#if I speak…#one of the girls walked out yesterday#the best worker we have is on the verge of blowing up on this bitch’s leaders bc since he can do everything quick and efficiently already#they’re putting 3 to 4 ppl’s workloads on him to see how far they can extend his worth and then they’re over his shoulder the whole time#micromanaging him so today he almost lost it and was literally walking around mumbling about his disrespectful they all are (facts)#and how if they don’t think he’s doing it right then they can do it and I know for a fact one of the ladies heard him#bc he wasn’t even trying to hide it at this point and like this dude is cool he has a lot of patience and helps out any way he can#so if HE’S on the brink of snapping then the rest of us don’t stand a chance LMFAO#anyways today was a fucking mess those leaders know nothing about our store yet so they have us making less than what we need until we need#it so we get behind constantly and they made prep a disaster bc again they think they can just prep a bunch of stuff in the morning#and it’ll last the whole day and yes that works in theory but the reality of the situation is every day is different and today#we sold double what we did yesterday so they had to move me to prep to fix their mistakes bc we were running out of stuff 4 hours in lmfao#and I’m the only one left who knows how to do everything on prep bc the other girls had never done it before#we’re supposed to prep 20 mac n cheese trays in the morning for the whole day#we open lunch at 10:30 tell me why I go into the cooler at 12 put more in the oven and there’s only 5 left#it’s been less than 2 HOURS and you’re already running out of macs which means those idiots prepped barely anything just to try and save mo#*money to cut down waste but that gag if you’re losing money bc now you’re short on everything and customers are leaving bc they’re having#to wait a long time for their food#and macs take 40 minutes to cool LMFAO#I get over there they’re out of parfaits they’re out of fruit cups they’re out of kale salads the front is coming in and having to take#stuff as I make it bc they keep getting orders and it’s all just a fucking mess#I have to make a custom wrap and what happens?? those morons didn’t pull the flatbreads out of the freezer like they’re supposed to every#night so now we have no flatbread and I had to run back there and put them in the warming drawer to defrost and we lost an order bc I had#nothing to make the wraps with <3#I go back there to get more cold chicken SPOILER ALERT they didn’t have anyone make any this morning so now there’s no chicken for the wrap#and salad and it has to be grilled and then chilled for 2 FUCKING HOURS before it can be used#they’re a fucking disaster like 😭#was the store perfect before?? ofc not but it ran quickly and efficiently as it should and now it’s literally just a mess#this bitch hasn’t even owned it for a full week yet and has already fucked it all up#womp womp!!!!!!

+Colin saying that he 'found/met himself' on his travels is GOOD, actually, and Penelope should be overjoyed that her friend put that kind of work into himself. she should be happy the letters between them were genuine connection instead of him using her as 'free therapy' as some people like to state
+Colin is not using Penelope as free therapy, ffs
+Colin's line about not courting Penelope couldn't have possibly 'ruined her prospects' because she already had 0 prospects
+Colin caring about Marina even after everything went down is proof he has a good heart and nature and would make an excellent partner. (do i think he should have visited her still? no, i think she deserves her privacy, but Colin didn't do anything wrong in the S1 situation and him coming to check on her, being nice to her husband and her children, and feeling concern about her happiness is HEAPS better than how other men in this series have treated their previous romantic partners)
+Penelope being upset he isn't interested in her is 100000% valid. Cutting him out of her life for it however is toxic as hell (and celebrating her 'ghosting' him is very telling)
+Penelope was SUPER out of line multiple times w/ Colin, in particular when he's clearly heartbroken. Nearly confessing her crush on him in S1 was bad and selfish (his engagement JUST blew up very publicly by her hand) and when he comes back from traveling (aka: trying to heal after said blow up) asking about women he met is very tone deaf. reminding him she herself is a woman is ALSO very tone deaf
+Penelope has been and continues to be a bad friend to him, partly by her own admission when he complimented her on being a loyal person and she said she didn't deserve that (good news: this means she can have a character arc becoming a better one!)
+Calling Colin 'stupid' or an 'idiot' simply because he doesn't realize Penelope has a crush on him or for verbalizing things poorly is ableist and it needs to stop being so normalized in this fandom

