I’m happy you love it!! (What this is a continuation of)
Claude x Spider demon reader (daily life snippet thingy
~
Tumblr media
Cw: just demon behavior, this starts roughly a week or two after they first mated,) (reader basically lives in a modified cave that they call a lair/den, it’s vague af)
The webs around your lair have been…modified, to accommodate for Claude, you didn’t want him accidentally getting trapped by you more often than it already happens. As tempting as it was to leave then webs everywhere to mess with him, he was scared enough of you, bowing his head to you every time you came home.
He changed from calling you ‘demon’ to ‘Master’ after a few days, to which you were indifferent too, you let him call you whatever you please, though he preferred you used his name.
You watched with amusement as he fidgets with some of your webs, something you’ve told him not to do, not because he’d get hurt but, he isn’t immune to how strong the stick on them is. As they were your own, you were immune to them, but Claude wasn’t. To your joy he almost instantly got a reminder ‘why’ he should t touch them.
He tugged on the web, trying to pull his hand free, managing to tug free, only to fall on your nesting area. Luckily for him, you don’t have eggs that could have been damaged buuut…he was now stuck in the webs, sprawled out. He locked eyes with you for a second. He quickly averted his eyes, trying to subtly wiggle free.
You approach him with a grin and a sway in your hips. You seat yourself beside him and carefully remove the webs so he can get up without ruining his outfit. “You should wear an extra layer of clothes you can slip out of until your used to the layout of my den.” Claude quietly thanks you and apologizes.
“I’ll try not to be so clumsy next time,” He nervously glanced at your nesting area, once seeing its unchanged, he seemed to relax more. “Where did you go?” He ask nonchalantly. You purr out that you got some food. You showed him your bounties, today you were able to bring back three souls!
“Eat up, I already had my fill.” You love the confused look he gives you every time you offer him food. You had jokingly told him you were keeping him till you had your eggs, but you had openly stated before to him, you’re keeping him!
He didn’t eat, you know he’ll eat them when you’re not around, you’re not sure if he keeps them incase you change your mind about wanting to eat him. You’ve found where he hides some and you know he has eaten them from time to time since he’s asked about where you found such a person and he could describe their taste correctly.
You didn’t know how much he was eating so you’d try to bring back extra, you couldn’t have your pet go hungry! Even though he had the odd habit of hiding souls, if you ever complained about being hungry, he’d disappear and come back with some of the souls you e given him, offering them back to you.
He’s honestly the only mate you’ve let in your lair, and one of the few you didn’t eat.
You honestly enjoy his company, and when he is comfortable enough to eat infront of you, he’ll do it. But you know he’s too…shy? Submissive?…scared? You don’t know the right word, but you are sure he doesn’t see himself on the same level as you, and though he technically isn’t, you want him to understand he’s not on the menu, even if you run out of food.
You had even let him place ‘furniture’ he made to make your home more…’homey’? You don’t rember what word he used but it seemed to have given him comfort.
Claude snapped you out of your train of thought by gently brushing against you. You glance over to see he’s holding…a dress he knitted. It looks genuinely nice, but far too flashy to wear while hunting…or really to wear out in the woods where you live.
You lean over and give him a kiss, you didn’t care for the gesture but it always seemed to boost his mood if the blush on his cheeks and the small smile that slips for a few seconds are anything to go by. “Thank you, Claude. It looks great.” You without hesitation tossed off what you were wearing to put it on, you wanted to see what it looked like!
Once you had it on properly, you turned to see Claude looking the other way with a deep blush on his cheeks. You step infront of him and he meets your gaze. “It fits your form well.” He said in a soft tone. You smiled and noticed how he’s eyeing your thigh. With a glance you see there’s an opening, you hadn’t shut the dress and tied the back, so it was left unsecured. “L-let me fix it.”
Claude starts readjusting your dress but you step back with a grin. “Naw, it’s okay, but you’re a little overdressed right now. Let’s take care of that, ok?” Claude paused for a second. He was still getting used to you, your behavior and everything about you. You knew as a fellow demon he could to an extent sense your intentions, and you waited to see if he’d back down.
To your pleasure he caught on and took of his dress shirt and tie. “My apologies Master. Tell me when you think I’m dressed appropriately for the occasion.” He’s slow with removing his clothes, hesitant to expose himself in front of you still.
You wait till he’s taking his shirt off to step forward and pull his cock out of his pants. Claude visibly jumped at the contact. “This’ll do nicely.” With nothing underneath the dress, you open it to show him your core as your hand worked his cock to hardness.
You push him backwards suddenly and watch him fall onto your nest, without his shirt, he cant slip out of your webs. “Oops…” You purr out, stepping over him. You step over him so you have your feet beside his ribs. “Looks like you tripped…and now your trapped in my nest.” You seat yourself almost on his arousal.
You slip his cock into you quickly, with your size difference he isn’t much of a stretch. You could hear him whining and to your amusement couldn’t meet your eyes now that he’s balls deep inside you. “O-oh dear, how c-clumsy of me. Whatever s-shall I do?” You laughed at the attempt to play along. He’s so precious…

{Headcannons for an upcoming au i'm planning} Not enough people talk about Claude after he loses Ciel Phantomhive's soul to Sebastian... Especially not ᴏʙꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴠᴇ!ᴄʟᴀᴜᴅᴇ... ໒꒰ྀི ˃  ∩∩  ˂ ꒱ྀི১

🕸 ᴏʙꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴠᴇ!ᴄʟᴀᴜᴅᴇ who goes back to his claimed territory, sulking the whole way after his loss. Because for the first time in a million years H̷̬͖̻͒e̷̢̝̫͖̯̍̇̀͊ ̷̬̻́l̴͖̹̅͋ọ̴̈́s̶͇̬͔̆̈́̚͝ẗ̴̪́̎̃̿ ̴̢̧͚̜̊͠ḩ̴̛͍̰̳̂̄͐i̷̠͇̥̹̓͆́̊s̶͎͍̘͊͑̐̽ ̵̗̆̌́̿̍p̵̦͎̥̟͔̈́̾ṙ̸̺̼̉ī̶̭̻͇͉̕z̴̥̠̙̳̅̃̒e̷̹͙͋ This loss is not easy pill to swallow when he's the one, who's infamously known as the calmest and composed in any given scenario. He finds himself losing his cool. His anger, and rage causing continuous damage both around his and others territory.
🕸 ᴏʙꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴠᴇ!ᴄʟᴀᴜᴅᴇ and his presumptuous nature, overconfident and eccentric behaviour being the reason behind his biggest failure, that too to a younger demon! - A massive blow to his ego... Sebastian absolutely getting the upper hand on him once he loses his poise. A more established and esteemed demon losing in such a manor would absolutely make him a laughingstock among the inhabitants of hell... And it does. That too because of a human soul's aroma? Preposterous! Claude is absolutely seething in solitude. So, he makes up for his loss of reputation by unleashing absolute chaos onto whoever dares to even snicker at him.
The aroma of Ciel Phantomhive's soul... An aroma he had yet to ever encounter on his own adventures... Truly a noteworthy meal. He'd even applaud Sebastian if he wasn't kitten licking his bruised ego.
So, you can see why he's so perplexed when he senses the same fragrance back in hell... On a demon too... A pretty one, one lesser in status than him, but makes up with her resourcefulness. The unique skull like birthmark on your forehead, just above your adorable doe eyes, and the quiet buzzing of your wings makes him shudder in excitement. Ideas of you writhing underneath him... In his arms, as he makes you his own... Hmm exciting, no? So, like the opportunistic hunter he is, eager to win your affections he revels in the idea of a chase. Especially after one as mesmerising as you are ♡
🕸 ᴏʙꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴠᴇ!ᴄʟᴀᴜᴅᴇ who searches high and low for you, but is stumped to see you are nowhere to be found... Where he wants you to be. Only for you to walk right into the palm of his hand. Clueless as to who even has his eyes on you. You, the runt of the litter just trying to find a place to settle, and you strut right into his lair for a measly amount of nectar and honey. Once he gets his hands on you however...He will never ever let you leave his sight. You're his whether you like it or not~

Can you do Joseph,Aesop and Wu Chang with a male s/o who is a demon like Nezuko
male s/o used to be a lab experiment and he likes wearing kimono
Bound By The Red Spider Lilies Joseph, Aesop and Wu Chang x Male! Reader
although this is a male reader request, i don't actually use gender specific pronouns while writing, i use the personal pronoun "you" mostly
Tumblr media
Genre: Fluff
Tumblr media
You were a new hunter that arrived a few days prior, someone of Japanese descent like Miss Michiko. They were only told one sentence about you: "That muzzle keeps all the residents of the manor safe, it's in your best interest to keep that in mind". Throughout your stay, you piqued the interest of a certain hunter/survivor, luring them in with your charm—although, should it not be the flower that is picked and held captive?
𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐇 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐀𝐔𝐋𝐍𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐒
"Il est beau" Joseph muttered under his breath, onyx eyes gleaming under the old fashioned chandelier of the manor's living room. He could only admire you for so long until you noticed, your head snapping in his direction, tilting towards your left inquisitively.
Joseph coughed into his gloved hand, an elegant and practiced smile gracing his face, sheepishness barely visible to those that didn't know him—had he been alive, he would've been blushing. "What book are you reading amour?" he questioned, not wanting to explain why he was once again caught watching you like a moron. You shook your head, eyes smiling as you showed him the front cover of the book. Joseph sat down beside you, leaning over slightly to trace the engraved title. 'The book appears to be of Japanese origin', he guessed, unfamiliar with the letters used.
"Would it trouble you if I asked of you to read this book to me?" he inquired in a hushed tone, peering into their unnaturally coloured irises. It was a lighthearted request, one he had been withholding for a while; He knew that if he were to ask, you would not hesitate to indulge him, he know that only he had the privilege to hear your voice, to see your smile, to hear you laugh. Your voice was a treasure to him, one that meant you trusted him.
Your broad shoulders shook with a silent chuckle, nodding at the French aristocrat. You stood from your seat on the couch, holding out a hand for the photographer to hold. You departed, walking side-by-side towards his room. He traced patterns into your warm skin; Had he not known you were a demon, he would've taken you for a human, but he supposes it was unnatural for him, a dead man, to possess a heart that beats once more.
he gifts you kimonos of high quality, as well as a few traditional japanese treats (he asked miss Geisha)
hums lullabies to you on nights where any sound a level higher than average incites anxiety and fear within you—like he used to do so with claude back then
often takes pictures of you, ones that appreciate every little bit of you: the parts you like and don't like are all of the highest form of beauty in his eyes
aids you in maintaining and caring for yourself: if you have long hair, he combs through it every day at least three times. he also takes care of your nails—they grow rapidly, so he has to trim them pretty often so you don't injure yourself
he enjoys watching you perform tea ceremonies when you both have afternoon tea together—on occasions when it's cloudy and dark outside
he's asked Geisha about japanese etiquette on numerous occasions as to not disrespect you
he prides on the fact that only he has heard your voice within the manor
𝐀𝐄𝐒𝐎𝐏 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐋
Aesop was a social recluse, he had just so happened to encounter you in the main hall of the manor during one of the rare occasions of his person leaving the comfort of his room. He had never expected a hunter—let alone someone as beautiful as you—to send one of the kindest "smiles" in his direction; He felt as if the kindness conveyed through your eyes alone brought a touch of colour to the monochrome life he had lived through until that very moment.
Months later, he had received the highest privilege he could have ever wished for: calling you his beloved. You, who was already one with what could be called "eternal rest", the you who claimed to be deceased and yet showed more life than those of which who still had blood pumping through their very veins.
Before meeting you, he could only see beauty in the act of dying. He finds you, the love of his life, to be the one thing in his life that remains untouched by outside principles he's been taught.
He ponders deeply as you grace him with a smile, one not hidden away behind a piece of bamboo. 'Was this the love my mother talked about?', the question remained unanswered, and yet despite that, he could say with confidence that he loves you. But, would he really remain by your side until the end of time? he's only a mortal after all.
he tends to spend his time outside more often because of you—away from prying eyes at the very least, during the night
he adores the way you look at him, how could you look at him with such fondness—such care—such a doting gaze on the likes of him?
he doesn't know how to comfort people, but he tries for you; he combs through your hair gently, letting you lay on his chest
aesop tends to sleep at the same time as you, if you stay up, he can too, if you sleep early, he sleeps early too
he sometimes traces over the lovely patterns left on your skin that were caused by the experiment, always tells you about how beautiful you are with them too
he adores your voice, considers it a blessing to hear you speak
for some reason, you are drawn to warmth. so he becomes used to physical touch, the reason being one, wanting to be closer to you and two, because you are akin to a reptile and he is your 'heating pad'
avoids bringing up the topic of death with you, he knows you think of it as unpleasant, so why would he go out of his way to displease you?
𝐗𝐈𝐄 𝐁𝐈'𝐀𝐍 & 𝐅𝐀𝐍 𝐖𝐔𝐉𝐈𝐔
Upon meeting you, they never could have anticipated that you were such... a bright soul. Had you never had told them, they never would've thought that you weren't a mortal. You seemed more human than most of them, the only indicators of you being of a different species were your eyes—such a colour could never belong to a human—and your souvenirs from the scientists that performed experiments on you.
You were an incredibly gentle soul, cowering upon meeting them initially. Wujiu quickly learned that speaking softly with you was a must if he wished to befriend you. They learned that being patient with you was the key to getting close to one of the most sincere individuals in their lifetime.
Bi'an and Wujiu were enamoured by you, there was only such a small amount of individuals capable of conversing or even interacting with them since they normally kept to themselves. You had wormed yourself into their lives, seeking solace within the small world of the umbrella the two souls choose to reside in.
With you, their closed off world gained unimaginable amounts of colour that completely erased any trace of mundanity from their daily cycle of life. Change isn't a welcome occurrence for some individuals, but they couldn't help but be eternally thankful for your arrival in their lives.
wujiu makes his voice softer and more quiet with you
bi'an often dotes on you with physical touch (he knows it comforts you if it's done by people you're close to)
most of the time they have outside of matches is spent with you
if your hair is long, they both enjoy caring for your hair—using up so many hours on just pampering you in general
they both tend to worry about the state of your teeth—does it not hurt to bite on the bamboo for so long?
when taking strolls outside and it's not completely dark, their umbrella comes in handy! they shield you from any light that could possibly hit you—even if you say it's not "fatal", it still hurts you do just accept their treatment
you three have matching kimonos, matching in pattern but each in your own colpur palettes

If ever there was a compromising position to be in, it was this: your wrists were bound together tightly behind your back in such a way that you were unable to even try and tug your arms apart and the material binding them (sticky and silken and made by your demonic love) was too strong for you to ever hope to find any sort of weakness or strain; your ass and thighs were red raw and even the slightest touch or movement sent a cold bolt of pain straight up your spine and coaxed a low hiss from your lips as you flinched back from whatever brushed against you; your throat and chest were covered in plenty of bite marks, all arranged carefully as to not hit anything vital but deep enough to draw plenty of blood to the surface for him to lick clean with that stupidly talented tongue of his; your lips were parted in a wet, messy ‘o’ as you chanted his name over and over again like a sick prayer, saliva dripping out of the corners of your mouth and dampening your chin, though you couldn’t bring yourself to care about the mess ;your pussy was filled to the point of aching by Claude’s length, with you being forced to straddle his lap whilst he grasped at you with those large gloved hands and manoeuvred your body however he wanted (one hand lightly wrapped around your neck, caressing the column and your pulse point with his thumb, the other gripping your hip so hardly you almost feared he’d snap the bone in two, using his strength to have you bouncing on his dick).
Covered in cum and spit and sweat and blood, with his cock in your cunt and his hand around your throat, you were well and truly at your demon’s mercy — and you fucking loved it.
Loved the way it felt to have those sharp fangs of his slicing through the soft flesh of your breasts before he soothed the wounds he left with gentle licks and suckling that had you arching your back into his mouth.
Loved the way it felt when he tightened his grip on your throat just that bit more for those short few seconds here and there. Loved lightheadedness that came with it and how it made you feel more alive and more like yourself as he fucked you stupid.
Loved the way it felt to be stretched and filled beyond what you thought possible, to be used so much that you lost the ability to think of anything but him. Loved to be turned into a thoughtless messy fuck toy for him to use however he wished: to be bruised, to be bitten, to be fucked beyond coherent, to be filled up with him, and to be left drooling and squirting and too far gone to care about the mess you’d made of his perfectly ironed trousers as you soaked them with your cum again, and again, and again.
Loved to see those honey-golden eyes of his flicker that demonic swirling pink for a few milliseconds as he watches you come undone over the rectangular rims of his glasses. Something primal, something instinctual, simmering just below the surface that he fights to keep down for your sake — for if he lets himself be as rough as he wants to be with you then surely you’d be killed (no mortal masochist can survive the what he would want to do to you, after all).
Your clit throbs and your soaking wet pussy flutters around him as you start to mount yet another peak, voice too hoarse to even try to scream as you started to edge from pleasure to pain. Though Claude didn’t stop, he knew that you could take it after all, just continuing to force your spent body to take his length to the hilt over and over again until he was sated.
Until you were covered in bites and bruises. Until you were crying and sobbing from overstimulation. Until the only thing you could remember was the sound of his name. Until he was finished with you — and he was nowhere near finished yet.
Claude leaned forward and bit down on the crux of your shoulder once again.

