I think Miles got it in his head that he's the best writer in the universe because he was the lead writer of The Chorus Trilogy (seasons 11-13 of Red vs Blue), which most RvB fans seem to agree is probably the best arc in the entire show. The douche can write, and write well. The problem with RWBY is he just doesn't care at all about that IP.
And for the life of me I cannot figure out how he went from writing the Chorus Trilogy to whatever the fuck the Atlas arc is. Unless someone else wrote Chorus and he got to slap his name on it like James Patterson most of his bibliography of ghost writers, there should be no excuse for how the Atlas arc turned out.
So, I've never seen Red Vs Blue, so I can't say anything about Luna's writing in that show. But correct if I'm wrong, Red Vs Blue is set in the already made Halo universe, right?
Let me tell you, as someone who has been writing fanfiction for over a decade but who has also been unsuccessfully trying to write my own original stories but has never gotten past concept... It's a very different thing to write stories set in an already created world - even with your own plot and your own characters - than it is to write up your own world. And as far as I know, Miles Luna came into not only an already made world, but a story with already established characters and story. It's a little different with RWBY. Although not all of it is his own creation, it's undeniable that he's been an incredibly strong influence from conception to the volume we currently have. Basically, he might be better as someone who writes for already established properties, but not have the skill level or commitment to come up with everything himself.
It's a bit similar to Steven Moffat, in a way. He wrote some incredible episodes during the Christopher Eccleston/David Tennent seasons, including the Empty Child/the Doctor Dances (a personal favorite of mine,) Blink, and Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead. But when he took over as the head writer, he was just not great and just gradually got worse (I only watched up to the eighth season, so if he ever got any better than the failure of Peter Capaldi's first season, I haven't seen it,) and his work on Sherlock might've been more bad than his work on Doctor Who. But those early episodes he worked on were great! Some people are really good at working within other people's stories, but not as good at making their own.
It's also possible though that Miles Luna just.... Doesn't care as much about RWBY? Obviously I don't know him, so I can't say anything for sure, but RWBY wasn't quite his passion project, and sometimes with the way he talks about it, it feels like it might've been a headache for him. And there's a vibe that there was characters he just doesn't like or just does not care at all about, and the whole show just feels... Loveless, these days. So there's a chance that Miles Luna is apparently such a good writer for Red Vs Blue because he cared about it and had enthusiasm for the project, and with RWBY, any love and enthusiasm he once had for it has just died out. Again, this is all just speculation on my part, but it's a possibility.

In here there will be some spooky things so if you dislike that a lot, please proceed with caution. PS: Niko is a gypsy, that isn't meant as a slur. Niko is a girl that travels, does fortune telling and dances. So don't worry. I'm not here to offend.

Thank you for reading the rules! I hope you enjoy this now. 🎃🍂
...
It was afternoon, at this time.. Many kids were playing. Screams of joy because of hide and seek, sometimes pain because they fell and even tears or joy because they were laughing so much. But there was one little girl that wasn't in the mood for playing. She would rather read books at this time of the day, she had secretly picked out some books out of the small library of her mother. Vampires..What were they? Monsters- Bloodsuckers- Creatures of the night... The little gypsy girl was amazed by these stories but also terrified. Welcome to the world of the small Niko Riverdale.
Winter.. It was cold but fun, Niko turned six years old not long ago. She felt like she could be a adult any second. Niko loved to play as the little adult.. But to be honest, it was scary. People always had some type of disgusted look when they spotted a gypsy, and it was like this everywhere. But on the possitieve side.. Some people could be nice and accept them, even enjoy they're dances. A gypsy was never meant to have a bad view.. Being a gypsy was seen as some kind of culture too. The priest always said that God hates gypsy's.. That if you were one, that a spirit will haunt you.. Kill you.. Destroy you. All kids from Niko's age knew the dark reality already, God? Hah.. When did God help? That's what they were thinking.. But Niko thought otherwise, she believes that God is good.
-"Mom.. Why do people hate us?"
Niko was holding the hand of her mother while they were walking back home. Reading hour was finished and Niko had hidden those vampire themed books in her bag before her mother got to see it.
-"Ah.. Don't worry about that honey.. You know.. In this world there are people that can hate you without a good reason.. That is why we need to be strong."
Her mother had felt some un-easy feeling.. Excactly, why did people hate them? She didn't know the answer herself... She held the hand of her daughter slightly tighter, they would go to the cathedral before getting back home. She entered the building and went to the small praying spot that was there. She looked at her daughter, she would need to pick a different one.. Niko went to the Maria statue that wasn't too far away from her mother.
-"My God.. I'm here to ask you questions.. I hope that I don't bother you at this moment but..Do you hate me? Or my mom..? My gypsy people..? You know.. Today some kids didn't want to play with me.. They're parents didn't want that.. Even if it was my birtday.. Hmph.. And God, I'm 6 years old now.. That's a lot, right? Hehe.. Will you please answer me..? I now pray this in the name of our saviour. Amen.."
Niko did the quick cross sign before walking back to her mother, that seemed to have finished her praying. Niko held the hand of her mother.. Did God hear her? Will she get the message..? Who knows.. Maybe God, had a surprise.
After getting home, having dinner and having a bath.. Niko was relaxed and ready to read some more about the nocturnal horror creatures.. Curiousity really killed the cat.. And Niko was clearly the cat in this example. The moon was up.. The beautifull blue moon that shinned in Niko's room, Niko could observe those beautifull night skies forever.. She didn't realise that is was already 2 AM, Niko would be in trouble if her parents found out that she was still up.
{[OST|https://youtu.be/9xWi_RkqYiM]}
But strangely a sound ruined the silence.. Crying.. Rather disturbing. A fenale voice? Calling out for help but it all sounded like a echo. For a kid this could be creepy looking, but for Niko.. She was worried.. Not about that sudden visit in her house of a crying voice but she was actually concerned about the feelings of the person.. Did they need to escape? Was there a killer outside? No.. Not at all. Niko got out her room and walked down the hallway.. The wood plancs made a creak sound. The more Niko approached.. The more the crying became louder. She could see now.
