i went through some of the acevisibility posts on twitter and like 90% are “and remember you have a place in the q*eer community! fuck those who say otherwise.” like y’all really gonna push the “you are oppressed!!!” narrative on a day that’s just meant to be fun and showing people that aces are a varied group of people??? you don’t see lesbians pushing their oppression on ldov. just “haha, i’m a lesbian and here’s some funnie selfies.”

I don't know of any actual oppressed group who feel "validated" when they get reminded of their oppression or who constantly bring it up when it's not relevant to the topic at hand
