Rules:

When sending an ask, address it to the character you want to ask. (i.e. “Dream, what do you . . .”) Asks without a character specified will not be answered.

You can ask/talk to more than one character per ask! (i.e. “Hey Dream and Nightmare, what do you . . .”)

You can ask pretty much anything, be it story/lore-wise or other. Just please be appropriette and respectful!

You can only ask/talk to those on the character list. (For example, you cannot ask Blue or Ink anything! at least for right now)

You can “gift” any of the characters something either through ask or a submission!

All asks with be answered via text only. I will also try to answer questions at least once a week on this blog, if not more, depending on how much time and energy (or asks) I have. Please bear with me if it takes a while to get to your ask!

I love this so much. Yeah he wouldn't dare to approach as they're too intimidating for him.

hey, everyone! i just wanted to give you all an update on OSD. ik i was initially posting updates within days of each other, but school just started back up for me and i also now work part-time on weekends. however, i've been working on it as much as possible when i haven't been studying or working. currently, it's at about 6.5K words, but i alr know it will much longer than that once it's ready to be posted. just wanted to let u all know since i've gotten many asks about it. thank u so much for your support! love u all!

I am so genuinely disappointed right now. Calcium Cat was one of my introductions into the world of Ao3. For someone who so openly supported trans creators this is a surprise. I'm glad they are not being two faced anymore and that they are able to own up to their bigotry. TO anyone who reads OSD (One Small Dream), I ask that you take a look at the situation. Calcium Cat is not just passively being transphobic but they are actively liking and supporting people on Twitter (X) such as Matt Walsh. This is not okay, and I just can't in good conscious support them anymore. I understand they have their own religious beliefs but hiding behind religion to be a bigot is never okay. Ever. I apologize for the bad quality screenshot, they disabled comments and re-blogs after they started getting backlash. If by any chance you see this post and are a reader or supporter of OSD I ask that you do your own research and consider stopping supporting Calcium Cat.

Well, it is time.

Cursed Slippers OSD AU by @calcium-cat

Yes I am writing this on the same day as the previous one- if I can make someone happy I shall persevere! This will be based on the birds each of them are.

For the confused or uninitiated, first off go to @calcium-cat 's blog, you'll find a lot of fun stuff there including what this AU is but I shall summarise.

Cursed Slippers is an AU where Cross got Dream some duck slippers, that turned out to be cursed. Dream turned into a duckling, and everyone else in the castle soon followed. My friend and I made it so Error also turned, but he became a humming bird. That way when he crashes, his wings flutter quickly and make the humming sound XD

Now for the bird types:

Dream - Duckling

Night - Goosemare-

Cross - Swan

Dust - Magpie

Killer - Crow(you'll see why I picked Crow over Raven-)

Horror - Rooster

Error - Hummingbird(my friend and I's own touch

Where had they gone wrong....

The gang was back to normal, thank stars, but they all had new issues to deal with regarding their new forms. Dust was having... a lot more than the rest though...

He had to keep Cyanide in his cage... all the time.... his bird instincts went wild just with the the scent of the rat. Unfortunately, he couldn't stop it. It became the new darkness in him for a while.

Until he got slapped out of it... by himself...

And then Nightmare found out. He promptly fixed it by setting a scent emitter into Dust's room that nullified any other smell. Dust was then okay with Cyanide.

But the smells didn't change his other issue...

Shiny objects. The magpie in him wanted to take everything. He broke the table trying to get knives and forks, he cracked the van windshield trying to get to a phone that had been left inside, it was Cross', he had done so much to try and get the shiny objects.

That it was becoming a large issue...

See, the gang all wanted to go on a road trip. Killer was... down in the dumps, and needed it.

"A.. road trip?.." Dream asked Cross. He had never heard of it.

"Yeah! It's like an adventure in a car!" Cross exclaimed excitedly. He was just itching to get out on the road. He loved these trips, everyone did truthfully.

It was a release that none of them really got ever since the bird incident. Nightmare had been adamant that would not be healthy because of their new instincts. But, upon seeing Killer so upset over a hit to his pride... he had a change of heart.

Dream smiled brightly, eager to go. Somewhere new was waiting! Finally! His wings flapped in excitement. Horror walked over, his wings tucked behind him calmly and surprisingly the only one that kept his wings fully clean. No one knew why.

"Alright, alright, little duck... we need to get to the van first..." Horror smiled, petting a now pouting Dream.

"Why can't we just walk?" Dream huffed.