A woman with pretty long white hair was sitting on her knees on the floor. Her clothing was white too- She also had some kind of long blue see-through scarf, she also had white gloves, pretty ones that people always wore when they were from a rich family.. Her skin was pale, as pale as porcelin.
-"Umm.. Miss..? What's wrong? What is happening..? Are you hurt..?"
Niko was a child with good manners but it was kinda weird.. How did that woman come in? The door was locked, the windows too.. Who was this woman? Or what is she? The crying didn't stop but when Niko placed her hand on the shoulder of the beauty, then she turned around and held Niko's shoulders tightly.
-"Where is h-he?! WHERE IS HE?! I NEED HIM-?! MY CHILD.. HAVE YOU SEEN MY CHILD?! AHHHH!!!? I WANT HIM BACK! I WANT HIM BACK?! HE NEEDS TO BE FIXED.. HE NEEDS TO BE HAPPY!! WHERE IS HE?! AHHH?!!?? TELL-?! TELL MEEEE AAHHHH!?!"
Niko felt paralyzed.. A random woman just came here and was finding her child.. Her child is broken? He needs to be fixed? That woman didn't look normal at all either.. She was way too pale for a human being.. It was dead skin colour.. She had long fangs too.. And also you could see through her..? A ghost-? A spirit?! Niko's eyes were tearing up- God, can God explain?! Why don't Niko's parents hear this?! Was she crazy?! Niko just got out the grip and ran to her room and locked it, she got on her bed and hid under the covers.
-"God please.. Make it stop.. Make it stop.. I'm scared.. Don't give me to Satan.. Not the devil, I beg you.. Do you hate me? Is this my curse now?"
This was a bad experience for a child, it could be traumatizing.. Niko was praying for this to stop, but then she heard the loud banging against her door- She was screamed.. The woman was still crying and screaming.
-"FIX HIM?! YOU CAN FIX HIM!! FIND HIM!! YOU MUST FIND HIM!?? DO IT PLEASE!!!"
Niko hugged her knees, she was way too scared to say anything or open the door. Niko cried in her sleep.. In the background she could still hear the crying.. The crying of a female vampire ghost..
...
[{OST}|https://youtu.be/NvMROvgMOz0]
[C]...
It was night time, a few nights have passed since that incident and that woman always kept her awake- Screaming and crying.. Niko was hidding under the covers- Hoping that it would stop soon. She held her bunny plush close, it was a white bunny with red buttons as eyes.. It clearly was a old design, but she loves it. The banging on the door soon stopped.. But it replaced with a wisper. Was Niko getting crazy? Hearing wispers in her head.. That made Niko just hug her plush tighter.
-"Go to the forest.. In the forest you'll find a mansion.. I need you to fix him.. Please"
Niko looked down- She letted out a sigh.. Even if her parents forbid her to go out at night- She would do it- Like that the nights without sleep will stop..Maybe. Niko puts on her small brown boots and then got out the house after grabbing her plushie and wearing a yellow jacket, it matched her eyes perfectly. Now, Niko got in the dark forest.. Why did she forget the flashlight?? She hugged her plush tighter.
-"It's you and me mister carrots.. We will finish this.."
You could hear in Niko's voice that she was scared- She planned to get back home and get the flashlight.. But it already was too late- Her house wasn't visible anymore. Was she lost-? Niko started to tear up, she felt stressed and she could sense that there was danger close by. Niko didn't trust the sound of breaking twigs and leafes that were being crushed.. Without further hesitation, she started to run- She didn't care that she could see nothing- Her mind told her to run. And she was lucky that she started running now, because the hungry wolves were out now, howling and groaning, they wanted the eady prey that was there now.. And the prey was Niko. A girl her size and her age was as easy as catching a mouse.
{ [Wolf howling|https://youtu.be/66HKBdZe_WA]}
-"HELP!! PLEASE SOMEBODY!! WOLVES!! HELP!!"
Niko was screaming while running- But nobody was there to save her- But God must have heard her wish.. The mansion- It was there- Right infront of her! Niko quickly openned the door and got in. She heard the wolves outside, they were howling and sniffing where she was hidding. There was a moment of silence soon.. Were they gone? Niko peeked through the window to see if those carnivores were still there and it seemed that they dessapeared.
-"Hehe!! No dinner for you guys!"
Niko giggled happily, she was happy to stay alive- But soon after her short victory dance, she felt something.. No.. Someone behind her- She gulped and then slowly turned her head to see a tall man.. His eyes were some type of dark pink and his hair was purple- He also was wearing glasses. Niko stepped back as her eyes were wide from how scared she was- Will he hurt her..?
-"Entering the house of someone like that is really dissrespectfull. You need to learn some manners."
The male was getting straight to the point- His expression was serious and he clearly wasn't happy with Niko's action from before. Niko quickly openned the door and ran out- This was unexpected. She never knew that someone lived there.. No wonder that it looked so clean.
The man with glasses sighed as he watched a albino with the corner ofhis eye.
-"Oh.. So you did decide to come for dinner. I am waiting for your apologize. The dinner is cold and everyone is back to their rooms."
The purple haired man walked away, slightly annoyed. He puts his gloves on in a more comfortable manner as he was walking. The albino narrowed his eyebrows as he gave off a 'tch' noise, he just got back from the garden not long ago. Who was that girl though? How did she find this hidden mansion? He wondered.. But he won't think about it too much. He went to the dinning room.
Meanwhile, Niko had ran away from the mansion.. Fear was described in her eyes. But then- Her house, she saw it.. And yet, she didn't run far away from the mansion. Magic? How? She turned around.. Only trees were seen. How in the world? The small brunnette ran quickly to her home and her parents waited for her.. Crying tears of relief and ordering her to never ever do that again but.. Will she keep that promise-?
✧.*ೃ༄9 Years later...
The sound of the flutes and tambourines filled the streets, the gypsy's were there.. And it seemed that Niko and her sisters were the ones to dance. The same thing happened once again, for some the disgusted look and for some others there was the look of enjoyement. The gypsies how flexible and gracious moves- They always had a beautifull performance in mind. After the dance performance, niko and her sisters earned some money.. They will use this for food and clothing... And for Niko's mother, Rei. She was doing fortune telling to get money for the small house that they have.
