yippeee zorua oc!! im in love with this design, im super proud of it !!! partially inspired by @/aurorawolfa's awesome fusions ^^

i dont have much lore for em yet, but heres what i got so far:

theyre from space! i havent decided if theyre a fusion in universe or their own species that happens to look similar to both cosmog & zorua

theyre hundreds of years old, but still considered a child among legendaries

theyre around lvl 40 from eating some space version of exp candies, but arent very experienced in battles & cant control their strength or moves very well

theyre shy, but curious & mischievous! they like playing pranks on humans from a distance, but get scared and run away or hide if caught

they can often create small portals for themself to pass thru, but cant go more than ~20 ft away at a time & cant always form a portal. this is their default method of escape

if they cant create a portal, theyll simply teleport away. it takes a lot more focus on their part, but they can go much further at once

if they feel particularly threatened and cant escape, they might try to use an attack. their attacks are uncoordinated & sloppy, but very powerful! they can cause real damage to their opponent or surrounding area

usually tho, theyll take advantage of their expert illusory skills to create a convincing threat to scare off whatevers threatening them

also fun fact their ability is loosely inspired by those cat scps who look like human men! specifically the part where they robbed a bank & didnt get shot bc their actual bodies are cat sized

so the idea for stardust is physical attacks phase thru the illusion bc its not their real body, and the attackers are aiming too high :p

I'm tired of Backrooms video games being based on the Kane Pixels series. No hate to him tho, the quality of the series is really impressive and genuinely kinda cool to see, but like.. I think people should stop trying to replicate it. make something new, y'know? something that isn't 'you're a scientist at some top secret science facility exploration team and you get lost from your coworkers after entering the backrooms the facility created with their strange machines and you were tasked with going first into a hole in the wall or floor while your coworkers just sit back and watch and wait'

Let me explore the non euclidean architecture of multiple different real life buildings and locations and scenery all merged together into an abomination amalgamation of a place to get lost in. let me be an unfortunate soul that somehow got stuck and trapped within this bizarre place that I have no recollection of how I even wound up there. Let me feel dread and nostalgia and a sense of deja vu around nearly every corner and in nearly ever room I enter that looks like places I have been to or places I have dreamed of.

no more monsters, no more people in hazmat suits and no more stories woven in and other people involved.

(post got a little long, cutting here):

the true horror is the idea that you are truly alone. the paranoia that there might be something in there with you, you hear noises and sounds, but have never once seen anything like a creature or person. every clock you see tells a different time, or lack power or has no hands.

I want to see more games like that for the backrooms.

a proper backrooms survival type game, too, similar to that SCP ikea game just.. minus the threat of any monsters and you really have to go searching for the objects to obtain the parts and materials from to give you tools to try and survive.

perhaps there's some kind of scoring system in place? see how long you can survive in the backrooms.

is there even a way to get out? if so, it should be difficult to find it and get to it.

at this point, there's really little to no creativity and variety with the games based around the backrooms. WHY must there be some kind of scientific research being done? WHY must there be some form of entity that wishes to kill you?

it really makes it boring and kills the mystery and intrigue that the original idea of the backrooms provided. I've made a post before about this and I will repeat what I said there:

The true horror of the backrooms is the realization that you are literally all alone and you have no idea how long you have been there and no idea if there is any way of truly surviving, where is the food? the water? is it any good? is it safe to ingest? is there any safe place to sleep? is there any exit at all? your growing sense of paranoia and the physical feeling of your sanity slipping and deteriorating over time, THAT is what would make the backrooms a true horror.

horror is more than just monsters chasing you. there is solace to be found in the monster: you are not the only living thing here, there is something else alive in this place.

but no monsters being present gives you the sense of pure dread that you are truly and utterly alone. there is NOTHING to keep you company. no other signs of life. it's just you.

the concept of the backrooms is fun and fascinating, but it gets ruined so easily and turned into the same old thing with monsters and top secret government funded facilities.

The backrooms have literally just become the dollar store SCP Foundation, y'know?? just without the fun.

