Ahhh…Biscuits and gravy. Definitely one of my favorite dishes growing up. Warm, fluffy biscuits smothered with a layer of creamy white gravy, YUM! Breakfast comfort food at it’s finest. We figured out how to make it vegan and it is just as good (or even better because it’s guilt-free!). It’s super easy to make and your little ones will love it! This dish is extremely flavorful, you can’t go wrong!

Healthy & Easy Plant-Based Meals
In our last article, I share your easy vegan meals which were Sweet potato & black bean tacos and it was completely vegan and gluten-free tacos and in this article, I am going to share one more healthy and easy plant-based meals and you can also use this in your lockdown. Today in this article I will share your healthy vegan lettuce wraps which you can easily cook not only that I will also share with you the nutrition value of the Ingredients.
Healthy Vegan Lettuce Wraps: This is one of the quickest Easy Plant-Based Meals food to cook, it will just take 17 minutes in which it will take 5 minutes for preparation and 12 minutes for cooking and I will share your Ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients:
How to cook:
Nourishment:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, cleaved
1 red ringer pepper, hacked
2 cloves garlic, minced or squeezed
1 tablespoon new cleaved ginger or ginger paste
8 ounces tempeh
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 lime, squeezed
3 green onions, cut
8-10 margarine lettuce leaves
1 cup Shredded or julienned carrots
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup Chopped peanuts
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, generally or finely cleaved
Sriracha
Warmth olive oil in an enormous skillet over medium warmth. Include the yellow onion and red chile pepper and cook, mixing periodically, until mellowed, around 6 minutes.
Include garlic and ginger and mix 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Include the tempeh and cook, blending infrequently, until daintily caramelized, around 5 minutes.
Include the soy sauce, lime squeeze, and green onions and mix to join. Expel from the warmth.

Easy Vegan Meals
As we all know we are impacted by epidemic due to which we are away from your daily activity due to which we are losing our shape, size, and weight. Even the people who all are most in gyming activity keep them fit, even they are not allowed to go out for gyming but if you are still doing basic gym which you can do at your home then you also need to follow your diet to keep your fat low.
I am sure you might have the option of how to do that but today I will share your easy vegan meals plan which you can cook on your own and the Ingredients are easily available in your house to cook.
Vegan & Gluten-Free Tacos: This easy plant-based meals diet you can cook with so many items but I am going to use Sweet potato & black bean tacos. This will take a total of 35 minutes to complete in which 5 minutes for preparation and 30 minutes for cooking. The pleasantness of the cooked potatoes adjusts the trace of zestiness from the dark beans. This scrumptious blend makes tacos that are brimming with flavor! You can tweak these tacos by mixing it up of garnishes.
Fixings
How to cook this Easy Vegan Meals:
For the Roasted Potatoes:
2 lb yam, stripped and cut into 1/2″ solid shapes (around 2 enormous or 3-4 little potatoes)
