We recently got this super fluffy wonderful perfect blanket that's fuzzy/soft on one side (I think it's sherpa maybe?). And Leo (my cat/son) is glued to it constantly, assuming the sherpa side is facing up and accessible for cuddles.

Working theory is that it is evoking Cuddling with Cat Mom memories. He typically hates other cattos. I just witnessed him full on grooming the blanket. Not little bleps. Big licks.
