Ahhh…Biscuits and gravy. Definitely one of my favorite dishes growing up. Warm, fluffy biscuits smothered with a layer of creamy white gravy, YUM! Breakfast comfort food at it’s finest. We figured out how to make it vegan and it is just as good (or even better because it’s guilt-free!). It’s super easy to make and your little ones will love it! This dish is extremely flavorful, you can’t go wrong!

Eating junk food in a daily routine is the main cause of food poisoning. Food poisoning varies from person to person and has too much negative effect on health.
Food poisoning is an illness that is caused by eating food that has a virus, bacteria, or toxin material. There is a various illness which occurred by eating such type of food. Food poisoning mainly happens by eating junk food daily. Junk food is the main source of high sugar and fat, low calories, and other nutrients. Easy plant-based meals are good for your health and should include such food in your daily routine. Every person, who ate junk food on daily basis, must have a concern about the negative effects of junk food on their health. Junk food causes too many health issues so the situation is that many countries have banned junk food for selling in their country.
In a recent study, it has been found that more than 200 diseases are caused by food poisoning. Food poisoning is generally caused by bacterial infections. Bacteria that are the reason for food poisoning are listeria, campylobacter, salmonella, E. coli, botulism, norovirus, and shigella.
A most common complication of food poisoning is dehydration, due to which there may be loss of water and needed salts and minerals. You should remain healthy and drink plenty of water and also take other liquids and fluids. Plant based meal plans are good for health and also have complete nutrients and minerals. It is good to start consuming plant based meals in your diet. Even, you should give such type of diet to all family members including older and children.
Many restaurants are here in the market which provide vegan meals. Vegan meals include salads, bakes, rice dishes, curries, meat-free food, dairy-free recipes, and deserts. When you start to eat easy vegan meals, then you will feel relaxed. There is no need for regular exercise when you are taking easy vegan meals. You will not have fear of food poisoning and other related diseases. Many restaurants provide you vegan food that is free from animal products. If you want to live a longer and healthier life, then start eating vegan food. Even restaurants and dinner place in the market offers a large variety of vegan and plant based meals which is free from toxic oil and healthy to your body. *Baking Powder, Vegetable Oil & Water: Another substitute for eggs used in baking, 2 tablespoon (tbsp) water, 2tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp oil can be used and it’s very useful.
*Vegetable Oil: For baking instead of egg, a quarter cup of vegetable oil is the best substitute for it.