One Hell of a Love (Book 1.5) Chapter Nine
Sebastian Michaelis x Demon! Reader
Chapter Nine: One Hell of a Thief
Summary: Sebastian and (Y/N) rescue Ciel's soul, but his mind is fractured, and the spider demon decides on his next prey.
Mouse Note: Let me know what you guys think. Definitely setting up a major part of the next story arc!
(Y/N) tapped their foot and folded their arms. “So you’re the only one who’s going to go in?” Their eyes moved to look at the Trancy Estate mansion down the mountain. Ciel’s soul was within the confines; Sebastian had tracked his master there.
“There are many demons within the estate,” said Sebastian. “Having only one of us within the mansion is more strategic. Then, if there’s trouble, we have backup.”
(Y/N) tsked. “Fine. But be quick, it’s raining, and I hate getting wet.”
“Trust me, I don’t want to be in that disgusting mansion with the filthy thieves of our kind for longer than I must,” said Sebastian. “I will find my Young Master’s soul and leave.”
(Y/N) nodded. “I’ll be ready if you need support.”
Sebastian nodded to them in acknowledgement before picking up the suitcase with Ciel’s body and trekking down the hill. (Y/N) leaned back against a tree and waited for things to go wrong as they undoubtedly would.
l
Sure enough, (Y/N)’s eyes snapped towards the mansion a few hours later.
            “(Y/N).”
Sebastian called to them, and they moved instantly. They smashed through a window of the mansion (if demons who were willing to steal souls lived there, what did (Y/N) care for decorum?). In a moment, they felt the presence of powerful demons and kicked a door open to find a blonde boy and a demon with golden eyes (Earl Alois Trancy and Claude Faustus, (Y/N) remembered from research) standing over Sebastian as he held the trunk. Alois’s eyes narrowed in anger, and Claude paused as he took in their entrance and demonic aura.
“Who the hell is that?!” said Alois, turning on them.
“I’m here to make a delivery,” said (Y/N) with a smirk. They kicked the kitchen table at Alois and Claude and pulled a cart to their side. “Shall we?”
Sebastian smirked and jumped onto the serving cart beside them with the trunk. Claude moved after them, his hands grazing (Y/N)’s skirt and tore a piece from it as they pushed the cart into motion. It sped off down the corridor. They turned the corner and bumped down one side of the foyer staircase. Claude slid down the banister across from them.
“Sebastian Michaelis,” said Claude. His eyes passed over (Y/N). “With a demon companion?”
Sebastian didn’t respond, neither did (Y/N) deign to speak, and leapt into the chandelier while holding the trunk. (Y/N) landed beside him. They narrowed their eyes as Claude’s eyes passed over them.
“This is your way, is it not?” said Sebastian, diverting attention to him. “ ‘Day into night, sugar into salt, dark blue into gold.’ ” Sebastian smirked. “Then, I will turn gold into black.”
(Y/N) broke the beam holding the chandelier to the ceiling, and it crashed to the ground as Sebastian and (Y/N) jumped safely out of the way. The room was plunged into darkness, and the cat and raven demons slipped out into the night with Ciel Phantomhive and his soul safely in their possession.
l
(Y/N) and Sebastian knelt in the garden outside of the Phantomhive Mansion. (Y/N) hovered behind Sebastian as he slipped the blue ring onto Ciel’s hand.
The Earl’s eyes opened, although faintly. As his consciousness and soul returned to him, something shifted in the air.
(Y/N) and Sebastian’s eyes widened. It wasn’t complete. His soul was fractured. They exchanged glances. Claude had manipulated Ciel’s soul.
“Sebastian? (Y/N)?” Ciel furrowed his brow. “Why are we outside? Why aren’t we in the mansion?”
“Young Master, we were in London last,” said (Y/N).
Ciel scoffed. “Why on Earth would we be in London? It’s hardly the season, and we have no case. Besides, Madame Red is likely invading my townhouse, so I won’t go there.”
            Ah. There’s the issue.
Ciel didn’t have his memories. His soul wasn’t full because he had no recollection of his ambitions coming to fruition. His soul hadn’t found its revenge.
(Y/N) and Sebastian exchanged another look and acted quickly.
“Of course not, Young Master,” said Sebastian. He smiled. “You must have lost track of time. We’re on the mansion grounds.” He spoke the truth, simply omitting what Ciel couldn’t know.
“We’ll bring you inside, you seem tired,” said (Y/N).
“Very well. I do have a headache,” tsked Ciel.
“I shall prepare some tea for you,” said Sebastian, bowing.
The two demons carefully escorted him into the Phantomhive Mansion.
“Young Master! You’re alright!” cried the rest of the servants, jumping towards him.
“Why wouldn’t I be?” grumbled Ciel, narrowly avoiding their hugs.
“Well, there were the fi—!” cried Mey-Rin, but (Y/N) slapped a hand over her mouth and smiled.
“You know how these three are, my Lord,” said (Y/N). They glanced at Sebastian with a clear message: Get him out of here. I’ll handle them.
“Come, let’s get you some tea, my Lord,” said Sebastian, smiling and guiding Ciel away.
(Y/N) turned on Finny, Baldroy, Mey-Rin, and Tanaka, their hands on their hips. “Alright, listen, you three. Tanaka, you’re doing fine.”
“Ho, ho, ho,” said Tanaka, sipping his tea.
“The Young Master was injured in the fires and destruction in London,” said (Y/N). “He needs rest and to not be upset.”
“Does he not…remember?” asked Finny worriedly.
“He does not remember the last year due to his injury,” said (Y/N). They could lie smoothly, the words rolling off their tongue.
“Will he be alright?” asked Mey-Rin.
“I can’t imagine the Young Master letting himself walk around without memories,” said Baldroy.
“He has sustained no other injuries,” said (Y/N). They glanced at Baldroy. “And Sebastian and I will be working on his memory issues. However, you all need to keep from bringing up incidents in the last year. There’s no telling the psychological damage that could be done if all his memories came back suddenly without proper treatment.”
“Oh, no! We don’t want to hurt the Young Master!” said Finny, shaking his head furiously.
“We’ll be good and make sure the mansion is just right for him!” said Mey-Rin in determination.
Baldroy nodded. As a soldier, he understood the psychological issues some memories could cause. “We’ll continue as usual.”
“Excellent,” said (Y/N). “Now, if you all will run along to your chores to make the mansion perfect for the Young Master, Sebastian and I will see to his rest and recovery.”
They turned and walked away from the rest of the servants. Their curiosity had been satisfied. Now, (Y/N) and Sebastian could get to work and figure out a plan to move forward.
l
“So?” (Y/N) glanced at Ciel as Sebastian stepped out and closed the bedroom door.
“He’s asleep,” said Sebastian. “Though I doubt simple rest will recover whatever damaged his soul.”
(Y/N) nodded. “I agree. If you are to have your meal, his soul needs to be complete, and it will not recover on its own.”
“I have considered the situation, and I believe that there are two options,” said Sebastian.
“Oh?” (Y/N) cocked their head in interest, catlike.
“First, I attempt to recover his memories with certain trigger objects, locations, people, or phrases,” said Sebastian. He furrowed his brow in frustration and tsked. “However, there could be drawbacks.”
“Yes, the triggers could be quite specific, or the sudden recovery of memories could cause greater damage to Ciel’s mind and soul,” concurred (Y/N). “You would have to work slowly and carefully.”
Sebastian nodded. “The second option is to…repair the damage to his soul more directly.”
“I suppose some…tricks would be involved,” said (Y/N).
“I would have to create a situation where the Young Master achieves his revenge once more, where he believes in his soul once more that his goals are reached,” said Sebastian.
(Y/N)’s nose twitched as they considered. “It would require careful manipulation of facts, especially since you cannot lie to him. However, it could work. Many of my own contracts are about people feeling fulfilled and vindicated, so it can be more psychological triumphs that tangible. The satisfaction of achieving such goals is just as potent as physically exacting revenge or whatever else they need.”
They looked at Sebastian intently. “Which do you plan on?”
“I believe I will allow some time for the Young Master to go about his usual business to see if his memories return naturally,” said Sebastian. “Of course, I would be careful of any major triggers and ensure his soul is not further damaged.”
            “Strategic,” said (Y/N), nodding.
“Then, if that does not work, I will move onto the second option,” said Sebastian. His gaze darkened. “But I will have his soul. I have earned it.”
(Y/N) understood the feeling. After a long contract, the sensation of satisfaction from a job well done and a delicious meal awaiting them was quite something. Few things gave demons such joy.
“And you, what is your plan?” asked Sebastian.
(Y/N) raised an eyebrow. “Are you chasing me off? I didn’t plan on leaving.” They weren’t going to leave now. Not when their feelings had grown so strong and Sebastian needed help needed them.
“You joined this household after finishing a contract due to boredom. From that time, you have engaged in battles against reapers and angels alike,” said Sebastian. He gazed at them with something they could not discern in his eyes. “You gained nothing from assisting me then, and you gain nothing from helping me now. You have no reason to stay.”
(Y/N) rolled their eyes. “Of course I have a reason.”
“I cannot see that you gain anything from this,” said Sebastian, raising an eyebrow.
I gain being near you. (Y/N) didn’t voice that, however. Instead, they said, “We’re friends, Sebastian, are we not?”
Sebastian blinked. “We are.” It was still strange to be friends with someone, let alone another demon, but he couldn’t deny the thrum of pleasure at the knowledge that (Y/N) was his in some way, even if just friendship.
“Well, then, we may not be humans or have the same type of friendship as them, but I know that I don’t abandon people,” said (Y/N). They smiled slightly. “Least of all the only friend I have.”
Sebastian felt the essence inside him that was akin to a soul thrum at their words, their loyalty. Every time he thought his love for them had reached its peak, it managed to grow.
A smile spread across his face, and he chuckled. “You have always been such an interesting demon.”
(Y/N) scoffed. “As if both of us don’t carry much more honor and respect than most of our kind.” They smirked. “Besides, isn’t that why we like each other?”
Sebastian’s grin showed sharp teeth. “That and your viciousness has always been quite impressive.”
“Well, of course, just as I find your cunning quite interesting,” said (Y/N).
They were demons. They were friends. Loyalty, honor, cunning, viciousness—those were the ingredients in their friendships and the catalysts for the fire of their love. And oh how that blaze burned within them.
l
“Claude! Why didn’t you stop them?” cried Alois as he curled up in the corner of his bed. After his sniveling and crying over the sudden darkness, he had been throwing a tantrum over losing Ciel Phantomhive to Sebastian Michaelis and the mystery demon. “You know that Hannah and those triplets are incapable!”
Claude bowed. “They have been punished, Your Highness. It is unfortunate that Ciel Phantomhive was stolen back, but I shall recover him for you.”
Alois softened at Claude’s “devotion.” “You will, Claude? For me?”
Claude knelt. “Of course, Your Highness. I am your butler. I am here to serve you.”
Alois deflated at the emotionless, businesslike tone. “Fine. Go and figure out how to bring him back,” he huffed, turning away from Claude.
“Yes, Your Highness,” said Claude, leaving Alois’s bedroom.
As he stood alone in the hallway, his pulled a scrap of black cloth from his pocket. He lifted it as he felt the slight energy left behind from the wearer of the skirt he had stolen it from. Claude’s eyes flashed fuchsia.
            It was them.
They wore a human face and donned human clothes, but their energy blazed just as intensely as it had eons ago.
Claude still remembered when he had been called upon to train a younger demon. He had watched the newly formed demons with interest and instantly seized upon the demon born of a human life. They radiated heart and the pure satisfaction of having exacted revenge right before their death, the exact sensation Claude longed for in the souls he preyed upon.
In that moment, he had wanted them; he had wanted to break them. He had obsessed over the idea of taking the demon born of a human life and breaking them.
But they had been taken from him. Claude had lost them to another demon’s mentorship.
And yet here they were, still holding the same power and aura as all those millennia ago.
Claude licked his lips. This time, they would be his.

Claude Faustus x Eclipsa! Reader
description: So basically Reader is what I call a midnight witch who Claude fell in love with. They have contract seals showing how their souls are bond and how they love each other for a few centuries. Then supernaturals hunt them down and reader tells Claude to run and later he finds you frozen.
Autumn leaves crushed under your feet as your walked along the dirt path and saw the love of your life standing under a great oak tree staring back at you. Your big white wedding dress bellowed out from your waist and a sweetheart neck like revealed the bold contract seal resting near your collarbone. You slowly walked over and smiled as he rested his forehead against yours. You press your hands together and watched as the seal on his glows along with the one over your heart.
“I, Claude Faustus The spider demon offer you my soul.” He whispered as his breathe in the smell of burnt sage from your hair.
“I, Y/n L/n The midnight witch offer you my soul.” You said intertwining your fingers. And then the two of you ran away into the darkness.
But now that darkness was lit back fire. Fire that burned down your home. Fire burning down your forest. Claude kneeled low to the ground as his gripped the slash made on his stomach and wiped the blood that his spat up from his mouth. “My love. You must leave…” you shouted to him as you stood in the flame holding your umbrella. “Leave. And I dare say don’t come back.”
“I can’t lose you y/n!” Claude grunted.
“And you won’t. You’ll find me I’m sure. This seal is all you need.” You said. This confounded Claude.
“I don’t understand my love!” He screamed over the howling of the wind.
You turned your head to him and smiled with warm tears in your eyes before opening your umbrella and mumbling a spell.
“This heart of which I call my own shall now turn to stone.”
Claude gasped as he saw your floating body turn to a block of icy crystal and fall to the forest floor. A scream clogged his throat. No. No! This can’t be! His darling witch couldn’t have just been taken from his hand. Every centuries spend living happily together it had to be ruined. Claude’s eyes flashed golden along with the staring as if animals in the night as he watching your body get pulled away in a wagon.
(A FEw YEarS LaTer)
Agonized screams rang out from the corner as Claude made his way down to the top of the queens castle. You had to be here. There was no other place you could be. He stood in front of a steak door and sighed before kicking it off of its hinges. He fell to his knees when he saw your perfect face frozen in a place as you stood frozen like ice.
“My dear, if only I weren’t so weak all those years ago. But I’m strong enough to save you now.” He whispered as he pulled of his gloves.
He watched as the seals on the back of his hands glowed and breathe out deeply when he saw a light glow shine to the crystal. “I, Claude Faustus gave my soul to you. And gave yours me and I a demand it back.” He said while placing his hands on the icy crystal. His heart leaped when his felt the crystal crumbling under his hands.
You fell into his arms and gasped. “My love! You’re alive!” He shouted.
“Fun…tom”You whispered.
“Funtom?” Claude asked titling his head.
“Funtom Chocolate…” you coughed. Claude sighed and then chuckled. “My little sweet tooth.”