The golden eyes of the brunnette spotted a animal..A cat..A white one to be specefic. She stared at it for quite a while- The cat looked at Niko and purred before walking away. Niko sighed a bit as she furrowed her eyebrows. Then Niko realised that her siblings were already going back home- She better quickly catch up with them.. Niko openned the door of the house and watched her father, he was laying on his usual dark blue couch.. She sighed and went to him, seeing that he was sleeping for bow. Niko smiled softly and puts a blanket over her father.. You could sleep better if you were cozy and warm. Niko remembered that she needed to handle something quick- She went to the door and openned it.
-"Where are you going?"
Her big brother John saw that she was planning to leave..Even if it was almost dinner time. He placed the wood in the fire, it was spring and yet it felt like it was still winter.
-"I'm going to the church.. I'll be back home soon though, see ya..!"
Niko got out once more and step by step made her way to the holy building..To be honest, the church was scary.. All dark colours and paintings of suffering- Even some god statues were scary. But Niko always felt much calmer when she saw the Maria statue. She closed her eyes and held her hands together.
-"God.. It is already nine years and three months that this ghost is haunting me.. The cries, they scare. Please help me..Give me a sign to freedom. In the name of our saviour. Amen.."
Niko could not live forever with this kind of ghost that visits her each night. Each time begging to save her child more specefictly her son.. What was this all about? She letted out a sigh- A sad one.. A concerned one. Was this all in her head? Was Niko getting crazy? Her parents and siblings didn't realky believe her.. Her mother did but she didn't know what to do. She rubbed her forehead and just went back home after doing the little cross sign. Niko really believed that god exists.. That someone is watching you.. Sins, Actions, Desires..Wishes. It was scary and yet so releaving in her opinion. After having dinner and a family talk, it was time to prepare for bed. Niko took a shower to refresh herself, she brushed her teeth, got in a fresh nightgown and then finnaly got in bed.
{ [OST|https://youtu.be/aG-39UWA4u0]}
Niko knew what will be going on tonight, she just hoped that it will stop. Each time, she repeats that hope. 12 pm.. It's almost time, Niko's eyes stayed open- She probably won't be able to sleep this night again. This was a punishement.. Was it really though? Niko didn't know but it was horrible to go through.
-"Go..Go.. Go back to the mansion.. He needs you.. You need to make him happy. Please. That's my only wish.."
-"W-Why can't you just leave me alone?"
-"Go..Go.. Go back to the mansion.. He needs you.. You need to make him happy. Please. That's my only wish.."
This repeated over and over again. Niko tried to get a other answer but it still was the same the "Go..Go.. Go back to the mansion.. He needs you.. You need to make him happy. Please. That's my only wish.." was always repeating. Niko had enough, she will go back there, early in the morning to not get wolves or other wild animals after her.
And she really did this plan. In the morning, around 5 am, she got up and got in her red gypsy dress and she wrapped a yellow scarf around her waist, she also puts on her yellow bandana after that she had brushed her long brown hair. She took a quick toast from the kitchen and frowned. She will return back home like last time, she was sure that it would happen as planned.
-"Let's get done with this"
Niko mumbled after getting out and going to the forest. Niko could see now where she was going. It wasn't dark, it was sunny already. The brunnette tried to find the mansion, but it was nowhere to be seen. It really annoyed her, she wanted to not be haunted by that woman anymore, she didn't want to struggle anymore with it. This was going to be the end. Did she really need to wish for the mansion to appear out of nowhere??
Niko ran through the bushes but that caused her to trip, she shook her head and got up after wiping some of the dirt away. But then.. When she lifted her eyes back up to normal. It was there- The mansion that she searched for for hours long. Niko stepped towards the gates-
Niko gulped when the gates went open on it's own. This was..Magic? No way. She must be dreaming. Niko slapped her cheeks with her hands.
-"Gah.. Niko-chan.. Wake uppppp..! Owie-"
Niko stopped slapping her cheeks and took a big inhale before taking the courage to enter the territory of the mansion. A certain stress overwhelmed Niko, it was uncomfortable... As if she was going in some type of haunted mansion. The crows were watching Niko, some letting out their loud bird noises.. These type of birds were mostly around graveryards. Which made this give more of a creepy atmosphere. Niko knocked on the door and waited- She learned last time that shouldn't just enter a house/mansion out of nowhere.. But hey she had no other choice. Niko saw that the door openned.. But weirdly nobody was behind it. Anyone would be running away from this already..No? Niko would have loved to do that but she really wanted to get the spirit away from her. So- Niko got in and looked around..
-"Helloo?? Someone here..? Uh.."
{[OST|https://youtu.be/_iF7lkXKHlA]}
Niko wanted to check first of course. And yet, there was no reply.. Maybe they weren't home? The brunnette wanted to know what the woman meant. 'Make him happy' 'Fix him' 'He needs you', her only wish. The spirit meant a person? Of course- Niko facepalmed. The brunnette still felt that same uncomfortable feeling, that feeling of being watched. This place wasn't safe.. It wasn't safe at all!! Niko had shivers running down her spine. Blood.. Blood running down the walls, Niko's visions made her think that.. This mansion.. It had bad secrets.. Secrets that nobody should ever know about.
Run..
Niko's mind kept telling her to run. Run for your life. Run for you freedom before-
Niko had ran back to the front door, it won't open?! No no- This wasn't the plan. God, what did Niko end up into?! Tears ran down her cheeks as fear took her over once more, was she trapped? Was this a prank??
Niko felt a hand on her shoulder.. She hesitated to look behind, but after some seconds she did. A albino man, right there..Glaring down at her with his intimidating look. Niko could not take it anymore.. She fainted. The man catched her in time and groaned.
Run for your freedom before it's too late..
It's too late...
He snarled when he saw her exposed neck with her black chocker necklace. He seemed to hold back something- He seemed to control it for now. The man openned his lips to speak out his words;

Characters: Tenth Doctor x ghost!Reader ; Donna Noble ; River Song.
Warnings: Mentions of Death of a Character, probably Spoilers of Season 4.
» Doctor Who (2005) Masterlist «
It happened so faster than no one saw it coming, no one could get it time what happened in the librery unless was to late to ran away from the danger.
