After such a good start, back into fasting after two weeks away, I'm struggling.
The mucus problem is in overdrive.
Doesn't bother me so much during longer fasts, but it never goes away fully.
After a recommendation from a fellow resetter, I'm trying lymphatic drainage massage.
No idea if it's having any effect just yet, but I'm going to keep on with it, at least once a day.
I'm at the point now where I'll honestly try anything, as long as it's free, lol.
Most people have strongly advised me to go back to dairy free and persist with it.
But I don't want to do two things at once, or I won't know which one helped, if either of them DO help.
So I'll stick with this for a week. If ot makes no difference, I'll have to go dairy free once again.
I'm also now thinking the recent damp, muggy weather is another trigger.
Anyway, on with this new trual.
Plus I will hopefully have my results back from the hair strand bioresonance test in the next few days
I started the day with my usual bulletproof, then got moving with a good, solid upper body strength workout.
Lack of sleep, food intolerances, roller coaster blood sugars, inflammatory conditions and rubbish weather won't get in my way.
Clench those fists, look straight ahead, and keep working......

anyone else here a 17 y/o girlie with an "important lymphedema" that no one seems to find the cause of but "oh that's weird you shouldn't be suffering from this at age 17, people generally get those in their 60-70s"?
cause I personally can't do this anymore and I've been dealing with mine for just 4 months.

I had a pretty great week 🥰👍 but then I rest in between so I haven't had a chance to post much. 🙃
I had a good PT workout Tuesday in my friends pool after my acupuncture appt, and I found a great video online for full body lymphatic massage - plus started testing magnetic therapy (anklets, bracelets, acupressure ear magnets, etc).
I can definitely tell a BIG positive difference adding in the MLD & magnets this week!! 💖
Friday the kids took me to Nashville so I could see a band I like, and I was even able to dance a little. 😊
Wednesday I spent a couple hours at the creek near my house 🌞❣️ and Saturday I did a full hour of exercise at the city pool (PT) with gorgeous clouds and an amazing breeze. 🏊‍♀️
I can still only do maybe one thing a day, or a few things a week really, and taking it slow & easy, but I call that a GREAT week!!! 🙌
* It requires advil and a knee brace to get out with lots of elevating my legs & resting in between, but I'm SO happy to be able to do a little more than before. 🥰 That plus working, too...
How are things with you, and what are you into this weekend?
We have storms rolling in here, and I need some recovery time after dancing & swimming, so I'm in for the weekend to enjoy the storms from the back deck. ⛈⚡️ I love a good storm!
I look forward to getting well enough to get back out for my solo adventures again soon. 🛶 💦
I'm thinking I'll be able to hit the (easy) trails later this fall - hopefully! 👣
I'll post some photos & videos from my week as soon as rest up. I look forward to sharing the highlights with you! 💖
After my swim yesterday I stopped at a little local place and had a bunless cheeseburger with spring greens on the side. 😋
I'm craving seafood lately so I may do some grilled shrimp & salmon this weekend.... What about you?
-
I've been down with longcovid for 21+ months, if you're just tuning in 😉
I've always said: Your health is your greatest asset. 💯
I've been put to the test on that. 😅
I am completely committed to restoring my health, and making each day as great as it can be, one day at a time. 🎯❣️

WOOD THERAPY wood therapy uses a number of different wooden massage-like tools to help break down fat and cellulite. The wooden instruments are used to apply direct pressure to “problem areas” and essentially naturally eliminate excess body fat. The wood therapy we know today is actually based on an ancient Oriental wood manipulation that dates back hundreds of years! There are a large number of benefits to getting wood therapy, which is why I made it a regular part of my workout and self-care routine. In addition to being super relaxing and stress-relieving, wood therapy can help with: Loosening tight muscles Breaking down cellulite and burning fat Naturally eliminating toxins in your body Speeding up your metabolism Stimulating blood circulation and lymphatic drainage and more! @eclipsebodysculpting 909 782 2017 #woodtherapy #woodtherapymassage #fatreduction #cellulite #cellulitetreatment #massagetherapy #massage #lymphaticdrainage #woodtools (at Riverside, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/ChNtVAzvGS8/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The lymphatic system drains excess liquids and toxins that accumulate in tissues and organs. It moves water, proteins, fat, nutrients and waste products towards the venous system. The faster and more regular the lymphatic current is, the faster, more effective and efficient your metabolism is.
Through a series of rhythmic, pumping movements, ENDERMOLOGY-lymphatic drainage encourages cleansing, detoxification and decongestion, regenerating the body, accelerating healing and reducing the risk of infection.
It is recommended for: Reducing cellulite, Reducing water retention, Relieving heavy and swollen legs, Treating edema, Reducing bruising and Optimizing surgical results.
A general feeling of well-being and a sense of ease. All the benefits of the treatment can be seen thanks to your glowing skin and slimmer figure.#ly
