Morrigan like her older brother always knew things Things she was suppose to know and things she was defiantly not suppose to know. It did help with her rambunctious Friends/ siblings that she was the one who always knew how a journey would end. Lazarus would start there journeys Clockwork could see where they would go, she would see the end of the journey and their friends/siblings of chose made the journey worth taking. I had save them all a lot of grief in the long run knowing which pitfalls to avoid especially if both she and her Brother told them not to do it. Vortex nine time out of ten did it any way the Crazy loon that he was took it as a challenge. It would not surprises Morrigan if the Yahoo became a deliquesce in her absents.
It was not until she had married Lazarus and became pregnant with her twins that she saw two different ending she was Death and death was an end and a new beginning. she could watch her babies grow up and have children of their own only for most of the Realms being destroyed or she could miss so much of their life and the would suffer but they would survive and some day maybe even be happy and the realms would flourish. She was the Phantom Queen in the end their really wasn't a choice.
Morrigan allowed herself to Fade into the realms of the Endless and with the realms of the Endless was her younger siblings Destiny, Dream (formerly Morpheus, succeeded by Daniel), Destruction ("The Prodigal"), Desire, Despair ,Delirium (formerly "Delight"). She knew that she needed to keep them safe and that one day she would take them into the infinite Realms to save the balance they all protected. It was hard watching her Children Grow up without her and watching the hardship all of her family went through. the only comfort she had was a small locket watch that Clockwork had given to her with its steady ticking she knew the day it died was the day that she could go home and it was a day she was Dreading.

Klemper Reached out to his aura to his king ‘Friend, King. no not you’

Archer was one of Doras subjects he was just starting to be trusted to go out of the Dragon Kingdom Aragon had not treated his subjects well and his soldiers even worse. Jazz had given Dora resources to help, and they were finally started to heal and move forward. Danny allowed himself one moment to mourn his passing and focused back onto Klemper and any others that may be there.

‘Yes Plaything, Rebreather others don’t Know 15 more’
Over 20 of his Subjects he knew some were missing in the living Realms and no one knew it was that many and there was no telling how many others had faded like Archur. It was as if his core was a glacier, and it was starting to melt and Crumble at the thought of some many of his subjects he couldn’t save couldn’t PROTECT. His Fight had discovered that he had a Dule obsession Space and the protections of all that was in it the fact that his people were suffering, and he couldn’t protect them was painful. ‘Stay strong, will get you all out, help will come.’ Klemper just projected a string of emotions that Danny didn’t catch.
Klemper was a little over 100 years old he had Died during WWI Due to Mustard gas he knew that the young king was just Trying to protect him in any way he can. He had been with the GIW too long and he would not last the rest of the day. Already he could feel his core starting to dissolve but, the thought was nice almost like a Friend trying to comfort you. At least this time he would not die alone with out a friend or as near a Friend as a ghost enemy can get. ‘Sorry king, to late, to late, much to late thank you not alone friend.’
Danny watched in horror as Klemper seemed to shimmer a bit then he started to dissolve leaving bits of snow as he became less and less. Danny screamed as much as he could with his muzzle and restraints. He’s chest Rumbled shaking the table he had been strapped to and that Rumble started to shake the building as well. There was shouting in the halls outside the room, but Danny didn’t hear, nor did he care one of his had faded right in front of him and he could do nothing. Klemper was a little annoying, but he didn’t deserve this, none of them did.
Finally, Agent O burst in the room while he was trying to cover his ears as much as possible. Agent O glared at Danny shouting at him to shut up, but Danny could not hear him over the sounds of his own muffled screams. He had had enough and kicked the Button on the side of Danny’s table, shocking Danny into oblivion. Agent O, pleased with how he was able to take out the Ghost Scum was happy that despite that little hiccup everything was going smoothly.
This, all the GIW later find out, would be proven false because The Batfam and the JL were on the case Clark had heard the scream and told batman which Direction it was coming from. The Bats were able to find the tremors from the scream and pinpoint where Danny was they alerted everyone and everyone was ready for a throwdown.

Quick! Before the next diet craziness begins...
Before the next diet craziness gets promoted - by Gabriel Maestas
As the never ending Covid calamity continues (but seriously, it is an endemic and shall never come to a 'close') I, as well as several of my other colleagues have noticed something. Newer, trendy and potentially harmful 'diet' concepts haven't presented themselves in a while.
'Shhh!' Someone might say, 'even talking about them welcomes the bullsh$@' and while I haven't exactly been canvasing the entire internet, it does seem as tho we've heard about intermetent fasting, keto, and vegan diet concepts for years...but that's about it.
Not that diet crazes and gimmicks are new. They, just like the previous methods, have been around for a long while and haven't really helped improve the state of health and fitness overall. Some might even say they've been harmful (I say as much pretty often).
"Some thing I see all the time," says Jackie Burdine of Beastettes 4 Life, "is the terrible backslide of failed diets. It really hurts people!" And she is not witnessing isolated incidents. The only thing more synonymous with failed diets is the crushing of fitness hopes and dreams.
"Does it really have to be that way?" Jackie continues, "the answer is no, no it doesn't have to be like that. Fitness isn't a mystery! And diets aren't an 'amazing discovery' or something ridiculous like that."
Question is, how important is making fitness and health a priority right now? Well the past 365 plus days hasn't been kind to many people's health efforts. There have been marked increases in:
- Processed food consumption.
- Fast food consumption.
- Booze consumption (check out the episode)
- Increase in average BMI norms (yes this is a viable health measurement).
- Increase in risks associated with Covid complications. Article from The Guardian
So if we are looking for a 'sound' fitness / health program what are the criteria to do so? For general health and BMI management its a good idea to audit a program and make sure it fits this criteria:
1) Program includes nutrition and exercise guidelines rather than something that emphasizes singular components.
2) Nutrition guidelines should allow for at LEAST 1200 calories!
3) Nutrition guidelines allow for food from ALL food categories.
4) Nutrition guidelines DO NOT omit one or more of the primary macro nutrients fat, carbohydrates or protein.
5) Exercise guidelines should include cardiovascular and resistance training guidelines.
6) Exercise guidelines should have a multi-level protocol that doesn't throw beginners into the deep end and increase risk of injury.
7) Guidelines should emphasize that credible fitness improvements and optimal health are products of a LIFESTYLE shift and not a short term sprint.
So with all that begin said its a good time to avoid the diet pitfalls and mumbo jumbo that plagued the past hundred years, bled into the 21st century and threatens to reduce the potential for healthy, happy, and awesome fitness that so many seek!

