto trying to get Fushimi into conversations about anime and being crestfallen that Fushimi doesn’t watch anything like that (except secretly Fushimi totally does and loves it).
Kamo meanwhile brings Fushimi a lot of his food, he’s not allowed to see his own daughter and probably kinda tries to take a parental role towards this kid who’s only a few years older than his daughter. Kamo runs a sushi restaurant and brings Fushimi leftovers, though he quickly realizes that Fushimi won’t eat a lot of things and has to be particular in what he brings. Akiyama and Benzai are policemen who are like vaguely aware that a small kid shouldn’t be alone in an apartment and maybe they even find out that Niki is looking for Fushimi. They eventually realize why Fushimi is hiding from Niki though and use their position to throw Niki off the scent so Fushimi can be safe. The rest of the apartment complex finds out about this too and imagine Gotou putting up some cursed statues around the foundation just to be safe, while Doumyouji tries to teach Fushimi how to defend himself with a stick (this ends with Fushimi hitting Doumyouji with a stick for being an idiot while Doumyouji cries that Fushimi is mean). Even Fuse, who pretends he finds the kid annoying, is always keeping an eye out and making sure Fushimi is okay, the whole apartment complex wants to protect him.

Morgan Lore Time! Under a cut because it got long.
Part 1 | Part 2
Morgan only knew Elven for most of her life; an obscure Feywild dialect that gives her an accent which immediately marks her as outsider to other Baldurians. This was deliberate. Her cult leader didn’t want his followers to be able to communicate with outside humans if they happened to encounter others somehow.
She still speaks with an accent and sometimes slips into elven when flustered or swearing. I don’t know what Elven sounds like in forgotten realms, so I’m not sure what to compare her accent to.
Learning Common and Chondathan took time and for a little bit, the only people she could communicate with were elves or other races that spoke the language.
At 16, Morgan was a newcomer to both human and faerun culture. Her wild magic, recently unleashed, was still volatile. She got kicked out of multiple temples she attempted to receive charity from because of unlucky and dangerous surges. (Maybe one is the temples has a hole in the wall now….the place was falling apart anyway)
She ends up at a brothel, eager to get paid for sex as a repressed teenager dealing with hypersexuality, but to their credit they see a child who barely speaks Common and hire her as a maid instead. She gets adopted by the elven sex workers who become her first friends and help her with her language skills (as well as keeping unsavory patrons away from her).
About a year later, she decides to learn more about controlling her magic better; at this point she’s never cast a spell deliberately, only had them randomly manifest from her wild magic. She takes the little bit of money she earned cleaning rooms and went to Sorcerous Sundries to see if she could find an instructor.
This is where she meets Lorroakan. But he didn’t go by Lorroakan at this time; and he wasn’t the owner of Sorcerous Sundries yet. She found him standing outside hawking potions (snake oil) under the name Alvan. He sees an easily manipulated attractive girl and talks her into hiring him to teach her magic.
(This is all entirely my own head canon in regards to Lorroakan, as in my story he is a fraud who stole a prestigious wizard’s name and title and conned his way into the tower. Also he seems like a creep that would date teenagers as an adult.)
She doesn’t have much money, so he extracts payment in sex. Which is all well and good to her at the time, but she is too young and naive to understand the giant red flag this man is and that he has zero respect for her. She takes him at his word that he’s a powerful wizard.
But Morgan isn’t stupid, and realizes eventually he’s not as powerful as he said he was, and really hadn’t been teaching her anything useful at all. He always seemed to be wheeling and dealing with shady people and took advantage of her willingness to explore her sexuality. While out in the markets together, one of the older merchant women hands her a Detect Thoughts scroll free of charge and tells her to watch out for that man.

