I wrote this as a thread on Shitter, so it's not the greatest. I forgot to mention the insomnia and the general feeling of being slapped in the face every time I turn a corner or interact with almost any media. :)
Oh, and my loss of trust in almost all the musicians I've ever loved. :) Anyhoo...
I kind of need to explain something. And while I know this doesn't apply to all American Jews, I think plenty would relate. On October 6, I was just a regular American girl (slightly aging), driving home from work and listening to Nine Inch Nails, for a change of pace.
After 10/7, I can't NOT be aware that I'm Jewish. Like CONSTANTLY. I didn't ask for this, I'm not 'religious,' and I don't want to keep talking about it. But I also can't call myself part of any other tribe (Gen-X, U2 Fam) without feeling like there are qualifiers.
And I've also realized how little I really know about Israel, because my focus has been elsewhere, but now I've had to do a crash-course because so much anti-Israel rhetoric amounts to hatred of Jews. It DOES. Please don't pretend it doesn't.*
And I can't enjoy anything without remembering 10/7, the hostages, and the people of Gaza too. But if New Jersey 10/7'd New York, I would have to go fight New Jersey. I know that's not a good analogy but I think you know what I mean. I'm doing my best. Thanks for reading.

Fam, I am gonna need pictures. That sounds so cool!
Heads up, this turned into more than just some pictures. It’s a short history lesson as well because this place is cool.
Introducing: Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado!
Built in the 1920s, the area was purchased by the City of Denver as part of Red Rocks Park, which is a mountain park also maintained by Denver. Denver then contracted a guy to design the amphitheater. It’s held other names, such as “Garden of the Angels” but everyone calls it Red Rocks because, well…
Pretty much it was carved straight out of a rock and remains mainly untouched since it’s creation save for some general safety things (and a bit of reconstruction in 2020)

However one of the big new additions in 2015 is the Colorado Music Hall of Fame, a refurbished trading post that honors anyone who’s either from Colorado or have had a massive musical influence within Colorado.
Musicians like John Denver (who’s not actually from Denver despite his name haha) was one of thousands who’s played at this theatre, and recorded songs. The Grateful Dead considered Red Rocks as one of their favorite venues. OneRepublic, One Direction, U2, The Beatles, Carole King, The Blues Brothers, the Lumineers, and The Carpenters are just a few of the big names who have come here. South Park’s creators also came here a few years ago.
Red Rocks amphitheatre is also fairly steep with wide steps for spectators to stand or sit accordingly… or simply to run up and down stairs (you can see it in this in a video that actually got on the Colorado news of a guy running with his dog). This also makes it easier to see over other people. However along with the general safety changes made over the years, they’ve also dedicated 70/196 rows as wheelchair accessible, and the first 3 rows are exclusively for towards anyone with a mobility disability who can’t walk or push a wheelchair too far (everyone else must take stairs up from the main parking lot). There’s also a couple elevators.
Beyond its cool location and historical impact, it’s also really pretty with different lighting. The nice thing about the rocks is that it can easily reflect the concert lighting and still capture the vibe a football stadium or concert hall might. And it’s all outside!
Which means you can be hailed on haha. Don’t worry, it happens more often than you think.
Anyway that’s the short little Tumblr tour around Red Rocks. It’s a rather well known amphitheatre among musical artists, and a must-see should you ever come visit here.

Why you don't like U2 anymore?
it's not that i don't like them, but i feel like we are just kind of growing separate ways? i am still certain that they would make me cry like no other band during a concert and i would definitely attend some shows, but when it comes to certain... decision making lately, the type of music they have been releasing on the last few albums* and just some of bono's takes (that gorbachev article wasn't it fam) make me kinda feel like the *click* is gone. and i guess that leads me to sometimes look at my url like "hmm, i have grown out of this", despite it being my online brand for the past decade.
* that does kinda exclude what they are up to now because edge can rework whatever the fuck he wants - he has proven that since love is blindness and solidified that with his noodling on these

Cirque's 'O' in Vegas is only performed Wednesday through Sunday. So Misha either saw it last week or this past weekend. Not today or yesterday. (I think someone on Twitter said they spotted him (and fam) in LV on Saturday? But I could be wrong.) But if he was there to see U2 then it was even longer ago, as they played their final show at the Sphere on March 2nd (the Saturday before last.)

This is the intro song to their last album - basically just a little snippet kind of thing but I do love it even if it's slightly bizarre. I can't really explain why it gives me Eilonwy vibes but... it does. Maybe it's the fierce family devotion in her and that even if everything goes wrong and even if there's just disaster and chaos - her fam is always her priority, and that if everything seems hopeless, love is all she might have left.

You are undoubtedly one of the most authentic creators that I have seen, I like how you capture the stories of your characters without attributing that they depend on a simple pairing, you have a solid story with characters that you can feel as if they had been while reading the manga and without a doubt I understand your idea to continue with the established line and that the "fans" do the work of shipping accordingly, very intelligent of you. May I ask where do you draw inspiration from the Castiglier family in general? sorry if this ask is too long

About the Castiglier Family...
I think I've already mentioned it a few times but it never hurts to say it again! What happens canonically in the history of the Castigliers are personal stories with my family, obviously exaggerated. things that I have seen, things that I have cried, things that I have suffered are reflected in the Castigliers in a way of personal relief. I can say that Jojo's universe helped me a lot to take out those complications in my deep thoughts, as everyone else with their own ocs! so cheers for everyone that got an Oc and work them day by day to make it look amazing and full of details.
Talking about how started the Castiglier thingies, it all started with a concert I assisted in 2017 of U2 on my country Sunday bloody Sunday feels so close to what I wanted to show as a family full of problems and shitty things but after all they are still a family...but what's really a fam?
then I started to reference (before jojos actually, because at first Castigliers was a own story without fandom. but after adding Francesca like a Jojo OC I was like WHY NOT GIVE HER A FULL FAMILY OF PROBLEMS) to DEPECHE MODE and U2.
both bands been in my childhood since uuf, I was born haha and other to come.
But if I had to define the Castiglier family itself, I have always said it is all THE KARMA shown in a family. a family that had nothing and started from the bottom to climb very high in order to have better oportunities for them... but the consequences of climbing high was to lose what they most wanted to protect; the family.
