Hey there! (20nb) (uk roleplayer) 🌲❄️

I'm hoping to find those who would be interested in an active long-term oc roleplay that is set/inspired by the setting of true detective night country. I have been wanting to do this type of setting and environment for some time as it feels perfect for an oc roleplay. I was hoping to do romantic yet realistic, drama, and horror elements of a roleplay that will be set within the true detective night country canon setting of Alaska. Pairing wise, I'm looking to do a wlw/nblw relationship, where I'm hoping to find those interested in writing a dynamic of femme x butch/stud relationship where I write as a femme character against butch/stud character, trans and nonbinary friendly here as welll. With this, I'm open to ideas character wise or plot wise and have some myself including growing tensions between the indigenous tribes/communities and the mining companies to be included and other elements which were shown in the show. Plus, the division between the communities within Alaska.

Roleplay partners wise, I'm hoping to connect with those are 18+, roleplays/writes on discord, loves to do ooc such as aesthetics/headcanons/chatting/etc, is okay/enjoys writing nsfw/gore/mature subjects (possible 🕊), writing style: literate/semi lit/above that style writer, third person, can write between 2 to 4 paragraphs at least, and is an active roleplayer/writer throughout.

ADV. LIT - NOVELLA

Hello! My name is Levi, and I’d really like to get around to doing an ocxoc adv. lit - novella roleplay. I like to do all aus, but anything with crime is my favorite.

Specifically, I’d like to do either an mxm, fxf, or an f/mxnb roleplay. I am LGBT myself, so it is definitely much more of my comfort zone! We can do any universe, any culture, any setting you’d like. We can create our own world — (I actually have a monster v human one myself, if anybody is interested..) if the romance could be less rushed and more advanced with plot, that would be nice! I love writing tensity.

I’d prefer if we could be able to use multiple ocs. Of course, it doesn’t have to all be at once, but to have a main pairing with side characters and possible side pairings is very fun!

Please be able to write more than 6 paragraphs, obviously. I love to write a lot. And also, please be 17+! I am turning 18 very soon, so it’s preferred that we are in the same age range.

I have no limits when it comes to writing, personally. Gore, nsfw, whatever. I will always respect my writing partners limits as well.

If we ever get bored of the current roleplay, we can always start a new one in a different setting, or whatever you’d like to do!

hello hello 🕊 twenty, she/her, here in search of other 18+, adv.lit–novella writers interested in creating a small, tight-knit grp of 4 — 6 people on discord. this ad is targeted towards detailed writers, with an interest in character building, found family/twisted entanglements including friendship/enmity/romance, darker themes, plot development, and arcs. this is for those who may usually write 1x1's, but want to try out grp for a change in what will hopefully be a small, cosy, relaxed group of like-minded peers <3.

ideally, there will be one main rp plot and thread for the 'main characters' overarching storyline. furthermore, side threads where the ocs are on other adventures are all encouraged, as are text threads, side ocs, alt-verses, friendship side-quests, shipping threads, and parallel 1x1 threads (set in the same world). to surmise, there will be one main plot with an adv.lit–novella literacy minimum, but you can all create various threads set in the same world/with the same ocs that may not be as lengthy and for these threads, the literacy can be lit/semi-lit or lower.

this grp is NOT a case of 'i create the plot alone and carry it on my back, and you have no input at all'. the grp will be jointly created, and the plot will be jointly developed from a range of base options that i'll offer, so it will be a shared collaboration at its heart. the base plot options utilise the genres of: dark academia (university setting, mind games) // white-collar crime (casino setting, high stakes) // horror – folie a deux edition (small town setting). other themes will include psychological horror, moral dilemmas, and philosophical explorations.

the ocs' age range will span from 19–25, no younger and no older. brainstorms, headcanons, aesthetics, memes, tiktoks, and pinboards will be welcomed and encouraged ! ghosting is discouraged with hiatuses as an exception to the rule. the gist is if you do not contribute, then you may be replaced. though, after we're settled, activity checks will be lax, and as long as you're active in at least ooc and shorter threads, then you're fine.

final note that if you like this ad, i will be asking for an rp sample of yours, info on what gender you'd like to write as in this rp, what pairings you're open to, and a triggers list. this is to ensure the 'likeminded' aspect of the grp is intact and to ensure we're all compatible in the ways that matter.

🧚 I’m summoning all my medieval fantasy lovers who enjoy throwing headcanons around, plotting together, enthusiasm that is mutual, creating Pinterest boards and playlists. I really want to meet a writing partner who has the same passion for what we write, I want to completely immerse ourselves into the world we create and freak out over the couple we create. I only feel comfortable writing with non binary and women. It makes me uncomfortable to write with a cis man. I myself am a woman, in case you’re curious. I’m 21 so I ask that my writing partners be 18+!

I’m looking for somebody who will want to stay up til late because we’re too excited to sleep, I want a friend as well as a writing partner. I’m mainly looking for mxf pairings right now, I’m fine with playing whichever gender. Truly doesn’t matter to me.

I’d really like for our plot to include enemies to lovers and kingdoms at war, and other suggestions I have are ; arranged marriages, sunshine x grumpy, fated soul mates, morally grey characters, spicy female characters, villain gets the girl. I’d really love to write as or write against a female muse who has depth to her and isn’t overly submissive. I want complexed characters. I want spice.

I’m a sucker for one human muse (even if temporarily) and the other a fantasy creature. Though it isnt required! It’s optional. I love the angst and all of that to go with it. I don’t have a particular storyline that I’m set on but I do know I want kingdoms at war, enemies to lovers and potential mates if you like Idea. I adore soulmate plots.

I am an advanced writer ranging from adv lit to novella. Anything else bores me I’m sorry! I’d prefer for our story to have spice in it, I feel like it adds so much to the story. I write solely on discord.

For face claims I prefer realistic, be that as real life people or AI’s. The option is open!

💋🌟 Hi there, (21+) F here! So I know the show is still technically airing and therefore hasn't finished yet, but I think it's safe to say that The Idol on HBO by Sam Levinson is an extremely unsexy dumpster fire of male gaze voyeurism that totally failed what it could've been. The dialogue is poorly written, the characterization is subpar, the sex is gross and the Weeknd is not giving what needs to be gave.

Which is to say: I'm sending this in because I just wanted to know if anyone might be interested in doing an OC x OCs/Mumu RP where they'll essentially write write as an aspiring pop star who, after having a nervous breakdown/scandal/a major fall from public grace, decides they want to make the comeback of the century but accidentally end ups getting involved with the wrong crowd and starts a tumultuously toxic relationship with a conman/leader of a modern day cult.

Essentially, I am looking to fix The Idol! Obviously no prior knowledge of the show is required, I'm only using the premise as a blueprint. And while I'd love to keep the Dark Hollywood aesthetic of the show, I'd have no problem changing everything and anything else. In fact, I'd love to make it queerer (MxM/FxF) and include more POC and trans/nb characters, as well as completely overhaul the general pacing of the story. That being said, I still want to keep the 18+ and adult/darker themes which means I do have to ask MDNI!

Also I'm pretty open to smut/kink and would prefer it if my partner is as well, and I do consider myself to be an advanced-lit/novella length RPer (but I am very much a quality over quantity type of person).