So uh just out of curiosity what do you think of a vampire!Sun and vampire!Moon and vampire hunter!yn au? Like the vamps catch the hunter near their turf and Moon wants to stop them permanently while Sun just wants to keep and befriend them? Cue Moon originally tolerating yn for his bro's sake but then accidentally catching feelings for the poor human. I know yandere vampire stuff is probably an overdone trope but it's been bugging me since i saw the cute yet creepy SCP Sun and Moon pic and the whole big scary murderbeast getting attached to a more vulnerable creature trope is one i really like.

Normally I don't care for anything vampire-related. This tho?? This is *chef's kiss*

I'll take literally any and all monster Sun and Moon AUs, I will gobble them down in fact.

Also vampire hunter y/n???? YES PLEASE AND THANK YOU???? Give me a cold, seasoned, take-no-shit vamp hunter y/n, or perhaps a loveable dumbass wannabe vamp hunter y/n. Either way I can imagine so many hijinks~

If we were going with the second option, imagine Sun and Moon were initially worried when they realized y/n came from a long family history of vampire hunters (or idk alternatively they could've just watched a 10 min youtube tutorial and chose it as a profession) and scoped them out from the shadows.... only to realize they had utterly no idea what they were doing.

Like they'd pretend to be super dumb and killable, letting y/n believe they had the upper hand, only to escape at the last minute every time while y/n goes on some long monologue about how they were made for this or some shit kjgtivjiorjiojrtogjotr

Sun/Moon decide to keep them alive at first just cause they're fun to play with as such, being an overpowered immortal does get boring, but over time they get attached. Protective. Territorial.

Ooooo and maybe eventually they have to save their hunter from actual danger... and that's when they show their true colors :> *cue violent dismemberment of anyone tryna hurt y/n oh no*

what's limbus company/project moon? interested by the posts you rbed 👀👀👀 i like the fucked up clown dude

project moon is a korean game company that's made three games (lobotomy corp, library of ruina, and limbus company) all focused around the same world - a dark, post apocolyptic place called the City. specifically the titular Lobotomy Corporation from the first game is an energy company that draws energy from intense emotions + SCP-like creatures called abnormalities is very central to the story of the games, as the first game focuses purely around it and the narrative of the later two games are showing how it's fall drastically effected the city forever

Limbus Company is the most recent game, and one that hasn't had it's full story released yet tbh - admittedly the hardest to jump into without a bit of knowledge of the previous game (ruina at least fed you "here's the relevant stuff you need to know from lob corp" as you played through it, wheras limbus hasn't really been doing that. rip.) but the tldr; you play as an amnesiac, mute clock-headed fella named Dante who has suddenly been put in charge of the titular Limbus company, which is tasked with searching the destroyed remains of different lob corp branches for some specific sort of treasure. the fact it's the first game in the series where your player characters are actively traveling around the city instead of just staying in the same general area has already been doing wonders on the worldbuilding despite the fact we're only like three chapters into the story so far and still have a lot more to wait to get released

the series as a whole gets really dark - def to the point of being moreso on the horror side of things. a lot of the ideas and worldbuilding, and the imagery and whatnot in the horror stuff gets really creative tho so it's just fun to see what weird fucked-up shenanigans the series is gonna pull out next

admittedly on the gameplay side of things, it's kind of an acquired taste - the gameplay changes drastically from game to game which can be a problem if you're really into one of the games gameplay but not exactly the others (the first being a management simulator, ruina's a deckbuilder, and limbus borrows a lot of mechanics from ruina but simplifies it and turns it into a gacha) plus the series has earned a reputation for being very difficult - it's got some VERY sharp difficulty spikes and can be fairly unforgiving tbh. i find that fun, but it's very much one of those "it's either very up your alley or very much not your thing" things, so i always wanna give people the heads up to tread carefully

(the clown i reblogged tho is only sort of from limbus btw. there's a set of magical girl abnormalities in ruina and lob corp and that fanart was of the playable men in limbus dressed up as the magical girls. the clown specifically only really pops up as a boss + some cool buffs in ruina, so ye)

