Have you checked out FrankieQuinn13's Harry Potter stories? If not, I highly recommend it. Just be sure to check the tags and rating.
My favourite ones are:
Don’t Leave Me – The Marauders all like Sev and have made a promise to not have their feelings get in the way of things. But not everyone is following the rule.
Sevvy – Each Marauder has had a taste and end up displeased when they find out years later.
The Project – You know how some school they have the kids (occasionally in groups of two) take care of something? Well, Sev is the parent.
Eighty-Twenty – James is starting to regret breaking up with Severus when he sees how happy Sirius and Sev are.
The Date – Lily agrees to go on a date with James only if Severus comes. Sirius volunteers to be his date. James ends up being a bit too distracted by the ravenette to properly pay attention to his date.
Sorry for the bad summaries, I didn't want to spoil things too much.

Jakeward fanfic recs on tumblr? I'm not sure, I actually cant even remember the ones I've read on tumblr unfortunately. BUTT I will always recommend FrankieQuinn13 on Ao3 and Fanfiction.net because they are my absolute favourite jakeward author of all time.
