I really like how important friendships are in MHA, especially as an asexual person. And like - you can romantically ship whoever you want, I have my own headcanons about romantic ships that aren’t canonically romantic. But when looking at the canon, it’s nice to see how important platonic friendships are.

The league of villains are a found family.

Katsuki and Izuku are childhood friends (to enemies to friends) who mean the absolute world to each other.

Rooftop trio and the Pussycats are so close with their friendship groups that they made/planned to make their hero agencies together.

All of Class 1-A have a tight-knit bond.

The Bakusquad and the Dekusquad exist.

Ochaco, Izuku and Tenya became really good friends really quickly.

Having friends saved Shoto.

Aizawa and All Might go from being work colleagues to bring friends, and this makes a huge impact on All Might’s life.

Like Idk, I know the fandom tends to focus a lot on the shipping aspects, but I would love to appreciate the friendship more, because it’s so important to the characters, and, as an aroace person, it’s really important to me too.

As I may have mentioned here before, I'm a student in animation, I'm actually in my second year and this was our (with my dear friend @zeyaado 🫶🏻) first attempt at lipsyncs :3

We've planned on making that same animation in 2D instead of stop motion, so you must see that again 👀

I hope you've liked it, the pupet took us like 6 hours of cutting and the same time to animate, so yeah it was A LOT OF TIME but it was fun! 💃

I don't like Tiger's design.

rant below.

Normally, I would love a beefy beefcake in a miniskirt, but youre telling me that a trans man would be comfortable dressed in a miniskirt?

Fine, fine, maybe he would, if he was super comfortable in his masculinity and wouldn't feel dysphoric. It could happen. But also - the character's name is TIGER and his group color is BROWN? Also, the one poc of the group has physical face traits that make him less conventionally attractive?

You're telling me that the wild wild pussycats market managing team didn't look at Tiger's transition and see DOLLAR SIGNS? They didn't see the IMMEDIATE opportunity to market to young boys, women, and the lgbtq+ community? You're gonna sit here and tell me that the hero group centered around cats didnt see a dude cat and think "If girls wear skirts and dresses, what do guys wear? Tuxedos! Tuxedo cats!"? youre telling me that horikoshi missed out on a Tuxedo Mask reference while giving us our Tuxedo Masc???

The bar was so low and Horikoshi fumbled. Enjoy conventionally attractive, tiger-color pallette, tuxedo wearing beefcake with his scars proudly on display.