Ok, had another really weird dream that felt like a Junji Ito story... Must be from listen to SCP almost non-stop lol Started off weird. I was hanging out in my room when I noticed a fucking tiny crab just scuttling around. Thought that was odd so I started looking around at why it was here. I move some boxes around in my closet and notice a pulsating and writhing wad of worms on a giant slug. Somehow I knew what this was. Apparently it's a dangerous creature that some people harvest for drugs? Idk man, dream logic. I also know more about the organism. It attracts low forms of life, usually sea creatures (hence the crab). But usually bugs and slugs get to it first. This is where it gets weird. It kinda works like a xenomorph where it merges with the DNA of whatever it feeds off of. But instead of adopting traits, it "buds" that kind of organism off of its hide. I think it thinks of it like camouflaged. So at this point the dream jumps in time. I see my cat is taken by this organism. One of the odd things is that it breaks the neck of the organism it attaches too, so the head can turn in 360 degrees now. A little further, my cat starts budding birds off of it. Must have gotten bird dna somewhere. I'm nowhere at this point. Most of my dreams are third person anyway, but I'm just not here anymore. So a guy who I know is my boss (I made this person up for this "role") comes in my room looking for me. Apparently I've been out of work for a while. He's looking around for me and can't find me. He sits on my bed to think. Then the door opens and this humanoid covered in worms wearing a trenchcoat is in the doorway. I know this is me. I go, "Oh it's you!" like nothing is wrong. Then the creature beheads the man with a machete like it's a normal thing to do. Weird thing I know about this all is that the organism doesn't "control" the victim, or at least the personality stays in tact. They just become a monster and hyper violent. Ok ya, Alex clarifying that Jon isn't stupid he just makes poor decisions. Probably if he'd paused and thought about it (like I did lol, I had to go do some stuff in the middle of that ep and thought about it a whole bunch lol) instead of immediately going out and buying an axe and further isolating himself and panicking immediately he probably would have figured it out. This is why it's bad to panic in a crisis guys.

Season 2 summary:

Uuuuu ya so this season was really good. I kinda listened to it in bursts of about ten episodes every couple weeks and then have been saving up the reactions to post later so these are usually going up about a week or so after I actually listened to the episode just FYI.

I also do have a lot of spoilers cause I can't keep myself away from fanfic and people don't always tag for spoilers and I kiiinda wana know what's coming beforehand anyway? Idk it's hard man I get very stressed about what might happen and then also listening to too much at a time is too spooky for my poor little heart so I gotta read the less spooky fanfic to fulfill the hyperfixation you see. (If anyone has fanfic with spoilers only up to season 2 that'd be great btw)

Anyway, I try not to take spoiler type stuff into account unless I'm just so sure of it I can't really not acknowledge that I know about it.

Also, can I just talk about Michael for a minute?? Cause he's such a unique character? And I guess maybe there are other characters like him but I haven't ever seen one -tho to be fair tma is only like the third horror thing I've ever really got into (the other two are the SCP Foundation in its various forms and Little Nightmares. Hence why I keep making reference to SCP it's really the only thing I know similar to this.) But he's such a cool concept!!? Like someTHING that still has a personality? He's so not human? Like I get what he says but also I don't really? Idk im pretty sure he's an avatar right? Right?? Idk if that means he was a person at some point? But all this to say that he is probably the most inhuman character I've come across so far and I'm trying to figure out what it is about him that's so "other" to me? Like... I don't really know what Micheal's deal is? he seems to want to be sort of a neutral mischief-maker but also it seems like he keeps getting invested. But also I just love the way he talks about himself. Like he's a monster that has a personality and is fully intelligent but isn't just evil but isn't neutral either and certainly isn't benevolent. Like he's so complex and just,,,, the idea of a "thing" that's got a personality?? I love it? Kind of like dryads or spirits of things? Like the idea that after a long time things gain personality just by existing? Not that that's what Michael is necessarily? but that same sort of concept applies to him I think. Like the way he IS the maze and wants to help but wants to just watch but wants to kill them all. He's just so interestinggggggg. (And another vision of what jon could become?)

also "es Mentiras" is a beautiful name 💕

So are him and not-Sasha avatars? Not-Sasha also seems completely inhuman and I was under the impression that avatars were (or used to be) human? Or are they like personifications of their power? Do all the powers have personifications of themselves. not-Sasha seems even less human than Michael? Like she seems to just really genuinely enjoy causing fear? Tho I guess we didn't really get to hear a lot of her. She just seemed kinda gleefully angry most of the time we heard from her. Was she... Human once!???

