Oh my God how has there not been a Devil's Carnival/Hazbin Hotel crossover yet??
Satan is a separate entity from lucifer, so I'm just saying that he should be this guy
Tumblr media
And he's got a whole court of Demons, but most of all imagine The Painted Doll meeting Vaggie?? Both attacked and expelled Angels??
Tumblr media
My brain has fully latched onto this. I'm imagining the ticket keeper just HATING how things are run in the pride ring, the sheer chaos of it all. Not like in HIS carnival. God, they would fit in SO well I'm obsessed

The only customers I socialize with at work are the ones who give me food or the ones who wear visible anime merch. Other than that, I don't make conversation and they think I'm mean. Here's the rundown of some of my favorite and least favorite characters I've met while working a job at the dreaded Circle K.
My favorite ones so far:
- The guy who always gives me combos while I'm checking him out, while we talk about Pink Floyd
- The guy who gave me a whole KFC chicken breast and always calls me "pretty lady"
- The guy who wore the MHA shirt one time and we just clicked and he's always nice to me and I might have a crush on him but I'm so awkward I just freeze and stay silent
- The guy who came in wearing a JJBA shirt and we talked about Jojo for 10 minutes and he told me where to get the best jojo merch
- The guy who came in wearing a Demon Slayer cosplay
- The girl who came in wearing a Nobura cosplay
- The 90 something year old man who I haven't seen in a month so he's probably dead
- The lady who praised me for wearing a mask and agreed with me that people are disgusting and dirty
- The sweet little old lady who comes in to buy lottery tickets and is always polite and nice and doesn't rush me
The ones I hate:
- Arizona Cup Refill Lady. She's not rude or anything, she just always comes in to get multiple refills with different phone numbers and holds up the line
- Skinny Puppy Cupon lady, I complimented her Skinny Puppy merch once because I like Nivek Ogre in Repo and TDC. She holds up the line with her 30 million coupons
- The guy who calls me the wrong name all the time on purpose and tells sexist jokes
- The guy who comes in all the time for an extra large coffee. I didn't have a problem with him until he got mad that I started wearing a mask one day.
- The transphobic anti vax lady who went on a transphobic rant because I wouldn't let her son, who looked underage, buy cigarettes without an ID and said, and I quote "A 5 year old can change its gender but my son can't buy cigarettes ?!? This country is backwards !" she went on the Anti Vax rant, with her granddaughter in tow, ranting about how she warned her granddaughters father not to get the vaccine, but he did, so he's sick blah blah blah
- The lady who always comes in wearing anti-choice shirts that go on about killing babies but then she buys cigarettes...
- The rude little old lady who comes in to buy lottery, who's always huffy and has an attitude
- The little old lady who takes forever with her lottery tickets
- The old lady who wanted to carry out a conversation with me while I was taking out trash and got upset thar I had to actually do my job on and didn't talk to her
- The lady who always buys a shit ton of Gatorade while going on and on about her son's stupid sports shit, while I'm trying to figure out her Gatorade discount. Her son's cool though.
- satan himself, the one I cannot stand and actually stiffen up if he's in my line, Freddy
Safe to say, this job makes me want to commit several counts of assault and murder and if I don't get my day off soon, I'm gonna lose it. Don't even get me started on my fucking coworkers.

Have I said here, yet, that actually despite having been super neutral on it at first, I realize I actually love the “Call Me Little Sunshine” video because it’s like does in like only four minutes what TDC could never with roughly four hours and several years of content?  It’s like a personal love note to me from the universe, saying “We’re so sorry about that other thing with the music and the Hell and the train to it and the bad Satan who was awful to you.”
