“The suit centers on Lorie Smith, a website designer who does not want to provide her services for gay weddings because of her religious objections.
In 2016, she says, a gay man named Stewart requested her services for help with his upcoming wedding. “We are getting married early next year and would love some design work done for our invites, placenames etc. We might also stretch to a website,” reads a message he apparently sent her through her website. In court filings, her lawyers produced a copy of the inquiry.
Web designer’s US supreme court case could trample LGBTQ+ rights, advocates say
But Stewart, who requested his last name be withheld for privacy, said in an interview with the Guardian that he never sent the message, even though it correctly lists his email address and telephone number. He has also been happily married to a woman for the last 15 years, he said. The news was first reported by the New Republic.
In fact, until he received a call this week from a reporter from the magazine, Stewart said he had no idea he was somehow tied up in a case that had made it to the supreme court.
“I can confirm I did not contact 303 Creative about a website,” he said. “It’s fraudulent insomuch as someone is pretending to be me and looking to marry someone called Mike. That’s not me.
“What’s most concerning to me is that this is kind of like the one main piece of evidence that’s been part of this case for the last six-plus years and it’s false,” he added. “Nobody’s checked it. Anybody can pick up the phone, write an email, send a text, to verify whether that was correct information.”
Key document may be fake in LGBTQ+ rights case before US Supreme Court, The Guardian, by Sam Levine