Claude Faustus X Fem!Reader
Word Count: 2028
Requested: Anon
Request: Hi!! may i request headcanons of Claude with a contracted reader, about 17-18 years in age, and they summoned him and sold their soul to always have a friend? Like they always go on adventures and Claude walks them to and from school n such? Sorry if that’s long oopsies but i’d really appreciate it! thank you :)
Tumblr media
Claude had watched how the world changed about the only thing that stayed the same was Sebastian. Even the reapers had changed hands a few times, sure Grelle still followed close behind the cat demon and the undertaker's shop survived through the hundreds of years that it had been around but they were all small things. London was now a city of tower blocks and office buildings, companies were owned by corporations not families and people no longer valued their relationships rather what the relationship could bring and of course these relationships never lasted he watched as they broke down within days.
This world offered a chance for demons to thrive, humans were stupid enough to make quick deals for 5 minutes of fame before their demon came to collect and they all tried to bargain for more time. Claude had grown tired of it, he missed the longer bonds created and the anticipation of the meal, the hunt was completely taken from him as his deals currently stood. Claude was so caught up in his thoughts that he almost didn’t notice the young human standing in front of him, his eyes shifted to them as they seemed to turn in on themselves. “Yes?” He asked, the speech that used to take such joy in performing had gone unspoken for a long while now, humans of this age far too impatient for it. “I-I was told that I could find a friend here.” You seemed more timid than any human who came to his realm before, even Alois was more outspoken than you. “Whoever told you that was cruel.” Claude informed you, you seemed to flinch at that before nodding your head. “Most people are.” You agreed with him as you turned now seemed to turn away, you seemed more comfortable in disappointment. Claude was more interested in that. “When you have no family to speak of, you're unlikely to find true kindness anywhere.” Claude was confused, this was the type of fortune that fell into Sebastain’s lap not his, your soul was pure and your intentions even more so, he believed that you truly came here for a friend. “Why not look for friends in the rest of the human race?” Claude asked. “I’ve been trying for years and yet here I am asking a demon for friendship.” You shrugged. “Mmm why stop now?” He asked. “Well I’m 16 years old, they’ll be asking me to leave soon and I’ll be alone all over again, in an apartment somewhere that I don’t know.” You shrugged “what better time to make a friend that has to follow you.” “All you want is a friend?” He asked. “For the rest of my natural life.” You nodded and he smiled, you were a smart human. He'd give you that, but if he didn’t take this deal no doubt you would find your way to someone else, he couldn’t pass up a meal like this. It wouldn’t be that long or difficult and it provided that hunt that he had been missing. “Choose somewhere for the mark to be placed.” He approached you slowly and for a second he could see that you were reminded that was in fact a predator. “Mark?” You asked. “Mmm. It’s proof of the contract that you’ve made and the demon that you’ve made it with.” He explained holding out his hand to show you the make on the back of it. “Oh here.” You pointed to your ankle, he could see the skin there clear unmarked by anything. “Very well.” He nodded, you jumped as you felt the spider crawl it’s way up your leg and hissed when it bit you, Claude crouched in front of you wiping the blood from your leg as he inspected the mark. Claude nodded as he licked the blood from his thumb, pleasantly surprised by the taste and even looking forward to the meal that was coming. He was brought back to the present when he heard you groan, losing your balance and falling forward. “It’s time to go back, don’t you worry I’ll be there when you wake up.”
That was one and a half years ago now and while you were sure that it was Claude doing you a favour, he wasn’t so sure you had helped him come to terms with the new world that he had neglected to understand. Claude had helped you to appreciate the old fashioned things, sometimes it took a little more time but you enjoyed it all the same. Claude dropped you to school and picked up, he cooked and cleaned, he washed your clothes, he admitted that with all the new technology, even doing all that left him time in the day for other things, not that he had much interest in doing anything else.
One day you were eating breakfast, it was a Saturday morning, and the news was playing on the TV. Claude wasn’t paying attention and he was sure that you weren’t either, he had just finished washing the dishes when you spoke “Do you know anything about the Trancy Estate?” You asked. He had honestly not expected to hear that name ever again and especially not from you. “How do you know that name?” He asked, you looked at him and shrugged, turning your phone to him. “Just reading this post says that they found the old estate and that it’s haunted.” You explained. “I used to work for the last Earl.” He answered, and your eyes widened. “So you would know if it was the real mansion?” You asked. “Mmm.” He hummed “now eat.” “Can we go?” You asked, ignoring the previous order. “Will you eat if I say yes?” He asked, he had realised that even if you had asked for a friend the relationship had since adapted to one of an older sibling and a younger one. “I’m going to eat regardless, your food is amazing.” You answered shovelling more food into your mouth as if he was going to take the plate away. “We can go.” He said as he took your phone from you “after all the only should that would be haunting that place, I have taken. I want to know who’s taken refuge there.” “Ghost adventure.” You smiled as you basically inhaled the rest of your food and ran off to get ready.
You lived in the city so it took a long while to get to where you wanted to be, there was no direct route and you needed to get a train out of the city before your adventure could really start, it was a long trek that Claude carried you through for the more part, he remembered the paths well no matter how overgrown they had become, he sighed as he realised all his and the triplets hard work had been for nothing since there was no one to maintain it after they all left. “Something wrong?” You asked as he helped you over a particularly large tree root. “These grounds used to be beautiful.” He answered. “Tell me about them.” You requested as you both continued walking. “The land around the mansion belonged to the Trancy family, we were in charge of keeping the gardens and grounds surrounding the mansion, we were very diligent, there were a set of triplets who often took care of the grounds and garden for me.” He explained. “The Earl only ever wanted yellow and purple flowers.” “I’m sure it looked beautiful.” You mumbled. “Oh it did.” He promised as he pulled up a tree branch to stop it from hitting your head. “It’s a shame that there’s been no one to care for it since.” You said after a roll of your eyes in response to his previous statement. “It was probably better that this estate lost purpose.” Claude answered honestly, his mind travelling back to the last Earl and how he came to power “those who lived here were cursed by a past anyone would want to forget and a yearning that could never be filled.” “Sounds sad, he had no family either?” You asked. “His brother was killed.” Claude answered. “His parents?” You asked. “He never talked about them. Claude lied, he had no intention of ruining you with tales of someone else's past, he was aware that you likely knew the rumours that surrounded the manor and it’s older owner, there were now people paid to figure that out now after all.
You both managed to get to the manor unscathed, you didn’t seem even a little bit scared of the ghost that was supposed to be hiding in there, he should have expected as much, you had summoned him after all. You opened the door and he followed behind you, the halls a far cry from what he had left them, movement to the left of you caught his attention though you didn’t seem to notice it, your eyes moved from place to place as you looked for anything to explain what others had seen. “This is very you, Claude.” You smiled as you looked back at him, he never got the chance to answer instead moving forward at a speed he hadn’t had to in a long time, his forearm coming into contact with an attackers and protecting you from a well aimed attack. Claude pulled you close as he moved away from them, though he wasn’t worried he knew who he was looking at. “Thompson, what are you still doing here?” Claude asked , the triplet in front of him stood relaxing his posture. “Once you dismissed us we had nowhere to go.” He answered. “You know him?” You asked. “He and his brothers were the triplet I spoke of earlier.” He answered. “The ones that looked after the grounds?” You asked. “Yes.” Claude answered. “Where are your brothers?” You asked, breaking away from Claude and looking around. “Are they here?” The two demons appeared from the shadows to flank their brother. “So you're Thompson, what are your names?” You asked. “I’m Timber.” The boy on the left answered. “I’m Canterbury.” The other answered and you smiled. “I’m (Y/N).” You said. “You said you had nowhere to go.” They all looked at each other before nodding. “You used to live with Claude, if you want you could come back with us, I’m used to living with people.” You shrugged. “That apartment is a bit quiet.” The triplets looked to Claude who shrugged. “You want us to live with you?” Thompson asked. “Well I heard that they wanted to knock this place down, I assume that’s why you’ve become so active.” You explained “so if the only reason is that you need this place to stay then come stay with me and have no one bother you.” “She isn’t lying.” Claude said as he looked at you “she just wants friends.”
The triplets decided to come back with you and Claude watched as you showed the triplets around the house, he went out to get them some clean clothes and before he knew it the triplets were lining up to shower and change while you were sitting in the kitchen with him. “Why did you offer them a place to stay?” Claude asked. “I like having you around but I know that you don’t like this version of the world, you know having people you used to know around might help.” You shrugged. “And I don’t mind having more people around.” “You're too kind to be making deals with demons.” Claude informed before patting your head. “I only made a deal with you.” You reminded him and he looked at you and nodded. “Mmm there’s no way to get out of it.” He placed your food in front of you. “I don’t plan to lose a friend.” You shrugged before beginning to eat the food that he had made, he never really understood the way that Sebastian defended Ciel until now, as he looked at you, he didn’t just see you as a meal but for the time that he spent with you, you were his top priority and he’d never let anything happen to you.

How to Care for Your Demon
This turned into an x reader thing so enjoy
reader is gender neutral
Sebastian:
Let's get one thing straight: Seb is the bird man. We know this. That being said people underestimate how birdlike this man really is.
He molts. Feathers everywhere. Be warned. He will try to clean them up. It does not matter. You will find them.
He's particularly fond of shiny objects, if you pick up a shiny penny and give it to him he will be like :o! my master! gave me a shiny!!! holy shit!! coin!!!!! In return he will start giving YOU shinies. "Wow look a cool rock, gotta give this one to the master" he says with a pocket full of strange items he also must give you.
Sebastian is a one human ONLY kind of demon. You are his human. He will not want other humans. He will be about as vicious as that goose you see on your way to work.
This being said he absolutely LOVES his job as a butler. It keeps him busy. It keeps him fulfilled. He wants to take care of your needs. That's how he shows love.
Sebastian absolutely loves attention. He may not like serving other humans but by god does he love the praise that comes with cooking some obscenely fancy meal for a bunch of nobles.
Bonus points if you're the queen's gaurd dog and you get the chance to send him after murderers so he can fuckin HUNT!!! The man has energy!!! Keep him busy and he will be a very happy demon!!!
When he comes the man will build a blanket nest and you two can cuddle the night away. He's also quite fond of baths because haha splash splash smell good.
If you're able to be demanding and let Sebastian take care of you, you will have a very good relationship.
Claude:
OH GOD OH FUCK A SPIDER
Claude differs greatly from Sebastian. He will not be as fond of maintaining your basic needs. In fact he finds needing to do that humiliating. He isn't your dad, get dressed yourself. He will not like the type of work that being a butler brings. Those standards just don't suit him, which is why he's always so dead inside as a butler.
You aren't Claude's master. You're his little thing that walked into his web, the only difference between you and food is you made him go :o! neat!! I like this one. It's a buildup. You have to earn each other.
Claude does not come to you, you come to Claude. He will put in an immense amount of effort to make his web perfect for you because he needs to lure his prey in and make sure they stay there.
He is much happier when he stops trying to conform to the master servant style of doing things. He'll hum, tell jokes, discuss whatever book you're reading, really start to come into himself and be able to show more affection because of that. His brand of affection takes the form of discussing Greek literature with you then giving you an apple, you'll have to become attuned to him to see it but he'll become attuned to you as well. Both of you are particular and you find that this makes you perfect for each other.
You'll find he may want to do all of the maintenance on and inside of the house, he wants to keep his web nice for you after all. If you do it for him you WILL do it wrong. He is very particular. It's just a waste of your time and he'll shoo you away so he can finish doing the dishes because it just doesn't Feel Right if someone else does them. You can watch and talk to him though. He doesn't mind your presence one bit.
Alternatively, you should focus on keeping yourself nice. Don't be afraid to pamper yourself however you'd like, Claude likes it when you're able to take care of yourself and feeling happy. In fact, he'll encourage this by setting the bathroom up with candles and the like for a bath, while he doesn't want to be your servant he does still like to keep you happy. Just not because he has to.
If you're going through a depressive episode and can't do anything but get out of bed this is when Claude will start to get worried and genuinely enter butler mode. This is because he knows you actually need it. He absolutely hates to see you suffering and will do everything he can to make it better.
He doesn't need space to run. He doesn't need a lot of attention. You may not even talk to each other some days, but it's not an uncomfortable silence. Claude is self sufficient and rather introverted. He'll sip his tea next to you with glee, but neither of you should expect to be waited on hand and foot by the other when it's unnecessary and for the sake of the very aesthetics that crushed Claude in the first place.