Anyway. Also, can I just talk about leitners line about jon belonging to the eye!!? Just..*chefs kiss* hnnnngg I need more jon grappling with that. I just need more everyone dealing with the fallout post all of the finallies ok? I still need more of jon angsting over his worms scars and stuff and now I also need jon freaking out about belonging to a fear god power thing.

Also Martin! Is Martin ok? He sure did a lot of yelling which he doesn't usually? Look I love him and he actually thinks before he acts (unlike SOME people *looks at jon*) and he writes poetry and it is pretty good poetry ok!! And he cares about everyone and just wants a happy ending and aaaaa😭

Petition to get some statements from Martin's pov tho? I mean that's not gonna happen cause Jon's the archivist but I want more martin pov!! Maybe we can get some of his poem tapes??? Pls?????

I feel so bad for Tim. It sounds like he's kinda fallen into despair.

Also Elias!!? Is showing his spooky side!!? He can control cameras and beat a man to death with a pipe!!? This is his "place of powerr"!!? I am afeared!!? At least jon knows he shouldn't trust him now. Oh jeez, I wonder if jon will listen back to the tape and know what happened. Thhhatsss rough. Oh dear, I hope he doesn't feel guilty cause Leitner did keep trying to hurry him and now everyone thinks it was him. Even martin thinks he did it? Wich like I kinda want to hear more of his thoughts on that? How much does he believe that jon did it? Tim certainly seems pretty certain but he's a bit biased and cynical right now so.

And they were in the maze for DAYS?

Now I need martin recovering from being stuck with Tim in Michaels maze for days being angry and worried and hungry etc... Dksjdksa knowing jon could be dying RIGHT NOW and there's nothing he can do. Please someone give me the fic links if this exists!! I've already written like 5 drabbles based entirely on spoilers/other fics (which I'll probably post (w/ links to their inspirations) once I'm caught up and can make sure I'm not just completely demolishing cannon lol.

Leitner didn't even scream or yell or anything when he was murdered. Literally the chillest dude ever. F

Overall super great, Elias is terrifying, let's dive into the next season!!! I've got 2 seasons to finish in like, less than 2 or so weeks(?) if I wana be caught up by season 5 hhhh,,,

Better get started I guess.

I had a Funky Dream and I got a Concept from it that I have No Idea what I'm gonna do with just yet but I wanna keep it anyway

I call it the Corridor

The Corridor is an Anomalous Space or whatever, idk how to say it without making it sound like a shitty SCP concept which it is Not considering I Dreamed this

The Corridor makes No Fuckin Sense and that’s mostly its deal. It seems to have some level of sentience which could rely in great part on a binary system to Understand Things and I'll explain why in a bit

I call it the Corridor bc while idk if it has any ulterior motives, its purpose seems to solely be to take you from one place to another, even if in Interesting Ways. It achieves this by placing itself between you and your destination and also looking inconspicuous enough that you don’t even Consider not going through it. I’m p sure any door you open could lead to the Corridor instead of where it usually leads, the Corridor exists everywhere and nowhere simultaneously

Okay, the reason the Corridor stuck with me? Bc I witnessed/experienced three instances of ppl going through it (the third one I was actually a part of, the other two I was an observer) and despite it being a Dream, it was shockingly consistent?? Not 100% ofc, but the Corridor has Rules which was made clear to me the first time I watched ppl go through it. These Rules stayed consistent throughout the dream (and sometimes new, also consistent ones were added) and I even tested them. And the Corridor even tries to teach you them in its own, weird as fuck ways

At first glance the Corridor might even look normal if you disregard the fact that the first time I saw ppl go through it they were trying to get to a swimming pool bc the Corridor shows up anywhere it damn wants. The only thing that stands out about it at first is that it looks like it was blueprinted by a drunk iguana

