Hi daisy, does inducing a specific brainwave help in manifesting faster?
Yes! It's not necessary but some of those "brainwaves" help you to get in a state where your logical side of the brain shuts down and your subconscious takes over - which helps you be really in tune with what you're affirming and visualizing and it also helps you to detach from the 3D. I hope my explanation makes sense.
The posts I linked in this post make it pretty clear I think. Idk if they were hard to understand but I can try to summarize it for you.
As you can see here in the graphic below there are 6 types of brainwaves. Those are the waves your brain naturally sends out when you're in the respective state (described in the pic).
Tumblr media
If you listen to those types of waves (through binaural beats in yt) you kinda manipulate your brain into getting into a certain state.
For now, you can ignore the beta and gamma waves. For manifesting and shifting, usually only alpha waves, theta waves, delta waves and epsilon waves are talked about as they help with relaxation/detachment/reduced consciousness.
From what was said in the other two posts:
Theta and alpha waves seem the best for manifesting.
Delta waves the best for entering the void state.
Epsilon waves the best for shifting realities.
But of course everyone is different and they may work differently on you.
The anon in this post also described their method or rather how they use those waves for manifesting/entering the void and for shifting:
Sitting down comfortable.
Lighting up a candle in front of you.
Putting on the specific waves you want to listen to.
Breathing deeply in and out and calming down.
Focusing on the flame.
Starting affirming when you reached a trance like state.
I hope that helped you understand it more!

Brain waves
What are brainwaves?
…Brainwaves are electrical impulses in the brain. An individual's behavior, emotions, and thoughts are communicated between neurons within our brains. All brainwaves are produced by synchronised electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other. Our brainwaves occur at various frequencies. Some are fast and some are slow.
…The classic names of these EEG bands are delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma. They are measured in cycles per second or hertz (Hz).
Gamma wave
What it is and how to use it
…Gamma waves is a more faster wave and your brain tends to produce gamma waves when your more active and really focused.
…So I recommend listening to gamma waves frequency on YouTube and you can affirm while listening to it but listening to it or just relaxing and meditating with gamma sounds is good.
…Personally from what I hear it's good to use whenever your studying or focusing on something so it improves your memory or intelligence.
…A recent study has shown that gamma waves can improve your working memory. Gamma waves have the following benefits: They can improve your cognition and problem-solving ability.
…Listening to them first thing is really beneficial and can help with anxiety here is one good video you can listen to.
Btw you don't have to sit in that position in the video or even focus just simply listen and relax.
youtube
Theta waves
What is it and how to use it
…Theta brainwave states have been used in meditation for centuries: It is common for people to feel as if they are in a trance, where the mind feels as though it may have gone to sleep although it is conscious of what is happening around it.
…We get into the Theta state at least twice a day. Just after waking up and just before falling asleep, so in other words, state akin to sleep. But theta is also experienced during deep meditation.
…So I recommend doing the "high" method breathing vid and listening to theta frequinces while ur in a relax state after doing the "high method" and simply affirming while doing that BUT if you get tired after doing the "high" method than simply just listen to theta frequencies on YouTube and affirming.
youtube
Delta waves
What is it?
…This is the slowest band of waves that our brains produce and they occur when we are in deep, dreamless sleep. These waves are very beneficial for the body which restores and heals itself when in this state.
…Delta is the place of deepest relaxation, deepest healing, deepest spiritual connection and deepest connection with the subconscious mind. It is considered to be the gateway to the unconscious mind and the collective unconscious, bringing access to the universal psyche or mind.
How to use it …Delta waves is basically a good nights rest so, I recommend listening to delta waves if your stressing or have a lot going on with your mind before you go to sleep so you wake up more calm.
youtube
Alpha waves
What is it?
…These are lower frequency waves: The state is generated when our thoughts are really not concentrated and our minds wonder freely, or we are in a relaxed state such as meditating or daydreaming.
…We also experience Alpha Brainwaves when we are gently busy with routine tasks like taking a shower, putting on makeup, etc.
…it reduces stress levels and increases productivity levels.
…Alpha waves oscillate between the theta and beta waves. To successfully harness them, you'll usually need to slow things down, and deepen your breaths.
How to use it
…A 2015 study found direct evidence that meditation and mindfulness could help unlock this beneficial state of mind.
…So basically doing breath work will help you get into the alpha - state once your relaxed you listen to alpha waves and affirm.