FINAL CHAPTER (2/2): The Aftermath (Claude Trilogy)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Female Human Reader x Male Werewolf (Claude)
Summary: You sought out the Archmage for help in exchange of information and saving Claude might not be such an impossible task after all.
Tumblr media
"May I speak to the Archmage? It’s urgent."
Vincent, Archmage Helios' second in command, practically made a face as you said this to him. You’ve always thought he looks adorable since he’s literally a fluffy giant raccoon in a fancy mage robe but you still know better than to test his patience, hence why you tried to be as polite as possible with him. He’s not known to be a patient man, after all, even more so now that he probably thought the worst of you. He doesn’t even have to say anything for you to be able to guess what’s going through his mind just from the sour look on his face. You can’t blame him for giving you that look, though, after all you did come unannounced to the Tower at such an ungodly hour and that’s not even mentioning the fact that you literally brought a demon there.
Well, you did bring the demon near the front gate at least.
You’ve heard that the protection spell that surrounds this building is indeed powerful and undoubtedly effective, but you never really knew how it works. Needless to say, it completely caught you by surprise. It didn’t even give any of you any time to react, as soon as it detected the demon, the spell immediately trapped him and sent him into heavens know where before he had the chance to screech. It was so bizarre that you had no idea how to react even after the fact, although you knew you shouldn’t be surprised as it is well-known that many creatures are targeting the Towers due to the magical relics and information they hold.
So, yes, you really don’t blame Vincent for looking at you like you’re the worst person he’s ever met in his life. He knows you only by name and title, there’s no reason for him not to distrust you especially after he heard about the demon you brought. You don’t even know if that demon’s still alive, but you hope he is as you’re certain Archmage Helios would be able to get more information out of him, possibly even more than you did.
“You don't seem to care about your supposed Guild Master. I’m sure you’ve witnessed what happened to him, unless you missed it somehow," he noted your calmness in a grumpy manner, not even bothering to hide his accusing tone.
"That's because I knew that was a demon and yes, I brought him here on purpose so I hope you haven't killed him yet,” you replied honestly. This seems to really baffle him, although you’re not certain if he’s more baffled by the fact that you knew and brought the demon here anyway or the fact that you had the audacity to ask him not to kill a lesser demon that had killed a lot of people in this town alone. Either way, you realized you could’ve chosen your words better to prevent further misunderstanding right after those words left your mouth but what’s done is done and you could only grimace at the realization.
You jumped as he slammed the desk with his hand. "Foolish girl. Have you lost your mind?!” he raised his voice in anger, eyes narrowing with judgement. “You do know the Tower has no tolerance toward demons, don’t you? What if there was a student outside and that demon did something to hurt them? Will you take responsibility?"
"He’s bound to me, sir, so I would be able to stop him from hurting anyone. I know you distrust me, but I only brought him here because he has information about the Spider Queen,” you tried to reason, deciding to just go straight to the point in hope that he wouldn’t misunderstand even more. Unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to be convinced. If anything, he looks even more infuriated after you said that.
“So do hundreds of other demons, I’m sure! I fail to see why that’s anything out of the ordinary and that’s not even mentioning the glaring fact that--”
“They’re planning to free her.”
The silence was deafening after those words left your mouth and you almost regret cutting him off. You two just stare at each other, disbelief written all over his face. “What?” he asked quietly, the anger in his eyes slowly dissipates.
“That’s why I need to see Archmage Helios. They intend to free her and sacrifice my actual Guild Master.” You sigh as you give him a pleading look. “Please, sir. I really wouldn’t hesitate to kill that demon if it wasn’t urgent, but he has information about this. I’ve interrogated him but I thought that--”
“When will this happen?” Now it’s his turn to cut you off, but you really didn’t mind it as it seems like he’s taking this seriously as you hoped he would.
“Roughly either two or three days from now,” you answered. “From Claude letters it took at least a month to get there so I’m worried we don’t have much time.”
“I see,” he muttered as he tries to process this information, understandably feeling as distressed as you are by this revelation. “Very well, then. I’ll relay this message to Archmage Helios, as you’d requested. I’m sure he’d have some questions for your demon prisoner as well.” You were about to thank him, but he immediately added in a grumpy manner: “Still, next time don’t just bring some random demon here! You could never be too safe with them.”
“Yes, I’m really, really sorry about that, sir. It will never happen again.” You promised him earnestly, which seems to be enough to appease him. “And if I may, sir, I would like to request to come with Archmage Helios when he does go there to stop this madness so I could help the Guild Master.”
The way he looks at you, you’d think you’d grown horns or something equally unusual. “No offense, but this sounds like it’s way above your expertise, Acting Guild Master. I don’t know if that’s wise,” he warned you.
“I know. I promise I wouldn’t be a hindrance or anything. I would just get my friend out of that place and that’s it,” you tried to convince him, your pride had been cast aside as you are more concerned about saving Claude. He huffs in dismay as he looks at your pleading face. Despite his strict and grumpy attitude he can’t deny that he feels bad for both Claude and you now that he knows the situation.
“I’ll see what I can do. Get some rest, come back in the morning.”
Your face lit up as your mind feels greatly relieved by his answer. It wasn’t a “yes” at least he sounds like he’s going to try to convince Helios himself. “Thank you, sir!” you bowed to show your gratitude while he’s massaging his temple from the headache your news caused him. “I’ll come back tomorrow! Have a great night!”
With that you immediately left, not wanting to overstay your welcome. You’re sure Vincent will be busy anyway with contacting Helios and interrogating the demon so you don’t wish to waste any more of his time. But as you walked past the gate, you can’t help but be filled with dread as you thought about coming home. As much as you managed to stay calm back then, having someone breaking into your house-- a demon, no less-- is still a serious matter and you can’t deny that it made your house feel rather unsafe. Not to mention you have no idea if his stench lingered in your house and you don’t feel like checking right now.
Oh, well. Maybe you should just go to Lydia’s place. You’re sure you’d find your cat there anyway.
Tumblr media
A confused groan left your mouth as you felt this weight on your chest followed by a tiny meow, waking you up from your deep slumber. Oh. It’s just your cat. You nearly fell asleep again after your see the adorable culprit, but then you realized how bright it is outside. You’d planned to wake up early but it seems like the combination of exhaustion and Lydia’s chamomile tea forced you to wake up way later than you’ve intended. You rubbed your eyes as you stretched, smiling as your cat purrs loudly.
“Oh, my pretty baby,” you cooed sleepily as you ran your fingers through the soft ball of fur that’s now inching closer to your face.
As you’ve suspected, your cat ran to Lydia’s house last night after the impostor spooked him. She didn’t even realize he was in her house until you went there. Only then did he show himself, running toward you while meowing loudly as if he was a child tattling to his mother.
You scrunched your nose as he rubbed his head on your face, nuzzling like the clingy baby that he is. You were nearly tempted to just stay there and hang out with him when you suddenly remember about your meeting with Helios.
“Fuck, I’m late!” you cursed as quickly removes your cat from your chest and rushes to leave Lydia’s guest room. It seems like Lydia already left to the Headquarter as she’s nowhere to be seen, which only made you panic even more.
So much for making a good impression, you thought as you let out a groan that’s directed at yourself.
You didn’t waste any time to head straight to the bathroom, taking less than fifteen minutes to shower before you returned to the guest room to look for a fresh set of clothes to wear. After you made sure you look somewhat presentable, you returned to the dining room to wolf down the waffles Lydia left for you, trying to take as little time as possible to finish the food. Then before you left, you picked up your cat one last time to give him a quick kiss on his head. You know things would probably be under control as you’d be with Helios, but still just in case something happened you don’t want to regret not giving your beloved cat a goodbye kiss before you left.
You ran all the way to the Archmage’s Tower after that, not wanting to make Helios wait any longer than you probably already did. It seems that you are correct as when you finally reached the Tower’s gate, you were immediately greeted by Vincent’s grumpy face. According to him, apparently Helios had asked him to wait for you, which made you apologize profusely for being late. Thankfully, he assured you that he hadn’t waited too long, he’s just strict with schedules so the fact that you were late bothered him even if it was just by twenty minutes or so. He said nothing about the Archmage, though, so you hope that means Helios is not as bothered as he is.
“What’s he like?” you asked curiously as you combed your hair with your fingers in attempt to tidy yourself up a bit after Vincent helped you to dry your hair with his magic.
“Archmage Helios?” he raised an eyebrow at you curiously and you just nod. You’ve seen him before but it was when you were really young so you don’t know if you could rely on your childhood memories alone. “As long as you’re respectful, you have nothing to worry about.”
Well, that’s helpful, but you suppose that’s just how Vincent is. “How about the demon? Did he give you any helpful information?”
“He did.”
You silently nod again. Clearly he’s not in a mood to talk judging from how short his responses were so you just stopped trying to make small talk with him, letting him be lost in his own thoughts. You followed him as he led you all the way to the top of the tower where you’ve always assumed the Archmage’s office is located, silently reminiscing when you two walked past one of the classrooms where the young mages are trained and taught beginner spells. You vaguely remember being in that same classroom yourself when you were much younger and seeing it again really brought you back to that time. Simpler times, you suppose.
Eventually, the both of you reached the top of the tower and you can’t deny that you feel a bit nervous as soon as you see the huge double doors with the Archmage’s sigil engraved on them, filled with pure gold. You’ve never gone to this part of the Tower before. You still remember that it’s strictly prohibited to go here if you’re not his second or third in command. But now here you are, standing in front of Helios’ office. How can you not be nervous, especially when you know Helios is standing right behind those doors?
You held your breath when Vincent knocked the door, not knowing what to expect. You didn’t really hear anything so you admit that Vincent nearly gave you a heart attack when he just opens the door. He didn’t even acknowledge your bewildered look as he entered to greet Helios before he announced your arrival to the Archmage in question. Out of curiosity, you followed his gaze and needless to say, you now believe the rumors that Helios might be part divine.
Helios stands in front of one of the many huge windows in his office, a peaceful look on his face as he listens to what Vincent had to say. It seems like he was watching people live their lives outside, the sunlight that goes through the window made him look as though he’s glowing. Or maybe he is glowing, you’re not really sure. Either way, you can definitely say that he looks absolutely ethereal. He looks like sunlight itself; his complexion is on the paler side, paired with long white hair and white and gold themed attire, exactly like how he looks in your memory. In fact, he looks exactly the same besides of his hair and his clothes as he used to have shorter hair back then. You’re aware how most Archmages age incredibly slowly. Some of them even frozen in time. Nonetheless, you're still amazed by how he looks like he’s barely thirty while in reality you’re certain he’s been here for at least five centuries.
You were so captivated by his appearance that you didn’t realize Vincent had already left you alone with him, too busy comparing him with the Archmage Helios in your childhood memory. Only when Helios finally broke the silence with his soft voice did you realize that, which made you feel extremely flustered.
“The demon told me about what you did and I must say, I’m impressed, Acting Guild Master,” he praised you, finally turning his head to look at you with this gentle look in his bright golden eyes. Although he looks young, you can’t deny that there are wisdom in those eyes that he earned from centuries worth of experience. “You may not remember it, but I taught you briefly when you were very small. I remember thinking that you were quite the promising young mage back then, but to create a spell to specifically capture demons that could even restrain a mid-tier demon on your own at such a young age? You must be exceptionally talented.”
“Oh, you’re too kind,” you chuckled nervously, feeling even more flustered by his compliment. Indeed, to be acknowledged by an Archmage is a rare achievement so you have no idea how to properly react. “It’s not perfect yet, if the demon had looked down on the ground he would’ve be able to immediately spot it, so…”
“We all start somewhere,” he said, offering you a small yet encouraging smile. “Well, enough about that, let’s talk about your request to come with me. Vincent told me that you wish to go to that village with me to save your friend, yes?”
You nodded. “Yes, Archmage.”
“Loyalty. That’s something you rarely see these days.” The way his eyes went a bit cold as he said that caught you off guard a bit. It was brief, but just the glimpse of it managed to send an unpleasant shiver down your spine. You really don’t envy whoever had crossed him. “Well, I think it’s a reasonable request but I have one condition. As soon as you find your friend, you should get away from the village.”
“Of course,” you eagerly agreed, not wanting to ruin your chance to save Claude yourself. “I will leave as soon as I find Claude. I will not hinder you in any way, I promise.”
“Very well,” he said, the gentle smile returns to his face as he extends his hand to you. You wanted to ask him about the Priestess, but it seems like he already knew what you were wondering about. “Worry not. Vincent had already taken care of the Priestess so she wouldn’t be able to alert anyone,” he reassured you. “Shall we?”
Don’t have to tell me twice, you responded in your head as you quickly take his hand. As your hand touched his, you are further convinced that he’s the personification of the morning sunlight. His touch really feels warm and comforting. Safe, even. You don’t know if it’s just his magic or his presence in general but you feel more relaxed now than you did before.
Unfortunately that calmness you feel is very short-lived.
As he cast his spell, you quickly noticed how all of the tiles and the walls in the room start to shake. It was really subtle at first, but as the spell progresses, it became more and more violent until the tiles went flying one by one. If you weren’t alarmed when the room started to shake, you are definitely alarmed now as you’re anxiously making sure none of it would hit you or Helios. Then to make matters worse for you, as the tiles left the floor, you see what seems to be bottomless darkness replacing the ground, causing your stomach to churn uncomfortably. You nearly yelled when the tiles under your feet fly away to join the others and at that point you were no longer just grabbing Helios’ hand, you were grabbing onto his arm like your life depends on it. He didn’t mind it, of course, instead he kept trying to reassure you that the spell is completely safe although it’s really hard to miss the glint of amusement in his eyes.
That wasn’t the end, unfortunately. The chaos continues as the tiles and walls formed a dome around the two of you, producing wind that’s so powerful you could barely open your eyes. If you’re being completely honest, you don’t think you even want to open them as your anxiety had gone through the roof. You only opened your eyes once during that time, and it’s to look at Helios. Even in the midst of the chaos, he looked so relaxed and perfectly in his element while you’re clinging on his arm, worried that the wind would throw you around if you let go even a bit. In that moment, you are reminded that despite his gentle and soft spoken nature, Helios is indeed a powerful Archmage. His magic is truly unlike anything you’ve ever felt or experienced before in your life. This is an Archmage’s magic, one that could bend time and space to his whims. It’s something that you can only dream of, and yet he managed to do it so effortlessly.
Suddenly the wind stops. You grimaced, preparing yourself for more nonsense to happen only to be greeted by a stunning view as you witness the floating walls and tiles burst into butterflies made of light. You remember someone once said that if you wish to find Helios, you should follow the butterflies and you genuinely thought it was because he looks pretty. Evidently they meant it quite literally. The sight was so beautiful that you almost thought that the chaos was worth it, but you were quick to dismiss that foolish thought just in case Helios still has more chaotic spells in mind. You didn’t get to admire the view for too long either as you soon realize that your feet are not on the ground. In fact, the two of you are floating directly above a village, one that you assume to be the Cult’s village. It seems that his magic is keeping the both of you from being pulled by gravity, but you still clutched his arm just to be safe.
As you observed the village, the first thing you noticed is smoke. The more you look, the more you noticed that there are a lot of smoke coming from the village although you don’t really see any sign of fire. That can’t be good, right? You swallowed nervously as Helios took you closer to the ground, allowing you to see the state of the village better and from the look of it, two might be late to the party. Not only some of the houses had been badly burned, there are also a lot of dead bodies on the ground; some of them bloodied and mangled while the other looks like they were caught in the fire. It was a massacre, there’s no other way to describe the carnage before you.
“Holy shit, what happened here?” you muttered to yourself as you let go of Helios’ arm when your feet finally touched the ground, your heart sinking as your mind took you to the worst possible scenario.
Helios said nothing. He doesn’t even seem to be fazed by the state of the village as something else seems to interest him more. Is it the orb? You’re not sure but the big question remains. What happened here? Did the Cult attempt to bind a high-tier demon, thinking it wouldn’t backfire? That must be the case since high-tier demons generally do not react kindly to any binding attempt. But you don’t really care about the cultists, you only care about Claude. What happened to him?
These questions hounded your brain as you quietly follow Helios, your eyes scanning every corpse you come across, wishing to any god that would listen that you would not find Claude among the dead. It seems like whatever did this didn’t only kill the cultists, but also the demons that work for them, most of them have disintegrated as demons normally do when they die. You can tell that some of these demons are higher mid-tier demons due to how slowly they disintegrate, too, which really convinced you that this is indeed a binding attempt that had gone horribly wrong.
“Your friend.” Helios’ voice cut through the silence like a knife as he suddenly stops walking, bringing your attention to him immediately. “The Guild Master. Is he human?”
“He’s… a werewolf,” you hesitantly answered, your heart sinking into the pit of your stomach as you saw how Helios raised his eyebrows with this knowing look on his face. “Wait, you don’t think…?”
“All werewolves have feral side, dear girl. Even more so when they are wounded and cornered as their humanity would hinder their survival,” he reminds you, his tone remains calm as though it’s something he’d witness everyday. At this point you really wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case, really. He just seems too unbothered for this not to be an everyday thing for him.
But you’re not him. This is definitely not something you see everyday. In fact, you feel lightheaded from the possibility that Claude might’ve done this. In all the years you two worked together, he’d never lost control, not even once. You’ve fought side by side with him in his wolf form countless time to know that he knows his own limit and when to step back from the fight to prevent himself from going feral.
But this time it’s clearly different. He was alone. He didn’t have anyone to watch his back and even if he didn’t know he was to be sacrificed by the Cult, he probably still thought that they’re going to kill him for finding out about them. In his position, you probably would’ve done something worse so, no, you don’t blame him for wanting to survive. He did promise that he’d come back to you in his letters so if anything you’re glad he’d be able to fulfill his promise. What you’re really worried about, however, is the fact that you know how badly he’d feel about this later if he remembers it.
“Do you think he has left?” you wondered out loud as you noticed how quiet it is. The bodies still look fresh so you concluded that it must’ve happened recently but then again werewolves are generally really fast.
“No, he hasn’t.”
Helios’ answer made your heart sink even deeper. “What?” was all you could say and suddenly you’re very alert of your surroundings. This village is literally surrounded by the woods, so he could be lurking in there as you speak. He’s not himself right now and if you could, you really wish to avoid any confrontation that could lead to a fight with him.
“As long as we don’t pose as a threat, I don’t think he’d attack but he’s watching us right now,” he informed you, which really caught you off guard. Does he know where Claude is? Is that why he had that knowing look after you told him about Claude? If so, how does he remain so calm and unbothered? As if sensing your confusion, he turns his head to you to offer you a comforting smile, only to then ask you the most unhinged question he could’ve asked in this situation. “Do you want to approach? I’ll come with you if you wish.”
“I don’t know. I don’t think that’s a smart thing to do, Archmage,” you voiced your concern, now fully convinced that Helios is indeed a bit insane after being alive for centuries. Although you doubt you’d be able to stop Helios if he wanted to approach Claude right now, you were ready to grab onto his arm again should he try to. You know he’d be fine, it’s your Guild Master you’re worried about as you can’t imagine a confrontation with an Archmage would end well for him.
“It’ll be fine. Believe me, if he hasn’t calmed down, hiding would be the last thing he does.”
“What about the orb?” you immediately regret asking that question as you realized that the reason why he even offered to go approach Claude with you is probably because everyone is dead and thus no one would be running away with the orb. Either that or he somehow finds feral werewolves amusing and you’d rather think it’s the former. “Nevermind. Forget I ask anything.”
He lets out an amused chuckle. “I assure you, the orb will not run away on its own.”
“Yes, I realized that a bit too late, it seems,” you groaned in embarrassment before you decided to just get this over with so you could go back to Lydia’s place to scream into a pillow. “Very well, then. Where is he?”
Helios didn’t answer you right away. Instead, he turns his head to the direction of one of the houses, one of the few that aren’t burned. The door is bust open and for a split second, you saw a blur of black fur moving, hiding away from your sight. Claude. You have no doubt in your mind that it’s him. You glanced at Helios and he gave you a nod, confirming your suspicion.
“Go ahead,” he encouraged you. “I’ll be here to ensure your safety but I don’t think he’d want me go any closer. He doesn’t know me.”
Yeah, that makes sense. You inhaled deeply to ready your heart, preparing yourself for the possibility that Claude decides you’re a threat as you start to make your way toward the house carefully.
“Claude?” you called out his name, hoping that’ll help somehow. Almost immediately, you can hear a deep growl from inside the house, a warning for you not to come any closer. If you were smart, you would just turn around and mind your own business but unfortunately you care more about getting your Guild Master back. “It’s me. I’m not going to hurt you…” The growl became louder as you unsheathed your dagger. You can feel his eyes on you while you slowly put the blade on the ground, his growl only ceased a bit when you raised your empty hands to show that you really mean no harm. “See?”
You still don’t know what to make of it as he slowly walks out of the house. He was on all fours at first, but as he walked past the doorway, he went to stand on his hind legs, reminding you how huge he is in his wolf form. You’ve seen this form of his numerous times before, but what you’ve never seen is him baring his sharp teeth at you. You don’t blame him, of course, as like Helios had said this only happened because he was hurt and felt cornered. Even if you can’t see any blood or wound on him due to his dark fur, you could see it dripping from his mouth as he got closer and from the look of it, some of it seems to be his blood.
“You don’t look too good, old friend,” you tell him as you noticed how he wobbled a bit as he carefully approaches you. His breathing is a bit labored too, which further convinced you that he’s badly wounded even if you can’t see it.
“Poison.”
Helios’ word made your stomach churn. Someone poisoned Claude? Was it before or after he went berserk? You decided it doesn’t matter when it happened. Right now, you feel so enraged that you wish you’d came sooner so you could strangle who did this by your own hands.
“You think he’s poisoned?” you asked quietly as you watch Claude struggle to keep his balance. You want to help him so bad but you’re not sure if that’s wise as he still seems wary of the two of you.
“I think so, yes. Judging from the way his wounds aren’t healing, I’m guessing it’s wolfsbane. They probably tried to use it on him thinking it’ll affect his ability to turn.” Helios sighs softly and although you’re not looking at him, you can tell that he’s probably shaking his head in disapproving manner right now. “Evidently that backfired so spectacularly but then again what do we expect from the same people who thought releasing one of the Betrayer Gods was a good idea?”
A small comfort, you suppose. Not only the people who did this get what they deserved, at least now you also know why Claude can’t heal his injuries like he normally could so you could tell the physician about it later when you two return. He must be in so much pain right now but fortunately he shows no sign that he’s about to pounce or anything. He just keeps safe distance between the two of you as he observes your carefully. That should be a good sign, right? You decided to just watch him, wondering what he’s planning as he comes a bit closer to you, this time on all fours as he shook his head as though trying to clear his head. Your heart really aches seeing him like this but you decided to be patient lest you triggered him to go on the offense.
“I’m not going to hurt you,” you decided to say, hoping that it’ll convince him that you truly mean no harm. That you are his ally, someone who genuinely wishes to help. “So please, let me help. Let us help.”
Claude huffs, his eyes seem a bit hazy before he lost his balance just when he nearly reaches you. Out of reflex, you quickly caught him, grunting as you nearly lost your balance as well due to how heavy he is. Your heart pounds wildly against your ribcage, the logical part of your brain is screaming at you as you’re well-aware how risky this is. If he still hasn’t decided whether you’re a threat or not, he might just decide that this is an attempt to attack him and then Helios would have to be the one to patch you up together. But despite that, you still care more about his well-being so you took this chance to heal him. Your healing magic might be not as advanced as your combat magic but you hope it’ll be able to alleviate some of his pain, even if it’s just a bit.
Much to your relief, it doesn’t seem like he intends to attack you. Or maybe he just had no energy to do so, but in any case you’re glad he’s not showing any sign of hostility. He just stays still, his breathing became less labored, his eyes watching you try your best to heal him while you whisper words of encouragement and comfort. Unfortunately, much like you’d suspected the injuries he’d sustained are way above your healing skills so all you can do is to numb the pain until Helios could heal him. You were going to turn to the Archmage to ask him to help you but you heard something came out from Claude’s mouth. You could’ve sworn he said something, which is good because that means he’s regained his senses although his voice was so weak you didn’t quite catch what he’d said.
“Did you say something, Claude?” you asked, unable to stop yourself from sounding hopeful. He said it again, this time a bit clearer than before. Your name. He’s trying to say your name. He clutched onto you, pulling you close to him while repeating your name over and over like he couldn’t believe you’re here. Like you’d disappear if he let go. Your heart clenched painfully from the desperation and relief in his voice as you allow him to cling onto you.
“I’m here,” you assured him, trying your best not to bawl like a baby while you carefully try to lay him down on the ground while still embracing him, hoping it’ll make him feel a bit safer. “I’m here, Claude. You’re safe.”
His body shook slightly, seemingly about to turn back into his human form. Helios must’ve noticed this as well as he swiftly took off his cloak to offer it to you while still maintaining safe distance. You offer Helios a grateful yet apologetic smile as you take the cloak from his hand before you wrap it around Claude, making sure his body is completely covered. His wolf form slowly changing into human as you’ve suspected but it seems like he’d used the last of his energy to shift back as he just went completely limp in your arms. He’s barely even conscious, his eyes kept fluttering shut as he struggles to stay awake. Now that he’s in his human form, you can see his wound and the blood all over him better and it does not look good. He looks incredibly pale from the poison and blood loss, and despite that there’s this certain resolve in his eyes as he looks at you. It really breaks your heart to see him like this, even more so when you realized how cold he feels compared to his usual warm temperature.
“Archmage…” you turned your head to Helios again, your eyes burning with tears as you silently plead for him to help you with Claude’s wounds that you couldn’t heal.
Helios didn’t waste any time to move closer to the two of you now that it’s safe for him to do so. His expression was unreadable when he inspected your Guild Master’s condition, although he offers Claude a small smile when Claude glances at him as he pulled the cloak slightly just to be able to look at the wounds.
“Hello, Guild Master. You’ve caused the young lady a lot of worry, you know?” Helios chided Claude teasingly to lighten up the mood while you moved slightly in order to give him better access to Claude’s wounds. Still you didn’t want to leave Claude alone so you still held him in your arms while Helios does his thing.
“... thank you,” Claude croaked weakly as Helios heals his wounds, although you’re not sure if it’s directed to you or Helios. He seems lucid enough, but you can tell he’s still a bit disoriented. You ran your fingers through his hair in attempt to soothe him before you press a kiss on his forehead, drawing a content hum from him.
“Don’t get used to this,” you quipped jokingly and he lets out a weak laugh.
“No? That’s too bad…” He nuzzles against your neck like a cat would, your scent seems to comfort him greatly while you nearly got a heart attack by this sudden show of affection, in front of Helios, no less. You swear even the Archmage could probably hear your heart hammering against your chest and as if confirming that thought, Helios gave you a brief knowing look before offering his signature smile to you when your eyes met, causing your cheeks to burn even darker.
“There. He’ll be fine now but you should probably still visit the physician after this just to be safe,” Helios finally said, thankfully not saying anything regarding how flustered you are right now. True to his words, you noticed the open wounds on Claude’s body had already closed without a trace and color has slowly returned to his face. Perhaps you should really ask Helios to teach you magic again like he did back then.
“Thank you, Archmage. Really, I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am,” you tell him sincerely despite how embarrassed you feel. “If there’s anything I can do to help, you only need to ask.” As if an Archmage would need help, you smacked yourself internally after those words left your mouth. Oh, well. It’s the thought that counts.
Helios looks at you, his smile gracing his beautiful face once again before he got back up. Now that he’s certain the both of you are well, he intends to send you two back before he goes to get the orb, just in case more demons would show up as neither of you seem to be in any condition to fight. You’d be too distracted by Claude’s condition while Claude is still recovering, allowing the two of you to stay would be a horrible idea. In any case, you’re supposed to immediately leave after you managed to get Claude back anyway so he decided to just go on with it.
“Take care of your…” He glanced between the two of you as though wondering what kind of relationship you two have, causing your cheeks to burn from embarrassment once again.
“Yes! Yes, of course!” you quickly blurted out before Helios decided to say anything else. “Thank you again! You should probably get that orb now!”
It’s hard to miss the glint of amusement in Helios’ eyes but fortunately for you, he gets the hint and just gave you a simple nod before he cast the same spell he used to get the two of you here, except he wasn’t coming this time. Knowing how chaotic the spell is, you quickly decided to wrap your arm around Claude’s body as best as you could and hold onto him tightly, even burying your face against his hair to make sure that he’s really secured. Being thrown around by powerful wind is probably the last thing he needs right now. He seems to understand that it’ll get intense inside the sphere Helios’ spell created as well so he just buries his face against your neck.
As the wind starts to pick up, you swear to yourself this is the last time you go anywhere with Helios’ help.
Tumblr media
“Guild Master!”
You greet Claude cheerfully as you visit him with baked goods. Thanks to Helios, he’s mostly fine but unfortunately some of the poison still lingered in his blood so he has to stay with the physician for at least four days until his body completely neutralizes the poison. He had a lot to say about this, of course, but you managed to convince him to rest by bribing him with tons of cinnamon bear claws, which you know he couldn’t resist.
As expected, he has no memories about his rampage. He barely even remembers what happened after that, judging from how surprised he was when you mentioned that Helios was involved and that Vincent was the one that carried him to the clinic since he was too heavy for you to carry. Frankly, he was more concerned by the possibility that you might’ve seen him naked but you quickly reassured him that you’d wrapped him up like a newborn baby even before he shifted back into his human form.
You’re still not sure how to tell him if you were being honest. When Lydia asked about the rescue mission the last time she visited Claude with you, you just told the both of them that Helios did all the heavy lifting, which isn’t entirely a lie as he did heal Claude when you couldn’t and he also made sure the two of you get back safely before anything else happened. Still, this haunts you, keeping you awake at night no matter how much you try to convince yourself that you’d tell him when he’s recovered. You try to act as normally as possible when you’re around him, but when it’s just you, your mind immediately returned to that village as you try to imagine how he would react to the news.
Claude could tell, though. He could tell that something is bothering you even now as he watches you be deep in thoughts while you put some of the warm bear claws on a plate. At first he thought it was because he shifted back into human in front of you but now that you’ve told him that that wasn’t the case, he can’t help but be a bit concerned as something else clearly happened. So when you gave him the bear claws, he took the chance to hold your hand before he gave you the best puppy eyes he could muster in attempt to shake your resolve, much to your dismay.
“I’ve been meaning to ask,” he said, a bit hesitant although he’s made up his mind to finally ask you about what happened as it clearly bothers you, “Did something else happen?”
“What do you mean?” you asked although you know full well what exactly he’s asking. Of course he’d ambush you with his puppy eyes to get the truth out of you, that’s just a Claude thing to do.
“When you and Archmage Helios rescued me. Did something else happen?”
You stare at him, your mind going completely blank as you try to think what to say to him. Do you tell him the truth? Is this the right time to do that? “Why? Did you remember anything?” you decided to ask first before you answer his question, partly because you’re curious but mostly because you’re concerned. It’s a lose-lose situation, really. If he remembers, he most likely wouldn’t take it very well and if he doesn’t, you can’t imagine he’s not bothered by the fact that he has no memories of that day. Still, if he had even an inkling about what happened, you would like to know so you could be there for him should he need someone to talk to.
“No, but something is clearly bothering you.” He brings your hand to his cheek and casually pressed a soft kiss to your palm, his thumb rubbing against your wrist in reassuring manner. “You know you can tell me anything, right?”
You know that. Of course you do. You just don’t wish to distress him while he’s still in recovery. A heavy sigh left your mouth as you massaged the bridge of your nose, knowing that you stood no chance against that pleading look on his face. “I want you to know that using puppy eyes on me is unfair even for you but I guess you need to know the truth,” you finally relented and his face lit up, seemingly satisfied by your response. The pleading look is now replaced by a goofy grin as you poke the tip of his nose with your finger. “First, I must ask. What do you think happened?”
“You know, I’ve been thinking about it and I can’t shake off this feeling,” he tells you honestly as he leaned into your hand that he still held hostage against his cheek. “I don’t remember anything about what happened when you came to save me but I remember how I couldn’t control my transformation before I blacked out. It just doesn’t sound good so I’d have to wonder… did I lose control?”
You shouldn’t be surprised that it was his first guess, but somehow you are. Perhaps it’s because you had no idea that he was still fully there when his body starts turning despite how badly he tried to stop it. You can’t even begin to imagine how scary it must’ve been for him to realize that he’s losing control while normally he always made conscious efforts to avoid that outcome to the point you’d even forgotten that he too could succumb to his feral side like any other children of the moon. He must’ve been absolutely terrified and if he remembers that, you can understand how he correctly assumes that he did indeed lose control.
“You did,” you reluctantly confessed. Lying to him wouldn’t do either of you any good so you decided that it’s better to just tell him. Even knowing that, your heart still clenched painfully in your chest as you watch his face fell. “But you do know that it wasn’t your fault, right? They wounded you, then poisoned you to keep you docile. You were just trying to survive,” you tried your best to console him as you’re well-aware how devastating this news is to him.
Unfortunately, it seems like your words of consolation fell on deaf ears. The horrified expression remains on his face as he looks at you, his eyes observing every visible skin on your body, seemingly searching for something. “Did I… did I hurt you? Or Archmage Helios?” He intertwined his fingers with yours as he asked this question as if to draw strength from the physical contact.
“No, you didn’t,” you tell him. “You already calmed down when we arrived.”
“Thank the gods,” he sighs in relief, surprising you as he lets go of your hand just to wrap his arms around your waist, pulling you into a tight embrace. You returned the hug, resting your chin on top of his head, a sad sigh escaped your mouth as you feel how his body is shaking while he thanks the gods over and over as if they had anything to do with this. “I thought you seemed well but I didn’t see Archmage Helios at all so I thought…” he trailed off but you know exactly what he wanted to say.
You shook your head as you tightened the hug. “No, you didn’t hurt him. He just didn’t return with us since he wanted to get the orb and possibly get it to the one of the Towers as soon as possible.” You don’t know if he even returned to this town at all but then again he’s rarely here even before you requested his help.
“Okay. Okay, that’s good, right? I didn’t hurt either of you,” he muttered, more as a reassurance for himself than anything else. Although he’s obviously still rattled by the truth, it seems like he’s mostly relieved after you reassured him that you are not hurt and neither does Helios. “Will you… can you stay with me tonight? I don’t think I can be alone with my thoughts right now.”
“Of course,” you agreed without missing a beat. Why wouldn’t you? He needs you right now and you’d do anything to make him feel better. This time you’re the one that brings his hand to your lips, smiling as you see how much this small tender action seems to comfort him.
“Thank you.”
You chuckled quietly as a smile of gratitude graces adorns his lips. “Anything for you, Claude.”
Your tone was mischievous when you said this and yet you really mean it. Perhaps one day he’d know how deeply you feel for him, but for today, you are content to just spend some time together with him, talking about everything you did while he was gone to distract him from any awful thoughts about himself.
Time seems to pass very quickly when you’re with him that you didn’t realize how late it was, or how tired you were until you fell asleep while sitting next to his bed. You woke up briefly when you feel someone lifting you off the ground, only to let sleep take you once again when you realized that it was just Claude. He didn’t want you to sleep in such an uncomfortable position, so he thought to just share the bed with you, something you two have done before during your many adventures. As he pulls the cover on the two of you, you surprised him by wrapping your arms around him, comforted by his warmth. He stares at you with nothing but adoring look in his eyes, his fingers absentmindedly playing with your hair. It's silly but he could feel his fear and guilt melting away as he watches how peaceful you look next to him.
“Sweet dreams,” he whispers, not wanting to wake you up. He’s barely awake himself, his eyelids feel heavy although he wishes he could be awake just a bit longer just to admire you. “I love you.”

