. Recently a question was brought to my attention regarding showing more revealing pictures to gain more followers and “attention.” What I do on here is the exact same thing I would do in reality. I choose to post workout videos and pictures with my shirt on because that’s exactly how I am when working out. No biggie right🤷🏼‍♀️? Simple answer. #reality . Then as my weekend continued I saw posts regarding, @netflix movie, People You May Know.( thanks @mack3nzi ) and a show on @netflix series Black Mirror season 3, Ep. 1 “nosedive”. It’s an incredibly terrifying look into what our future reality or distorted reality, may look like. . So that’s the reason for this post today. Distorted reality has become our new norm. Our true skin, flaws, inherent traits that make us who we are, are no longer acceptable for a like, follow, blah blah blah. What the crap? Seriously this is friggin ridiculous but I suddenly found myself being a victim to the distortion. . I never post pictures showing my stomach because it’s pretty scarred from having my beautiful daughter. I saw a doctor who said I need a tummy tuck, I also met a bikini pro who said I’d need to cut down my body fat percentage to that during competition and keep it there for several months for best results🤔. Clearly I chose neither. I’m incredibly fit and focus on nutrition, but I have a scarred abdomen-with a healed diastasis recti underneath. I also had to learn it doesn’t make me any less qualified as a trainer, and it’s completely NORMAL to look like this- it’s just many choose not to show it. . I studied my ass off, worked harder than I ever have, and took some tough love therapy to be able to accept my stomach the way it is. That’s why I chose to share this with anyone willing to read all of this. I’m not an alien, an unfollow, an outcast, unattractive, unqualified, I’m a f*ing human being that grew another human inside. If you ask me, I’m a god damn miracle worker. Special Edition Thoughts Before Bed: CONFESSION TIME (Just had to add one more.)

1. I find great joy in blocking people in on the highway. If somebody is riding my tail, clearly thinking that if I would just get out of the way, they could speed down the highway, I take great pleasure in pulling to the side and letting them speed up right onto the tail of the person who was in front of me. Then I make sure I stay right about even with the rear passenger door of that lead car so the speed demon can't get by. I play this game often.

2. Ever since the guy one block over screamed at me because my dog took a phantom poop on his lawn, I look for him when we are walking. And when I see him outside, I walk by REALLY slowly in the hopes that my dog will pop another squat on his grass right in front of him. And I don't smile. I just give him a dead-pan stare, like the crazy lady that I really am on the inside.

3. Yesterday, I had a kid bet me that if I could carry him down the hall, he would return to class, sit down, shut up and do his work until the end of class. I never take a bet that I am not sure I will win. #Iwon#msrauschalwayswins

4. One of the greatest moments of my life was the day I received a letter from Lionel Richie.

5. I hide reese's peanut butter cups in the freezer under the meat. I am the only one who cooks so there is no way anyone will find them there. This is the only way I don't have to share.

6. Sometimes I hide Hoho's in the cabinet above the refrigerator too. Nobody else can reach that cabinet.

7. I don't drink very often. In fact, I used to have a little wine at home but I don't do that any more. But I have grand plans to over do it this weekend.

8. I have a short list of reasons why it might be nice to have a man in my life consistently... you know... like a relationship or whatever. Tonight, I added, "Must give great hand massages on a daily basis." "Takes out the trash" and "lives in his own house" are still at the top of the list.

9. I only make my bed on the weekends.

10. I scroll through my PEOPLE YOU MAY KNOW about once a week only looking for hot guys. I am convinced some of y'all are hiding your hot friends when you could be fixing me up.

Alright, my mind is a little more clear and I think I will be able to sleep a little better. Have a beautiful Friday tomorrow, my friends. HUG one another. LOVE one another. Enjoy your weekend. Love to all of you!