I have come to realize, I don't quite understand what a back-up story is? Like, do some comic issues just sometimes have too much space for the main story so they include another, smaller comic at the back?
No, it's usually the reverse: the creators have a story they like, but that's too short to make up a full comic, so they attach it as a bonus feature after the A-story.
To me, the acme of how to do backup stories are Chris Claremont's Classic X-Men. In an era before trade paperback and omnibus collections were common, in an era before there were digital comics libraries where you could access the entire back catalogue of entire companies on demand, Classic X-Men reprinted everything from the Roy Thomas/Neal Adams Silver Age through to the big hits of the first hundred or so issues of the Claremont run with edited captions and dialogue and interstitial panels and pages of new art.
However, Chris Claremont wasn't satisfied with tinkering around the edges, so the first 44 issues of Classic X-Men included backup stories by him and Ann Nocenti. These short (usually ~8 page) stories included a lot of "deleted scenes" - so you get to see how things that are alluded to but not shown in the main narrative, like the beginning of Logan and Jean's attraction in the immediate wake of Giant-Size #1, or Emma Frost's Hellfire Club scheming against Jason Wyngarde or Selene during the Dark Phoenix Saga, or Jean Grey wrestling with what it means to be the Phoenix with the help of Storm and Misty Knight, or why Nightcrawler stopped using his image inducer and came out of the closet as a mutant, etc. These scenes "danced between the raindrops" of canon, where they added richness and flavor to the main story without being essential reading.
But more and more, Claremont and Nocenti used these backup stories to fill out backstories through "period pieces." It is in these stories that we see Max Eisenhardt escape Auschwitz and tragically lose his daughter Anya, or go from being a Nazi hunter in South America to a mutant separatist terrorist when he learns the truth about Operation Paperclip. It is in these stories that we see Jean Grey's psychic powers awaken when she experiences the tragic death of her childhood friend Annie Richardson from inside Annie's mind, and how that shaped her understanding of life and death and what it means to be a mutant.
I would argue that these stories are essential reading, because they're often where Claremont (and Nocenti) found the emotional core of his characters, the motivational drives that make them who they are.
Alternatively, backup stories are where creators could take advantage of free "real estate" in anthology books, team-up books, and annuals to tell more fantastical and imaginative B-stories that wouldn't have fit within an overarching narrative. So we get weird stuff like Margali Szardos casting her adopted son Kurt Wagner into the literal Inferno of Dante Alighieri, or straight-edge Harlan County miner's son Sam Guthrie romantically abducted by an intergalactic cat burglar who also happens to be a cockney Joan Jett, and so on.
And that's what I like about backup stories - they're like miniature paintings, where the artists get to stretch their creative muscles free of the burden and pressure of the magnum opus.

