QUESTION TIME?
pairings: (platonic) lewis hamilton x f1 driver!reader.
warnings: sexist comments. interviewers asking rude questions.
summary: being the only female driver on the grid means being the unofficial spokesperson for women in motorsports and you’re tired of it.
author’s note: a part of my newest series! i’m still actively looking for more scenarios and ideas regarding this universe! so if u have any thoughts or questions? let me know! i’d love to hear them <3
Tumblr media
“do you worry that being more open and accessible to different drivers will lower the level of competition within formula one?”
the silence could be cut with a knife. everyone in the room looked at you expectantly, eyes wide as they waited for your answer. you took a sip of water as you collected your thoughts.
sometimes, when you were younger and karting, you’d wish that you had been born a boy. that might have been an unpopular opinion but you held it occasionally, although not for the reasons one might think. being a man would have meant that you would have been treated as just another driver rather than a novelty. no one else on the panel was expected to act like a mouthpiece for their entire gender.
taking a deep breath, you composed yourself before addressing the question. "i understand the concern about maintaining the high level of competition within formula one. however, i believe that diversity and inclusivity in motorsports can actually enhance the competition rather than detract from it."
you glanced around the room, meeting the expectant gazes of the reporters and fellow drivers. "by opening up opportunities to drivers from different backgrounds and experiences, we bring new perspectives and skills to the sport. this diversity can drive innovation and push the entire field to new heights."
pausing for a moment to gather your thoughts, you continued, "i don't necessarily think talent and competitiveness are determined by gender or any other factor. it's about skill, dedication, and passion for racing. embracing diversity not only reflects the world we live in but also strengthens formula one as a whole."
as you finished speaking, you could sense a shift in the atmosphere of the room. while your response might not have been what everyone expected, you knew it came from a place of honesty and conviction. and deep down, you hoped that your words would spark a broader conversation about the importance of inclusion in motorsports.
the room digests your response, slowly and steadily until another interviewer speaks up. "i get where you're coming from, but let's be real here. formula one is about pushing the limits, about being the best of the best. we can't afford to water down the competition just for the sake of diversity."
you respected his perspective, knowing that he always spoke his mind but god, if that wasn’t the worst way to word that. "i hear you," you replied, "but i don't see diversity as watering down the competition. if anything, it's about elevating it. different perspectives bring new challenges and force us to raise our own game. isn't that what racing is all about?"
he paused, considering your words. "i suppose you have a point," he conceded, nodding thoughtfully. "but we still need to ensure that the drivers who make it to formula one are truly the best, regardless of where they come from."
you nodded in agreement, acknowledging the importance of maintaining high standards in the sport. "absolutely," you agreed. "and i believe that by embracing diversity, we can do just that. it's not about lowering the bar; it's about expanding it to include drivers who might have otherwise been overlooked."
after a moment, lewis, who had been your unofficial mentor throughout the process of integrating into formula one, raises his hand. he had been listening to the whole exchange with a furrowed brow.
“i just want to echo what y/n has said,” he began. “diversity isn’t a threat, if anything it’s our greatest asset.”
he turned to address the room, his gaze steady. "we've seen time and time again how diversity helps drive innovation and pushes the sport forward. and it's not just about gender or race – it's about welcoming drivers from all walks of life and giving them the opportunity to shine."
lewis paused, letting his words sink in. "formula one should be a reflection of the world we live in – diverse, inclusive, and full of opportunity. and by embracing that diversity, we make the sport stronger, more competitive, and more exciting for fans around the globe."
you smile at that and grin at the interviewer.
“is that a good enough answer for you?” he nods and your remark sparks laughter in the room. after a moment, the interviewers target your peers and you take a deep breath. free at last.
when the interview concludes, you find yourself walking step by step with lewis, who smiles at you.
“you answered those questions well. i’m proud.”
“just followed the hamilton playbook.” you tease. “who knows? maybe i’ll be fighting you for that championship next.”
“i’d welcome the challenge.” lewis laughs, his eyes bright with amusement. “but seriously y/n, never underestimate the power of your voice and your presence in this sport. i always say that the goal is to leave the sport better than we found it, and you’re only in your second season and doing that. i have no doubt you’ll achieve great things.”
his voice is thick with sincerity and he places a warm hand on your shoulder before leaving. as he disappears, a young girl wearing your merch comes bounding up to you. she’s grinning wide with a missing tooth and when she speaks, her accent is thickly american with a strong lisp.
