But any passionate speech Keith could have thrown at Kolivan did not break his carefully neutral face. He already was at his third attempt, and Galra didn’t seem to want to do anything.

Keith didn’t know how long he had been away for this mission—keeping track of time already wasn’t the easiest thing to do, especially when different star systems had different time units. Added on top of that the fact he had been engrossing himself in the tasks he’d been given, it made a perfect mix for Keith not to give a damn about what time it was and how long he’d been away.

All he cared about, currently, was that nothing so far had stopped the void and anger inside of him from growing.

He still couldn’t believe Kolivan was against saving his team — his family. He couldn’t believe he sent him on a rookie mission at the other end of the Galaxy. Just to make sure he wouldn’t be able to go save them, probably.

Saying that this situation was “annoying” was the understatement of the year, Lance decided once he had somewhat realized the situation he was in.

This said, he also decided that he needed to cut himself some slack on self-deprecation just for the fact that he had just aroused from being unconscious. As many times as it had happened thanks to the intergalactic war they had been thrust into, he still didn’t get used to it, and it was still as uncomfortable as ever.

Especially the part where everything was a little too blurry and bright at the same time, and where there was heavy, high-pitched ringing still echoing in his ears. Those were always disorienting, and made him understand that he couldn’t move at all much later than he would have liked.

is the fandom topics irl like an actual for real class you're taking this semester? like college discussion class? bc if so that honestly sounds a bit like potential Hell

when I said "(serious)" i meant (serious). i'm actually taking a college class this semester on fandoms. obviously I don't know exactly what it'll entail, but it seems like it's gonna be about the phenomena of fandoms and fandom spaces, originality, and capitalism's influence.

and it could potentially be hell because i think. there is some unconscious purity culture going on here, but the professor doesn't seem to share it, which is a positive. and it's not extreme, at least not yet, but it's like *side eye*.

but it was only day one and I have faith in my ability to deal with other people having opinions I don't like sometimes, so we'll see :)

Moving has been an... "adventure".. 😭

#we essentially moved twice in 3 days #I'm exhausted #and also stressed about money #not only the deposit I'm out & needing to pay a new one #but also we have to buy a fridge/washer&dryer/etc for the new place #thankfully I've been an aggressive saver for a long time so i can handle it #but still.. very stressful all around #i need to keep my shop closed until January for a bunch of reasons but omg do i feel like i need to open it asap #to try to cover some of these huge surprise expenses D;#we won't even have internet until Tues tho haha #which is adding to stresses with getting my last order of the year finalized #which will also be another huge expense #wow long tags rant #it's been a time

I hope that this goes somewhere, whether that somewhere ends up being an actual finished game, or not. If it's just a more developing of this base idea, I'm excited to see it unfold. It's a great idea, that carries potential that I'm mad hype to exolore

Yes, Faded from the Winter is abandoned. The only stories I plan on continuing are on my AO3 account, if that helps!

I wrote that story over 10 years ago, when I was still a teenager. Back then, the ideas came fast and furious; I was just chasing to get the words down on paper (oh, how I miss that now!). Characterization, themes, and questioning whether it was angst for angst's sake — none of these were on my mind since I wasn't really (over)thinking anything, just writing whatever my young Muse led me to.

I'm glad you appreciate my other works. I like to think I've grown as a writer from then, but who knows. Writing is a journey for all writers, all the more so if we continue to write. Who I was when I started writing Unravel Me is different from the me who is trying to finish it today.

As to why people write what we choose to write, that's a very personal question and there's no one answer. As a reader, please feel free to stop reading any story that you're not enjoying. Life is short, and there is so much more writing out there for you, friend.

Gotta love when somebody asks why I chose the username I did (on a different platform) and when I answer honestly ("haha, it's an attempt at trying to light-heartedly make fun of a bad situation with my disability") they. Chose to go from 0-100 and start making fun?? As if I didn't just say "yeah, it's been hard, we haven't even had a year since this happened"?

Like, I did my best to be light hearted, and get they were probably trying to get in on joking too? Sims 4 Default Eye Replacements

now with separate non default add-on colors and a heterochromia accessory!