On this day, 21 February 1965, el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz, better known as Malcolm X, instrumental speaker and activist of the US civil rights and Black power movements, was assassinated while preparing to address a crowd of supporters in New York. Formerly a member of the Nation of Islam (NoI), Malcolm X publicly split with the organisation due to issues such as NoI leader Elijah Mohammed failing to approve action to respond to police attacks on Black Muslims in Los Angeles. Instead he founded his own mosque, as well as the secular Organization of Afro-American Unity. Already a target of both the police and FBI, NoI activist Louis Farrakhan also declared Malcolm to be "worthy of death". On February 21, Malcolm stepped up to speak at the Audubon ballroom when he was shot. Mujahid Abdul Halim, a NoI member from New Jersey was apprehended fleeing the scene with a clip from one of the murder weapons, and admitted his participation in the killing. However, two other Black Muslims from the Harlem mosque were subsequently arrested and convicted of the crime: Khalil Islam and Muhamad Abdul Abdul Aziz. This was despite a lack of evidence and the fact that they, and Halim, protested their innocence. In an effort to win the freedom for Islam and Aziz, Halim even filed affidavits naming his four co-conspirators – all from the New Jersey mosque. But prosecutors repeatedly refused to reopen the case. After the case gained new attention following the 2020 release of a Netflix documentary series on the murder, Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance Jr agreed to review the case. The review revealed that evidence suggesting Islam and Aziz were innocent had been withheld from the defence, in part following pressure from FBI director J Edgar Hoover. Their convictions were eventually overturned in November 2021. You’ve been asked to serve on the jury in the first-ever criminal prosecution of a United States president. What could possibly go wrong? The answer, of course, is everything.
A juror in former president Donald Trump’s ongoing criminal trial in New York was excused on Thursday after voicing fears that she could be identified based on biographical details that she had given in court. The dismissal of Juror 2 highlights the potential dangers of participating in one of the most politicized trials in US history, especially in an age of social media frenzies, a highly partisan electorate, and a glut of readily available personal information online.
Unlike jurors in federal cases, whose identities can be kept completely anonymous, New York law allows—and can require—the personal information of jurors and potential jurors to be divulged in court. Juan Merchan, the judge overseeing Trump’s prosecution in Manhattan, last month ordered that jurors’ names and addresses would be withheld. But he could not prevent potential jurors from providing biographical details about themselves during the jury selection process, and many did. Those details were then widely reported in the press, potentially subjecting jurors and potential jurors to harassment, intimidation, and threats—possibly by Trump himself. Merchan has since blocked reporters from publishing potential jurors’ employment details.
The doxing dangers that potential jurors face became apparent on Monday, day one of the proceedings. An update in a Washington Post liveblog about Trump’s trial revealed the Manhattan neighborhood where one potential juror lived, how long he’d lived there, how many children he has, and the name of his employer. Screenshots of the liveblog update quickly circulated on social media, as people warned that the man could be doxed, or have his identity revealed publicly against his will with the intent to cause harm, based solely on that information.
“It's quite alarming how much information someone skilled in OSINT could potentially gather based on just a few publicly available details about jurors or potential jurors,” says Bob Diachenko, cyber intelligence director at data-breach research organization Security Discovery and an expert in open source intelligence research.
Armed with basic personal details about jurors and certain tools and databases, “an OSINT researcher could potentially uncover a significant amount of personal information by cross-referencing all this together,” Diachenko says. “That's why it's crucial to consider the implications of publicly revealing jurors' personal information and take steps to protect their privacy during criminal trials.”
Even without special OSINT training, it can be trivial to uncover details about a juror’s life. To test the sensitivity of the information the Post published, WIRED used a common reporting tool to look up the man’s employer. From there, we were able to identify his name, home address, phone number, email address, his children’s and spouse’s identities, voter registration information, and more. The entire process took roughly two minutes. The Post added a clarification to its liveblog explaining that it now excludes the man’s personal details.
The ready availability of those details illustrates the challenges in informing the public about a highly newsworthy criminal case without interfering in the justice process, says Kathleen Bartzen Culver, the James E. Burgess Chair in Journalism Ethics and director of the School of Journalism & Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
“Simply because a notable figure is on trial does not mean that a juror automatically surrenders any claim to privacy,” Bartzen Culver says. “People who have been drawn into a case that is exceptionally newsworthy are not aware that a simple statement that they make about where they work might identify them and open them up to scrutiny and possibly risk.”
The dangers to jurors or potential jurors has only increased since the first day of jury selection, which remains ongoing, in part due to the challenges of prosecuting a former US president and the presumptive Republican nominee in the 2024 US presidential election. Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records, a class E felony in New York state, for payments made ahead of the 2016 presidential election related to alleged affairs with two women, adult performer Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal. Trump has claimed his prosecution is a “communist show trial” and a “witch hunt” and has pleaded not guilty.
On Fox News, coverage of Trump’s trial has repeatedly focused on the potential political motivations of the jurors, bolstering the former president’s claims. Trump, in turn, has repeated the claims by the conservative news network’s hosts. In a post on Truth Social on Wednesday, Trump quoted Fox News commentator Jesse Watters claiming on air that potential jurors in Trump’s trial are “undercover liberal activists lying to the judge in order to get on the Trump jury.” This, despite a gag order that forbids Trump from “making or directing others to make public statements about any prospective juror or any juror in this criminal proceeding.”
Broader media coverage of the Trump trial jurors appears to often be the work of political reporters who are unfamiliar with the journalism ethics specific to covering a criminal trial, says UW-Madison’s Bartzen Culver. “It's like when political reporters covered Covid and science journalists lost their minds.” She adds that it’s important for any journalist covering a criminal case—Trump’s or otherwise—to “consider our role within the justice system.”
“Unethical behavior by journalists can delay trials. It can result in overturned convictions and the people having to go back and do a retrial,” Bartzen Culver says. “That all works against our system of justice.”
The New York case is one of four ongoing criminal proceedings against Trump. In Georgia, where he faces multiple felony charges for alleged attempts to interfere with the state’s electoral process in 2020, Trump supporters leaked the addresses of members of the grand jury, after their names were listed in the 98-page indictment against the former president, as required by state law. Georgia’s Fulton County Sheriff’s Office said last August that it was investigating threats against the jury members. The incident highlights the persistent dangers people can face from Trump’s supporters, both in the near term and for the rest of their lives, if they’re viewed as having acted against him.
The leaks were discovered by Advance Democracy Inc. (ADI), a nonpartisan, nonprofit research and investigations organization founded by Daniel J. Jones, a former investigator for the FBI and the US Senate Intelligence Committee. So far, Jones tells WIRED, ADI has not uncovered attempts to dox jurors in Trump’s New York trial. But it’s still early days.
“We have not yet found identifying information on the extremist forums we monitor,” Jones says. “Having said that, I share your concern that it is only a matter of time before this happens.”