I know everyone’s desperate to figure out how it fits into the lore, but I think I’m happy with it just being a stand-alone thing and maybe just like story-adjacent, the same way I always think of the video for “From the Pinnacle To The Pit” being like III’s reenactment/poor understanding of how Nihil became Antipope.  CMLS is a allegorical bedtime story that Sister tells, about the Devil falling so deeply in love with someone that it drove him to rend his own body in order to bring her to him, about how you make sacrifices to ensure the person you love gets where they need to go. songs that sound like they’re by red velvet but aren’t
or in other words, songs i think red velvet could eat up..
this isn’t intended to discredit the original artists or anything else like that so don’t piss your pants over this😐 i’m simply just a dreamer i dream a lot. i also miss red velvet
i don’t understand my own thought process most times so the explanations are about to be a mess. my apologies in advance
my error - bvndit
honestly.. bvndit remind me a little bit of rv in general. a few of their bsides radiate big rv energy and i’ve seen a lot of people say the same
children - bvndit
this one especially
liar - clc
i don’t know what it is about this song but it reminds me of rbb bsides ..
devil - clc
reminds me of cookie jar’s sound just twisted a little
caffeine - eyedi
i was thinking this reminded me more of a joy solo, imagine a world like that .. eyedi sounds a little like joy imo
greedy - ariana grande
okay yeah i know everybody and their mother in the kpop industry has covered this damn song but seulgi greedy fancam is haunting me. out of every gg i think rv could pull greedy off the best as an original song
can’t you see me - txt
i have absolutely nothing to say about this. i compared tdc eternity to bad boy in my favorite albums post which is a haunting comparison but something about this song reminds me of something rv would do ..
number 1 - loona
it has a dreamy aura, i could see this as one of their bsides
perfect love - loona
idk man i’m just saying and talking
where are you - clc
i know retro is the trend and some people r sick of it but now imagine rv doing an 80s esque ballad like this. i’m on my knees
it’s you - gfriend
not really self explanatory but i said it and don’t feel like explaining it
one last time - snsd
possibly maybe perchance
a majority of loona odd eye circle’s discography
don’t tell me they wouldn’t eat the shit out of sweet crazy love. i really want a loonatic type song for them.. that dreamy vibe that makes you feel like you’re in a liminal space Yeah Yeah..
sun & moon - nct127
somebody said once this reminded them of rv and now it haunts me everytime i hear it
night aviation - gwsn
i’ve really liked this song for a while and i only just recently realized it sounds a lot like kingdom come. this is the most rv sounding song on this list, imo. it’s so good
melting point - gwsn
gwsn kinda remind me of rv a little too, like bvndit
you in my heart - twice
kinda reminds me of it’s you by gfriend that i mentioned earlier.. i associate this creepy dream-like sound with rv and this song definitely has it. still has a twice twist on it tho so not entirely
dark cloud - younha
now This.. sounds like a wendy solo. reminds me of some of her osts... she could definitely eat a song like this up
jazz bar - dreamcatcher
must i elaborate
apple - gfriend
this has been driving me nuts for a while. in an alternate timeline this was a rv ot5 comeback this year. i’m a simple woman i hear a song that sounds witchy and my mind goes back to the zimzalabim satanic ritual video from twitter. side note: gfriend seriously ate with this cb tho, one of the best from this year
night drive - gfriend
like how this was an eunha/yuju subunit.. kinda reminds me of a seulgi/wendy/joy subunit. but anyway
honorable mention: eternally - txt
i started thinking earlier what if a gg sang eternally and i haven’t stopped thinking since. only rv could pull it off flawlessly let’s be honest
that’s my 2 cents though. there’s probably specific rv songs these remind me of but i have not made the connection in my brain yet bc im slow. i’m also just bored and living in the alternate dimension in my head where sbs didn’t ruin everything. i miss red velvet so bad, kpop a little boring without them
i’m off to stream i&s feel good for the millionth time. farewell

The Divine Comedy Theory, Part 1
All right, here’s my Divine Comedy theory that I’ve been working on the past few weeks. First, let’s remember that tptb said the golf club in Still represented the 9 circles of Hell. The 9 Circles of Hell come from Dante’s books, including Divine Comedy and The Inferno. So they’re obviously using those books as symbol templates.