» 4022 saves. No survivors.«
That should be a warning enough for the Doctor, he should have grabbed your hand a made you go back into the TARDIS with Donna before everything went to hell. But no, that didn't happen and The Doctor couldn't stop to blame himself about the mess he made his companions get into.
The library, the "empty" librery, wasn't empty at all... Was infected, with a big nest of Vastah Nerada and they were very upset about what happened with their natal forest.
Very upset, so upset than they started to attack the expedition's group and The Doctor's companions.
‘RUN!’ He screamed to you and Donna before to ran away with River Song behind him, Donna was before them but you were so lost in your own thoughts that you didnt see the lights turning off in that part of the library unless was to late to scape, you tried to scream, to call the Doctor for help but they were much faster and you barely could screamed.
‘DOCTOR!’
But it was to late, they were so far from you. You feel something scraching your right leg before to went into the darkness.
Tumblr media
In the other side of the library, the Doctor and the rest of the group were trying to catch their breaths. Donna almost said a comment about how bad she wanted to get back into the TARDIS and run away from this place when the Doctor suddenly started to panicked.
‘Where is she!?’ He asked to River, who just stayed in silence.
‘Doctor...’ Donna walked next to him, trying to get his attention. ‘The lights... The lights of the corridor wasn't off when we were running...’
The Doctor muttered something before to ran with his sonic screwdriver as a flashlight.
‘No, no, no-
'Doctor? Doctor!?' Your voice echoned in the darkness part of the librery, The Doctor seached for the origin of your voice, noticing it doesnt sound human anymore. In full worried and anxiety he pointed with his screwdriver the lamps, turning them on againg.
He still hearing your voice and Donna's steps behind him, River follow them with her dairy on her hands.
‘Doctor!’
Donna saw how the Tenth Doctor stopped to walk and stayed close to your dead body. She gasped and take a few steps next to him.
'Oh my... (Y/N), everything is fine.' The Doctor lied, he never understod why the Humans lie when another person is dying but he finally could figure it out, because it wasn't a lie they said to comfort the dying-person it was something they said to comfort themselves.
'I didnt see it coming, Doctor. They're so many... So many.' Your voice said, he take your cellphone from your skeleton hand and watched sadly the shine blue light of the comunicator he put on it a few days ago just in case you ended traped into a Dalek's ship. 'So many, so many.'
River gasped, 'Its happening, Doctor... I'm sorry.' She tried to stay away from The Doctor, she wants to be with him but he wasnt her Doctor and It will be awful for him to be comforted by a stranger woman who knows his future regeneration.
Donna sobbed softly, she can't find any words to say. What will she say in a moment like this?
-"Everything is fine Doctor"-?
-"It will end soon."-?
The Doctor turned to her slowly, like he knew what Donna was thinking about and sighed. 'It will be end soon... I couldnt save her... I couldnt save anyone...'
'Don't blame yourself Doctor.' You said calmy, he looked again at your phone.
'You. Always. Save. The. Day.'
‘But-
'Don't, Doctor. Just. Don't. Blame. Yourself.'
'I have to save you, I should save you!' The Doctor sighed, he didn't care if Donna and River were watching him cry. He only cared about you, at the last thing of you trapped into your cellphone.
' I have to...' He couldnt find his words, The Doctor was in shock, no one know what to do, not Donna, not River... No one.
You're gone, and exactly like happened with Rose he couldn't said his last words.

Everyone hates the rat.
Friendship drabble.
(My mc's name is Lucie so i'll be using it here to simplify things. She's also a Hufflepuff.)
--------------------------------------------------
-You think he's dead? Penny asked
-I hope not. Replied Lucie.
-I hope it is.
-Bill! She exclaimed. That's your little brother's pet!
-So? I have a bad feeling about this rat.
-Wasn't it originally yours? Penny pointed out.
-Well yeah, but there's a reason i gave it to Charlie!
-Gave me what? Asked Charlie, sitting down next to his brother, his arms full of books.
-Scabbers.
Charlie scrunched up his face.
-I usually don't mind hand-me downs but that one...
-But why? Asked Lucie.
-He's just creepy.
-He does give off a weird vibe. Penny conceded.
They all looked down at the space between them where scabber's inanimate form was laying. Charlie suddenly realised what it was and yelped.
-You killed it? How?
-How? Penny exclaimed. What do you mean "How"?
-It's a rat, it's not supposed to live longer than 3-4 years. He's surprisingly tenacious. ... Well was.
-We found it like that. Said Bill. I don't like the rat but i'm not cruel.
Charlie shrugged, more concerned by his notes than the dead rat.
-Percy's going to be sad. He finally added.
-We can get him a rat from the dungeons. Lucie offered.
They all looked at her as if she was crazy. But none had the time to point out all the reasons why this was a bad idea, because Rowan, Ben and Andre had appeared. Joining the circle, Ben let out a terrified scream when he saw the rat.
-Is it dead? Or are you guys doing some sort of twisted ritual? Andre asked, an eyebrow cocked.
-It appears to be dead. Penny sighed. But we're not sure so we don't know what to do about it.
-Oh Andre! Ready to get your ass beaten saturday?! Grinned Charlie.
-Woah! Over the corpse of your brother's pet? Lucie said, chocked.
-He would want me to celebrate life. He said in feigned sadness.
-Doesn't matter, you're joining the rat soon Charlie. Andre teased.
-Did you guys even finish the essay due monday for history of magic? Rowan inquired as she was patting Ben on the back.
-Totally did. They answered in synch.
-Good. Now i only have to make sure Tulip and Tonks did too.
-Don't forget Barnaby! Lucie reminded her.
-Already helped him write it. Rowan grinned.
-You're a gem, Rowan. Bill complimented her, and making her blush.
-Yo losers! Tonks greeted as she threw a bag full of candy to her friends.
-No! They all screamed as she missed her shot and all the candy came spilling out on the dead rat.
Tulip who'd arrived at the same time, stared at the pile of candy with soulless eyes.
-That was my candy. She said dully.
-I'm so sorry! Tonks said.
She bent down to pick them up but stopped when she saw the rat.
-The hell is that?!
-Percy's rat. Ben moaned. It's dead.
-NO! She cried out. THE CANDY'S RUINED!
