Yesterday first thing in the morning a regular came in and I hadn't had any coffee yet so I was essentially doing everything with my eyes closed and only after making this person's drink did I realize that I put the wrong syrup in it and so I remade and this time halfway thru pulling the shot I noticed it was not on the decaf espresso setting and so I was like "aah shoot sorry I forgot to press decaf this time haha" (NOTE this is the regular who, the day prior, said that I made the best drinks here) but this customer just looked at me and said "yeah I prefer when my drinks don't give me anxiety attacks"... 🙄......... and then my coworker came out noticed the drink I made wrong and was like "?" and I explained what happened and referred to the customer as "she" and recieved death glare in respinse and suddenly had a flashback to when this person came into my cafe wearing a transgender symbol necklace last week... I thought that was a lesbian up until then but afterwards immediately forgot about the trans thing. My bad. Definitely not a lesbian. I've never met a lesbian so weak about caffeine sorry but you do what is neccessary to maintain stamina at all times... Unfortunate. Perhaps you shouldn't start your morning with 100 grams of sugar if you have a sensitive disposition. And instead start dry scooping espresso grounds to push yourself to the limits of human experience and figure out what your problem really is.