Fuck bosses.
We still don't have our W2s and at least one employees paycheck bounces every month. It's been like this for over a year.
Per IRS.gov
January 31st is the deadline to file W-2s using Business Services Online or to submit paper Form W-2. If this date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the deadline will be the next business day.
January 31st is the deadline to distribute Forms W-2 to employee(s).
Per findlaw.com
Call the Boss, Then Call the IRS
The first step is to contact your employer and request your missing form. Verify whether you previously signed up to receive your W-2 electronically. If you have, check your junk or spam box in your email. If you didn’t sign up for an electronic copy, and require a paper copy, verify that your employer has the correct address.
If contacting your employer doesn’t work, try calling the Internal Revenue Service at 800-TAX-1040 or visit an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center if one is near you. The IRS will need your name, Social Security number, address, and phone number. They will also need your employer’s name, address, and phone number, as well as your dates of employment. The agent will ask you to estimate the amount of wages and any income tax withheld, so be sure you have your last pay stub or earnings statement available. The IRS will then contact your employer for you and try to obtain your W-2.
Ultimately, the IRS can’t force your employer to send your W-2. But non-compliance with the W-2 delivery deadline can be a big inconvenience for both the employee and the employer. For each W-2 that is up to 30 days late, an employer may be fined $50. If a W-2 is sent after August 1, the IRS can issue a fine of $290. An intentional failure to file W-2 information with the IRS can lead to a fine of $580 per statement. This can add up to hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines for employers that don’t give out W-2s to any of their employees.
There are a couple of additional options available should you still find yourself without a W-2 after speaking with your employer.

a silly little vignette with little bearing on the previous chapter and/or subsequent chapters idk
They’re both awake, both can’t sleep.

Ghost with his insomnia and Soap with his actual inability to sleep. The bed they’re laid up in is only half as warm as it should be, the sheets only half as mussed up. Soap can stand on the ground, lay on the bed, but he can’t lift the duvet to tuck himself under. Ghost physics. They don’t make much sense at all, and Soap struggles to accept it as much as he struggles to understand it. He hopes to, one day. Maybe then he could find a loop hole.

It’s a problem he addresses passively, usually just ponders it on nights like this one. There really isn’t much else for Soap to do when Ghost is sleeping—or trying to. In the early days, when the situation was still fresh, he’d wander the streets around Ghost’s flat, savor the novelty of such a lonely ramble, but it got old and anyways, he felt lonely enough as it was.

So instead he does this. He stares at the ceiling and when he gets bored of that, he stares at the window, then the furniture, then the back of his eyelids. Rinse and repeat, sometimes for hours but never the full recommended eight. He’s at the eyelids part of the cycle when he hears Ghost snort. A laugh and, silently, a request to speak.

Ghost doesn’t wait for the permission that he wouldn’t receive because it’s not, is never, withheld.

“I should be calling you ghost,” he says eventually.

Strokes of genius tend to come well after midnight, don’t they?

“Heh, like call me by your name,” Soap responds in a voice that should be sleep-rough but isn’t. The dumb comment comes as a welcome reprieve from whatever dark spiral Soap was on the precipice of. It reminds him he doesn’t have to fall down it if he doesn’t want to. So he hums and decides to make conversation. “You know the big one? The blonde guy?”

“Armie Hammer?”

Soap scoffs. “That’s a fake name.” He’s vaguely shocked Ghost has a modicum of pop culture awareness.

Ghost rolls onto his side, props his head up on his folded arm. He looks beautiful in the moonlight, silverblue and unmade, the reason Soap has only lost his mind as much as he had, which is a lot less than he could’ve. Everything about him, especially the mundane things, keeps Soap sane, like how Ghost pulls that ridiculous face and says, “Soap, you know some people just have weird names?”

“Whatever,” Soap dismisses, “So, Arm and Hammer, yeah? He eats people.”

“In the movie?”

“No, in real life”

“Bullshit.” Despite that dubious look on Ghost’s face, the man looks awfully intrigued.

“Or maybe he wants to but doesn’t actually,” Soap amends.

“That’s a big difference.”

“Aye, but we’ll never know. He’s bombin’ rich and rich people can get up to all sorts of nonsense, no issue.”

“That so?” Ghost deadpans.

“O’ course. Money talks,” Soap says with a nod. “Heh, you’re also big and blonde. You eat people?

“You’re also brown-haired and small, you fuck fruits?” Ghost shoots back.

“Not anymore, really,” Soap notes wistfully, a little put on about it. Then he adds, winking, “Try as I might.”

Ghost clicks his teeth disapprovingly and goes quiet, pondering something. “We’ve figured out how to get you food. Logically speaking, I could sacrifice a peach for you to fuck. How does that sound?”

Jesus . “Only if you watch.”

“I wasn’t actually serious, Soap, fucking hell.”

“Neither was I” Soap just about brays back. “Or was I?”

“Fuck off,” Ghost groans. Yep. Shit like this, still being able to be the sweet little thorn in Ghost’s side… it makes all the bullshit worth it.