Ok so au single dad centaur Jack and his tiny daughter fall through a portal from there world right into the arena while a match is going on in the RoR world. Chaos ensues since of course centaur Jack doesn’t know what’s going on or if anyone here is an enemy or ally and he’s trying to protect his daughter or however you think he would react. RoR people postpone the fight to try and get the familiar centaurs out of the arena. The daughter gets separated from her father and try’s to get back to him but is caught then gets away, runs, and then jumps up into the stands and runs around in fear and confusion reeking havoc. Jack and Hlokk’s reactions to seeing all this on her tv. And somehow Jack and Hlokk meet the centaurs.
Jacks daughter a fast runner, with her long legs she can out run her father if she really books it, but doesn’t have a lot of stamina. She’s also strong for being so young. She’s young enough to still need breast milk so he has her suckle from a special fruit that instead of juice, produces a milk like substance that is a bit sweet and has all the nutrients she needs without having to much like cows milk. He keeps a sack of them on hand. It’s shaped like a giant strawberry the size of an adult human head and every part is edible. I made up this fruit. Jack found her after her mother was killed buy a wild animal right after she was born so he adopted her.
-You had been walking around with your father, gathering milk berries, large strawberry shaped fruits that had a milky based nectar, your main source of food at the moment since you were still so young, so small, needing the extra calcium and nutrients.
-Your adopted father, Jack, was a thinner centaur, but very strong and very fast, despite his looks, had found you only a few months after you had been born, your mother killed by a bear, and he took you in, raising you to be his precious child.
-He did his best raising you, teaching you things as you grew, how to track and forage, but you were never far from his side, afraid to leave him, not wanting to be alone again.
-You were very petite for your size, even compared to other centaurs who were younger than you, so Jack did his research to locate milk berries what would help your body.
-A bright magic light surrounded the two of you as you stepped into the shallow river, to cross it and you could feel your father grabbing your hand.
-After being momentarily stunned there was such a loud noise that you were instantly startled, you and Jack finding yourselves in the middle of a massive stadium, two warriors instantly laying their weapons down, seeing the sudden centaurs in the center of the arena.
-Zeus had felt an unknown magic and was stunned to see the two centaurs, one of them looking very familiar while the other was only a child.
-The fight was immediately called off as several gods, including Zeus, were all quick to enter the arena.
-You clung to one of your father’s back legs, hiding behind him as he stomped, giving them a warning, “Stay back!”
-Zeus was quick to approach, but stayed a respectful distance back, “I know this may be unnerving, but may I ask where you came from?”
-Your papa spoke, telling the god that you and him had been walking through a forest and tried to cross a shallow river when a bright light blinded the two of you and you both woke up here.
-Zeus stroked his beard, a hum leaving him, “I’m not sure what type of magic called you here. We can provide some accommodations while we look into this.”
-Jack went to agree, mainly as he could tell you were scared and he wanted to get you some place quiet where you could calm down, but froze when you let out a squeak, as one of the fighters approached you from behind, asking if you were okay, as he could see that you were shaking.
-You got spooked and instantly took off running, not even hearing your papa, “Y/N! Y/N wait!!”
and instantly the crowds went into panic mode as you managed to leap up from the arena into the stands, running to where it was dark, as that meant a hiding place!
-Zeus was quick to shout out orders, “DON’T CHASE HER!!” many were surprised by this before they quickly realized that if they chased you, you would be more scared.
-Hlokk and Jack, watching from her room, had seen the new guests arrive, and Jack could only stare, seeing that the older centaur looked exactly like him.
-Once backstage, Zeus asked Papa Jack where you could have gone and the older centaur, while worried, kept a level head, as he knew that wouldn’t help anything, “I’ve taught her to find dark places, caves, thickets, places where she hide, but she likely won’t be anywhere nearby, despite her small size, Y/N is very fast, faster than me.”
-With this information, Zeus and Odin sent out a search party, pairing up gods and humans to search for you, while putting out the word to anyone they could to keep an eye out for you.
-Brunnhilde received a call from Hlokk only about ten minutes later, “Big Sis! Jack and I have her here, she’s safe but she’s having a bit of a meltdown over here!”
-Zeus, Brunnhilde, Odin, Papa Jack, and Goll quickly went to Hlokk’s room, where sobbing was heard and your papa was quick to rush forward, “Y/N!”
-You were in the lap of a human man, who looked exactly like your papa; the two Jack’s froze, looking at each in stunned astonishment as you turned, hearing your name and your eyes went wide, seeing your papa and you were quick to stand, without hurting Jack, and rushed into your father’s arms, “You didn’t lose your back legs!!”
-Chuckles went through the room, Hlokk allowing them all to remain as she explained that you had seen the human Jack and rushed to him, thinking that was your father, before realizing he had lost his back legs and had a meltdown, lamenting his loss.
-Many found it amusing, but neither Jack nor Papa made you feel foolish as they were trying to make sense of it themselves on how there were two of them.
-The two of you were welcome to Valhalla, given your own quarters while they tried to figure out what was going on, and how you both came to be here.
-The two of you came to love Valhalla, as it was safe, there were no predators, no hunters, no threats to your lives and Zeus welcomed you both warmly to stay, as you and Hlokk had become friends and the two Jacks were enjoying time together as well, learning how they differed from each other and how they were similar.

