Colt is gonna make sooo many friends in the Mojo Dojo Casa Keri Ken Dreamhouse. eventually. but they are all jealous asf and kind of upset he's there in the first place so he's gonna have to deal with everyone welcoming him through gritted teeth and forced smiles for the first few weeks.

Colt says "hi sweet girl" to me and Ken is like "ha ha HAH only Barbie and I can call Keri that... pick a different pet name there buddy :)" while slowly sliding his arm around me.

...or Colt lends me one of his jackets if I'm a little chilly, and Driver is squinting across the room and nearly cracking his Rubik's cube with how hard he's gripping it. he's fine. this is Fine™. he's not about to walk up to Colt and say "hey, only *I* can give my girl MY jacket" because why would he stir up trouble? He isn't jealous, he's just. he's fine! It's absolutely fine and he's fine and everything is FINE.

I don't see Six as a very jealous type (he's the one with the wedding ring, after all 💍✨ out of everyone there, he gets to show THAT off) but I can imagine him getting a little bit... upset... when he sees that Colt has relatively the same size muscles as him but Colt isn't littered with scars or burn marks like he is. Yeah Colt's got some serious injuries that made him want to quit being a stuntman, and maybe a FEW scars, but nothing compared to Six, and it makes him feel kind of. I dunno... upset. Not mad, not sad, not jealous, just... upset...

But out of everyone, Ken feels the most threatened. He always feels the most threatened because he is the one that often struggles with Feeling Enough™ for his sweet girl, even if he's good at hiding it. But Colt has everything Ken has, only a little... more. Colt's muscles are bigger. Colt's hair is fluffier. Colt's got the facial hair, the scruff. Colt's got the big blue eyes that gaze lovestruck, all tender n' sweet at his girl. Colt's nickname "my sweet girl" flows off the tongue just as easily as Ken, and it's driving him insane. Colt's a sweetheart, friendly and outgoing. Colt's got the cool stuntman job. Colt's got the "manly" explosions and cool outfits.

But what Ken hates most of all is the fact that Colt can make me laugh. Ken is supposed to be the one who makes me laugh. Sure, the others make me laugh too, but there's just something about Colt that makes Ken feel so threatened. He thinks he's going to be replaced and underneath all of that jealousy, he's really scared.

So yeah, Colt's first few weeks in the Mojo Dojo Casa Keri Ken Dreamhouse are gonna be a little tense. Maybe he just chalks it up to nerves and shakes it off. Maybe he doesn't feel as welcome as he hoped. Maybe he's so smitten, he doesn't even notice. Either way, it'll take some time.