“Oh woooee is me, the first time that you touched me,” Soap sings into Ghost’s ear

“I should be fucken saying that,” he says, grumbling.

“OH WILL WONDERS EVER CEASE? BLESSÈD IS THE MYSTERY OF—“

“Soap, I will kill you.”

Soap winks because it’s absurd and somehow sweet. “Too late for that, I’m afraid, love.” Had he said this months ago, Ghost would’ve fussed about how jokes like that aren’t funny, but they’ve both since gotten used to this particular brand of morbid humor. So Ghost doesn’t pitch any kind of a fit, just rolls his eyes fondly. “Mon now, go to sleep. Unless you wanna end up like me.”

I'd love to hear more of your thoughts about Roy's family, if you have any.
Honestly, I imagine Roy's parents were okay. Not good but not awful. Sort of bare minimum. I think their household was stable (no abuse or explosive fighting or anything like that) and his parents provided for their children materially, but they were emotionally distant and withheld affection from their children and from each other. They probably should've gotten divorced some time ago, because they clearly don't actually love each other, but it's not like they're getting in screaming matches or anything, so you feel bad saying it. They were never the sort of parents who would cuddle you when you were upset and ask you what was bothering you (which is why Jamie and Georgie freaked Roy out so much), you'd just bottle it up and pretend you were fine until you started to trick yourself into feeling better. Yk
I know most people take his granddad being so heavily involved in his upbringing as a sign that his parents were all over the place and didn't take care of him, but I won't lie, I don't love that assumption. Intergenerational households and grandparents doing childcare are very very common worldwide, especially among families who don't have a ton of money, and we know the Kents were working class, so I always figured Roy's granddad was his daytime caregiver when he was little because his parents had to work and granddad was retired + would take care of him for free. I think his granddad was a lot more emotionally open and affectionate with him than his parents, though, and that's part of why Roy remembers him so so so fondly :(
As an adult, I think Roy has a somewhat functional relationship with his parents, but they're not close and don't see eye to eye on like. Anything. They're conservative and passive-aggressive (because the golden rule of the Kent household is to never address anything! you always bottle it up!) and Roy and Rachel (which is his sister's name. do NOT @ me) can't be in a room with them for more than like 2 hours without going insane.
They're constantly making backhanded comments about Rachel being a single mom, and then they piss and moan about how they never get to see Phoebe, like they have no clue why that would be. They don't approve of Keeley because she's a titty model, but then Roy starts bringing Jamie around and all they can talk about is how much they loved Keeley. They're "heartbroken" that Phoebe doesn't have any cousins and want to know when Roy is going to get married, but not to Jamie, because they think he's just looking for a "sugar daddy." Exhausting
Roy talks to them on the phone once every couple of months and sees them only on holidays. Holiday dinners are always followed by a 4 hour debrief with Rachel and like 3 bottles of wine

Something else for those history deniers that think Zionism & Israel just popped up out of nowhere in the late 19th/early 20th century.
After Napolean was on the march through Italy & Egypt, he entered Eretz Israel (occupied then by the Ottoman Turks) in 1799.
He conquered Jaffa.
And as he approached Acre, he camped and made a remarkable decision that could have changed the course of world history.
Napolean issued a letter to the Jewish people offering they may return to their homeland & live as a free nation again, under French protection.
The letter stated, among other things, that it was addressed “to the rightful heirs of Palestine … Israelites, unique nation, whom, in thousands of years, lust of conquest and tyranny have been able to be deprived of their ancestral lands, but not of name and national existence!”
He went on to tell the “exiled” Jews to “rejoice” because France was offering “Israel’s patrimony!”
Then he exalted the Jews that “now is the moment … to claim the restoration of civic rights the population of the universe which had been shamefully withheld from you for thousands of years, your political existence as a nation among nations, & the unlimited right to worship Jehovah in accordance with your faith, publicly & most probably forever.”
Unfortunately, this offer could never be accepted or enforced.
Back then, the Ottoman Turkish Empire was still rather strong, and they sent a mass of troops that sent Napoleon packing.