“y/n! hi!” she waves a massive poster in front of you. it has your name, your number and a message of support. “y/n you’re the coolest! will you sign my poster please?”
with a warm smile, you kneel down and grin at her.
“of course! i’d be honoured.” your assistant hands you a sharpie and you scrawl your signature in the corner of her poster. her parents taking a photo of the two of you and then with her parents permission, you sign her hat and her shirt. “thank you so much for all of your support. it means everything and more to me. keep cheering me on okay? i do this for all of you.”
“i will!” she beams. you laugh and pass your assistant her pen. “you’re my hero y/n! thank you!”
she bounces off and her parents wave while saying their thanks. your heart swelled up after that interaction, reminding you as to why you do this. why you deal with all those incessant annoying questions because it gives you the opportunity to help inspire the next generation of young racers.
as you stand there, you see a guy with a camera walking your way. your eyes widen as you make a sneaky escape. today has been filled with enough questions, you think as you hide out in gavin’s office.

hello!!!! i love your writing style so much, and your characterization of the M6 is fantastic!!! i was wondering about a headcanon for an MC that plays an instrument?
The Arcana HCs: When MC plays a musical instrument
~ honestly I don't know why I haven't done this one already. thank you for the appreciation anon, it's always good to know I'm on track! enjoy - brainrot ~
Julian
He thinks it's the most romantic thing, which regularly sends him into a "I'm too attracted to MC to function" spiral
He plays the vielle himself, and is determined to perform a beautiful duet with you regardless of how well they pair with each other
If you have the kind of instrument naturally suited to his vielle, wonderful!
If you don't, never fear. He's never composed a musical piece before, but he'll take a crack at it with varied success
He can also sing along if that doesn't work out
Heaps you with compliments whenever you play and always encourages you to pursue your skills as far as you want to
More than ready to gather the entire South End to listen to you play if you so much as mention a semi-public performance
You're hesitant to do this because you've known him to get worked up from watching you perform and the roguish grin he gave you when he promised to behave doesn't convince you at all
Malak, being a crow, can and will imitate your music. This annoys Julian immensely
Asra
Loves it when you play. Wherever and whenever it happens, they'll pause whatever they're doing and watch you with the most adoring, enchanted gaze
Canonically the best dancer of the M6, if you get him in the right mood he might dance along
This is very rare because it means they have to get up from their pillow pile, but it's possible because they like feeling your eyes on them
One time, he danced while his parents were over. Salim joined him and it became the funkiest performance you've ever seen
Very curious about what kind of magic you could do with this
Summoning? Enhancing? Hypnotizing?
More than willing to be your test subject, even for the less advisable ideas. Sometimes you think they might have a little too much faith in your abilities
Will take you to concerts if you're traveling together to broaden your horizons
If they're by themself, they'll keep any eye out for any unusual music written for your instrument and bring it home
Faust likes to bop, wriggle, and blep along
Nadia
Is very content to sit and watch you play during her down time
She loves studying the way your music affects you - how your facial expressions shift with the tone of the music, the subtle changes in posture, your nimble hands
Jumps at any opportunity to play her organ along with you
If it's an uncommon pairing she will interview any traveling musicians for well-written duets
If you prefer to keep music as a hobby, she will respect that
But if you want to develop your skills, she'll have a list of tutors for you to choose from on her desk. You have talent! It's good to pursue that!