Lucie patted her arm in a comforting manner and Tonks just sighed as she plopped down next to her.
-Where's Barnaby? Asked Tulip. I need his help for something.
-Can you at least pretend you're not plotting to destroy the school when i'm there? I'm sort of supposed to not let you do that. Bill sighed.
-Sounds like your problem Weasley. She said with a cunning smile.
-If you could do whatever it is that you're gonna do in two days, that'd be cool. Charlie said.
Bill shot an aggravated look to his brother.
-You're not sneaking to the forest again, are you?
-Lucie's going to sneak into the library. He shrugged.
They all turned to her. Bill giving her a disapproving look.
-It's for Rowan, she needs something in the restricted section!
-Woah Rowan, i'm impressed. Tulip said appreciatively.
-I just want to get some advance on the cursus. Rowan said, embarassed. Lucie insisted on going!
-Way to bite the hand that feeds you!
-I'm the one feeding you! Retorted Rowan. You love to break the rules, you just don't want to admit it!
-I never said i didn't! And Charlie you're gonna pay for that.
-I don't have money but i can give you Scabbers. He said with a smirk.
-Ew, no way!
-I can take him.
They all stared at Tulip in disbelief. The hell was she going on about this time?
-There's some experiments i need to do for a prank and i'm not doing it on Dennis.
-Who's Dennis? Ben asked, alarmed.
-My frog. Tulip said, scandalised. How dare you call yourself my friend when you don't know her!
-Her?
-Well yeah, Dennis is a girl! She rolled her eyes. So can i have the corpse?
-Sure. Said Bill.
-Yeah but we should let Percy say goodbye first.
-Charlie, he doesn't care that much.
-I think he does. Lucie intervened. The other day, he made me leave the couch i was sitting on because it was "scabber's place".
-I think that's because he doesn't like you more than it's about the rat. Ben said apologetically.
-And you weren't supposed to be there as it was our common room. Bill said with a smile.
-Fine. Just dissect the damn rat then!
-Yes!
Tulip reached for the rat and let out a pained scream when he suddenly rose and bit her finger.
They all stood there in silence, watching the rodent hurry away in the grass.
-You might want to go get that checked. Tonks finally said. These creatures carry nasty diseases.
Ben yelped at that and got up, running to the castle. Once again, they were left speechless.
-I'm just gonna go ahead and pretend this whole exchange never happened. Penny said.
They all nodded in agreement. The afternoon was beautiful and they had better things to do than to worry about the rat.
- Damn do i hate that rat! Andre suddenly let out
And they all had to agree.
The end.
(I wrote this on the train and it's kind of garbage but i had fun so it's all right 😚 Hope you enjoyed it at least)

Hi your tendou soulmate post was so beautifully written! I'd been saving this request for so long! Could you do a scenario for tendou having a crush on his school's idol who everyone sees as charming and happy but she struggles with depression and tendou finds her crying and comforts her and afterwards she develops feelings for him? I've been having a really hard time dealing with depression and how people perceive me lately. Thank you for your time even if you don't get around to this request!
《If you ever need anyone, I’m right here. My dms are open 24/7 and I literally do nothing with my life. I wish you the best ♡♡♡》
Perfection was nothing but deception. That’s what Tendou Satori thought, at least. Issues run fruitfully through the veins of anything to ever take a breath of air, and to Tendou, a flawless being is a being that doesn’t exist. That’s why he found __ __ to be so interesting.
She was definitely out of the ordinary but nothing extraordinary, either. Although, she did walk the halls of Shiratorizawa academy like she owned the place and truth be told, she probably did. She had the face of an angel, the generosity of a saint and the grades to get her a one way ticket straight to a PhD. If Tendou knew anything, though, it was that you can’t be nice, smart and pretty all at once, and if you are, you’re a fake. __ was a fake, and a convincing one at that. Convincing enough to trick Ushijima Wakatoshi into befriending her. When Tendou had gotten the news that Ushijima, the emotionally closed off, socially distant captain himself, spent a two hour study session in the library with her after practice, he was anything but baffled. He reckons that was when he started taking an interest in her, Shiratorizawa’s princess herself.
According to Semi, anyone who spends three seconds around __ will instantaneously fall in love with her charisma. It’s what she was infamous for, apparently, yet for some reason, Tendou could never find himself striking a conversation with her. He figured it would be utterly pathetic and not worth risking his dignity for. He imagined it would be a one way conversation of her asking him pointless, small talk questions and him red in the face, blubbering responses like like a toddler. That was the last situation Tendou would like to be caught in, especially during the most stressful time of the school year. He really didn’t mind not getting to talk to her, though. As a self proclaimed introvert, he much rather liked sitting by the sidelines and watching her interact with other people, except himself. This ‘hobby’, as Shirabu liked to call it, might get him deemed as a stalker, but Tendou disagreed. He was simply just dismantling her for now, taking the puzzle apart piece by piece until it was shattered on the floor. Only until then, would he make a move and piece it all back together.
Tendou really didn’t know much about her yet. He knew she liked music quite a bit. Earbuds always hug out of the pocket of her bookbag and the face of it was covered in band pins. She attended all their home games but never stayed to talk to anyone afterwards. He reckoned she had a knack for the fine arts since she always seemed to linger in that wing, which brought him to the conclusion that she was taking several fine arts courses to compensate for a void in her schedule, most likely lunch, since he never saw her in the cafeteria. The only time he’s ever seen her in casual clothes was in the library after hours. She wore a t-shirt with a funky octopus looking animal on the front which made him realize she wasn’t as cool as she wanted people to believe she was. He made an inference that she came from a rich family, because as smart as she was, grades alone couldn’t get you into Shiratorizawa, not without a prominent extracurricular activity, that is, and she did none. Although she was the poster child of the dance team, but the whole fine arts department was gravely outshined. With all the minimal information Tendou had stockpiled, he came to the conclusion that this tragic hero’s flaw was undeniably depression.
