Random ideas from a wish Au? lol I haven't written a script or anything about this, it's just random ideas that I'm going to say:
ASHA
-This doesn't happen in the medieval era, it's in the modern world, SOO WE GET ANOTHER "ENCHANTED" :D
-For Asha I have the idea that she is a somewhat more serious and sarcastic girl, and that she is an animation nerd lmao, she just tries to hide it or denies that her talent is more than a "hobby", in other words Asha she REALLY loves everything that is drawing and animation but because of certain things in her past he tends to belittle it and downplay it and doesn't see it as more than just a "hobby that can't lead to something useful?" or something like that (don't judge me, this is just a post of me rambling and I've never written a story)
-This for me would be more like another comedy and parody movie if I'm honest, so I like to think that Asha also grew up watching fairy tale movies and all that, only that as she's grown up she tends to be more like Tiana, she It is not so dreamy and hopeful.
STAR
-I'm still debating how the hell the guy gets to earth, but I guess I would have to see something that Magnifico and Amaya did, it is NOT the wishing star, it would be a small random one (because you know, contamination that causes almost no stars can be seen in the sky)
-The star is funny although in reality he only hides the fact that he is a star who worries too much and overthinks a lot (and especially for a reason that has to do with the 2 children in the other image)
-He doesn't understand how people can live without magic.
-At first it would be like "The earth is boring and insecure, my world is much better", but in the middle of the movie he would begin to appreciate the simple things on earth more and Asha would simply make fun of how everything fascinates him now.
-I think that in a scene he would show more of his past and how the other stars tend to belittle him, mmmm maybe it's because his magic is not as strong as the power of the others
-At first his relationship with Asha would not be so good, but over time they learn about each other and not to despise themselves so much.
THE LITLEE STARS
-When I saw the concept art book I really liked the idea that the star is an adorable little boy, so I created these 2 little ones, they are under Star's control and he takes care of them, this is one of the reasons why My starboy is a little anxious, he is a little overprotective and these 2 children have a LOT of energy, Asha would get attached to them first and I like that the story develops of how the 4 of them come together and seem more like a family
-The character who has a ponytail is the most outgoing, the second is more reserved (but that does not mean that they are both very curious like any child and that they want to discover the human world)

Anotha one for @starry-bi-sky's Danyal al Ghul AU, which can be read here.
I am SO happy with this, you don't even know. This is the scene where 5 year old Danyal gets his scar by protecting his brother's crib, and my goal was to make it as horrifying as possible. I felt like the best way to do that was to make it clear how young he was, and emphasize his mental state by shading the background as it gets farther away from him.
I was careful about haw vibrant this turned out; too colorful, and I miss the mark on the feeling I was trying to portray. Though honestly, I could have made him paler. His top is red to show the contrast of how dark and frightening blood really is, and the background is blue to bring attention to his same-colored eyes.
I got a lot of inspiration from Doc's face from The Shining; that kid does such a fantastic horrified face! Ever since I saw it I've wanted to draw it, and Danyal just happened to get the honors.
When I started sketching I planned on having his face just covered in blood, so the finished product is a lot less dramatic then it could have been. The only reason it isn't is because I wasn't confident I could pull that off with traditional art. I couldn't find a reference for it anyways, but because I can't just change the opacity of my markers I didn't think I could convey accurate blood.

I enjoy that he is very flawed and volatile.#This episode of the audio drama has a lot of great breakdown scenes featuring JC - and they all deserve a feature.#But underlying this comic is a small meta comment of 'ah man I have too many comics of JC just wailing sadly'#My goal is to draw 6-8 comics per episode - I sometimes have to truncate and cut good scenes out.#Especially when a large majority is just different flavours of trauma and toxic relationships to your self-worth.#I would also like to make a note here that just because you lose the ability to do something that is very tied to your core identity-#-does not mean your life is over. It will feel like the end of the world. It will send you into a spiral of grief. It will hurt so badly.#Sometimes we do not realize how tied up our identities can be in certain things until we are cut loose.#You don't lose yourself. I promise the pain will fade in time. I promise you will find other things to tether you. I promise you will be ok#Life moves forwards. Time moves forwards. You move forwards.#Ego death just means an opportunity for ego rebirth. TFW ur shitty dad decides to prank ur whole school to teach you to be more chaotic but instead you just realize how attached you've become to certain people. This is the EAH AU's version of Spring Unsprung!!
Gotta give credit where credit is due, @silverlistenstothings really helped out with this arc !!! So many good Hermie thoughts as always ough <333
We decided this happens like right before the Big Plot Shit happens in the AU and instead of being a festival it's Hermie's Birthday !!! The cursed riddlebook is a gift from Scam that Hermie gives to Scary instead bc he doesn't rlly care about it, which . turns out to be a very bad idea. The curse quickly spreads throughout the school reversing everyone's personalities and causing Normal to try and pretty much end the world.
This arc is Hermie and Taylor focused !!! :D Although it is really fun to think about the reverse teens running rampant NWVEGWHAAHA reverse norm is a little treat for me <3 but reverse Link is SO INCREDIBLY FUNNY . shoutout to this message from @happi-tree bc it's been burned into my memory and I cant stop laughing about it
When it comes to the curse we decided that bonds and skills stay the same but the personalities are inverted, which means reverse Scary being sooo attached and clingy to Hermie is just her personality changing the way she decides to communicate her affection for who she sees as her best friend. Its cute <3
Herm is SUPER on edge due to being incredibly irritated with his dad and feeling insecure about his friendship with Taylor, who's having a bit of a crisis on his own about his feeling about Link. Toss in their shared homesickness for Wonderland, a realm they can't go back to, and Taylor panicking over a gift his mom left him going missing, well it's not good for anyone. How are they gonna figure things out enough to save Ever After from destruction?

So I was reviewing the official designs for Asha and Aster and realized I was drawing Asha’s hair wrong. Oops. So I drew her “correct” hair in her past version. Amazigh girls usually get their first tattoos during puberty, that’s why I didn’t draw Asha with hers yet.
Also I know Aster didn’t conjure up a little Asha in the story, but I wanted to draw past Asha. Got any guesses from where I got little Asha’s outfit from?
The glowing eyes of Aster’s… yeah they look a bit creepy. Idk. It’s a cop-out for drawing hands bc they are the worst Disney villain ever, so this way I don’t have to draw hands

Phoenix sleeps in the guest bedroom#until Miles hears him softly cry and checks it out. i mean Phoenix rly wants his Boyfriend Husband close to him at night as well#he has needs. but he doesnt want to push Miles#this scene is definitely a turning point#please imagine that Miles was actually scared as hell when he entered the bedroom. I’m very hard on myself with lbl but the entire beginning was such a joy to work on. I also powered through 7 pages in one day (don’t ever do that unless you wish to perish) but my fav trope is someone being very serious about something and giving a speech and then they turn around and they’re talking to a bunch of children. 10/10 trope yes this was inspired by avatar fbdkdbdj
Ok ok, the last one… this may come off as a shock to y’all but the Skumpkin fic is my fav fic that I’ve ever written, and the part that kills me the most is where everyone discovers that Sky is a pumpkin, cuz of the convo they’re having, the jokes, the awkwardness, guys this is my magnum opus it’s the best thing I’ve ever made (please give it a read 👉🏼👈)tilk is great but Skumpkin is better. That’s all I must say