But the point is, that much of it isn’t a theory. It’s fact. Tptb CONFIRMED this. It’s now just up to us to try and figure out the interpretation, HOW they’re using it. And that’s what I’m attempting to do here.
We also saw a sign reading, “Abandon All Hope Ye Who Enter Here” near Rick and Negan in S8. That is also a Dante thing. In the Divine Comedy (TDC) that sign is seen when one is entering hell. More on that later.
Tumblr media
I decided to divide this into 2 parts because it’s very long. Today, I’ll summarize the Divine Comedy itself and talk about how seasons of TWD might correspond to the different circles of hell. Tomorrow, I’ll talk about Still and the “Abandon all Hope” sign. Here we go:
THE DIVINE COMEDY: A BREAKDOWN
The story starts on Good Friday and ends on Easter. Obviously, that's a good sign.
We start with Dante who is lost in the dark wood. Above him, the sun shines on a mountain peak and he attempts to climb it to get to where the sun is, but his path is blocked by a leopard, a lion, and a shewolf. (Yes, I'm side eyeing the she-wolf thing as well.)
Tumblr media
Discouraged that he can't get to where the sun is, Dante returns to the dark wood. He sees the ghost of the poet Virgil, who says Dante's path must take him through Hell but Virgil will guide him and eventually he will reach his beloved, Beatrice. He also tells Dante that Beatrice, who is deceased, and two other holy women are the ones who sent Virgil to him. They knew of his plight and took pity on him. (I really think this is probably the tie to the three Marys.)
So, they head into Hell. This is where we get the sign, "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here."
The first region that Dante enters is actually the anti-inferno. It's what you might call the antechamber or waiting room of hell. There are still people there, though. Those who couldn't commit to good or evil, fence-sitters who wouldn’t make a choice. They chase a blank banner while hornets bite them and worms lap up their blood.
To actually get to the gate of hell, Dante and Virgil have to go across the river. They do and then they reach the first circle of hell, which is called Limbo. Here, there are pagans. Those who never knew Christ.
The second circle is for those who committed the sin of lust. They swirl about in a terrible storm. The third circle is for the gluttonous. They lie in the mud and endure a rain of excrement.
The Fourth Circuit is for the avaricious and the prodigal. They charge at one another with giant boulders. I was a little confused by why the prodigal would be here. In the Bible, the prodigal isn't generally regarded as a crime or sin. But reading further, the prodigal son did waste the resources that his father gave him before returning to his father and asking for forgiveness. So, these are people who are wasteful in a really bad way. Apparently, they charge at one another around a semi-circle, smack into each other, turn around to go the other way, and repeat it all again.
Tumblr media
In the fifth circle are the wrathful. The struggle with each other in the river Styx which is a swampy and fetid cesspool. The Sullen are also there, and they lie beneath the water, choking on the mud.
The sixth circle is for the heretics. The circle is populated by tombs which are surrounded by flames.
The seventh circle has three rings and houses the violent. The first ring is for people who are violent toward others. They spend eternity in a river of boiling blood. The second ring is for those violent toward themselves (suicides). This is kinda interesting. They endure eternity in the form of trees. (I don’t think TWD uses the trees as suicides, necessarily, but maybe more for people who inadvertently caused their own deaths through their actions. I was thinking about Deanna saying of Pete, “Let the trees have him.” Which suggests she’s consigning him to hell. Just a thought.) The third ring is for those violent toward God (blasphemers) violent toward nature (sodomites) and violent toward art (usurers).
The eighth circle is full of evil pockets of people. There are 10 pockets. I opted not to go through them all here because, at least for now, I don’t think they’re relevant. Just ten types of sinners such as flatterers, thieves, people who took bribes, etc.