Love You To Hell And Back(Yandere Claude)
Pairing: Yandere Claude Faustus x F!reader
Summary: Upon running away from home due to an unwanted arranged marriage, you took up a maid position in the Trancy household. You thought it would be simple, lay low for couple of months then the other family would cancel the engagement. Being a maid should be easy right? Just wash and clean the house and saying yes to their lords. You never thought you would end up in such a bizarre and dangerous household.
Notes: I am a Claude simp. If you do not know before, you do now. Do not get the wrong idea, Sebastien is handsome alright, but there is just something about those golden eyes makes me shiver in the best kind of way. (Also I love the French pronunciation of his name but whatever)
Word count:2k
Tumblr media
Warning: Non-con touching, coercion, possessive behaviour, general Yandere content
SFW
As a lady on exile, you do not have many options. Your relatives were out of the question since they could inform your parents of your whereabouts, and so does all of your friends. Luckily, you figured out the perfect solution: disguises! And who is more unnoticeable then a maid? They blend naturally in the background of drawing rooms and parties, no one will bat an eye if there happen to be an extra one. Nobles do not care for servants, so a forged name and documents would get the job done.
Answering advertisements seems to be a good way to start. Ah, there is one right here. The Trancy Estate? To your knowledge, there is only one young lord there, and you are not acquainted with the family. Seems the ideal choice: “Only for two months, as a replacement.” You know being a servant would be unpleasant, compare to your noble lady life now, but you had chosen between this instead marrying a man you despise.
Packing some essentials, you thrown on a simple cotton dress borrowed from your maids and sneaked out. You thought you had escaped from hell, not knowing you are better off staying. Because, you had quite literally, walked into a spider’s trap.
A dark-skinned maid welcomed you, explaining how she has to leave the household for some personal business while giving you a small tour of the building. She seems nice enough, although you were curious why her right eye is covered by bandages. The manor is dead quiet and empty, giving you an illusion of how you can hear your own breathing.
“Miss Hannah, where are the other servants?” You shiver, tightening your clock just a bit. Although it is only autumn, the winds are chillier in this house, or so you felt.
“There is only five of us. Me, the triplets, and Sir Claude the butler. Our master can be...difficult, one could say.” Handing you a basket of maid attire, Hannah seem to be terrified of this master she speaks of.
I wonder why he is so difficult. You thought as you thanked her and settled down in the little servant room you were given. Better put on these maid clothes soon, getting use to them as fast as possible. Blue and white does not look so bad together.
Kitchen duties are not so bad since all you need to do is chopping up vegetables and wash the dishes while the triplets took care of the cooking. Dusting is a nuisance, but with enough efforts it was taken care off. The triplets are an odd flock, as they never speak unless necessary. All your befriend attempts had failed miserably, you felt as if they look down on you somehow? Since you only do backstage work, you had yet to meet the master and his butler. Not that you mind, you want to kept your existence covert, after all!
You were trying to dust off the chandelier in the drawing room when you first met Claude. The stairs you use are a bit unstable, which causes you to have major anxieties about falling.
“Ahh!” You squeal as your staircase finally deciding to let you fall. Closing your eyes in horror, you were certain you are going to suffer at least bruises. But the expected pain never came. Instead, you felt a strong set of arms had caught your body mid-hair.
Gazing up, what did you see?
Oh did that gorgeous face make this fall worth it. The tall man in black reminds you of those flawless Roman statues, of King David. You never thought humans can be this magnificent.(Well you are still right, as he is no human)
Gently placing you back on your feet, Claude started to examine you behind those clear glasses. You quickly smoothed the wrinkles on your skirt as you dip your head for greeting.
“Greetings, kind Sir. You must be Sir Claude. My pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am (y/n), the new maid.” Gods, he is handsome. You were not even sure words can describe how those golden eyes made you feel. Are you blushing? Ugh, get it together, self! He is only a butler here. It is beneath you to swoon over him. You put on a smile, then courtesies to the stoic man in the most elegant way possible.
The lack of callus on your fingers and your sophisticated manners informs him that you, are no ordinary maid. As a servant to his lord, Claude needs to make sure no sketchy individual can harm him. Some investigation would need to be done.
How interesting...Why would a high-born lady such as yourself ran away from your prestigious noble house, only to serve as a humble servant here? Just where did Hannah dig you up? Ah, that is no matter at present. Surely your cheerful spirts can light up the dull days of this mansion. The only thing Claude need to ensure is you do not expire as quickly as others. Alois can be such a spoiled brat; however no harm should befall to you as long as he can help it.
Your voice reminds the demon of little birds of forest mornings, chirping delightfully to a new day no matter how horrid the night before was. The way you thank him stuttering then trying to go back to your duties are just adorable, and amusing. It is clear as day:you are fascinated by Claude’s pretty face. Quite bold for a lady to do so. Claude had met a lot of people in his long life, but none of them intrigues him so as you do. He cannot grasp what exactly, but there must be something enchanting about you, that makes him want to pull you close and do unspeakable things to your good, pure body.
Tender and cautious, that is what the knocks on his office door suggests. It is late, way past Alois’s bedtime. Who could have business with him this hour, apart from his demanding lord? “Come in.” Claude’s curiosity had spiked up.
It is you, still dressed and with a plate in your hands. What a pleasant surprise. And are those pastries?
“I...baked these for you, Sir. I want to thank you for your help earlier today.” Looking away, you quickly remind yourself how you should never indulge too much. However you had already spent two hours of your free time trying to bake something decent.
Did your parents taught you it is improper to visit a man’s quarters this late at night, alone? How rebellious of you, not that Claude minds anyway. You might appear to be demure and good at first sight, but under that nice façade is a bold maiden who does not care for modesty, how complex.
Chocolate chip biscuits, but with distorted shapes. “I am not very good at this, so I totally understand if you do not wish to eat them. I jus want to properly show my gratitude, that is all.” Nervously fidgeting your apron corner, you bit your lip when he raises one of them to his lips and took a small bite.
Edible, but has lots of room for improvement. Claude can practically taste your eagerness to please from the chocolate spheres. Seeing your gaze fixated on him, expecting his comments on your work, Claude let out a quiet laugh. Which made heat rush up to your cheeks. Is that a good or a bad response? It cannot be that terrible can it?
“Come.” He signals with a hand wave, and you hesitantly walked beside his chair. How cute, the butler and the little maid. It would be a shame to just give you some half-hearted praises and send you out, wouldn’t it? It is what a gentleman would do, of course. Claude on the other hand, has never been one. He could entertain that appearance for his lord’s sake, but in this little room with just you, there is no need for charades.
You were shocked when one gloved hand pulled you swiftly onto his lap, with the other locked around your waist, pressing you against his chest. Of course, you fantasized the idea of being the lover of such a fine specimen of mankind, but only the idea of it. Even though you are nothing more then a lowly maid now, you are still a lady of nobility with conducts of propriety.
Your shrinking pupils made Claude realize he might be pushing a bit too fast. But human lives are so fragile, so short compare to demon ones. If he does not seize this opportunity, who knows when is next one going to arrive? Whether it is your intention or not, Claude is now mesmerized with you. Now that he is holding you this close, breathing in your intoxicating sweet scent, the old demon had his first epiphany of a millennium: you are lovely, and he intends to keep you this way, one way or the other.
Squirming with protests, you tried to get out of his suffocating embrace. “Sir, this is not proper, please let go of me.” Yet you achieve no results, those iron grips still hold you firmly in place, those same arms that spared you an embarrassing fall this morning.
“Little bird, finally thinking about propriety? You should know better then coming to my office this late unless you want something to happen.” Claude is close, too close, you can feel his breath fanning your ears gently. Gloved fingers trace down your jawline, making you tremble with fear. “Am I right, Lady (family name)?” You froze. What how did he-how do he know you are not a mere commoner? Had he already done a thorough investigation on you?
“Now, repeat after me, little bird.” His golden eyes shifted its color to pink, round pupils bending into a thin line. In normal circumstances, you would be terrified of how his features suddenly changed, but now you are too possessed by his intense gaze to think of anything else. Those eyes, you felt as if you could drown in those two magenta pools.
“I love Claude Faustus forever and I would do anything should he asks of me.”
“I-I love Claude Faustus f-forever...and I would do anything should....should he-e asks of me.” It is still your voice, although those words are defintely not your own. What is happening? Why do your tongue just moved on its own like man possessed?
“Perfect.” Running his bare fingers through your hair, Claude left a light kiss on your forehead, ignoring the horrid expression you are wearing. “You will behave, right little bird?”
“Of course, Sir Claude.” You did not just say that !There is no way. What has this evil man done to you? You never should have come here. Your terrible fiancée at least could not cast spells on you!
“I’ll take good care of you, my dearest little bird. After all, your fate is defined since the moment I lay my eyes on you. We are destined to be together.”
“Oh, do try to behave. It would be a shame if something should happen to your dear family. I would hate if you end up like your other human predecessors.” His lord, despite his young age, is a master at torture and inflicting suffering. There is a unfortunate reason why there is only a few servants in this manor, and the fact that they are durable demons too. Claude knows exactly where you would end up had he not intervened. Do not worry, he would never let you go. Demons mate for life, didn’t you know that? Why resist?
“I love you my dear, to the hell and back. We shall stay together until the end of time.”