It is not actually a Corridor but yknow. Cool Names. It’s especially fond of having long corridors (hah!), especially especially if they have at least one corner so that you can’t see the end, as well as tiny, tiny rooms that wouldn’t be big enough even for a pantry, and weird lil landing areas where multiple corridors from multiple angles meet/start. It has no windows, beige floor carpet everywhere (as far as I can recall) and light yellow/cream walls with white trimmings and these like. Slightly sunken areas on the wall that repeat periodically?? kinda window-esque??? trying to borrow from baroque while also v typically being a middle class city home thing??? All corridors and rooms have doors leading to them, which are also cream/white coloured and match the style of the walls. Also they have handles, not knobs, bc I'm European. Regular rooms are rare (I only saw a few when I was in the Corridor myself) and from what I've seen, tend to have a clear way right through against the wall, and that + how entirely clean and organised it all is makes it feel more like an IKEA display

Anyway, the Corridor’s deal?

No doors lead where you’d expect. The rooms on either side don’t line up in a way that spatially makes sense – you can have a lil landing area on one side and on the other a corridor that, by all means, should be running right through that landing area, you See it curving there when you look through the door, but there is Nothing. You could open the door to what seems like barely big enough space to step into and find a whole ballroom on the other side

Also, if you let a door close behind you, it most likely won’t open to the same room again from either side

The Very Consistent Rule? If you want something, and ask for it twice (or as later turned out, any even number of times), You Will Have It. It originally was just literal physical objects and whatnot I saw it happen with, but later it turned out it also works for like. Wanting Things To Happen, tho it v much works on tricky fae rules (I went “I want this person to not get lost travelling with us” twice when I was in the Corridor and instead of sticking to the group, that person couldn’t leave the room we found them in bc I mean, it’s not like you can get lost if you don’t go anywhere! I amended the request after that and it was fine)

It’s one of the reasons I feel like the Corridor functions on a binary system – the first request starts the Process, and repeating it confirms it/sets it to a “1”. Saying it three times without stopping/leaving a long enough break resets the Process again. (Other pointers to binary I connected awake, like how doors have two states, open and closed, and that the consciousness of the Corridor might just rely on “there’s either someone in this room/viewing this room or there isn’t”)

If you’re in there with someone else and lose them, you can also ask to have them back the same way you can ask for an item and then it’ll Be There the next time you look at the ground (which also works for food btw, the Corridor isn’t trying to kill you, you just have to understand its logic enough and you’ll be fine). If you lose your friend, you can demand to find them again (or even just scream their name while v scared) and the next time you or they open the door, you’ll find each other again

Which is also the Weird Fuckin Way the Corridor tries to teach you its rules, by separating you from whoever you’re with. Also maybe it thinks it’s fun, fuck if I know. But like. You have to hold tight onto someone to not lose them in the Corridor, bc doors can slam shut with only one person on the other side and the Corridor is Really good at acting inconspicuous. It Will convince you that it’s safe to let go of you friend’s hand for just a second or check out that tiny-looking room all on your own, you’ll be right back!

(And I mean. It’s not like you’ll get Hurt. You just have to find your way back to them)

The first two instances I watched happen were Joseph and Caesar trying to make it through and then also finding Suzi on the way and they lost each other a Lot Easier than you’d expect, sometimes even with all three of them getting separated and they got Really Scared by it. They made it out okay ofc but it was an Experience

Oh, and if you find someone In The Corridor who you didn’t enter with? Better make sure they’re the real deal. Just in case. I met my mother in the first room of the Corridor but then could see Another one of her when I stood in a way that I could see into that room + one farther down a corridor at once. When I properly requested for only my real mother to be there with me, the one in the far room wasn’t there anymore when I looked the next time, while the one I’d met initially remained

Also I don’t have a lot of experience in Entering the Corridor but I feel like. You don’t Have to go in?? Or if you go in and no door has closed behind you yet, you can walk back out. The Corridor won’t be offended. But as soon as a door closes behind you, it won’t open to where you started anymore, and there’s no way other than forward