It had to be, there was no way it couldn’t. It was a mischievous little devil that was easy to hide but quick to come out and just by staring at her, he saw its dead eyes in hers. The dark rings underneath the sockets, the glossiness, the agony. Tendou thought it was silly to judge a person based on their eyes, for all he knew she could just be tired all the time. Although, in this case, he knew she wasn’t just tired. There was so much more, a forest full of secrets and lies that she kept flourishing. Tendou couldn’t wait to chop all the trees down. His teammates would tell him he was being creepy, that his crush had become a full blown obsession, but he couldn’t disagree. At this point, he knew it was far too early to say that he was in love with her, but he was definitely intrigued with her. He was intrigued enough to spy on her, sometimes. Well, he wouldn’t call it spying, per say, more like uncomfortable one-sided observing. He found himself spending a lot more of his free time roaming the arts wing. He found out she was a marvelous dancer, a ballerina, much to his amusement, with movements that sent shivers down his spine. He reckoned that she had to have noticed him at this point, even for a second, at least. In the matter of three months he had become her biggest fan on the sidelines, and he kept mindlessly hoping that one day he’d get to talk to her.
And that day came.
But not like how he wanted.
Everyone imagines their first conversation with their crush to be something picturesque. A James Dean and Audrey Hepburn moment, if you were to get into specifics. Although, Tendou clearly wasn’t receiving that in this very moment. It was fourth period lunch and since he had nothing better to do than ramble with Semi, he found himself getting lost in the arts wing. Even if __ wasn’t down there, the school had some remarkable violinists he had never known about, if they were even violinists, that was. Although when he got there the hallway was barren, except for a dark, looming corner at the end of the hall. The lights were off somehow, but through the light of closed classrooms he could still make out the figure hunched over and bawling into the crevice of its sleeve. It was her.
Half of Tendou wanted to book right then and there. He was an incompetent emotional wreck himself and barely knew how to cope with his own cranial calamity. The other half wanted to approach her and comfort her in her most vulnerable state, knowing he’d never get a chance at this again. Although, all of him was absolutely thrilled. He had guessed right yet again. He stood there for a moment, frozen in his tracks, watching her with a blank face as she sat there and screamed. If Tendou had never seen this same situation played out in front of him before, he might’ve been horrified.
But he wasn’t horrified, and that was all the motivation he needed to approach her. She didn’t hear his footsteps, as boisterous as he tried to make them. She only noticed him after he was hovering above her for a solid three minutes, when he cleared his throat abruptly. She looked up at him, wide eyed, and screamed, making haste as she gave him an impromptu kick to the shins. He shot her a feared look, she shot him a feared look, and everything went dead silent until one of them dared to open their mouths. “I uh… Are you okay?” Tendou ended up muttering, breaking the looming, dead silence. “Do I look okay?”“Well you kick okay, that’s for sure.” She shot Tendou another glare. He did nothing but shrug. “Do you want to talk about it? Instead of, you know, screaming your lungs out by yourself?”“I’m sorry for kicking you,” Was her reply instead. “I get really anxious when people surprise me.”“Nah, you’re alright. I can take a blow.” Tendou shrugged again, waiting for any positive reaction, or any reaction at all for him to sit down next to her against the wall. She sniffled, and he took that as his queue for him to slump up down in a ball at her side. “Aren’t you on the volleyball team?” She inquired. She had reburied her head in between her knees, but Tendou knew she had stopped crying. The cracks in her voice had smoothed out, though the tremble of pain was still there. “Yes ma’am.”“Why do you care about me, then?”
Tendou really didn’t know why he cared about her.
“I don’t really know. I, uh, I see you around a lot though, I mean, everyone does but-” Tendou paused. He knew what he wanted to say but didn’t know if he should say it. He was already the weird kid who approached her in a dark hallway, he didn’t need another title. Her hands were gripping at the fabric at her knees. She had lifted her head up but refused to look at him, even when he was talking. He didn’t care, she was coming out of her shell. “-but I figured you must be hiding something the moment someone first mentioned your name. I hate to say it but…”“But what?”“But nobody’s flawless. Even people who think they can try to be flawless, people like you, they still have flaws. It’s like foundation for the mind, you know, you can use so much but the blemishes are still there.”“I thought…” __ peeped, looking up at him, finally, for the first time that day without a menacing look in her eyes. “I thought you were supposed to be the funny one on the team.”
Tendou snorted, and without thinking burst, out laughing. She kept giving him an odd look, but didn’t move. “Did I say something funny?”
“No.” He replied, shaking his head in the midst of giggles. “But see here, everybody has a reputation they’ve built up. Mine, I guess, is the funny guy on the volleyball team, or whatever. You, you’re the schools idol. The chick everyone’s parents are like, ‘Why aren’t you more like that __ girl! She gets good grades and dances!’ No matter who you are, everybody faces the same demons sometimes. If you really want my opinion, which I’m guessing you don’t, Look, look at your face. Do you know what kind of face you’re making at me right now? You look like you want my blood.” At this, she cracked a smile. Something inside of Tendou had burst.
“But __, I think you’re going to be just fine. Whatevers going on right now in your life, it’ll pass. You got decades ahead of you, and you’ll find your paradise along the way. If anyone can do it, it’s you”“I really don’t know what to say. I’m a bit shaken right now, to be honest? But, um, thank you, thank you so much. You must’ve gone through a lot too, I’m guessing?”“Yeah, but that’s for a different time.” Tendou shrugged, faking a smile down at her. He sighed and got back up on his feet, helping her up with him with a little bounce in his step.
“Listen to me now, I mean this in the nicest way possible, but you look like you just hopped straight out of a horror movie scene. Go wash your face and get back to class. School’ll be over in three hours, and don’t try to push yourself to be lively. That’s not who you are today, and that’s okay. If you need me to beat anyone up, I gotchu. Tendou’s the name, okay?”“Tendou…” she bowed, eyes pointed at her feet. “For someone with such an odd reputation, you’re quite the character, you know that?”“Well, I’ve been told. It depends, do ya mean character in a good way or in a bad way?”“Good, good for sure. Um, will we ever talk again?”“Depends, do you wanna talk again?““Definitely. Maybe next time we don’t have to talk about my crippling mental state?”“Sounds like a deal.”

Prompt: Luz leaves
I've been thinking about a lot of stuff lately so I just thought to make a prompt about it. I dedicated this to someone very special to me. Even tho I know they aren't gonna see it.
