Welcome to the Selfship RP Finder! A RP finder blog made to help other self-shippers find self-ship and OC x Canon-themed roleplays amongst other fellow self-shippers and other ship enthusiasts!

This endeavor was born out of my own personal struggle to find like-minded RP partners who are either also self-shippers themselves, or are either willing to roleplay as my F/O's or comfortable writing against self-inserts or characters outside of Canon - and I know by experience this can be a very hard struggle for us self-shippers who want to bring their fantasies to life, so I hope this blog comes helpful to you too :^)

RP requests can be submitted either through the ask box, or the submission box if you wish to send something longer. Just, please, please, read the rules before submitting anything! I will go through every submission thoroughly and delete any asks that do not follow the guidelines.

Bear in mind that this blog is run only by one admin (Myself). I'll do my best to queue as many posts as I can every day, but I have a busy life, so forgive me if I go through any days without activity.

Heya! I am a female seeking anyone playing a male character. Keep in mind that I am 17 years old, so I am still a minor. Anyway, I am currently fixated on writing for My Hero Academia! I'm one to love the villains more than the heroes, so keep that in mind when it comes to characters!

I do prefer doubling up more than anything! But if you do not have an OC, I'm willing to do a singular OC x Canon roleplay as long as I'm playing the OC.

Discord would be my preferred platform when it comes to roleplaying, and I also prefer if you are advanced literate, at least. Depending on how invested I am with the roleplay, I can write around three messages of text. But most of the time, I tend to mirror the length of my partner's literacy.

🖥️ hello hello! f 21+ here! it's an absolute shot in the dark since i think the fandom is pretty close to dead but would anyone be interested in a mr. robot rp? i'd specifically like to find someone willing to write elliot against my female oc.

i'd really love something that starts in or pre-season 1 and loosely follows the plot of the show for at least the first season and then we can kind of make things our own or keep following the plot depending on how things are rolling!

i'm an advanced literate to novella-length writer and while i definitely don't need every reply to be thousands of words i'd like to find someone that enjoys putting in detail and effort in each of their responses the same way that i do. i'm all about world-building and the show gives so many opportunities to really dive into that and i'm hoping to find someone who is equally enthusiastic about exploring and dissecting episodes and figuring out how throwing an additional character into the mix might twist things around.

i'm a multi-paragraph + descriptive writer. i always write third person, past tense. we can do anywhere from a couple paragraphs to novella. i don't really care as long as it's not a one-liner and effort was put into it.

i love canon/oc pairings! i would be more than happy to play whichever canon character you'd like for your side. i am looking to write my female oc against eren jaeger. doubling is required unless you only want to write eren!

i'm also open to writing another fandom for your side if you're not especially craving aot! some options include but are not limited to: my hero academia, demon slayer, jujutsu kaisen, avatar: the last airbender & legend of korra, stranger things, star wars, baldur's gate 3, dragon age, legend of zelda, resident evil 2 + 3, etc. just ask as long as you are also familiar with attack on titan! i'm willing to research your desired fandom if necessary. <3

romance is my favorite genre to write, but i am very versatile! i love exploring different themes and dynamics. some of my favorites include angst, psychological/morality, slow burn, fluff, and dark themes. i'm honestly up for pretty much anything. tropes are also always fun! i'm a particular sucker for enemies to lovers and dark romance.

It was an average day for Opium Poppy (OC)as watched over his sheep. At least starts out to be until he meets a stranger wearing a starry coat

AU where Prune Juice is a normal college student who summons a Capiscan, demon to help him stronger...Kougin, his roommate who believes in God, is far from happy when she gets home

Nightshade(OC)comes down with a fever and is unable to do his job though luckily his vampire boyfriend is here to nurse him back to health.

About Me

My paragraph limit is 5-12 sentences.

Discord is the only site I am willing to RPing at.

I prefer to start a RP with a basic idea of the plot rather than thinking up an extensive, in-depth plot line.

I like including smut in some of my RPs.Same with gore but only used in the dark context of a story

I prefer if my partner is familiar with Overbreak and Kingdom lore since I like to include some characters from each game in my RP. It is not a complete deal breaker if you only know one of them

There are a lot of characters in Cookie Run—too many for me to list. I am most comfortable playing my OCs, though I am open to playing most of the canon characters as well.

I know AOS best, and have been watching a lot of medical dramas along with the AoS star trek films, so its inspired desire for a doctor/doctor or doctor/nurse romance set in star trek and with Leonard Mccoy, cause we love Bones. However I have been getting into TOS and the comics as well.

I will write npcs/other characters as needed/wanted too and double up to write characters you want as well as well as ships. Canon and otherwise. Let's make a whole star trek universe / aos expansion.

Looking for someone who can RP as Frank Morrison (The Legion) from Dead by Daylight against my Survivor OC.

Would take place in canonical-ish universe, during the time of Dead by Daylight itself (as in during the Entity, with the trials n' such referenced and mentioned as things that happen or even RP'd in some senses if the two end up in a trial together)

Asking that the person who responds be 18+ (I am 23) and is capable of writing in 3rd person literate novella.

Just looking for someone who can make their writing flow more so than response length. Also don’t feel pressured to respond constantly; i understand life happens or you simply don’t feel up to rp on a given day, i don’t mind waiting- I would also like this reflected to me as well, as sometimes it may take me a day or two to respond in RP- but I'll at least talk in person.

Also be ok with OOC chatter, i like talking with my fellow writer and getting to know them on a remedial level! That being said, once we've spoken we can work out a plot or I can come up from a few and we can pick and choose aspects we like.