Unidentified screaming anon here! Just passing by to ask, what are some good erasermic AU's you'd recommend checking out? I'm a sucker for AU's and want to discover new ones (also yes, still anon bc aaaAAAAAAA)

Thanks for the ask! Here’s a few aus that I enjoy and love because of it’s character designs, the concept, or because of how fun it is! I’ll avoid listing my own, but if you’d like to check them out just look at my #bnha au tag! Also for organizations sake, I’m going to be separating them by longer/ongoing aus and one-post ones (that are smaller/just presents an idea and design without really fleshing it out) Links are included:

@askfashionmic‘s Pacific Rim au: Well thought out and very fleshed out. Lots of art and lore for this au. Not to mention absolutely drop dead beautiful art work, both sketches and full pieces. Good angst material. Def check the tag.

@luckydanart‘s Pirate au and Deity au: Their Pirate au comics are nicely written, expert dialogue, nice paneling, and great plot. Keeps you hooked. Deity au has one of the coolest designs. Rad au in general.

@corndog-patrol‘s Villain!mic au: I’m pretty sure you’ve seen this one, but it’s too amazing not to include. Fresh take on the au, very refreshing; it’s VERY funny and has of content for it. Updates regularly.

@bethhankel‘s Greatest Showman au and Angel/Demon au: The GSM au is really cool and had beautiful art. Acrobat!aizawa? Hot. Not too many posts now but it’s an ongoing au I believe. Angel/Demon au has some great designs and funny dynamic between the two.

@ask-hizashi-and-shouta‘s Hatstealer au: Another one I’m sure you’ve seen. Villain!mic au with a twist. Great art and concept. Originally updated regularly with new content, but its continuation is up in the air. A lot of fan content too.

@mummy-and-fish‘s BNHA Cryptid au: More bnha than erasermic, but there’s enough to warrant them on this list. Really unique designs (for everyone, including a few students); I especially love aizawa’s. Takes requests, though I’m not sure when they’ve last updated. Regardless, lots of content and cool stuff here.

Shorter ones:

@snootee‘s Villain!mic au origins comic: Really excellent comic with excellent art and dialogue between aizawa and mic. The ending line killed me.

@birdmanlyss‘ Spirited Away au: I love this movie and this au is everything. Only a couple posts but the designs, art, and idea are enjoyable enough.

@mocharts‘ Zombie au: More humorous take on the genre. Cute art and comic. Only a couple posts for it, but they are gold.

@saijordison‘s Pokemon Trainer au: another one post au but I can’t get over the designs; they are beautiful

@yaycreamymancakes‘ Dad!Mic au: Has a bot of aizawa in there so I’m including it. Cute, cute, cute. Nice art and blessed content here.

@askfashionmic‘s Alien au: r a d d e s i g n s m y d u d e.

@doctor492′s Gem au and SCP au: AMAZING and incredible designs for both aus that are gorgeously made and have a lot of thought into them. Presents very good and unique ideas (they actually fleshed it out in the erasermic server a while back storytelling style) Gorgeous art as well, one of my favorites.

@happyfluids‘ Miami Vice au: Basically undercover cop au. they primarily draw erasermight aus (which are great, especially their Nurse au), but this au is good. Great concept and has a lot of potential, but wasn’t expanded on unfortunately. Love it tho.

@rakkigaru‘s Howl’s Moving Castle au: More of a joke edit than an actual au but it’s hilarious and nicely edited.

hey are you still working on that scp resurrection animatic (the one for the second part)?

ahh yeah, im not…. i was planning to have most of the animation centered around driving scenes. since quite a lot of them happen in the second half of resurrection. and they all have the possibility for some really fun action packed shots. but then i realized.. im only barely able to draw a car sitting still. let alone intricate action of the inside and outside of one with people moving around inside and stuff?? so uh… i realized i didn’t rlly have the ability to draw the shots i wanted for it the way i wanted them to look, so i kind of gave up on it.

