heyooo! i’m yumi, age 23, they/them! i’m currently lf a few krp/kdrama partners, preferably within the age range of 19-23+! it’s safe to say that i’m open to any pairings such as mxm, fxf, poly, and trans/non-binary characters, oc x oc (faceclaims ok!) - i will say that i do have a preference for writing masculine characters and will often default to that unless discussed.

my writing style is always mirrored, so don’t be shy if you’d like to write with me in any way, shape, or form! my preference tends to lean towards novella and advanced lit (comfortably up to 500-1k or more) with present or past, third-person narratives. i have some writing examples i can send your way if you’d like to see them before committing to rp with me! i typically want to strive for quality over quantity.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ PLOTS : regarding plots that i enjoy tend to lean super heavily into the human condition (any variation or avenue of slice of life, modern aus), very lightly toeing into supernatural with succubuses/incubus or angel/devils, fallen angel concepts, and “darker” themes. some examples would be religious trauma/historical themes, substance abuse, violence, heavy angst, etc.

i also really enjoy media-based or established works of fictions like ao3, video games (the last of us, detroit become human, etc), films, and kdramas (strangers from hell, all of us are dead, the glory, bloodhounds, and more).

i’m totally interested in including nsfw into our rps aswell, though i tend to write my characters as versatile switches and would prefer if my partners were flexible and willing to collaborate to make it fun and comfortable for both of us. i will send a kink list to be as transparent as possible, or you can view that on my carrd alongside other in depth info here!

NOTES : the most important part of this i would like to make sure is noted is that writing won’t always be a priority for me as i have other hobbies and responsibilities that tend to take up a lot of my free time too. i work two jobs while also taking classes from my university and gaming. i’d appreciate and prefer partners that don’t mind gaps of time between responses and won’t spam or pressure me to be quicker. i’ve had some bad luck with rp partners that don’t understand that and overstep boundaries. i will end the rp if it gets excessive. however, i’m very chatty and enjoy making playlists and pinterest boards alongside our rp au’s so it’d be cool to have partners open to that sort of connection. i’m always down for friendships outside of our rp too so the gaps of time don’t feel awkward or stilted.

FACTS ABOUT CORE4:

they are the first artists to debut under stellar entertainment & the first active group under P NATION.

they are the fastest co-ed group to win at a music show (2 weeks after debuting)

they were originally supposed to debut as separate duos.

EUNWOO & SAKURA’s debut was supposed to take place in 2016, but was cancelled at the very last minute after the CEO of stellar entertainment decided on forming the current four-member lineup today.

all members can speak english, but EUNWOO & SAKURA are fluent in it.

after signing with P NATION in 2019, the group’s concept began focusing in on their diversity in their foreign roots & gender, using their differences to help them stand out.

the youngest member, SAKURA, became an official registered choreographer under P NATION in 2021. after the success of her work with a rookie girl group in 2020, P NATION & SM announced that they were working together to have SAKURA become an official choreographer for aespa as well.

the oldest members, AJ & HYEWON, produce and write the group’s music.

until 2019, EUNWOO was the first and longest idol to work & train under stellar entertainment.

the overall genre(s) of CORE4 are rock, kpop, EDM and alternative.

HYEWON transferred from JYPE as the former leader of the popular girl group, ITZY, to work with AJ as a rapper after previously training as a vocalist.

at the beginning of 2019, CORE4 terminated their contract with stellar entertainment and signed with P NATION after having multiple unresolved issues with their first company.

in mid-2019, SAKURA took a six month-long hiatus due to severe mental health issues & treatment branched from CORE4’s previous company.

the group’s 2018 debut made it to the top ten in the gaon charts.

SAKURA and EUNWOO were invited to participate as guest mentors for BBC’s competition show, little mix: the search in the fall of 2020. all four members performed on the show as well.

in february of 2021, P NATION announced that SAKURA is in a relationship with YUNHO of ATEEZ.

on april 1, 2021 SM confirmed that SAKURA is partnering with the company to choreograph for the rookie girl group, aespa.

they placed first overall in MNET’s competition show, kingdom: legendary war.

in 2023, they will participate as mentors and judges for MNET’s upcoming survival show for a new co-ed subunit for CORE4.

in september of 2021, 3/4 of CORE4 were special guests on JYP & P NATION’s survival show, LOUD. HYEWON did not participate due to her filming schedule for an upcoming drama.

Just a short introduction for the æ's of aespa the maverick. I'll be posting a connections/relationship post with the members and their æ's!

æ-Ryver (stylized as æ-ryver or æ-RYVER) is a virtual member of aespa and its subunit aespa the maverick. He is the virtual counterpart part to Ryver. He was first introduced in Ryver's "SYNK, RIVER" introduction video. He & Ryver together are referred to as MY RYVER.

The title track "MAVERICK" is about introducing the boys to aespa and their storyline/lore. Maverick means unconventional and independent, and do not think or behave in the same way as other people. Their unit name also comes from the word, meaning they are the rebels of æspa's lore.