In a similar vein, she'll never pressure you to practice, but she'll bring it up frequently
It's really a covert way of requesting that you play for her
It goes without saying that any and all of your musical needs will be met. New sheet music? Cleaning supplies? A whole new instrument? Say the word and it's yours
Chandra has been known to subtly perch nearby to listen in
Muriel
He's not used to this much noise in the woods
Why is there so much noise in the woods
Oh, it's you. This is kind of ... nice, actually. Maybe he can get used to some extra noise in the woods
He eventually finds that work goes more smoothly when there's something to listen to
He might bring it up once or twice that he doesn't mind you practicing in the same clearing as him while he chops wood, or clears part of a path, or works on a charm
If he doesn't have that excuse he'll just pull your instrument and music out and leave it somewhere visible in case you feel prompted to play it
Listening to you play will remind him of some of the sounds he has vague memories of hearing from his early childhood. He'll start trying to collect information on Kokhuri instruments and music
Very willing to involve you in that project, but only if you're interested
You don't know how, you don't know why, but regardless of the instrument you play, it always puts Inanna to sleep
Portia
She thinks it's fantastic
Being an ambassador means lots of time on the boat between countries. This is a great way to pass it
She doesn't play an instrument herself, but she can and will sing along as loudly as she has to to be heard
Which means that, between learning pieces that work with a human voice, and being on a ship, you learn to play for a lot of sea shanties and ballads
You're quite popular with the sailors for the free entertainment as well (whether that's your talent, or Portia's squeaky high notes)
Some of them play as well, and will pick out tunes with you by ear so you can play the same piece together
Anytime Portia hears a new style of music on your travels, she'll ask if you can play it too with the utmost confidence in your abilities
She also invites you to play at formal gatherings. She doesn't necessarily expect you to say yes every time, she just thinks anyone would be lucky to hear it
It always gives Pepi the most intense zoomies
Lucio
At this point, your musical skills are just another item on the list of why you are The Best
Hearing music of any kind is a little bittersweet for him. Where he grew up, it was a frivolous past time when you could be hunting something instead
As Count, he always had music playing, but it was grand, complex pieces with massive orchestras and opera singers
Now the music he hears you play is just one instrument, because you want to, and because it makes you happy
Will request at least one song from you every single night
Especially enjoys it on the nights you spend by a campfire under the stars, after you've finished a job. It's like a reward
He tried singing along, once, but it didn't really work because he's canonically tone deaf and it threw you off
The first few times you played he nearly threw a fit because Mercedes and Melchior kept trying to howl along
They shut up when they're eating, so now he keeps an eye out on the road for a deer or rabbit carcass to distract them with later

Insufferable (2/7)
Chapter 2 is up! The next part was taking a while to write, so please enjoy this quick lil interlude with Velvette (and a bit of plot at the end), I promise we’ll get back to poor sick Vox next chapter lol.
Previous chapter: 1
Next chapters: 3 4 5 6 7
Wavs: 1 3
————————————————
Velvette walked out the door, ready for action. Vox was always going on about how she could stand to learn some more professionalism, this was her chance! As she traversed the hallways, she realized there were a few other bits of bookkeeping to handle. She sent a text out to Val’s main assistant. “Filming for today is cancelled. Val currently unavailable, consider me as your point of contact for today (and probably also tomorrow.)” She pulled up Vox’s notes, grateful the man was so meticulous. Ok, plenty of talking points here, but what were all these markings? Oh. Those were the spots where Vox was planning to use his hypnotic eye, for the facts that were a harder sell (or maybe just straight up lies?) Velvette didn’t exactly have that option, she would have to rely on the skills she learned in social media to help her spin the story.
Velvette walked into the studio and all conversation stopped, everyone’s eyes on her. She reminded herself they weren’t just admiring her outfit. She had a job to do. “Vox is unavailable. I’ll be doing the interview in his place.” Several eyebrow raises, but then a sigh of relief as they realized they wouldn’t have to deal with Vox’s insufferable attitude. “Oh, and you can turn the temperature back to the default. It’s freezing in here!” Another collective sigh of relief. “How’s the equipment, everything working now?” The employee over by the AC nodded. “Good. I suppose you’re not so terrible at your job after all. Oh, and let’s turn the lights back up, it looks a bit gloomy in here.”
Another employee came up to Velvet. “We’re ready for the sound check, Ma’am.”
“Ma’am? I’m not a fossil! Try that again.”
Awkward throat clearing. “We’re ready for the sound check, Miss Velvette.”
Velvette suppressed the urge to roll her eyes. It was a little bit better of a title, she supposed. She sat down at the desk, watching with amusement as the employee lowered the mic. She took a sip from the water bottle at the desk. “Testing, testing, I’m Vox and I’m a stubborn, whiny little bastard who had to be forced to take a fucking break for once!” That’s what she wanted to say, but that wouldn’t exactly be a good way to show she could handle the responsibility. She settled for the more boring standard, and the setup was a breeze.
“I suppose we should start by addressing the elephant in the room,” the interviewer began.
“Yeah, you could stand to lose a few pounds,” Velvette thought, but she held her tongue.
“This interview was supposed to be with Vox, CEO of VoxTech.”