also…… the computer i was making it on died a while ago… so. i lost all the stuff i had already done. which. wasn’t much more then what was in the og wip for it. i couldn’t rlly get any further in the sketch process past that point so all i rlly did was line and color some of the stuff for the original snippet i had already sketched out. so theres isn’t much of it u guys didn’t get to see. but i also can’t exactly just pick it back up again even if i wanted to. since i lost all the files

i do still rlly like the idea for it tho! and i have it all planned out vividly in my head, im just not able to execute it how i want to. and also i think i started it a little too soon after ‘make a mess’ i should a given myself a bit more of a break before attempting a project of that size again. but honestly.. if i ever get better and more confident at drawing cars, theres a chance i could try and make it again in the future, cuz i rlly did have some cool ideas for it. but it definitely wont be happening anytime soon im afraid.

actually I am suuuper excited too but there’s still some brainstorming left to do. It’s gonna take awhile though. I’ll probably start writing it Mid-September to Mid-October (since usually slice of life series take a bit over than a month) which means the story will be posted in November? - if my estimations are accurate.

You’re really too much *sobs*. Trust me, my writing is still far from the ideal. Lately I’ve been thinking about how flowery my descriptions can be (as a result, it could drag and be boring). I’d like to make my writing a bit more straightforward. There’s this saying..something about saying more in less words. (side story - every time I write essays in school they’re like I need to be more direct or cut down all of this hahahahhaa)

I, too, love SCP. I had a beta reader for the first three chapters of SCP and she told me that the OC was very ‘intense’ and I laughed. She certainly has a very strong character and yes, she’s someone I also want to be.

And yeah my slice of life series are a complete opposite from my angst stories (with intricate storylines and plot twists). I keep my slice of life low from conflicts and keep it chill, just as a fun read. The problem I face with that is that slice of life can become pretty boring so what I have to do instead of drawing readers in through plot is relying on the relationship between the two main characters. I focus on the relationship and character development. One of the reasons I find FL&M and SCP remotely ‘good’ is because of the relationship (honestly though Yoongi and the OC’s relationship is my favourite one I wrote thus far). So I gotta think about how I’m going to make future slice of life relationships different and fresh.

I’m so happy that it helped you so much. It’s unexpected to say the least - something I spewed out on paper has helped you to that extent. I hope things are okay now for you.

I feel like it might be a cop-out to say ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ (cause let’s be honest here, if you get hit by a car and don’t die, you’re probably not that strong at the moment) but honestly, no matter the trials you face, you gotta have hope for a better future and strive forward.

Just curious but do you have a masterpost or sm with all the info on the aus you’ve made? I would like to learn more about em

Hooooooo boi there are new AUs in this fandom every day (and I am HERE for it BUT it does make it INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to keep up with them fergierhuihiufh43uifhui) and tbh I don't feel it's correct to tag anything as "my" au since I'm 99% sure at least a thousand other ppl have come up with any au I think up well before I do and I'm just not aware of it.

I will say tho that I've drawn doodles for most AUs I get passionate about, and I tag them with "Metaltea draws" if that helps.

Here are all the AUs I can remember off the top of my head that I've contributed to:

Titan au: 1, 2

(I was the first to come up with this as far as I'm aware; basically based on the concept that someone unknowingly stubbles onto the long-forgotten battleground of a titan war (aka bigass robots) from some ancient time, somehow manages to reanimate them and that's as far as I've gotten guireguhreogr... I think someone made a fic about it a while back but I can't for the life of me find it anywhere. If any of my followers can remember, pls send it to me so I can link it!)

Demon au (which is very much an umbrella for an absolute shitton of AUs that various ppl have made, but I only got into the concept recently thanks to @laymedowntorest bc they have fuckin amazing AU ideas and are generally wonderful) (1, 2, 3)

Mer au (again a huge umbrella but here is the stuff from mine: 1, 2, 3, 4, currently working on another that's gonna be with a new y/n and (feral af) mer Eclipse ehehehe)

Puppet au (haven't made much on this as I was starting to get my ass kicked in school but general synopsis is y/n is a puppeteer/actor working with puppet! Sun and Moon, who conveniently start becoming sentient... maybe due to some technology malfunction or being possessed by evil spirits, who can say?

Plant monster au?? (man I need to do more for that one, that was so much fun to draw)

SCP au: 1, 2, 3, 4

Frankenstein/Reverse Frankenstein au