I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people interested in these the first time I shared them. As I had mentioned, these were a personal edit I created for myself about a year ago and I haven't gone back since haha. With such a high volume of downloads I of course received some request or criticism, so I have come back to deliver! With the original package, the eyes weren't correctly working as default replacements, resulting in premade townies such as Mortimer Goth to walk around with blue eyes instead of the correct eye swatch intended for them. This was pointed out to me recently, so I wanted to fix this. Along with that, I got quite a few people asking for me to make a version of my defaults that included just the EA colors without all the extras, so to kill two birds with one stone, I have made a new version of the default overrides which makes it so they work correctly on premade sims, and only includes the 18 base game eye colors.

If you liked all the extra colors, don't worry! I have included them in a separate, non default option for you to download as well if you would like. I would like to add as a warning that any sims you made with the old version of the defaults will likely appear with the wrong swatch with these, so be prepared for that. Moving forward though, you won't have to worry about any new sims you make loading in later on with the wrong color swatch.

And of course, with a good pare of default eyes, comes a heterochromia optional accessory for your sims! I'm a bit of noob when it comes to cc so it took me a long time to figure out how I could accomplish this for you guys, but with some help from @nyssasims, utilizing the mesh from these lovely heterochromia eyes they converted, I was able to get it done. I didn't want to overwhelm myself too much, so these only come in the 18 base game colors, but I felt that was enough to give you a wide variety of possible combinations. You can find these bad boys in the skin details category under acne. These also do come for all ages, infant through elder, and may conflict with most necklaces due to the placement of the mesh.

Como mencioné, estas fueron una edición personal que creé para mí misma hace aproximadamente un año y no he vuelto desde entonces jaja. Con un volumen tan alto de descargas, por supuesto recibí algunas solicitudes o críticas, ¡así que he vuelto para cumplir! Con el paquete original, los ojos no funcionaban correctamente como reemplazos predeterminados, lo que provocaba que los habitantes prediseñados como Mortimer Goth caminaran con ojos azules en lugar de los ojos correctos predeterminados a ellos. Esto me lo señalaron recientemente, así que quería solucionarlo. I just sent the ask in, but regardless of your reply i was wondering of you could write the hazbin cast +helluva boss cast (the ones you write obviously) with a super sleepy slot like s/o? Like they sleep all the dam time and are still tired as hell, so tired they literally fall to the ground while walking in silence for too much, they sit down for a second and go out cold. They move so slow it's incredible, theyre always super clingy and always hanging on by their shoulder, It's very concerning.

"Dearest... I could just teleport you to places with my shadow provided I'm somewhere near." He suggests. It takes him a while to get used to any sort of physical contact so he's not crazy about the clinginess and does what he can to establish boundaries if and when he feels comfortable doing so.

Lucifer

Haha! You're so adorable! He actually quite likes having you on his arm, though sometimes not literally. It's comical watching you climb him and then slowly lose your energy halfway to his shoulders and slow-motion crash land towards the ground. Rinse and repeat.

Husk

By now he's quite used to you falling asleep, especially on him. You tucker yourself out so easily, he wonders what tricks Belphegor has up their sleeves lately. Husk loves you for who you are, but he is rather curious if there's anything that can cure or at least lessen your narcoleptic behaviors.

Angel Dust

Constantly cracking jokes and puns. Some of them can come off as a little mean though it's never intended to hurt your feelings. Though, he does know not to make the 'slow-burn romance' jokes every time you guys have a date night.

Vox

He's gotten used to you being constantly sleepy and rather sluggish. He does wonder if you are, in fact, a Hellborn from Sloth instead of a Sinner sometimes or if you drew the short straw. Vox is typically okay if you're constantly sleepy and a bit sluggish, but he is a fast-paced guy and likes all aspects of his life to progress at a decent speed; romance included.

Blitzø

Deadass he's watching you slowly drag yourself face-down along the ground with a soft skrrrr skrrrr along the cement. Honestly he's surprised you made it on Earth as long as you did. This was amusing but the more you, literally, drag on Blitz isn't sure what he should do. He's probably gonna start driving everywhere. Gotta keep pollutin' bb.