Fic writer asks 18 and 24 for which witch?
Oooh 👀
18. If you wrote a sequel to [insert fic], what would it involve?
Definitely would love to explore Fern and Johnny’s relationship. Probably would expand more on the Isle and of course, address her parents. I imagine he would have to tell her eventually and she’d be devastated but also fuming that he withheld it, after everything.
Oh. And Jet. The cat that’s very much not a cat.
24. Are there any easter eggs in [insert fic], and if so, what are they?
Eilean is actually a manifestation of the Isle, or rather she is the Isle. Her name comes from Eilean Ban, which is a small island off the coast of the Isle of Sky. It’s mentioned how the Isle can/has rejected others, and that very few are able to actual step foot on it.
“My home is alive.” He told your sleeping form, words quiet as he watched for any sign of you waking. “The place where my home is built, where I was born. The Isle. She chooses, who can stay, who can make their life there. She is a complex thing, a wild thing. Like you.” You twitched, and he paused, holding still as he waited.
This is why Johnny is so apprehensive watching Fern and Eilean in the garden.
“Eilean walks with you in the garden. He tries not to watch too closely, warily waiting for something to happen, for a decision to be made that he will not be able to fight, no matter how hard he tries. She delights you, when she shows you how to sow your magic into the fabric of Faerie, how to connect with Isle as you connect with the earth of your home realm.”

Post 1024
Scott A Kelly, Florida inmate A21954, born 1994, incarceration intake July 2023 at age 28, scheduled for release March 2025
Sending a Minor Harmful Information
In July 2023, a former Sarasota County Sheriff’s deputy was sentenced to 22 months in prison followed by 38 months sex offender probation in connection to sending explicit photographs to a 16-year-old girl, according to a news release.
Scott Kelly admitted to contacting the teenager and sending pornographic photos after adding her on Snapchat. He resigned from his position amid an internal investigation.
An Assistant State Attorney said in a statement that the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office acted swiftly when they learned of the deputy's misconduct and promptly removed him from patrol before terminating his employment.
“This person had no business wearing a uniform. He violated the oath he took — the oath to protect and serve the citizens of our community. Instead, he chose to use his position of authority to prey on a vulnerable child, one still coping with the loss of her father," the Assistant State Attorney said. "Instead of helping this child through a tough time, he exploited her vulnerability by sending her lewd photos and attempting to persuade her to engage in sexual activity with him."
In May 2023, Kelly entered a plea of no contest to the transmission of harmful material to a minor, according to court documents, meaning he did not accept or deny responsibility for the charge, but agreed to accept punishment. The offense is punishable by up to five years in prison and the minimum sentence is probation.
A Sarasota County Circuit Judge found Kelly was a “Predator in Uniform," according to a news release from the 12th Circuit State Attorney's Office. Kelly will be designated a sexual predator and have to register as one for the rest of his life.
According to an affidavit, Kelly responded to a service call in November 2021 at the teenager’s residence where he was “made aware of (her) age.” The next day, Kelly sent the teenager, whose name was withheld in accordance with Marsy's Law, a friend request on Snapchat and the two communicated over the next several months, according to previous reporting.
An internal interview with Kelly revealed the two never met in person, but Kelly said: "The two described having sex once."
Further investigation revealed Kelly abused a law enforcement database to look up driver's license photos, addresses, and names of several young women, later connecting with them on social media to send photos of himself and asking to meet for sex, according to previous reporting.
Kelly was arrested in March 2022.

So like people are saying that UNRWA are withholding supplies, claimed their warehouses were empty forcing Palestinians to "steal" and thus be called "looters", that they refuse to name Israel as the perpetrator even as their own staff die and need to be held responsible for complicity in war crimes.
Do correct me if I'm getting something wrong here because ngl the different branches of the UN confuse me, but as far as I can tell this is entirely false and potentially some kind of psyop idk. UNRWA exist specifically for aiding Palestinians, they were established by the General Assembly of the UN - the same ones who voted for a ceasefire contrarily to the Security Council - and run mostly off donations. They don't just distribute food but also run long term operations like schools, healthcare and all kinds. The schools are also where people sought shelter from bombs albeit they are now being bombed there too.
I can see their publications repeatedly naming the State of Israel, just as one example, the UNRWA address to the Security Council says "The relentless bombardments by the Israeli Forces of the Gaza Strip are shocking.", "receiving evacuation notices from the Israeli forces", "The atrocities of Hamas do not absolve the State of Israel from its obligations under International Humanitarian Law.". The rest of their news reports are the same.
Not only do they deny having withheld supplies, and I can find no evidence they ever said the warehouses were empty, they're trying to distribute aid in such a way that it can reach more people and in doing so alleviate the general pressure on supplies to lower costs overall. They also did not blame the people breaking in when reporting it, rather stating that it as a sign of bad things have gotten especially in the wake of communications blackouts hindering their systems. They also, on a different occasion, were quick to clarify there was never any stealing justified or otherwise when various SM posts claimed there was.
As above I'm not saying I understand everything about the UNRWA but it is one of the main organisations actually on the ground offering relief, it relies mostly on donations and demonising them should not be taken lightly.
Instagram post that is also making the rounds on tumblr but I'm blocked from OP.