Ok, so I’m almost certain Claude is a black widow spider, which for those of you who don’t know much about that species…
The females are bigger than the males and eat them right after sex, so the males are more submissive by nature. The males of the species have learned ways to avoid getting eaten and they are kinda cute.
They will bring food to the female they want to mate with to swoon her (and so she isn’t hungry after sex) and while she eats, the make sometimes gives back rubs/massages! They also bring gifts, and if the female lets him leave?
The male returns to her the next breeding season and does the same thing! Idk if they remember preferences or not but it’s cool to read about!!
So another way (that’s less successful) is the make ties up the female, then they have sex, however the females are stronger than the males, so they can usually break out it easily. Also the make doesn’t ‘trap’ her since he obviously doesn’t want to get her killed and if she doesn’t get out before they are done, males have been seen intentionally loosening the silk.
(Im scared of spiders, but I love learning about this stuff !! Most of this is from memory of a college class I took 2 years ago so it my be a little wonky!)
Because I’m a slut for monster fucking, I had to make this about fucking a certain spider demon!
Claude honestly seems like the type who probably has thought about sex a fair amount, but never tried it and since he’s a spider demon, I imagine he’s lowkey terrified to have sex, he doesn’t want to get eaten after all.
He knows how to court though, he’s done that a fair amount, he just chickens out when it gets to anything more.
Then you come along, another spider demon.
It’s rare for demons to come across ones in the same group category as they are, so to say he was shocked was an understatement.
Though you seemed indifferent, which made him want you more. He sort of forgets that demons have pheromones…
Needless to say, in less than a day you had him in your bed waiting for you to touch him. Claude was so caught in the moment (and pent up) that he didn’t think about if you were going to eat him.
That was until he realizes you tied him down, naked with your silk. He just stupidly trapped himself because he had been blinded by lust.
And the most frustrating part?
You’re taking your sweet time with him, slowly making your way towards his hardening cock. It was a little overwhelming when you took the whole thing in your mouth and started to suck it harshly.
Claude can’t control the moans that escape, it concerns him with how skilled you are, you’ve probably used this as a trick to distract previous mates. As much as it worried him, he was vaguely intrigued.
Demons are naturally greedy, Claude worried you’ll simply get impatient and eat him during the session. After all, a demons hunger is insatiable, correct?
Claude was taken out of his train of thought when you suddenly let go of his cock, mounting him and slamming yourself down on his cock. Claude couldn’t stop himself from going limp under you, not even bothering to pretend to struggle.
Your heat around such a sensitive area made him feel like he was melting. Claude whimpers out a warning that he’s close, he’s not even sure if it’s a good idea to tell you that, but you sped up.
As Claude tipped closer to the edge, he quickly realized that you hadn’t made a sound, looking up, you’re staring right at him, a smug smile, widening with every sound you pull from him, and a thought crosses his mind.
You’re only doing it to make him cum inside you. Claude can’t help but shiver, realizing he’s too close to stop it now, shit, would you at least be merciful?
Claude is taken aback when you bottom out, your walls suddenly tightening around him like you were trying to milk him. It works though, he’s shaking as he cums inside you. The entire time he’s trembling, wondering what you’ll do to him next.
What he doesn’t expect is for you to keep going.
His breathing hitched as his cock spikes in sensitivity. You finally make a sound and to his confusion you’re laughing at him. Claude worries that maybe you really do intend to eat him while you ride him,
You lean down, face in his neck, nipping at the unprotected flesh. He closes his eyes fully expecting you to tear apart. You don’t do that though, you just keep riding him.
To his embarrassment, his cock is just as excited as you are, he cries out as he’s forced into another orgasm. It leaves him trembling under you as you continue to fuck him into the ground.
Oh you were keeping him. You already made up your mind, he’d make a better mate than snack.

