You must allow yourself to be manipulated, in order, to manipulate others. To take control, you must reach for it. In this reach lies fear. So many people reach for your attention daily. Seldom without ulterior motive.

This makes it hard to trust when ever you see this reach. Past traumas come to light when desires to harm the hand that reaches towards you, manifest. Even if it would feed you. Intrusive thoughts Expecially tell you to if it trys to poison/feed you.

You chose you before you would take a chance with any deceitful hands.

Beautiful isn't it? In this moment good and evil are not black or white. They are even the same exzact shape. Changing the mindstate would help you right?

Just exhale years of pain and forgive with a single breath.

Is it safe to take that chance? Be the change you wanna see in the world?

This pain is carried on your sholders and theirs as well

But to do this you must reach inside. Do the very thing to yourself that others have learned to do to you.

No! Change takes time. Any good change that is.

If you cut two clients hair, are you a barber?

You can manipulate hair, just not worth anything, yet. It is in this slight reach into the relm of possibility where you find purpose.

How do you feel gripping that. The motive could feel negative, or positive. But it is yours and yours alone. Label it if you need.

But just know you can die without changing, not everyone has to have the same standards or wants as you.

Be kind to yourself.

WHATS IN MY MIND.

I have been doing so well staying off of social media.... Yesterday I did get on for a little while but TODAY I will be strong.

I really want to find myself and I want to be STRONG when it comes to a lot of things.

Being married is tough for sure. Going on 6 years and I think I have seen it all. We are at a good space right now and I want to continue to grow. My husband has changed so much!! He is really growing into an amazing husband, but I can’t seem to get over certain things. I am working really hard right now to really FORGIVE and get over those negative things. I believe that staying off of social media and praying more is really having an impact on my forgiveness. I want to fall back into LOVE with this man who once stole my heart. I can see his changes and I can see he values and LOVES me, and that is why I am working so hard to FORGIVE. I love him and he deserves to be loved properly.

The status of perfection is a myth created by the ego that it is possible to change ourselves to a point where no change is no longer required. That is not the human life experience. We create and re-create always. Life is change and lived in between the contrasts such as light and dark, joy and sadness, and fear and love. Any human knows all of these places but it is important to keep the awareness of not getting stuck in one emotion like fear or sadness after a dark life moment. When we make mistakes or experience trauma that weighs us down spiritually, there is always “grace” available on our soul path to bring us back into light and love. Through forgiveness of ourselves and others over life choices, we find grace in healing from simple mistakes to huge transgressions. Grace allows us to let go and start over again which can be hard with the shadow of blame and shame by ourselves or from others. If you have a hard time letting go, ask your guardian angels for help to find grace within you. Imagine taking the emotional burden of a mistake, worry, or trauma and handing it off to your angels to hold for healing so you can move forward. When your soul or heart is lighter, it allows for light and love to return for forgiveness with grace.