Finally, the Ninth Circle. In order to reach it, they descend into a well that leads to a frozen lake. In the first ring are those who betrayed their kin and they are standing up to their necks in the frozen lake. The second ring holds those who betrayed their country, and they are standing up to their heads in a frozen lake. In the third ring are those who have betrayed their guests. They lie on their backs with only their faces sticking out of the water. The fourth week ring is for those who have betrayed their benefactors and they are completely submerged.
At the center of this ring is a shrouded, gigantic form which is Lucifer. He has three mouths that are chewing on three sinners: Judas Iscariot, Cassius and Brutus. Those who famously betrayed their masters.
Dante and Virgil climb down Satan's clothing to get to the very bottom of the 9th circle of hell. Interestingly, Dante is carried on Virgil's back. So, we have a serious piggyback going on here.
After they climb down Satan, they cross the river Lethe and emerge from hell on Easter morning before sunrise.
HOW IT MAY CORRESPOND TO TWD:
Okay, so that’s a very broad synopsis of TDC.
Let's talk about a few different ways we can possibly interpret this. First off, my very general theory is that (and we’ve said things similar to this before) that the post-apocalyptic world = hell and in a sense all our characters are Dante. Which means the walkers in this analogy represent the souls who are already in hell. Think of it this way. In the story, Dante is a living person that has to pass through hell. In fact, in many of the circles, the gate keepers and such try to keep him from passing because he’s still alive. But he always gets special permission to do so. So, it’s a “being alive among the dead” sort of theme. The dead, of course, being the walkers.
And the reason that’s important is because some of how we can interpret this is based on how walkers are portrayed throughout different seasons. Let me also say that this is a very loose interpretation and I’m by no means positive I’m interpreting this right. Some of this is hard to nail down.
So, I tried to make different seasons and arcs of the TWD story fit the different circles of hell. For example, I would say this analogy really starts in S4, because I think it's purposefully placed and wouldn't have begun heavily until Gimple took over. So, I think all of S4 was the anti-inferno or antechamber before they got to hell. In the same way that S4 foreshadowed many coming arcs, this was just a little bit beforehand.
Tumblr media
Crossing into hell would be Beth and Daryl's separation. I was thinking that the first circle, Limbo, which is described as housing those who never knew Christ, might be Terminus. (Beth is the Christ figure and she never made it to Terminus.) The second circle is for those who lust and they walk about in a terrible storm. I thought of 5x10 and the storm they went through there. The third circle is for the gluttonous. This one stumped me a little bit. Its still rain and a storm, but it talked more about mud and people being blown around in the storm. So, it could be part of 5x10, but I also thought of the big storm they had in FTWD S5. I'm not sure about that one.
Tumblr media
The fifth circle talks about people running at one another with huge boulders. I thought of the rock quarry in S6.
Total side note: I was looking for a picture of the rock quarry to put in here, and I came across this pic below. Quint means 5, and then of course it actually says “Gate 5.” I’ve always thought this pointed back to S5, to show that Glenn’s death fake-out is a template of Beth. But this may also point to this being a symbolic representation of the 5th circle of hell. Just saying. ;D
Tumblr media
Then there's the sixth circle. It talks about people struggling with each other in the river Styx and it swampy and fetid. The thing that came to mind here is the swamp walkers in S8. This was when Tara was still trying to kill Dwight and Daryl and co took all the kids away from Alexandria and to Hilltop. Remember, they made a big deal about swamp walkers? So I wondered if this could be in line with that in season eight. The walkers show what circle of hell therein.
Tumblr media
Another tier of the sixth circle is tombs surrounded by flames. I think the thing that embodies that more than anything else we've seen would be the Whisperers. We saw the burning of Hilltop and the Whispers represent death anyway. I could see Alpha representing a heretic in various ways, not least because they pretend to be walkers when they’re not.
Tumblr media
What I’ve said so far is what I discovered and got super excited about a few weeks ago when I first started doing this. Because it told me that by using this template, we might be able to get an idea of when Beth would return.