Velvette had thought for a while about how to answer this question. Would his illness come across as weakness, a sign that this was a good time for enemies to attack? Or would a cover-up be even more suspicious? She responded with the answer she’d prepared, with just the right level of adjacency to the truth. “Val is sick. Nothing major, but as someone who cares so much about his business partners, Vox thought it best to take it upon himself to make sure Val is well taken care of. He’ll be working from home the next few days but felt that the interview was best conducted in person, thus he sent me.” The CEO being sick was too much weakness to expose, but without a compelling reason Vox would look inconsiderate for skipping the interview. Taking care of Val had a level of believability and, Velvette was hoping, would humanize Vox a bit and enhance his likability. The interviewer seemed unimpressed. Fine, extra details then. “Vox knows that for such a big product like this there will be many questions. I’m here to handle the initial facts, and then after you’ve had a week to collect your thoughts, Vox will conduct another interview to answer those more in-depth, burning questions. We could, of course, get a different interviewer if you don’t appreciate his methods.” She flashed a toothy grin.
“No, no, that won’t be necessary,” the interviewer responded quickly. “I look forward to interviewing Vox next week.” He shuffled his papers awkwardly. “Right, then. Let’s get started.”
The interview itself passed without too much trouble. There were definitely a few moments where she had to pull something out of her arse, but the interviewer seemed to have bought it. Eventually, it was finally over. Ugh, these people were so boring.
When Velvette returned to their residence, the place was eerily quiet. No sound but the constant whirring of Vox’s fans, which could be heard even from the entryway. Velvette popped into the bedroom to see what was up. She found a mostly naked Vox (ew!), asleep and a (thankfully still clothed, also asleep) Val. A second glance at Vox revealed that he seemed to have some kind of screensaver, a little DVD icon bouncing from wall to wall of the screen. Was that normal? She couldn’t remember, she wasn’t exactly in the habit of watching him sleep. Never mind, better to let them both get some rest.
Velvette decided to continue her self-assigned responsibility of Vox’s affairs. She had just claimed the man was working from home, after all. Thankfully, his computer seemed to still be functioning. First step was checking his calendar. There was some big meeting scheduled for tomorrow. She seriously doubted Vox would be healthy enough by then. She did a quick scan of his sent messages to get a feel for the right tone, and then she sent out an update to all the participants. “Meeting rescheduled - it has come to my attention that some of you still aren’t prepared. I’m giving you until next week to figure it out. Don’t disappoint me.”
As she closed the email window and considered her next move, something caught her attention - a folder on the desktop labeled “Fuck Alastor”. Their rivalry wasn’t exactly a secret, but still she wondered just what was in there. She clicked it open and took a look. Inside were millions of photos, all of the same subject: Alastor. Captured by security cameras, perhaps? There’s no way the radio demon would willingly let Vox take so many photos of him. She stopped looking at the photos and went back to looking at the list of files in general. The most recent one was from this morning. And its file size was significantly smaller than the other files. Velvette took a look at the file details. Hidden extension? But it already had an extension - .vxc, for a raw photo from a VoxTech camera (presumably kept in original form for the sharpest image quality?). She unchecked the checkbox to reveal the actual extension: .exe. Oh. Velvette may not know computers as thoroughly as Vox, but she knew enough to know that was a bad sign. She sighed. This might be about to get a whole lot worse.

Hello, I'm only wondering how you would go about building a track to get a job in these lines of works, if you have advice. Thank you :)
Hiya! 💗
I have some advice yeah! Do bear in mind, the way I got into Software Development, now focusing on Web Development, was:
A couple of months of self-studying HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python
Applied for a Software Development Technician apprenticeship - working in a company whilst studying at a college (had to do it online because of COVID restrictions)
Completed the apprenticeship + 2 exam certificates in Programming and Software Development
The company I did my apprenticeship hired me straight after I passed.
Other people had similar routes e.g. via higher education at a university or college, or did the complete self-study route and got a job at a company or just freelancing. Everyone's journey is different!
Tumblr media
Building a successful track to get a job in Software Development requires a combination of a lot of things and not just learning how to program. I will assume you want to get into Web Dev, but this can be applied to other areas e.g. Game Dev or Moblie Dev. Here are some steps you could take:
Education and Skill Development
The most obvious: you need the skills...
Could find schools, online schools, colleges or universities to learn the subject: This is if you can. Some people learn better with a teacher there to help them so maybe attending a school setting is better for you!