DARPA Brain Technologies: Electrical Prescriptions (ElectRx) This is some pretty old tech source. Wonder what kind of psychedelics though? The ElectRx program aims to help the human body heal itself through neuromodulation of organ functions using ultraminiaturized devices, approximately the size of individual nerve fibers, which could be delivered through minimally invasive injection.
Neural Engineering System Design (NESD) Looks like they're beating Elon to the punch here. The NESD program aims to develop an implantable neural interface able to provide unprecedented signal resolution and data-transfer bandwidth between the brain and the digital world.
Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) The N3 program aims to develop a safe, portable neural interface system capable of reading from and writing to multiple points in the brain at once. Whereas the most advanced existing neurotechnology requires surgical implantation of electrodes, N3 is pursuing high-resolution technology that works without the requirement for surgery so that it can be used by able-bodied people.
Six Paths to the Nonsurgical Future of Brain-Machine Interfaces
Nonsurgical Neural Interfaces Could Significantly Expand Use of Neurotechnology Targeted Neuroplasticity Training (TNT) Matrix Shit The TNT program seeks to advance the pace and effectiveness of cognitive skills training through the precise activation of peripheral nerves that can in turn promote and strengthen neuronal connections in the brain. TNT will pursue development of a platform technology to enhance learning of a wide range of cognitive skills, with a goal of reducing the cost and duration of the Defense Department’s extensive training regimen, while improving outcomes.
Neuro Function, Activity, Structure and Technology (Neuro-FAST) The Neuro-FAST program seeks to enable unprecedented visualization and decoding of brain activity to better characterize and mitigate threats to the human brain, as well as facilitate development of brain-in-the loop systems to accelerate and improve functional behaviors. The program has developed CLARITY, a revolutionary tissue-preservation method, and builds off recent discoveries in genetics, optical recordings and brain-computer interfaces. Restoring Active Memory (RAM) The RAM program aims to develop and test a wireless, fully implantable neural-interface medical device for human clinical use. The device would facilitate the formation of new memories and retrieval of existing ones in individuals who have lost these capacities as a result of traumatic brain injury or neurological disease.

What audio programs are used in programming? such as binaural beats or other audio files? can these files be found and listened to online in any way?
The goal of audio sounds in programming is to induce brain wave states in the individual.
The five main brain waves are:
Delta (0-4 Hz) Theta (4-8 Hz) Alpha (8-12 Hz) Beta (12-40 Hz) Gamma (40-100 Hz)
There is also Epsilon and Lambda
For example: Beta: ~ 15 – 38 Hz Focused, analytical, rational, wide awake, alert awareness; concentrated, focused mind, heightened sensory perception, emotional stability, visual acuity, cognitive control of motor activity
In Programming:
Quiet Wind-The audio hallucination of a quiet wind is used to convince the subject that the Holy Spirit is visiting them. (spiritual programming)
Subliminal Programming-Hidden suggestions that only the subject’s subconscious perceives. They can be audio, hidden behind music, or visual, airbrushed into a picture, flashed on a screen so fast that they aren’t consciously seen, or incorporated into a picture or design.
Programming uses various audio frequencies/tones. Some of them are:
Isochronic tones-are made to sync with the frequency that is being listened to. It’s believed that syncing your brain waves to a certain frequency might be able to induce various mental states.
Binaural beats-Binaural beats are considered auditory illusions. For a binaural beat to work, the two tones have to have frequencies less than 1000 HzTrusted Source, and the difference between the two tones can’t be more than 30 Hz. The tones also have to be listened to separately, one through each ear.
Neurofeedback-A form of treatment wherein brain waves are retrained through auditory or visual stimuli, such as listening to music or watching videos, to influence brain waves.
Sonogenetics-The use of genetically encoded, ultrasound-responsive mediators for noninvasive and selective control of neural activity.
Music-Changes in the bioelectrical brainwave activity that occur while listening to music.
You could find sites that have the frequencies that induce the brain waves on line.

The art and science of the human brain
Delicate Neural Choreographies: "Self Reflected" by Dr. Greg Dunn and Dr. Brian Edwards
Tumblr media
"[...] it is possible to use science or engineering as the starting points to create artworks that are completely based on fantasy. Yet, it is also possible to create pieces that are completely based on science and that look like fascinating works of art. "Self Reflected" (2019-2022) by Dr. Greg Dunn in collaboration with Dr. Brian Edwards is the perfect example."
Tumblr media
""Self Reflected" is a visually bright work of elegance and beauty that pulsates with mesmerizing lights and wavelike electrical activity and its merit stands in the fact that it provides us with an immediate picture of the human brain.
The artwork makes it easier to grab the vastness and beautiful organization of the brain and lets us understand the complexity behind it not with difficult scientific explanations, but with immediate and delicately balanced neural choreographies designed to reflect what is occurring in our own minds as we observe this piece."

DIFFERENT STATES OF BRAIN WAVES
Different frequencies below of each brain wave state. Delta waves (. 5 to 3 Hz )- Delta brainwaves are slow, low frequency and deeply penetrating (think of a beating drum). These waves generate in your deepest meditation in a  dreamless sleep. Healing and regeneration are stimulated in this state, Theta waves (3 to 8 Hz) – These waves occur while drifting off to sleep and even in meditation.…