Im remembering thelastpsychiatrist who I read at a young age where the discussions rlly couldnt reach me, because I didnt know about divorce, and fetishes, and narcissism, whose writing strikes different upon rereading. But he had a theory about porn, and porn addiction that I believe was too hopeful. His idea was that a man wgo neglects his wife/doesnt want sex eith ppl but wants porn, is reacting from a low srlf esteem, from hiding, from selfharming narcissism. He thought when a man says I wish my wife looked like X pornstar, he is really saying I wish I could perform sex in a way that would turn my wife into a pornstar, that I could do the things the men in the porn do so that my wife reacts like that. He didnt believe in porn addiction as is, but he did believe in mental masturbation, where a person is so in their head they divorce from goodness. Since he wrote thede thesis a lot of books have come out about porn and porn addiction that sadly nullifies his thesis. Some men rlly do see women as objects, and they csnt fathom having sex with them when they are anything but objects. Lile they cant imagine that their old granny teacher had/has sex. They dont believe it. And since he wrote in the early 10s, fetish intermet has come such a long way I dont think as insightful as he was that he could predict just how low we can go. That vr porn, high tech sex mannequins, child sa, torture and rape would become the norm as just a little kinkier than the rest heehee. Im sad he was hopeful we could all do better. Not to mention how he felt about women and our position in society and what weve made with the promises of freedom.

Hi, as usual thanks for your work!
I am a 593 INTP and I was trying to figure put my istinctual variants, but I have trobule wrapping my mind around them.
I identified with you description of the soc 5, so I think that’s my dominant: despite being very introversted and private and needing alone time, I do gravitate towards people who share my interests and actively seek their company, especially on the intermet, and I do tend to become thw “expert” in the group very often. I also dislike conflict and I’ll often hold back opinions for fear of angering people.
As for sp and sx I don’t really resonate with any of them. I mean, I will take care of my needs but I can’t say I’m good at it, I just do it because I have, but I find ite tedious and boring, as for sx... well, that’s the thing: I’m asexual, so I don’t understand if I’m sx blind or if my sexual orientation prevents me from relating to most of the descriptions of sx because so much of it pertains to sex. Is it possible to be asexual and sx? If so, how do you think an asexual sx/** or **/sx would look like?
What you describe for sp “works,” because you’re aware of your needs and you do something about them. Sp-blinds are kind of... childishly oblivious to their need for self-care, rather like sx-blinds are somewhat oblivious to the need for raw magnetism in their encounters and interests, and soc-blinds are oblivious to social cues and casual relationship-building.
I do think sx asexuals could exist, but they’d need to display the kind of intense ‘heat’ normally described for attracting a mate in all of their other passions, interests, fascinations, and obsessions. Sx is blow hot and fierce and then fizzle and fade once the object (person, job, hobby) holds no more ‘juice’ for them (but it’s different from how Ne kind of does the same thing -- it’s all about magnetism for the object).

Hey flowers? Are you (or anyone you know) knowledgable about kamen rider toys? I just got one from japan but the intermet keeps telling me it causes toxic fumes and im kinda freaking out

Vent post I'll probably delete later or forget about.
I don't see the point sometimes. Everything is fucked up in our systems today and there's just not much we can do about it. The price of a home is absolutely ridiculous these days, things to do that make life fun or just a little bit easier are treated as exorbant luxuries that everyone should give up, and there's plenty of 20 to 30 year olds struggling to live on their own even with roommates. I'm so tired of living in a house where i am treated like garbage just because i have nowhere else to go. I'm tired of being insulted and told how lazy or selfish i am just because of thimgs that are out of my control and i feel so close to stealing a cheap bottle of sleeping pills or wanting to run into traffic just to make it all end. The only saving grace i have is a few intermet friends who help me to see the bright side of himanity every mow and again. And even if i never get to see them, they've all helped me so far. I'm so tired of living in a house that'll never be a home and I'll never go back to the one that abandoned me to raise foster children for the cash. I have a job but it only gets me out the house and my own head for so long. I have nobody else i can stay with or anybody i can vent too because i end up venting so much that i feel like all i do is bother them. I'm so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and i just want something to break before my sanity does.
