i didn’t drink at all this week that’s so crazy

#it’s bc i’m poor and i’ve been spending too much money tbh #but i might get a drinkie tomorrow after work #trying to figure out how i’m going to budget march when i am traveling this month & have to pay that course tuition #even w/ the scholarship that’s still a lot of money #and the japan fund … i didn’t add to it in february 😵‍💫

So I’d been putting off my application for school just because why wouldn’t I procrastinate. Anyway I finished almost every document to turn in in under an hour….guess I could’ve done it sooner my b

#it doesn’t need to be done until February but it’s better to do it early for scholarship and housing #much easier than the last one was #AND THEY WILL DO MY VISA STUFF FOR ME #I also added a passport scan and it filled in half of my info #it’s like having technology and using it makes things easier #instead of typing the same thing in 20 times

Found another little reference to young Brian in an old issue of the Middlesex Chronicle!

This time we just have a short blurb recognizing his scholarship to Imperial College from 19 February 1965:

[...] Brian May, also 17, of 6 Walsham Road, Feltham, has been awarded a scholarship in physics of £75 per annum at the Imperial College of Science and Technology.

In addition to his high standard in science, Brian has also done well in the school dramatic society taking a principal part in school productions. He is at present secretary of the Schools' Debating Society.