The sky was clear, and the sun shone on your face as you danced on a dandelion field. It was a wonderful day. Your parents smiled and laughed at your actions. It was your birthday that day, and it was a happy moment celebrated with your parents. Everything was perfect. You were happy with them and that's all that mattered. Until one day, your happiness was ripped from your hands. A noble family had murdered yours in front of your eyes as you were held back. That fateful day, you had seen nothing but hatred towards those nobles. You simply wanted them dead, no, you wanted them to suffer slowly before they die. You possessed a hatred that grew stronger the more you see those filthy nobles happy and enjoying their lives. It wasn't fair, why did your family have to die? You sat inside your small home, reminiscing the past with your family before they were murdered. You cried in agony, anger, frustration. Until you remembered something that could help you. When you were smaller, you heard of a tale your friends used to talk about. “Maybe that’ll help me…” you mumble to yourself. You walked the forest your friends used to mention. It was a dark, eerie forest, but you didn't care as long as you could relay your wish and it was fulfilled. Blinded by the hatred you felt, you continued the path. You were far more determined. As you entered far enough into the forest, you saw a cobweb and covered your face in it as they said, "Wear that as a veil over an honest face." and you chanted "Hoheo Taralna, Rondero Tarel!" At first, you thought nothing happened until you felt as if you couldn't move. You look down to realize that you were caught in a spider web. "Wh-what? What is this?" You said, struggling with the sticky web. You continue to struggle until you heard a voice. One that sent chills down your spine. "You've been caught in my web. Whatever will you do now?" the voice said. It felt close to your ear. "What's going on!? I intended to summon a fairy to grant my wish, why am I stuck here?" You said, trying your best to not sound intimidated. "Seems you were fooled. Then this 'fairy' that grants wishes you speak of is me." With those words, your eyes widen a bit. "Then if you are, I want to make a wish!" You said with a tone mixed of anger and pent-up frustration. "I'd be glad to, but every wish has a price to pay." the voice retorts. You think for a while before speaking. "I don't care what the price is. No matter what it is, I will have vengeance." The spider was amused with your answer. "Very well then. Let us form a contract." "A contract?" "Yes. In reality, I'm no fairy. I'm a demon. Since you wish for your goal to be achieved, I shall assist you and once it is fulfilled, I shall devour your soul." You hesitantly agreed and, on that day, did you realize that you had made a deal with a devil and sold your soul. The demon, now known as Claude, was surprisingly good at playing the role of a butler. He had helped you gain a noble name by having you adopted by a noble and then have him gone the next day for you to inherit the fortune and name. Claude knew when to wake you up, what to serve you when you wake up, and overall tends to your needs. Your plot of vengeance was still there. You were fast asleep in your room. Oh so peaceful, defenseless, until you were greeted awoke by the sun hitting your face. "Good morning, Master." your butler says in his usual monotonous tone. "Good morning, Claude." You reply. Claude then brings over the cart with the tea he prepared. You sit up and yawn as he did. He knew what type of tea you liked, having lived with you for 2 years. "Today we have Darjeeling, and I prepared scones along with it. I sincerely hope it is
to your liking." the Spider says. He hands you the cup of tea as you breathe in its aroma and take a sip. You sigh in content. "It's wonderful, Claude." You state with a soft smile, continuing to sip from the cup. Even with vengeance on your mind and knowing your butler is a demon, you still treated him as an equal. After morning tea, you ask Claude to bring your outfit for the day out. He does as ordered, and grabs the outfit he had prepared from your closet. "Thank you for preparing my outfit, Claude. You may leave as I change." You order. The butler puts a hand over his heart and bows. "Yes, Master." He then leaves as you changed into your outfit. As the butler exited, he felt a hint of warmth in his chest. A tingling feeling which confuses the butler. 'What is this feeling? Is this the Master's doing?' he thinks to himself. That soft smile and those gentle words, it certainly made him feel some type of way. Even if you've acted like that for 2 years, it felt new to him now and he's confused. Could he have felt more respect for your pure soul? One that reeks of purity even after having killed humans and wanting vengeance. Your soul was pure, just like the snow. He brushed off these thoughts, thinking they deemed irrelevant for a demon as the ravenette left to make morning preparations. You walked through your manor, making your way to the dining room. It was just you and Claude in the manor, so it was a little lonely. While walking, you think to yourself. Demons can't feel love, or at the very least, don't need to. It was quite evident, especially on someone like Claude who doesn't show his emotions often. Snapping out of your thoughts, you arrive at the dining room.
Your butler assisted you in getting to your seat. Gracefully pulling the chair backwards then pushing it to its original place once you were seated. “I prepared a simple meal today. Swiss eggs along with cheese turnovers and Earl Grey Tea.” The butler said as he put the dish in front of his master and prepared the tea. One spoon for one person and a pint of boiling water. After the tea had settled, he set the teacup down along with a saucer that matched its design. “Thank you for making my breakfast, Claude.” You said as you took the saucer and lifted the teacup to sip from it. The ravenette butler placed a hand over his heart and bowed. He then took a few steps back as you enjoy your meal.
After finishing your meal, you stood up as Claude cleaned the table. You started walking towards your study with Claude following afterwards. Arriving at your study, you sat at your throne-like seat and sighed. Claude’s golden eyes stared at you, observing your actions as he stood behind you to your right. “Hey Claude, I have a question.” You started, wanting to converse with the emotionless butler. “Yes, Master?” the butler retorts. “Do demons really not feel love?” you ask out of human curiosity. Shock and amusement was visible on the demon’s face, but he quickly replaces it off with his usual stoic face. “Not necessarily, Master. Although we do feel it, we express it differently from humans and we have no need to feel such emotion.” The demon butler says, pushing his glasses back. You mouth a silent “Oh” before staring blankly at your paperwork. “Master? Is something wrong?” Claude says, pulling you out of your trance. “It’s nothing to worry about, Claude. I’ll just do my work. “ You said, tending to your paperwork.
Everyday had gone out like how it usually does. It simply seemed so boring to you, staying in the manor everyday. And in those days, Claude seemed to have realized his feelings. Ironically, it was as if you’d caught him in your web instead. Like he said, demons expresses their feelings of love differently from humans and he feared his way of expressing himself would not be to your liking. He despised this feeling, he felt vulnerable. He simply couldn’t stand it.
You were in the garden, watching the butterflies fly around as you sip your tea while reading a book. A fine, peaceful day indeed. Claude then approached you, a letter in hand. “Master, a letter was sent to the Manor addressed to none other than yourself. “ The butler said, passing the letter to you. You opened the letter and read its contents. Thinking for a while. “What does it read, Master?” The spider asks. “Ah, it says I’m invited to a ball. The letter also says that it's a good chance for me to find someone to be betrothed to. As much as it pains me, I have my duties as a noble.” You sigh, exasperated. Claude’s eyes flash a fuchsia pink upon hearing this before returning to their usual golden color. “Well then, I suppose it is only fitting for you to be betrothed to someone of the same status as yourself, Master.” He says, clearly irritated and you swore you saw the irritation on his face. You dare not ask and kept quiet. You wondered why your butler showed such irritation. ‘Maybe he’s irritated because of the loud crowds that will come?’ You thought to yourself. Shaking the thought off, you give him a small smile and said, “Then I suppose I should get ready for tonight. I trust you can make the preparations for me, Claude?” “Certainly.” He said while bowing.
That night, you entered the venue with Claude trailing behind you. A nobleman approaches you and welcomes you. “Welcome, Lord [ Name ]. I’m glad you decided to come tonight. Please, do enjoy your stay.” He says as he bows and leaves you to wander around. The venue was beautiful, a beautiful chandelier hanging in the center of the room’s ceiling. It was a wonderful view, nobles here and there, an abundance of food of different varieties. Everything was well-decorated. You talked to different nobles and interacted with them, many offering a proposal to which you turned down. None of them caught your eye as you knew who did. A dance was in order, and you were invited to dance with many nobles. The music started and you were invited to dance by a nobleman who you don’t quite recognize. “So, you’re Lord [ Name ]?” he started. You nod in agreement as he led the dance. “I know what you did to the previous Earl.” He says, grip tightening somehow in anger. Pain washes over your face as you quickly replace it with your usual expression. “And? He was just a useless old man anyways.” You said with an exasperated expression angering the man more. “Your very existence disgusts me. You killed him, a close friend of mine.” He says, gripping your hand even tighter, almost bruising your hand. “Ironic. I’m quite certain that nobles had murdered my family 2 years ago. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be dancing with you as of now.” You simply said, carrying on with your dance. An irritating smirk spread across your face as the man reached his limit. “You think you’ll get away with it?” he said through gritted teeth as you chuckled softly. The man had just about enough as he begrudgingly pushed you away and slapped you across the face. You decided you wanted to make a scene and you started to fake cry. Claude saw this but he immediately knew your intentions as you gripped your chest, crying. The demon butler appeared beside you, helping you up as you embraced him defensively. “I didn’t do anything wrong, Lord Ainsley! Why would you hit me?” you cried out. Everyone stared in shock and started gossiping. “Lord Ainsley, why did you slap Lord [ Name ]? They obviously didn’t do anything wrong.” A noblelady inquired. Lord Ainsley stared and replied, “They were the cause of Lord Gastrell’s death!” People stared in disappointment. “Lord Ainsley, you possibly couldn’t think that. [ Name ] is an innocent dear, they loved their father dearly.” Someone said in your defense causing you to smirk while hiding your face in Claude’s chest. “Master, we should just go back to the Manor. It seems Lord Ainsley has no respect for the Gastrell Family.” Claude says. “How could you, Lord Ainsley? To blame father’s own child for his death. Maybe it was just your own incompetence and incapability that he died…” you said in a (fake) pained voice, gripping onto your butler’s clothes. “You-!” Ainsley was cut off by Claude. “Pradon me for my interruption, but we must get going. Their Lord isn’t comfortable seeing you.” He bows before escorting you out to your carriage.
“Excuse me, Master. But why did you not accept any proposal offers?” the golden-eyed butler inquires, staring out the window of their carriage. You think before answering, “Simple, I’m not interested and besides, the one I’ve caught feelings for is already with me.” This confuses the butler. The one you’ve caught feelings for is already with you? It left him with a lingering feeling. “If I may be so bold as to ask, Master, who is this person? And why aren’t I aware of them?” he asks, making eye contact all the while keeping his usual stoic face. You chuckle softly, staring into his golden eyes. “If I have to be honest, I don’t there would be no need to elaborate if that person is in front of me.” You calmly said, fiddling with a strand of your hair. This left shock on the butler’s face. It was funny to say the least. The stoicism the butler once had disappeared all because his master had confessed their feelings to him. The whole ride home had a comfortable silence to which both you and him shared.

Sebastian x Demon reader x Claude
Tumblr media
A special request from @ArtisticDummy
Sorry, it took so long!
----
They're back at it...you could feel it by meters away on how their gaze seems to follow everywhere you go, and everything you did.
You were a servant for a noble Lady, a demon servant to be precise. Your young Mistress was invited to a formal gathering with royals and nobles from all over England. As her right hand and shield, of course, you were right next to her at all times since you arrived. But the dread feeling of two pairs of eyes followed you along with the dining room like prey. You didn't let this faze you, it never did. For you, it was nothing new but the thought of having two so near your Master made you more protective.
"Y/n isn't that Earl of Phantomhive over there?" Your mistress asked as she tucks on your sleeve. Your gaze fell over to her and then to the boy who chatted along with other nobles with a bored tone. "Ah yes it appears it is the young Lord, I was not aware he was invited" you announce as you stare at the boy, not even a feet away from him stood over his butler. Both your gazes meet, a flash of red taking over your eyes as you glance away from the Raven haired male. of course, he will be here too "let's go and chat with him I want to discuss future collabs with his company" your mistress said as she started walking over, you sigh not surprised by her actions as she seemed to Fancy the young boy. "Madam White" the young Lord said as he bowed slightly, you and your mistress did the same. "Lord Phatomhive fancy seeing you here" she cheerfully said. "Like wise" he said back with a slight smirk.
They Kept on chatting with each other, at one point Ciel even offer your mistress to dance and they both made their way to the dance floor. You stood in place next to Sebastian while watching them. "Color me curious, I am quite surprised at seeing you again" Sebastian said as he gave you his signature smile. A smile that you could easily see layers of lies and mischief hidden behind it. You let out a small scuff at this as you stood with a straight posture. "It was bound to happen with our Master's status and fondness for each other" you explain. "Hmm just how I'm fond of you?" Sebastian said tilting his head slightly in your direction. "Hah! Comical Michaelis very comical" you said rolling your eyes but smiling either way at his attempt to swoon you. You weren't a dumb silly girl, you were alive for centuries and know the tricks men and especially demon tries to pull. And even if it was flattering you were not looking for a mate anytime soon.
Sebastian hum slightly as he looked at the dance floor then at you. "Can I at least offer a lady for a dance?" You thought about it for a moment. It couldn't hurt one dance, could it? You exhale gently as you extended your hand out to him. "Only one dance.." you mumble out looking to the side, he gladly took your hand and guided you to the dance floor. Both of you moved smoothly at the beat of the music. Your dress dance at the beat of the violin as it glazed in the air. Each step perfect and coordinated as if you two dance on water, it seemed natural with you in his arms. Hand on your waist and hand intertwine as he twirls you gently to the music. "Y/n..." Sebastian began as he stares at your eyes with such intensity, "yes?" "Why keep running away from me?" He whispers out. You blink several times, taken back by his bold question. "I think we both know why that reason is" you responded with a serious tone. Somehow you knew it was gonna end up by this once again. "Hm I don't think so please enlighten me on why?" He persisted. His hand tightened on the waist, not daring to let go of your frame until he heard a response from you.
"May I cut in?" A voice spoke from behind you. You glance over, it was The Trancy's butler Claude Faustus! Sebastian smile quickly drops as he sends a glare at the other Male. "Oh Claude, lovely seeing you here" you quickly let go of Sebastian's hand and went to hold Claude's extended one. "Sebastian please excuse me" you said as you bowed and went dancing with the Spider Demon. "Hope I wasn't interrupting anything important" Claude said in his usual monotone voice as he dances with you. "Oh no, not at all" you said back with a smile. You felt envy eyes followed you two while dancing. "Now I'm finding it quite ironic that you're here too.." you mumble out while thinking. "Really now? Why might you say that?" He raised an eyebrow at you. You let out a click of your tongue." Do you two honestly think I spawned yesterday that I would be so oblivious to what's going on?" You almost hiss out with such a sweet smile. Claude was unfazed by this as you both stop dancing, your hands quickly letting go off him as you dusted your skirt as you looked at him. "I will say this once Faustus, you and Michaelis can stop this little fight you two have, and kindly leave me alone. It's not worth the bloodshed" you simply said as you walked away from the Demon before you could even say anything to you.
This isn't new, ever since your mistress has met both Lord's Trancy and Phatomhive. Both demons butler have been fighting for you to be their mate. But you were not interested what so ever in having one. You were happy on your own as mortals would say. You walked through the ballroom. Making your way to your mistress, her arms wrap around Ciel's as Alois fuzz away on how she should be holding onto him instead. Ciel seemed to be having none of it. Also arguing back with the blonde in the most peaceful way he could with a lady around him. You almost rolled your eyes at this, your mistress completely smitted by the situation she was in the middle off. While you hated yours as it was just a waste of time for all ends. You looked around, most people were starting to leave. "My lady most guest seemed to start departing Whenever you feel like leaving please let me know to call for the carriage" you announce as you looked at her. She let out a sigh as she let go of the Earl's arm. "Already? Well alright, just a few more minutes I am getting tired" She said with a hand resting on her cheek. "What a shame I was enjoying spending time with you" Alois said with a frown. Ciel eyebrow quirk up as Alois hold into your lady's hand. "Yeah what a shame I was also enjoying myself with you two...oh oh!" she claps both hands together. "why don't you two stay at my Manor for tonight?" She exclaims happily. "what?" You and Ciel blurt out at the sudden suggestion. "M..my lady I don't think my Lord's have clothes to stay ov-" "Nonsense my lord has spare clothing's in a suitcase at all times" Sebastian spoke from behind you. Your mistress claps her hands happily. "What about you Alois?" She asked as she held into his hands. "Will you stay as well?" "Of course no doubt about it!" He happily said back. You felt yourself turn white. "Ah, lovely guess we all leave together" she smiles at your lady. Looking away to send daggers at the butler. He just smiled at you sweetly.
The way back to the Manor was slightly tense as you sat on at the front with both butlers. It was quiet, the only thing you could hear was the sound of the horse galloping and the trees being moved by the wind. You sat in the middle of them. Your hands-on your lap as the atmosphere was getting stuck against your lungs as you looked forward. Both of them were realizing harsh pheromones and it was starting to make your head start to spin. It was suffocating to say at least, but it was just making you upset that they were still trying to win you over even with such low and cheating trick. "Both of you are a pain to be around with" you blurt out as you got closer to the Manor.
Claude's eyes trail over to you. "Whatever do you mean?" The carriage stop. He got out and extended a handover, you slap it away as you got off by yourself. "I can get down myself thank you very much" Sebastian let out a chuckle at this.
Once you all entered the Manor you showed everyone their room. Leaving them to get your mistress ready for bed. Doing the typical routine as you tuck her in. Leaving a glass of water on the table just in case. Once you are done you make your way through the empty hallways. Not even five minutes in you feel someone behind you. You sigh again. "Is there something you need Claude?" You ask not turning around to face him. He walked up to you. "No nothing at all, I just wanted to see your beautiful self and maybe talk for a bit if you don't mind" he stood in front of you. "Hm what do you want to talk about? I don't recall we have anything to chat about" you were stood still as step you closer to you. "Answer me this, is the reason you keep pushing me away because of him? Is he really such an obstacle for you not to be mine already?" He grabs your chin gently as he brought you closer. " Claude...that is not the reason" you said in a calm down as he titled his head. "Hm then what is dear? Tell me so I can have you finally and ravish every bit of your being, so you can be mine" He breathed out, his lips daring you to touch yours. You place a hand on the one holding you. You grip on it harshly, both your eyes glowing red.
Before he could act any further, a silver knife passes between you two. Stabbing itself on the wall. Claude steps away as he glared at the culprit. "My sincere apologies am I interrupting?" Sebastian step in, Knifes in each knuckle. "Michaelis you have horrible timing" Claude pushes his glasses back to his nose bridge. "I beg to differ.." you mumble out while crossing your arms with annoy look. Both shot their eyes over to you. "You clearly don't know how to handle a lady, especially a rare Gem like Y/N" Sebastian said holding into your hand and kissing it. "You alright my love?" He smiles at you. You took your hand from him and hold onto it. "I'm fine" you said quickly. "Are you two done?" You said walking trying to walk past them but Sebastian stops you while he grabs you by the waist and pulls you in closer to him in a swift movement. "Done? Oh, we are far from done here, Since this disgusting spider keeps getting on my way from getting you to be my mate how will this ever be done?" Sebastian said as he presses his face against the crook of the neck, nuzzling it gently as he stares back at Claude with a playful smirk. You clench your teeth together, the other Male was about to charge at you two. But you had enough!enough of this childish games!
"I am not a toy to be won over by either of you!" You exclaim pushing Sebastian off you. "I refuse to mate with either of you! Do you hear me!?" You shouted before turning around on your heels and running out the nearest exit of the Manor. Going straight into the back and into the garden. You ran as fast as you could, you knew they were both behind your heels. Which infuriated you even more. You jumped against a tree to another, holding onto a branch going you forward and backward straight at Claude. Your heels digging into his abdomen as you make him crash to the floor by the impact. 3 knifes were send flying at your direction. You Dodge them with easy and you jump again and run towards Sebastian. Punching and kicking each other but each strike was blocked. "I" punch "will not" kick "be either of you twos" you manage to kick him in the stomach. "MATE!!" You did another high kick to the face. Sending him stumbling back. You kept a stance as you watch them stand up. Sebastian whips his blood from his lip. "...why? Why none of us then?" Sebastian said as they both circle you.
Your shoulders drop as you look down. "Please I beg both of you to listen.." you mumble out fixing your hair. "I am flattered by both your attempts and I do like you both deeply. Both I just do not wish to have a mate, I am content being on my own... You both are powerful demons. Anyone would have been honored by such request by you two, but I have spent my whole life without one, and I have turn out fine and we'll" you dusted yourself. "So please let this not go one, no matter what happens I will not choose either of you.." said raise your head high as you looked at them. "Or would you rather for me to kill you two off and keep your Master's souls for myself?" You whisper out with eyes glowing red with a small smirk dancing on your lips. Their eyes shot back at you, Sebastian was the first one to sigh as he looked away. "Very well.." he mumbled out. Claude didn't respond but did look away.
"Great, good to finally see we all agree then.." you smiled as you walked over and patted them in the back. "See you two tomorrow then," you said walking away from them. A small smile on your lips stayed as you made your way back. Both of them are fools to think I will ever choose one for another...my dead heart wouldn't dare to you choose.
____
I really did die for a long time huh, I'm so sorry I keep disappearing. But I really hope this was closer to what the requester wanted for this one. My requested are still open! I will try my best to do them sooner and not wait months to actually finish. But I found this one a bit too hard to do. Not gonna lie since I tried to make it a 50/50 affection by both males. (This was from a few weeks ago when I stop writing and came back. Now hopefully I will be more active)