you became close with both of them. the two looked to be quite close, despite the blonde having been adopted by the wealthy joestar family at age 12. you did notice a difference in character, however; whereas one of them was a gentleman through and through, his eyes laced with nothing but kindness and innocence, the other was incredibly intense. his charisma could draw any individual in if he so desired.
he never backed away from any kind of confrontation, not hesitating to put someone in their—to him—designated place in this world. he knew what he wanted, and he would do anything to get it.
sometimes, when you stayed over for dinner at the mansion, you’d sleep over too. with your own assigned guest room, you were practically free to stay as many times as you’d like. on a particular night, after dining and having another glass of wine with the navy-haired gentle giant, your faith was sealed forever.
in the process of undressing, you suddenly heard a faint knock on your door. assuming it was just a maid who came to announce her retirement for the night, you absentmindedly opted for her to enter. only dressed in a chemise, and in the process of putting your hair up, your gaze was definitely not met with a maid’s but with a pair of striking brown eyes.
you froze in place, your hands falling from your hair to your chest, trying to cover yourself as best as you could as your eyes widened. the blonde stood there, absolutely captivated by you. he couldn’t look away, even if he tried.
you looked absolutely beautiful to him. he almost started to wonder if this is what people are talking about when they describe 'love at first sight'.
but that was impossible—he just doesn’t fall in love. never has, never will, right?

and he was very, very fond of you.

he never ended up being with you, the way jonathan ended up with his dear erina. you unexpectedly left the country after graduating. it undoubtedly deepened his anger towards his adoptive brother, which resulted in him doing the things he did.
dio never knew what became of you in the end. did you get married? did you bare children? were you even still alive at all after you left? did you ever think of him the same way he thought of you? he never got an answer to any of those questions that boggled his mind. the question of how and where you passed; he doesn't even dare to let that pass his mind anymore. he'll lose it if he does.
he shoved the woman by her hair, which was still tightly secured in his palm, off his softening manhood with a blunt tug, forcing her face first onto the hardwood floor with a gasp. he paid it no mind.
"clean yourself up and get back to your own chambers. we're done here." he said as he stood up and tucked himself back into his pants. he walked over to his bedroom window. it must have been a full moon, given how bright it appeared that night.
"oh, how much i wish that i could've seen you just one last time, my love." he whispered to himself as he reached into his pocket, not caring if that disappointment of a woman was still in the room or not. his thumb softly rubbed over the small ruby gemstone that sat on the 18-carat gold engagement ring that rested between his fingers. he was hoping to meet you again, very soon.
you would have been the most beautiful bride.

Well written female characters given equal amounts of flaws and development in both character and strength depending on the type of media to the male characters, that’s given for almost any show I like really

Symbolism in character design, the backgrounds, abilities names, I’m a sucker for shows and medias that have me over analyzing everything I could in terms of a character as a whole as well as their Morality, Psyche, biology, etc. just any character or moment I can just daydream about breaking down to their rawest moments and just analyze it til there’s nothing left for me to analyze over
The protagonist has flaws, and genuinely doesn’t win everytime (Yes even though I love Yusaku I mean this whole heartedly) XD
Angst bait and whump bait characters ig XD, I want to fall in love with a tragic character and immediately start hunting down angst and whump about them or just make my own ximssjsm

Oh~ This is such an interesting list, and I am actually pretty sure that Bleach has almost all of these.
Yeah, that is pretty much of a given. Orihime wants to protect her friends, but something happens to her powers and she feels horrible about it, she has real flaws that any girl would have.
Espadas, Just the Espadas. More specifically, Ulquiorra Cifer and his Ressureccion looks like a genuine devil in Bleach.
WE HAVE THAT! WE HAVE KENPACHI ZARAKI AND YACHIRU KUSAJISHI! And it is actually so cute, because this menacing beast of a man that loves to fight to death,
has a tiny little girl on his shoulder, 24/7. And when he is angry, he just doesn't even think about harming her at all, he just thinks about the people he is about to fight.
4. If you count Isshin and Ichigo, then yeah, we have that. They are a perfect duo. Legit hilarious and Isshin actually loves his son and will protect him.
5. Yup! Cyan Sung-Sun
6. Yeah it does have that with pretty much every character in this show, even the jokey characters like Asano Keigo. There are hundreds of videos just talking about these characters.
7. Ichigo gets his ass kicked like every arc, at least. Not to mention, the internal battle that he has with his inner demon, both literally and narratively. This guy has more layers than an onion.
8. Pick one. You want angsty antagonist? Coyote Starrk. Angsty protag? Ichigo. Angsty female character? Rukia Kuchiki. Angsty side character? Uryu Ishida. It is filled with angsty characters.
9. Rukia, Yachiru, Yuzu, Karin, Nel, Toshiro, Momo, pretty much, anyone that won't kill you, but knowing you, you will adopt all of them.
10. Renji FUCKING Abarai, this boy is the most hilarious boy on the planet and I love him for that.