Stalking
I think there are a lot of people here who do not understand the meaning of stalking. So here is how it goes.
Years ago, when there was no social media, an actress who played the sidekick of a star who was so "loved" on her that a "he" shot and killed her. That was in the days when California gave out information from her driver's license. Soon after, California made a law that no addresses could be given out from driver license information. I am certain that that was a problem with other people, but it was the only one that made the news.on
Stalking was not limited to celebrities. There was a horrific story out of New York City about a woman who was stabbed to death in her apartment doorway by a stalker, as was learned when he was caught, while others stood around and did not stop the killing.
John Lennon was stalked by a man who was trying to get the attention of another actress (name withheld to In others from getting ideas), and he was shot December 8, 1980. Caused a lot of distress from some who were great fans of John, and jealously of the Beatles.
In 2009, I became a fan of Celtic Thunder, the Irish/Scot singers. I wrote blogs on-line for them, and got to actually meet them in 2010. But there was no fanatic actions toward them. Unfortunately, that was not true from women fans (of all ages), especially for Ryan Kelly. I think that was true of all of the singers, but somehow, a bunch of women in New Jersey took it too far, and as he was out walking one day, they started a riot, chasing him, as he ran for his life. One girl even broke her arm and went to the hospital. But Ryan had to get a body guard for the rest of their tour. He also was so terrified, he considered quitting Celtic Thunder, even was so scared he fell off (or jumped?) off a riser and was in a hospital with a coma for some time.
With social media, Sam Heughan has become so desired that on this site, there are those who report his every move, send photos, and even question who he is dating, when and where.
Now I have been called out here because I comment on their stalking. They deny it is what they are doing. But it is, and even if they are not actually stalking, but reporting what someone is telling him, but you simply do not know how many of them are reading these comments, and acting on them. Depending on getting the information they want.
Some report what he is saying on Instagram (IG), so I am sorry/glad to tell you Sam does not use social networks, of any kind. He has people behind him who keep him informed of what is going on, and they are they ones who are writing on the networks. This is definitely true.
There was this topic written into an episode of The West Wing. Josh discovered a site that was talking about him, telling lies, making up stories, not having clue about his private life. Josh decided to rely to them, and it only made it worse. He got even more publicity from his getting involved, and one of the other people had to tell him to quit it.
Sam is a loving person, but if he hasn't already, he is going to go into hiding, to keep people from finding him, even probably disrupting his own private life. I understand someone actually found out his home address and had it published in some public publication. That must have brought some weirdos to stalk him even further.
You who keep giving out private information, I don't care if he does get out in public sometimes for lunch or dinner or a date. He does make himself open to photos, even his own selfies, though he seems to have stopped that finally, but I suspect even that is going to stop soon. The man probably is going to have to go into true privacy, maybe even think his public career, if he gets, is getting, threats from some mistaken fans who believe he belongs to him. One woman in Argentina even posts that he is her husband.
I am considering out of tumblr altogether because it hurts my heart to see how much certain people here are telling me things I don't think should be published about him. I don't want to be around to hear that anyone has confronted him with the idea that he belongs to them.
It is bad enough that I am constantly contacted using my username while impersonating him, jealous because they are not him, or trying to find women by using his name, or MPC, or even the Great Glen Company to get my attention.
Facebook kicked me out several times as I tried to use them for political discussions, or to learn about Scottish food. I finally decided they want only salacious news, about not only Sam, but Keanu, Donnie, Donn, Graham, others. I do not use Twitter (X) or Google Chat or even my email has been hacked, so I don't have email any longer (after trying several times). Google wants too much information now to try and get rid of robots.
Social media was never intended for damaging people, but was meant to simply be a network where we could meet others of the same mind. It is a shame that social networks these days for lying, snarking, opening people to stalkers, or pedophiles and abductors and innocents.
What has this world come to.
I love and respect Sam Heughan, but I cannot trust my ability to try and keep up with him any longer.