Claude x Reader (lemon)
Tumblr media
Reader's pov
I was walking in the woods with my little sister, (ss/n) in the woods. She was telling me about demons and angels that were in her dream. I heard a twig snap and told (ss/n) to go home. She left and I went in the direction of where I heard the twig snap. I was meet with a giant spider web.
"Wow, this is impressive and so beautiful too." I say quietly. The spider web moved a little and a little spider with golden eyes was in front of me.
"I didn't know there were spiders as beautiful as you and hell I love Spiders." I say to the spider. The spider lands on my hand and continues to look at me.
"(Y/n)! Where are you?"I hear my little sister call out for me.
"I'm over here by the giant spider web. "I call back.
"Mom said it's time to come home. We need to get ready for the ball at our cousin, ciel's manor. I hear that alois is going to be there. Oh he is so hot! (Y/n) you can have his butler, he is around your age anyways. You might find him to your liking anyways let's go." She says. The spider was no where to be found but I seen a message in the web.
'see you soon beautiful' I went home and but on a beautiful (f/c) dress.
~time skip to ciel's manor ~
We arrived at ciel's manor and went go look for him. I found him with a little blonde boy with blue eyes. Next to the boy was a tall man with black hair, glasses and gold eyes. I walk over there and stand next to ciel.
"Hello little cousin and Sebastian. "I greet.
"Ahh...hello lady (y/n). I'm glad you made it here safely. Still play with spiders? "Sebastian asks. I raise an eyebrow.
"You already know the answer to your question Sebastian. Of course I do. I seen a very interesting one two hours before I came here. It was truly beautiful. "I say in a dreamy tone.
"You think every spider is beautiful, amazing, special, cute, fantastic, and brilliant. "My sister says.
"Well at least I don't go around talking about how hot you think guys are."I say.
"Cousins, this is Alois Trancy and his butler....."ciel starts.
"Claude Faustus, my lady." The golden eyed butler says and kisses my hand. I blush slightly.
"I think  (y/n) is going to compare you to a spider. Let me guess he reminds you of the golden eyed spider you seen in the woods? "She asks.
"Of course he does. And what a beauty it was." I say. Claude smirks and leans towards me.
"I told you I will see you soon." He whispers in my ear. I excuse myself and go to the bathroom in the room I normally stay at. I walk out to see Claude on my bed. He walks over to me and kisses me. He takes off our clothes quickly and we made love non stop until morning.

One Hell of a Love (Book 1.5) Chapter Fourteen
Sebastian Michaelis x Demon! Reader
Chapter Fourteen: One Hell of a Dress
Summary: Sebastian fights Claude and learns why Claude is interested in (Y/N), and the tension of Sebastian and (Y/N)'s relationship is increasing.
Mouse Note: Just gonna give a quick warning that from here on out Claude is pretty much a giant creep so some things he said might be uncomfortable
The moon hung high and full over the forested lake. Sebastian and Claude stood on the pier, Sebastian looking at Claude as the spider demon looked out over the lake, all facades of politeness abandoned as they faced each other as demons more than as butlers. Without their masters present, they had no need to hide any words or thoughts.
“You are persistent,” said Sebastian. “You continue the pursue the Young Master.” And now (Y/N).
“ ‘Steal Ciel Phantomhive from Sebastian Michaelis,’ ” said Claude. “Those were my Master’s orders.”
“He is my Young Master,” said Sebastian. The mere thought that someone other than me touched the Young Master makes me sick. “You sullied it with your sticky, white spider threads; his soul.”
“Sully…” mused Claude. “The only being I have considered sullying lately is (Y/N).”
Sebastian narrowed his eyes. Claude’s desires included carnal lust. The idea of the spider demon touching (Y/N) inflamed the possessive nature of the raven demon.
Claude continued speaking, far less reserved in his lecherous nature than the respectable Sebastian. “That dress was simply tantalizing. It practically begged for me to tear it off of them to see what lay underneath. And the lipstick, red as blood. The image of them with that red staining their skin lying beneath me in a mess…” He was unable to finish as fantasy overtook him.
Sebastian’s eyes flashed fuchsia. He would not hear of Claude taking (Y/N), sullying (Y/N) in any manner of the words. If Sebastian had his way, he’d cut off Claude’s hand and send him straight back to hell for even considering the idea of bedding (Y/N).
“They are not yours. You would do well to remember that,” said Sebastian, a dark threat lacing the words.
“No, not yet…But they will be. I have a talent for getting what I want, and gaining a—well, servant is a tame word, but it will do—gaining a servant is something I’ve desired for millennia.” Claude’s gaze was predatory as he fantasized over (Y/N). “I wanted the best, and here they are delivered to me.”
“I will not allow you to have them,” said Sebastian, leaping at Claude.
He struck, and Claude dodged behind him. They jumped into the air, kicking, punching, and blocking with demonic skill.
“You sought my Master’s soul, but you needed the body. Now you seek (Y/N), too.” Sebastian narrowed his eyes, landing on the water of the lake lightly. “I will not let you have them.”
“And yet they will be mine,” said Claude.
He kicked the water, and a column of water flew towards Sebastian.
            “They will not,” said Sebastian.
He kicked the water, and a similar column collided with the first. The collision splashed water over Sebastian and Claude, and they were plunged underwater for a moment. The surface of the lake calmed.
Sebastian stood from the water, eyes narrowed. “I raised Ciel’s soul.”
Claude emerged from the water, and he pulled Sebastian to him by the neck, looking over his shoulder at Sebastian. “You want a soul that’s found its revenge. You are so attached that you’re willing to find Ciel’s revenge a second time.”
“My Young Master’s soul is worth it,” said Sebastian. “I simply need someone to take revenge on.”
“Yes. Only a complete Ciel Phantomhive is worthy of being stolen,” agreed Claude. “That is what will please my own Master.”
“Then we are in agreement?” said Sebastian, looking at Claude, still leering over him.
“In regards to Ciel Phantomhive,” said Claude. They could come to a deal with Ciel. Claude’s grip on Sebastian’s neck tightened. “But (Y/N)…I have longed to see the human-born demon broken down as mine for too many millennia to give up now. And they are no soul. They do not need to be complete; they are sublime already. I knew from the moment I saw them that I wanted them to be mine. I would take that human-born demon reeking of life and a full soul, and I would break them to serve me like a good little apprentice.”
Sebastian’s eyes flashed fuchsia. “(Y/N) is not yours. I will not allow you to take them.”
Claude’s hand traced over Sebastian’s front. “Interesting. You are quite possessive of them yourself.” His golden eyes met Sebastian’s scarlet. “I wonder, did you intend to groom Felis to be yours from the beginning, or was your attachment an accident when you stole Felis from me to mentor?”
Sebastian’s eyes narrowed as he made the connection. Claude, Aranea, had been called upon to mentor a younger demon at the same time Sebastian had. Aranea had mentioned that some of the newly formed demons were “simply…delicious.” Claude had sought to manipulate (Y/N) as a young demon, but Sebastian had chosen them instead.
Equally important, Claude could tell Sebastian was attached to (Y/N). Perhaps due to his own obsession he was unable to see that love was Sebastian’s true feeling for (Y/N), but Claude could see the attachment, and that meant he would use that to his advantage over Sebastian.
“Felis is a powerful demon,” said Sebastian simply, pushing away from Claude and facing him. “No one will ever own them.”
“We shall see.” Claude put his glasses back on neatly.
“How about a deal?” said Sebastian. He didn’t want Claude to have a chance to get to (Y/N).
“I have already acquiesced to a deal for Ciel Phantomhive’s soul in accordance my Master’s orders,” said Claude. “But (Y/N) is a personal interest. You cannot protect them.”
No deal for them. Claude would be hunting them. Sebastian’s eyes narrowed. How he would enjoy tearing Claude apart as soon as he was unnecessary.
l
(Y/N) relaxed as people danced calmly once more in the ballroom. It seemed now that Alois himself had arrived, the only drama he intended on creating was dancing with Elizabeth before Ciel could. Their eyes narrowed as Sebastian and Claude reentered the ballroom. Each butler had a dark rose pinned to their suit—a blood pact. (Y/N) would have to ask Sebastian what the terms were. It was likely to do with Ciel if Sebastian would create a deal with the likes of Claude.
They watched and listened with their advanced hearing as Sebastian handed a stack of papers to Ciel. The Earl read them and clutched them tightly. He glared at Alois across the ballroom with equal intensity to when he had wanted Ash-Angela killed. It was vengeful.
            Aha.
Claude and Sebastian both wanted Ciel’s soul complete for themselves. The Trancy family was now the target for Ciel’s revenge. That was the deal.
(Y/N)’s nose twitched. It felt far too risky to use Claude’s Master as the target. It meant that Claude would be around Ciel, and (Y/N) didn’t trust him at all.
“Excuse me.” Speak of the, quite literal, demon.
(Y/N) turned to find Claude standing behind them. Golden eyes met (E/C). “Yes?” said (Y/N), words on the edge of polite and sharp.
Claude extended a hand. “I would like to invite you to dance.”
(Y/N)’s nose twitched. He was trying to trap them in propriety and make them accept to keep the good reputation of the Phantomhive Household. “Isn’t your Lord in need of your service?” Two could play at that game.
“He ordered me to enjoy myself at the ball,” said Claude. He smiled, and any human would see it as pleasing, but (Y/N) could see the lecherous nature hidden within. His eyes flitted over their body, clinging to each exposed piece of skin hungrily.
(Y/N) narrowed their eyes. Trapped by human propriety. How infuriating. (Y/N)’s eyes were dark with annoyance and promise of murder if Claude tried anything. Unfortunately, they had to raise their hand to take his.
“Apologies, but they have a partner for this dance.”
Sebastian’s hand took (Y/N)’s before Claude could touch them. He smiled pleasantly, but his eyes revealed his true feelings towards Claude as he stepped away and drew (Y/N) with him. Claude’s gaze hardened at being interrupted.
“Yes, I do,” said (Y/N), smirking as Claude’s plans were impeded.
The pair turned away from the spider demon and moved onto the dancefloor as the music started up. Sebastian’s eyes met Claude’s over (Y/N)’s shoulder, and the hand on their waist pulled them closer.
“So, you made a deal with him,” said (Y/N) plainly.
“Yes,” said Sebastian. “You noticed the Young Lord.”
(Y/N) nodded. “Dealing with the Trancys is a risk. We’ll have to keep an eye on them.”
“Of course,” said Sebastian. His hand smoothed over their waist, tracing over their figure. Claude’s words about them echoed in his mind, and he wanted to destroy even the fantasy touch of Claude on (Y/N)’s skin. “We both will.”
At the edge of the room, Claude watched Sebastian dance with (Y/N), clearly showing him that (Y/N) was not available to him. Claude would not be dissuaded, though. Something as simple as Sebastian desiring (Y/N) was nothing. It was a simple obstacle for Claude to overcome. He had wanted them for so long, he could plan to wait a little longer. Claude would have everything he had fantasized about.
Claude wanted to break them, mold them into a demon to serve him. He remembered when they first appeared in Hell, life and ambition and a purely satisfied soul still clinging to them like a tantalizing perfume. He wanted to take that power and mold it to his desires. He wanted to own (Y/N), force all that power to its knees before him.
Claude licked his lips. He wanted them. (Y/N) would satisfy his every desire, body and non-existent soul.

Sebastian bowed to Ciel before leaving the Earl to his rest. It had been difficult to get Ciel to sleep, especially after the boy learned that Alois was the subject of his revenge (at least, that was the new story to get his soul to be complete). However, Sebastian had convinced him that revenge could be dealt with the following day when Alois wasn’t expecting it as much and Ciel had some time to plan.
Now, Sebastian walked through the halls to the servants’ quarters. He paused before (Y/N)’s room. He resisted but a moment before he knocked.
(Y/N) opened the door, and Sebastian’s thoughts stopped. Their gloves were gone, and their hair was undone, but that sinful dress still clung to their body, and that blood red still painted their lips.
All of Sebastian’s fantasies returned to him. He pushed into the room, slamming the door shut behind him. (Y/N) back up and sat on their bed as he approached. Sebastian leaned over them, eyes dark as one hand landed on the bed beside them, the other on their knee.
“Sebastian?” (Y/N) raised an eyebrow, confused but unafraid of his movements. They trusted him not to hurt them.
Sebastian could have grinned at the trust (Y/N) had in him. But his thoughts…they weren’t exactly innocent. No, he wasn’t considering hurting them, but he was considering everything else. Sebastian’s hand moved up their knee, onto their thigh. It was just like his fantasies. Just slide up a bit farther, show them what they mean to me, show them they are temptation itself, show them they are the sin of lust incarnate that I wish to partake in.
“Do you know how much you tempt those around you?” murmured Sebastian, making eye contact with (Y/N).
“Isn’t that what you taught me?” (Y/N) cocked their head and raised an eyebrow. “Draw humans in with their desires?”
Sebastian’s mind flashed at the mention of desires. His hand slid up the slit of their dress, nearing the lacing at the top. “The problem is not humans.” Sebastian raised his hand, and his thumb traced over their bottom lip. Blood red lipstick was left on his pale thumb, and the image of that color patterning his skin (his neck, his chest, lower) flitted through his head.
(Y/N)’s breath caught as their own thoughts ran away from them. Sebastian leaned over them. If he just moved a little closer, his lips could be on theirs. Dear Satan, they wanted him to lean closer (to kiss them, to hold them, to touch, to take off their dress and show them if they tempted him).
“What is the problem, then?” they said, eyes lidded as they glanced at his lips and then his eyes.
“The problem is demons,” said Sebastian. Claude’s fantasies flitted into his mind. His eyes darkened at the image of Claude touching (Y/N).
            (Y/N) raised an eyebrow. “Demons?”
Sebastian’s eyes flicked to their lips. “I don’t want demons to be tempted by you.”
“You don’t want them to be?” (Y/N) leaned forward.
“No. You are my friend. You are…dear to me,” said Sebastian. His eyes returned to meet their gaze. “And I don’t take kindly to other demons thinking they can have you.”
“Ah. Claude.” (Y/N) read his mind, knowing his tells far more than Sebastian realized.
Sebastian nearly growled at the mention of the demon. “He will not have you.”
“I wouldn’t want him to.” (Y/N) reached up and covered Sebastian’s hand on their face with their own. “I do not want him.” Not when I want you.
(Y/N)’s touch was too soft, too gentle when Sebastian’s head thrummed with thoughts of lust. Sebastian straightened and looked down at them as they sat on their bed.
“Good. Good,” said Sebastian. And before any more thoughts could flood through him, he turned and left (Y/N)’s bedroom.
Until Claude was unable to even think of coming near (Y/N), he was going to remain on edge. Not when another demon thought he could take them from Sebastian.
Inside their room, (Y/N)’s hand raised to their lips where he had traced them. They had been so close to getting what they wanted. Was it just his annoyance at Claude or was Sebastian really tempted? (Y/N) hoped it was the second.
After all, they had dressed up just for him—just for him to hopefully undress them.