"Because I don't want you running off to a water hole and getting hurt." Nightmare chimed in, glaring.

Once everyone... no, ALMOST everyone was in the van, Night noticed an absence.

"Wait, where's Dust?-" and he looked at the windshield... seeing him in his bird form and dive.....

CCRRRAAACCCKKK!!

Night sighed, getting out, managing to pull the magpie off the windscreen and get him into the car. Error held onto the bird, being a surprisingly good carer once he had gotten past the touch thing with help of Dream.

And they set off.

Okay this will be 2 parts- keep an eye out for part 2 later today! ^w^

Welcome to the Blog!

Hullo and welcome to my blog! This is my main blog for fanfics and stuff like that, so feel free to ask any questions you'd like. Currently, I'm focused on writing fics about fandoms I like such as: HxH, KNY, and Undertale! Most of my Undertale fics will be about Nightmare, the Bad Sanses, and the Star Sanses cause I just love them they're so cute! Most of my works will be on here because I've been using Tumblr the longest and am new to other platforms such as ao3, Quotive, etc.. I don't have an update schedule because of my personal life, but I write as much as I can and try to not make you all wait months for my next post. This blog is really anything you want to talk about related to any of my books, which will usually be SFW and maybe a little bit angsty. A few of my older works have a lot of swearing and such as my current book "Stupid Ass Mf" which is about HxH. I will be focusing on that one, as well as a not currently posted but in the works Undertale fic inspired by @calcium-cat and their fic OSD (One Small Dream) and @warriorstale001 and their fic Xtra Small! As soon as this is up like in a day I will post my first actual idea on my blog so stay tuned!

Anyways ramble aside, lemme bless you all with facts about me, the host, Kai! (*´∨`*)

1. I've had a hyperfixation with the color orange since elementary school, ever since I mixed red and yellow together on complete accident I've loved it. My favorite shades are a kind of sunburnt orange and pastel orange.

2. Animals are a huge blessing in my opinion, I go feral over people's pets. I will sit there and pet your pet skunk for hours even! My friends who know me irl know this all too well, I would always sit there and pet the dogs at parties and everyone hated it bahaha

3. I have a strange fascination with AUs involving older people becoming younger in some way and I never understood why. I fell in love with OSD (calling out Cal again mwahaha) because just.

SMALL BABY DREAM-

I've been working on lil fanfics based on OSD for a bit but I am notorious for failing to finish anything I start and unfortunately that happened to OSF (one small fight) but I WILL GET IT ONE DAY CAL I SWEAR-

Anyboo I hope y'all like hearing me blabble on an on because this was incredibly fun! Again, sorry I can't turn on Anon, I'll see if it's fixed after I post this. If anyone wants to do this just lmk, I hate sending stuff to people because ANXIETY so I usually don't pass this on.

Two questions in one, for Cal and/or Nightmare, Killer, Dust, Horror, and Cross.

Do the Guys know exactly how Nightmare looked like as a kid (Passive Nightmare/Dream's age), to the point of they saw a picture of him as a kid they would immediately know who it was; or would they need some sort of clue (like Nightmare's crown or something) to have a good guess of who it is?

And what are Nightmare and the Guys cursing (both in front and not in front of Dream) styles?

"Nope! I think the only one with knowledge of how Night looked in the past was Ink, what with his meta knowledge of the multiverse. Although, they do have a bit of an idea now, thanks to Dream's "Nighty Doll".

And while the boys might not have talked much about it to his face, they've definitely discussed it with each other

"I try to watch my cursing when I'm around the little guy, like "heck" and "shoot". I don't want Nightmare to kill me, ya know, eh heh heh."

"Eh . . . don't curse much . . ."

"I only curse when it's funny. If the kid hears, he hears."

"Eugh, Night is such a stuck up about swearing in front of Squirt, but I don't care. What's he gonna do, wash my mouth with soap?"

"While the vulgar slangs and curses of these modern times disgust me personally, I generally overlook them when it comes to the others. However, I do not tolerate them teaching my younger brother such foul language. And if this soap technique I've heard of works, then so be it."

hey!! i'm going to be honest, i don't really use those types of fonts myself so i only have a handful of recs, but i can point you in the direction of resources/sites that might have what you're looking for :)

i got most of these from resource blogs and dafont.com, so i recommend scrolling through the font page of allresources, and under the themes on dafont for retro fonts, typewriter fonts, LCD/techno fonts, or brush fonts. behance also has a ton of free fonts to download. lastly, you can always google something like ‘vcr fonts’ and you should get some recs right away.