Online courses and tutorials: Enroll in online platforms like Coursera, Udemy, or Codecademy to learn specific programming languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript), frameworks, and development tools commonly used in web development.
Build a portfolio: Create a collection of projects that showcase your skills. Develop websites, and web applications, or contribute to open-source projects to demonstrate your abilities to potential employers. Use places like GitHub or GitLab!
Practical Experience
If you don't have the opportunity to be already working in a company in their IT department for experience, try these two types of experience you could try for experience:
Internships and part-time jobs: Seek internships or part-time positions in software development companies. This provides hands-on experience, exposes you to real-world projects, and helps you understand industry practices.
Freelance work: Take up freelance web development projects to gain practical experience and expand your portfolio. Platforms like Upwork and Freelancer can help you find clients and build a reputation.
Networking and Professional Development
Join online communities: Engage with online forums, developer communities (such as Stack Overflow), and social media groups to connect with like-minded individuals, seek advice, and stay updated on industry news.
Create a presence and show off your coding journey: I am a huge advocate for this. I had friends that I've mentioned on my blog that got their first developer job solely because they were posting their projects and learning journey on their Twitter accounts. For example, my friend Hikari (her Twitter) got her job because the employer saw her tweets of her progress then he noticed her portfolio page and asked for an interview with her - then she got the job. Try your chances with this method!
Contribute to open-source projects: Collaborate on open-source projects on platforms like GitHub. This not only helps you enhance your coding skills but also showcases your ability to work in a team and contribute to larger projects! Working in a team is a key skill!
Tumblr media
Hope this helps! Thanks for the ask! 🙌🏾💗

5 Embarrassing Mistakes Professionals Make On Their LinkedIn Profile Photo
In today's professional landscape, LinkedIn has become the go-to platform for networking, job hunting, and personal branding. Your LinkedIn profile photo is often the first impression you make on potential employers, clients, and colleagues. Unfortunately, many professionals unknowingly make embarrassing mistakes that can harm their professional image. In this blog post, we will discuss five common mistakes professionals make on their LinkedIn profile photos and provide tips on how to avoid them.
Tumblr media
1. Poor Image Quality: One of the most common mistakes is using a low-resolution or poorly lit photo. Grainy, pixelated, or dark images can make you appear unprofessional and unprepared. Invest in a high-quality headshot taken by a professional photographer or use a camera with good lighting to ensure a clear and crisp photo.
2. Inappropriate Attire: Your LinkedIn profile photo should reflect your professional persona. Avoid using photos with casual attire, party outfits, or beachwear. Dress appropriately for your industry and position, opting for business attire or a polished and well-groomed look. A professional appearance demonstrates your commitment to your career and makes a positive impression.
3. Distracting Backgrounds: Another mistake professionals make is using profile photos with distracting or unprofessional backgrounds. Your photo should have a clean and neutral background, ensuring the focus remains on you. Avoid busy or cluttered backgrounds that can divert attention away from your face. Consider using a solid-colored backdrop or a professional setting that aligns with your industry.
4. Unprofessional Expressions: Your LinkedIn profile photo should exude professionalism and approachability. Avoid using photos with inappropriate expressions, such as goofy poses, excessive smiling, or unprofessional gestures. Aim for a genuine smile and a relaxed yet confident facial expression. Showcasing professionalism and warmth in your photo will attract potential connections and opportunities.
5. Using Outdated Photos: Using an outdated photo can create confusion and undermine your credibility. Your profile photo should represent your current appearance, ensuring people recognize you when you meet in person or attend interviews. Regularly update your LinkedIn headshot photo to reflect your current look, whether it's a change in hairstyle, facial hair, or overall appearance.
Your LinkedIn profile photo is a crucial element of your professional online presence. Avoiding embarrassing mistakes on your profile photo can significantly enhance your personal brand and help you make a positive impression on potential employers and connections. Remember to use a high-quality photo with appropriate attire and a clean background. Showcase professionalism, approachability, and your current appearance to build trust and credibility in the online professional world. By avoiding these common mistakes, you can present yourself in the best possible light and leverage LinkedIn as a powerful tool for career advancement.