Joey Drew is Gay and there's no way around it (Pt 1)
I want to immediately preface this by saying I never want to assume that a character is gay, straight, bi, etc. Usually the creator will confirm this type of thing, or it will end up being confirmed or implied later down the line. Joey, however, has something unique in comparison to the rest of the cast- we have his autobiography. This paired with information found in the games themselves and additional novels already give us a pretty big library of information to draw from. We have most of his life story given to us on a silver platter, and in my opinion, the non-heteronormativity speaks for itself.
Let's start with Dark Revival, because it's an easy starting point to offshoot from.
Memory Joey tells Audrey this: for Joey Drew, a family was something he always wanted, but could never have. For most people, this probably translates as Joey being too absorbed in his work, himself, and the studio to raise a family. While Joey did have a big ego and undoubtedly had his hands full, I struggle to believe that this would prevent him outright from even trying.
First off, if Joey's end goal was "a family," then there are a million questions that immediately come up. What kind of "family" was Joey striving for? Dark Revival seems to at least confirm that he wanted a child of his own, and to be fair, solely having Audrey seemed to complete him.
When Joey was alive, there were some pretty easy ways to accomplish having a family. One would be the heterosexual route, marrying a woman and having a child, and arguably this would be the easiest. He could have also adopted, especially if he was Ace, or if there was a possibility he was just an infertile man.
Here's the thing, though- he didn't do either of those.
Now, I fully understand that if Joey were a mouse stuck in a maze, he would take the longest possible route to get to the cheese. He's a bit stubborn and childish, and developed his god complex faster than a Polaroid camera photo. BUT, his two brain cells kick in whenever there's something he truly wants.
Joey doesn't operate on brute force. He outsources absolutely everything. He'll wrap up an entire web of people into doing his dirty work, but he himself wants to take the path of least resistance. So, when dealing with a personal matter that can be very easily tended to...why the hell ignore the entire thing? Having a kid would have worked pretty smoothly with his self-interests.
The way Joey goes about actually "having" kids is very strange. Firstly, there's Bendy, born via Ink Machine. Secondly, there's Audrey, also born via Ink Machine.
Hey Joey, quick question...why are all your kids birthed via giant metal box?
Oh, I'm not kidding about Bendy being Joey's child, either.
In Illusion of Living, Joey states that he views Bendy as his son, and this is specified to not be a hyperbolic statement. Nathan also volunteers the information that Joey felt the same way about Bendy as he did about his own son (Nathan Jr.) Joey also describes Bendy as his muse and his messenger. Joey's philosophy, The Illusion of Living, is the belief that fiction and reality are the same thing, which feeds into a heavy insistence that Bendy is real, and he scoffs at the idea that people would dare think he isn't.
Illusion of Living was released in 1942. So, starting in at least 1942 (though I suspect earlier,) Joey was very protective of the image of this character, and convinced himself that this creation was his own son.
In short, he was already attempting to fill a childless void with a fictional substitute.
However, the sad fact is that Bendy was ultimately a filler child that still couldn't satisfy him. But when Audrey came into being, that was it. Joey wanted a human child, and Audrey was the closest thing to that, hence why she was his last attempt. So he settled down and raised her until his passing.
But we’re not done talking about Bendy yet. Joey's intense connection to Bendy has far-reaching implications.