But you can probably see the first problem I ran into. If we’re only at the sixth circle, we still have three more circles before Beth returns, right? (Assuming that she returns at the end of this and Dante emerging from hell on Easter will signal Beth and Daryl reuniting.) But I don’t think it will be three more seasons or whatever until we see her. Truly.
So, I kinda got stumped because even reading through the seventh, eighth and ninth circles, nothing was jumping out at me that suggests we’ve seen the events corresponding to those circles, yet. I'm sure we could find some way to compare them to events in the story, but just nothing really obvious stood out.
But don't despair yet. I was originally a little unsure about this, but I started looking at the actual events of Still, it made me feel much better. I think I understand now why it's laid out this way.
Tumblr media
So once again, come back tomorrow and we’ll talk about Still, and then about Rick, and maybe about the chess theory. Stay tuned!

» — Ill. : Abyss, film de James Cameron, 1989.

Qualcomm’s warfare with Apple maintains The prison combat between Qualcomm (QCOM) and Apple (AAPL) persisted on Thursday, July 6. According to the Wall Street Journal, Qualcomm has requested alternate authorities to halt the imports of a few Apple devices which include iPods and iPhones.
Samsung is possible to document the very best ever working income Samsung (SSNLF) initiatives fiscal 2Q17 running profit of approximately $12.1 billion, a whopping seventy two% increase of $7.Zero billion from the corresponding zone closing year. Tech Stocks – Look Before You Leap
The week past changed into a noteworthy one for generation investors. Share fees on this zone zoomed higher by using nine.4%. After Tuesday’s market close, Intel’s (INTC) 2nd quarter income assertion injected lifestyles again into the inventory marketplace and brought about a bull stampede in lots of tech names.
The Good Intel said its most powerful boom from the primary region to the second one due to the fact that 1988 and provided optimistic feedback for the second one-half of 2009. Based on improving conditions within the PC market, the technology bellwether expects income in the 1/3 zone to close to $eight.5 billion, nicely above the $7.8 billion tally forecasted by means of analysts. Commenting on the chip giant’s results, one analyst quipped, ‘Intel had a blow-out quarter on nearly every metric.’
This bullish enthusiasm persisted through the week after International Business Machines (IBM) too blew past analysts’ profits forecasts. Relentless fee reducing via automation and shifting of work to decrease value locales enabled IBM to grow its income via 12% to $3.1 billion even though sales declined 13% to $23.Three billion. IBM’s profits tally of $2.32 a share exceeded analysts’ $2.02 a share forecast. The Bad Even though Intel and IBM reported quite strong outcomes, the energy in operations did not resonate through other tech names. Nokia’s (NOK) forward searching statement gave buyers situation. Lagging rivals like Apple (AAPL) and Research In Motion (RIMM) within the cell phone race, Nokia decreased its working margin forecast on telephones from ‘mid teens’ to approximately 10%.
Citing weak call for laptop hardware from enterprise customers, higher component expenses, and an aggressive pricing environment Dell (DELL) reduced its gross margin forecast for its July quarter.
Invest in Tech? So, with tech corporations appearing mixed, is it profitable to make investments in the generation sector? Given the chance of a stabilizing financial system, I trust the answer is sure. Selectivity, however, is prime.
Look Before You Leap! Fidelity Select Technology (FSPTX), Technology Select Sector SPDR (XLK), and Vanguard Information Technology (VGT) represent a sampling of broad technology-related sector finances and ETFs available for making an investment. Here’s how these investments have fared because of the March 9 marketplace back side.
FSPTX has led the % with a whopping 70% return. This exceeds the 53% benefit for VGT through 17%. XLK has lagged the organization with a 45% improve.
Why Such Differences? As constantly, the satan is in the details. While FSPTX, XLK, and VGT have Technology of their names, they may be a range in market capitalization of holdings, industry publicity, and rate ratio. XLK includes telecom offerings groups at the same time as the others usually do not. FSPTX frequently includes mid-cap and small-cap technology corporations even as XLK and VGT are heavily orientated towards huge-cap names.