Creativity Explored
Founded in 1983 by Florence and Elias Katz, Creativity Explored, a studio-based collective in San Francisco, sought to create a space which fosters the creative expression of artists with disabilities. Creativity Explored has supported the careers of hundreds of artists since its foundation through means of training, offering supplies and resources as well as exhibition and sales opportunities. With the belief of centering the personhood and agency of the artists within the collective, the voice of disabled artists has come to the forefront through their work.

In 1994, two volunteers at Creativity Explored – Harrell Fletcher and Elizabeth Meyer – began collaborating on a zine series titled Whipper Snapper Nerd. Each issue of the series has been devoted to the work of one artist from Creativity Explored and includes reproductions of their work and an interview. Here in the Ruth and Marvin Sackner Archive housed in Special Collections and Archives, we are fortunate to have the first copy of a limited edition set of Whipper Snapper Nerd. Included in the collection are the first four issues of the series centered on artists Barbara Doehrman, John Patrick McKenzie, Jimmy Miles, and Michael B. Loggins. Due to the relationship Ruth and Marvin Sackner had formed with Creativity Explored, this first edition of the collection also included additional pieces from artist John McKenzie and another zine from Michael B. Loggins.

A true highlight of each issue of Whipper Snapper Nerd are the interviews between each artist with either Fletcher or Meyer. Through these interviews readers get an insight into the interests, beliefs, and processes each artist has that translates into their work. Here the artists discuss their experience creating at Creativity Explored as well as any topic that should come up. The artists are honest, poignant, funny, and at times even blunt – it is fantastic. We learn that Barbara loves The Brady Bunch and cats. Jimmy doesn’t like questions, but he does love drawing planes. Michael loves hearing people laugh and has found the perfect jokes to tell his girlfriend Hope. John doesn’t like Linda Ronstadt or John Lennon but loves Curious George.

Outlets like Creativity Explored are invaluable to a community which has been underrepresented and invalidated. Art is a universal language and allows freedom of expression and creativity that holds special importance for those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Creating a similar space for disabled artists locally, Systems Unlimited, developed an arts center to promote radical inclusion through art in Eastern Iowa. Here, artists are supported and empowered to contribute to a creative community not only in Iowa but beyond.
Did you know?
Up to 1 in 4 (27%) adults in the United States have some type of disability
More than half of all adults with both cognitive and mobility disabilities reported mental destress
Engaging with art has been found to increase psychological health, boost self-esteem, reduce PTSD symptoms, and enhance communication skills.
At the University of Iowa, we also have services at the student level [UI Students for Disability Advocacy & Awareness (UISDAA)] and institutional level [Student Disability Services (SDS)].

Im amazed no one has asked this before but how about an AU where Midoriya learns nen
I too am amazed that I haven't done any AUs involving my actual favorite Shonen. It's Hunter x Hunter time baybee!
Midoriya begs his mom to let him learn martial arts to prepare for UA. She relents, and at age 7, he joins a dojo, alongside Ojiro and Kendo. This dojo is highly exclusive, only accepting applicants that pass an in-person interview and almost never takes on new students.
Naturally, this dojo is run by a Nen-user who teaches Nen to their students, hence the incredibly selective acceptance process. The three of them don't even know they're learning Nen until their aura nodes unlock from meditation.
Midoriya is a Conjurer, Ojiro is an Enhancer, and Kendo is a Specialist. As a Conjurer, Midoriya can't really emulate All Might. As such, he instead comes up with the Ability Dauntless Armor. It allows him to conjure a defensive armor piece by piece, with each individual piece have a separate function. Ojiro doesn't have an Ability, a common choice for Enhancer-types as his Nen aura basically gives him super strength and durability anyway. I don't know what Kendo's Ability is yet.
As a reminder, or if you aren't aware, Nen can only be perceived by Nen users. As Nen users are exceedingly rare, the three of them are pretending that their abilities are Quirks. Depending on the nature of Kendo's Ability, or if Midoriya develops more Abilities, this could prove to be difficult. (Side note: Conjurers like Midoriya produce things that can be perceived by non-users.)
Hatsume has unconsciously developed Nen due to her skill and passion at Inventing, infusing her inventions with Nen Aura. She is unaware of this, and unable to perceive Nen at all. This is a thing that happens in HxH.
+1. All For One has no idea what Nen is, but has fought a handful of Nen users. He's still trying to use their Quirks to replicate their Nen, to no avail.
Design notes: I considered Midoriya's Ability tying into his analysis notebooks, but decided to have his power emphasize his desire to save and help people instead