Loona

With how often you sleep, Loona isn't sure how you still manage to be so tired all the time. It honestly perplexes her but she's learned to roll with it. If you're moving too slowly for her liking, she'll pick you up and carry you off like royalty-- or if you're small like Millie, Loona is gonna commit you to her backpack transit indefinitely.

Mizu

“The stars are out tonight?... I can barely see them�� It’s okay. At least I can see you… You’re beautiful…”

At first, Mizu found you to be as annoying like Ringo. You weren’t as annoying, but it was infuriating to travel with someone who was so fragile and couldn’t even defend themselves. She was surprised that with your demeanor you weren’t in a brothel or married to the next idiot of a samurai. She kept you at a distance, arm's length. But someway. Somehow. You slithered into her good graces and touched her heart.

When you two became a couple, Mizu began to treat you like a porcelain doll. If a man tried to touch you, their hand would be severed from their body in seconds. If someone bad-mouthed you, their tongue was cut out. Suddenly, you found yourself becoming a precious jewel to Mizu instead of a nuisance. During down time, she always checks up on you to see if you’re okay. Expect her to check if you have a temperature, if you’re hungry or thirsty. She wished deep down she could give up her mission to live a perfect life with you because that’s what you deserve. But promising such a thing is hard. At least for now, she has you and she will savor the time you both have together.

Taigen

“That was pretty cool, huh? You know I can teach you a thing or two if you say please… Haha! You’re cute when you pout!”

Unlike Mizu, Taigen found you to be a breath of fresh air on his journey to assist Mizu. He enjoyed how you were so pure in a world that was getting colder by the day. For a second, he was fearful of pursuing anything with you because of his relation to Akemi. But as the days went by and word started spreading fast of his lover’s affairs, the more Taigen lost hope in any future he could have with her. However, he gained hope in a future painted for you two.

Taigen is a mix of a man child and an amazing boyfriend when you two become a couple. He will tease you whenever you are being cute unintentionally or when you mess up doing something. It’s only because he loves your reactions to his commentary. He will also teach you how to protect yourself, preferably with a dagger. If you master using one, he’ll have you use a sword, but even then he’ll be a bit concerned it’s too much for you. On the battlefield, if he’s not showing off and winking at you after every kill, he’s quick to protect you from any harm. Let’s admit it. Taigen can be a pain in the ass. But he’s a great boyfriend.

Ringo

“You really think I can be a great samurai?! Then I’m going to train hard for both of us- I’ll be the greatest samurai for me and you!”

Ringo is a sweetheart. He didn’t expect to go on this journey to end up with a girlfriend, so when he scored one with you, you can imagine his surprise. He didn’t think much at first admittedly, but the more you kissed his cheek, nuzzled into his body on cold nights and threw him words of endearment, the more it settled. And boy did he adore having the title of being your amazing boyfriend!

With someone now to take care of, Ringo pushes himself to be an amazing samurai. He’s more persistent with his master to teach him how to use a sword and possess honor. He’ll even go as far as to ask Taigen to assist him if he can! Whenever he learns something new, he’s excitedly telling you all about it. If he finds anything interesting, he’s grabbing you gently to share it with you. If you’re looking for a ball of sunshine who’s both your friend and partner, look no further than Ringo.

Ito Akemi

“My darling. We will make our own path, away from this prejudice, these men- Everything that’s ever hurt us. That’s ever hurt you… You will never be hurt again. I swear it.”

Akemi knows all too well how it feels to be used and thrown away for your body if not your status. So when she met you at the brothel, she immediately clicked with you. She found your personality to be contagious along with your laughter. She spent every moment staring into your eyes filled with life, gently caressing your smooth skin just to make sure you were still there with her in this hell. You were the most beautiful flower she’s ever seen. You were a flower she couldn’t afford to be tainted.

She didn’t know why she fell for a woman or if it was a curse, but she loved you. She loved you enough to run away and spend as much life as she could with you until she was found by her father. But even then, nothing could hold her down. She was a princess who laid eyes on a commoner she wanted. That she needed. And no one would get in her way of having them. Of having you. She would destroy everything and bathe Japan in flames if it meant she could keep you in her warm embrace. She’d turn everyone into her enemy if you could be her lover. She’d be the villain if you were her savior… And that’s exactly what she was going to do.