Luz, Amity, Willow, Gus, and Eda stood next to the portal. It was Luz's final day. She had to leave today, for her Mama's sake. Eda was first to do something. Eda hugged Luz which she gladly accepted.
Eda: You did good kiddo. I consider myself to be a lucky witch to meet someone as weird as you.
Luz: Awww. And I'm lucky to have you as my mentor
Eda: I don't know kid. At the end of the day, I feel like you were my mentor.
Luz couldn't help but cry. Neither could Willow and Gus.
Luz: I love you Eda
Eda: Love you too kid.
Now it was Willow and Gus's turn. They tackled their best buddy with a group hug, almost falling to the ground.
Luz: I'm gonna miss you guys so much
Willow and Gus: ME TOO
The three held on their hug a little longer until they finally broke apart to speak.
Willow: I remember when we met like it was yesterday. That day was one of the best days you've ever given me.
Gus: I never thought I would meet a real human before. And be friends with them. Thanks to you I have a better appreciation for them.
Luz: Thanks you two, for making my time here feel awesome. Y'all are the bestest friends a girl could have.
Luz had one more person to say bye to. Amity. She glanced around but saw no sign of her
Luz: Hey guys. Where's Amity
Everyone looked around for the mint haired girl. But she was no where to be found. Luz looked at hooty who was watching them the whole time.
Luz: Hooty. Do you know where Amity went.
Hooty: SHE WENT TO THE WOODS HOOT-HOOT. THAT-A-WAY
Luz took off towards the direction of the forest. Willow and Gus tried to follow but Luz signalled them not to.
Luz: I have to be the one to find her. Just stay here.
Willow and Gus nodded and stayed put. Luz continued to run through the forest, hoping to find a glimpse of Amity.
Amity was running back home. She couldn't bare to see Luz leave, not before shes had the chance to tell her. She tried not to think of it but her mind reminded her of all the things Luz had helped her with. Grom, Willow, school, magic, . . . Luz. She could here Luz panting behind her. She stopped dead in her tracks.
Luz slowly approched Amity. She was afraid if she moved any faster, she'd scare off Amity. She tried to talk but she didn't know what to say. Why did you run? Where were you going? Did I do something wrong. Did YOU do something wrong? Luz had no idea what to do. She wanted Amity to face her but that would risked scaring her off. Finally she spoke.
Luz: Amity
Luz took out a light glyph from her pocket. She tapped the paper. A yellow ball hovered over her hands.
Amity saw her shadow in front of her. She looked back to see Luz holding a ball of light in her hands. Memories started flooding back to her. The first time they met, the witches duel, the library, Grom. . . The witches duel. That's when she first saw Luz do magic. When she first saw something in Luz. Amity relived the moment in her head, not knowing she was thinking it out loud as well.
Amity: You lost, you cheated. Say it, say you're not a witch.
Luz came closer to Amity and held up the glyph to her.
Luz: I'm not a witch, but I'm training hard to be one.
Amity couldn't help it. Tears started rolling down her face. She hugged Luz as tight as she could. Luz returned the embrace with tears running down her face. She didn't wanna let go. Both of them just stood in silence. Taking in the embrace of each other before leaving.
Luz: Why did you run?
Amity thought for a moment before speaking.
Amity: I didn't want to lose you. I couldn't bear seeing you go and saying goodbye. The thought of never seeing you again terrifies me. I wasn't thinking. I just ran.
Luz: Hey, I would never leave y'all if it meant I couldn't come back.
Amity: It's not just that. Its just- what if you come back a changed person? What if something happens in the human world and I wasn't there for you? What if you meet someone better than me?
Amity whispered the last part hoping Luz didn't hear it. Luz still heard it. Luz tried to take in all the insecurities Amity had. She didn't know that leaving would have this much of an impact of Amity.
Luz: Amity, is there something you wanna tell me?
Amity didn't know what to say. She's always wanted to tell her. But she couldn't. She didn't know how Luz would reacted. But she wasn't gonna have another chance. She had to tell her now.
Amity: There's always been something I've wanted to tell you. But I couldn't. I've been to scared to. I just couldn't risk losing you because of it.
Luz: Amity, I'm here. I would never stop being your friend because of something you told me.
Amity's could feel a pain in her chest. Now she was very unsure on whether she should tell her. No. I have too.
Amity: That's the thing is. I-
Eda: LUZ
Eda's voice could be heard in the woods. Both girls looked behind Luz to see Eda coming out of the woods.
Eda: Uh. Did I ruin something?
Luz: Actually-
Amity: NO. No. You didn't ruin anything.
Eda: Ok good.
Eda turned and started heading back.
I've been trying to take care of you
But nothing helps
Luz and Amity started heading back with Eda. Amity slowed down walking behind Luz.
Always tried to give my love to you
You looked away
Amity couldn't help but feel a gut-wrenching loss. She never wanted it to be this way.
You gave your eyes to someone else
What am I supposed to do?
As they reached the Owl House, Willow and Gus gave Luz a big hug. Amity just stood and watched it unfold as Luz says her final goodbyes.
Te vas, te vas
Te vas, ¿por qué te vas?
Luz starts to make her way to the portal. She gives one good glance at everyone and leaves.
Don't leave, don't leave
Don't leave, oh please, don't leave.
And just like that. She was gone.
Can we try to make this work for them? (Oh)
They don't understand (they don't understand)
Amity started her way back to her house.
Growin' up without a home, but two (home)
It's up to us (up to us baby)
She collapsed in her bed and started crying. Thinking what would've happened if Eda never came in.
I kind of thought we'd work this out (work this out)
What am I supposed to do?
Amity let everything out. Frustration leaking out. Nobody to hold her. Like Luz did.
Te vas, te vas
Te vas, ¿por qué te vas?
Amity hugged herself, wanting to give herself the same satisfaction she would get from a Luz hug. But it was hopeless.
Don't leave, don't leave
Don't leave, oh please, don't leave
She's gone.

Got anymore Doctor Who nitpicks?
Oh boy, strap in folks, because I've got a ton. XD
Gonna put them under a keep reading for convenience and in case any Doctor Who fans don't want to see the criticism. Please note, I just finished rewatching up to season four so anything I say about the other later seasons is just what I remember, and I don't know much about Classic Who.