The æ's of aespa the maverick appear in this music video as they are helping out the human members.

Kpop stans dragged the unit for not having a unique concept and debut song for the unit debut.

MYs thought the music video was interesting as it might've hinted a villain towards aespa the maverick at the end of the music video.

SHORT HISTORY

Born in the fictional city of Tokcho, South Korea, Ryver was born to his parents Jeong Hojin & Kang Aeyoung on July 16, 2000. He is the only child born of the two is considered a "spoiled child" by korean netizens, although his parents never made it seem like he was spoiled. Hansol was 17 when he was scouted by SM Entertainment, though he thought it was a scam, his instincts were aware that it wasn't. A few months later after he was scouted, he officially became a trainee under the company. He was the "guinea pig" of the company as the company had a few debut plans for him, the first idea was him debuting in NCT and its sub-unit NCT Dream, but the plan for him debuting in the NCT project was scrapped. He was then considered to debut in the super group SuperM, again, the idea was scrapped. He was then offered to join the group aespa, to help the group's lore and storyline more in depth. He chose the stage name Ryver as a homage to his mother's family name "Kang" which means river in Korean. His stage name “Ryver”, however, was chosen out of several different candidates: others included 홍연/Hongyeon (crimson flame), 섀도/Shadow, and 비트/Beat. Another option was 하이드/Haide (hidden). In aespa and its subunit, he is represented by the animal Wolf, the number 85, the symbol ⚡️, and the skill Chronomancer.

Katou Yuto (加藤勇人) also known by his stage name Yuuto (유우토), is a fictional member of the kpop group aespa and its subunit aespa the maverick under SM Entertainment.

Yuuto was born in Sapporo, Japan to doctor Katou Hiroto and former teacher Katou Yuri, Yuuto is the youngest of 3 children, Katou Yuuji & Katou Yuka. At the age of 14, he discovered kpop when his schoolmates were taking about it and made him want to learn more about it, the first kpop song that he had listened to was Shinee's "Lucifer". He then decided to audition for SM Entertainment with a friend of his, however, his friend was rejected while he was accepted. He would then be flown out to South Korea with his older brother and would go on to working with SM Entertainment as a trainee. Yuuto was the first member of aespa's male subunit to be revealed to the public as he would be the first member of the unit to be a trainee the longest. His stage name “Yuuto” was chosen out of several different candidates. Others included 하루토/Haruto (sunlight), 히카리/Hikari (light), and 렌/Ren (lotus). Another option was 에이스/Ace to highlight his standout qualities and skills in the K-pop industry. In aespa and its subunit, he is represented by the animal Jellyfish, the number 54, the symbol 🎵 and the skill Aero Whisperer.

Han Dongyoon (한동윤) also known by his stage name Camden (캠던), is a fictional member of the kpop group aespa and its subunit aespa the maverick under SM Entertainment.

BIRTHDAY :: November 4, 2004

BIRTHPLACE :: Gyeongju, South Korea

SHORT HISTORY

Camden was born Han Dongyoon in Gwangju, South Korea to his parents Han Jae and Kim Seunghee. Camden was raised in a musical household, his father was a former guitarist and singer while his mother was a famous musical actress. At the age of 5, his family moved to Los Angeles, California, USA because his father was offered multiple jobs in the States as a music teacher. Prior on becoming a member of aespa and its subunit, aespa the maverick, Camden was a backup dancer for BoA during her comeback "Forgive Me". His stage name “Camden” was chosen out of several different candidates. Others included 메이븐/Maven (expert), 레이즌/Rayzen (razor-sharp), and 신도/Shindo (divine path). Another option was 에디슨/Edison, reflecting his electrifying presence in the K-pop scene. In the group, his representative animal is a Dragon, the number 14, the symbol ♦️& the skill Cyberweaver.

ZYRUS (자이러스), is a fictional advanced AI system for aespa’s male subunit ‘aespa the maverick.’ ZYRUS plays a crucial role in facilitating interactions between the virtual and real worlds, assisting Ryver, Yuuto, and Camden in their journey. The name ZYRUS combines elements of ‘zenith’ and ‘cyrus,’ symbolizing its elevated and dynamic support for the male subunit. ZYRUS, with a voice akin to harmonious echoes, was unveiled during the MY, RYVER teaser video, contributing to the group’s compelling narrative in the SM Culture Universe. He is called the "Naevis of the Maverick" by fans.

SM Entertainment has officially confirmed the romantic relationship between Aespa's Winter and Yuuto, a member of Aespa's male subunit, The Maverick. Rumors had been circulating for weeks about a possible connection between the two idols, but it wasn't until now that the agency made an official statement addressing the speculation.

According to SM Entertainment's statement, Winter and Yuuto have been dating for several months, and their relationship has been blossoming behind the scenes while they focused on their respective careers. The agency expressed their support for the couple and asked fans to respect their privacy.