One of my sisters pointed this out, but the time agents exist and interfere in time even if they try to stay in the shadows, so the fact that the Doctor doesn't have more run ins with them is weird. As far as I know, the only time agent we encounter at least as far as season seven is Jack Harkness and he had already left the agency.
The second season, with the Tenth Doctor and Rose, they did the whole 'the Doctor and Rose might be separated forever' plot a couple times too many. I love that season and I adore both of those characters, but it's like Frodo almost dying, after you've seen one of them freaking out about losing the other every episode like six episodes in a row, it's just like... Maybe they should do something else.
We didn't see Rose or Mickey ask about Jack to my recollection after he 'died' to the Daleks in the last Christopher Eccleston episode. And I know that they were both really busy with other things, but I don't even think there was a 'where's Jack' 'not right now' kind of interaction.
I like the Love and Monsters LINDA episode, but I wish that the Doctor actually hadn't been able to get Ursula back. I don't know, I just think the episode would've worked better as a bit more of a tragedy, with Elton being the only survivor.
Nurse Redfern in the Family of Blood episode is not my favorite, and I wish there was less of a big deal made out of her. If she'd been in just one episode like Madame de Pompadour, I'd be annoyed (I kinda don't vibe with one episode only romances,) but it'd be fine-ish. But like, when the Tenth Doctor is dying and he's going around and seeing all the companions we love who have been involved so much in the show, he stops by Nurse Redfern's descendent to talk about Nurse Redfern? I could not care about her less, they should've cut her out and done a scene with somebody else, or did an extended scene for one of the others, or something.
In the Blink episode, I do really like both Sally and Larry, but I don't think they should've gone with a romance angle there, it just seemed like they were better as friends. Not that we see much of them, but still.
In the Master episodes in season three, I really feel like the 'turning the Doctor into a tiny old baby-sized creature man' thing was wholly unnecessary and just didn't add anything to the story. I don't know anything about Benjamin Button, so all I have to compare it to is the Benjamin Button style day dream in the Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and it makes me unable to take it seriously.
I feel like the Adipose episode has great Doctor and Donna moments, but I really just don't like the Matron. I feel like she's just kind of boring. Quite a few of the Doctor Who villains are somewhat two dimensional, but they at least have aesthetic things that make them stand out.
The Unicorn and the Wasp was my least favorite episode in the fourth season and I think part of that is that I've never read a single Agatha Christie, and I've never really watched anything based on her books either. So I got some of the detective/mystery tropes, but it was basically a tribute to something I didn't know anything about and so I've never been anything but bored during the episode. And there were I think a couple too many characters to get attached to any of them.
The Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead episodes have quite a few little nitpicks in light of what went on in seasons five through seven. River's screwdriver isn't the Eleventh Doctor's, and she should be weirded out about the Tenth Doctor's being like the one he gave her instead of being like the Eleventh Doctor's. She also says he opens the TARDIS with a snap of his fingers as if that's something he does all the time as Eleven, when if I remember correctly, it's actually pretty rare. I'm sure there's more, and some of it is just vibes, but yeah.
In the End of Time episodes with the Master, Wilf's little group of friends who try to find the Doctor with him is eh okay, but how much fun would it be if he was in a group with Elton and that guy who gave information to Rose in the very first episode.
Also, gotta say that Martha and Mickey being a couple at the end of David's Tennant's era wouldn't annoy me if they'd had like, at least two even small conversations. As it happens, it just kinda comes out of nowhere.
I think my very first complaint of Matt Smith's Eleventh Doctor era is the fact that he feels his hair and is shocked and wonders if he's a girl, but his hair really isn't that long, so... It's just a weird line. Why would he just assume that? It'd be different if he had shoulder length hair, or if the eighth doctor didn't have longer hair than the Eleventh. It'd still be a weird and stupid line, but as it is, the line doesn't even make sense to me.
I haven't gotten to season five yet, and I don't intend to keep re-watching after Amy and Rory leave (for a number of reasons,) but I do have a couple of nitpicks off the top of my head for the Matt Smith seasons.
Although I get that a lot of the threads to David Tennant's era had been tied up well, I'm bummed that Jack just never comes back when it would make sense for him to be at least kind of involved every now and again, especially in A Good Man Goes to War when the Eleventh Doctor gathers together a bunch of people to help him and just... It makes sense for him to not include Martha because she walked away and he thought that was good, and it makes sense for him to not include Mickey either because he might know he was with Martha. But Jack? And I also get that Eleven is 'the Doctor who forgets' or whatever, but bro could be not selfish when Amy and her child's lives are on the line. Jack should've had at least one appearance in these seasons.
As somebody who cares about Sherlock Holmes, it kind of bothers me that the 'this was the inspiration for Holmes and Watson' characters have a master-servant relationship. I know it isn't just a master-servant relationship and they're literally lovers, but that kind of makes it worse. There's no problem with a 'inspiration for Holmes and Watson' romantic couple, but Watson was never Holmes' servant, their relationship was on much more equal footing than lots of people seem to realize, and it makes one of the few queer couples we see for more than an episode at the very least problematic.
This might be bigger than just a nitpick, but I'm gonna say it anyway. Mels being River would've been much better and would've felt less out of nowhere and rushed if Mels had been set up as a side character. If she'd made appearances in Leadworth and had been talked about by Amy and Rory and had been at their wedding, then it'd feel like pay off when she turned into River. Instead it's like "oh here's a character we don't know, guess the author is telling us she's super important to Amy and Rory? Oh, I guess she's evil? Wait, she's dying? Wait, she's River?!" Like how were we supposed to get emotionally invested?
And finally, Amy should've had reading glasses at least all throughout season seven, and it'd be best if she'd started wearing them sometime during season six. Because the Doctor wearing Amy's glasses after she and Rory were gone was a great concept, but because they'd just appeared for the first time in Amy and Rory's last story it felt a lot less emotional than it could've and instead it just felt like the author trying to force an emotional response without having earned it... Which was pretty much just what it was. If they'd wanted to have the Doctor wear Amy's glasses, she should've been wearing them for long enough that they became attached to her character.
So yeah, I'll probably have more nitpicks once I watch the Matt Smith series, but that's it for now. This ask was a lot of fun, so thanks for sending it!