They made the Las Vegas tickets 80% cheaper, they cut down the trees and took away a lot of what makes the strip beautiful, the locals are highly inconvenienced, and the hotel prices have drop significantly. What a disaster! No amount of PR can spin how bad this GP will be

Honestly, the ending of the last episode was strangely abrupt, especially after the emotion of episode 5, and doesn't really make sense as a final moment, but I'm hearing buzz about there actually being a Christmas special, so I guess that final moment is still to come.
Even so, this felt like the best series in years. I would put it up with series 1 and 2 in terms of quality, and I'm just so happy that this show gets to go out on a high. Roll on the Christmas special!

i nearly lost my honor mode run by being honest with minthara during her first romance scene. what a way to go after all that pain and suffering.
#BROOOO#i have made so many mistakes this run#and i’m still on my dark urge time loop shit where i’m committed to being a bastard#i’m an idiot#first mistake was talking to priestess gut as a half elf so she couldn’t drug me#and everyone went agro so i couldn’t go talk to halsin#and i had to murder all the zhents because i failed a check#but mainly the minthara dialogue! oh my god. i just wanted to be honest with her and all the other options were shady#she did not appreciate my candor nor did she like me telling her i wasn’t afraid of her#and i slaughtered the grove so i have no allies#i almost gave up on the run and teleported into the goblin camp to end it all#but with 3 party members dead and my monk at 7hp i last minute decided to gtfo of there and try to make it a little further#if i die this run i’m done being evil in the next attempt#i’ll be a little naughty and i’ll encourage everyone to be their worst selves#but i gotta stop making dumb choices#also… alaughtering the grove was a miserable affair. not for me dawg#bg3#durge timeloop#hadrin

YOOOOOOO WE FUCKIN DID IT!!!! YEAHHH!! We slayed SOOO well!! EVERYONE DID!! The other sections were SO FUCKING GOOD i LOVED it!!! And like, we won first place or whatever i didnt care about that really BUT WE ALL DID GREAT!
Anyways, just got home from my pal's birthday party (more like Hang Out at the mall, we ate out) it was AWESOME! First time inside a Starbucks, and first order ALL ON MY OWN! (HELL YEAH RELIGIOUS REBELLION!!)

I always have headcanons for these two- and I just so happen to have been writing notes for their UA years as you sent this, so here we go~
So, edgeshot and jeanist in their UA years? I got you.
Tsunagu made the handicrafts club, thought that it would be a nice opportunity for aspiring heroes to hone other skills that could be useful for a hero to have - as well as just simply having fun while they can.
He was the club president, yes, but no one seemed to show any interest in the club. Or, when they did, it was simply brushed off as “boring” or a “waste of time”
So he was alone for a while, until a certain lil ninja shows up, looking for the club president saying that he wanted to join. And so a very fun friendship begins~
It starts off awkward, not many words are exchanged between the two, but they both kinda bond over being the “slightly odd, weird fashion sense, most likely quite a loner” type.
After getting to know each other a little more, thats when the fun happens.
Shinya would think ‘this is a respected upperclassman and I’ve heard and seen quite a lot about him, but he seems different to how people say he is. And he has a sense of humour that is so strange but weirdly comforting.’
Tsunagu would think ‘that first year has so much potential. Though most see him as cold and quiet, I think there’s a little glimpse of mayhem and a love for fun in those eyes.’
Tsunagu introduces Shinya to knitting and sewing things together, and Shinya teaches Tsunagu origami!
They make loads of tiny little keychains, plushies, trinkets, and charms together and have fun as they let their collectively odd imaginations run wild and talk about various topics and interests.
Tsunagu even asks Shinya to help him with the club posters, to try and make it more catchier for people to join.
Though, deep down, they were actually happy if it would stay the two of them, because never before had either of them been able to have this much fun with an actual friend before.
When Tsunagu asks Shinya about his ninja theme, Shinya gets worried that he’ll be ridiculed yet again, but! Tsunagu simply shrugs and says that “its good to have a theme to stick to as a hero. You will have a namesake and a style for people to look out for and recognise”
When Tsunagu sheepishly reveals his hero name, Shinya simply laughs and says “it may seem silly now, but when the time comes when that name gets seen as a sign of hope and safety and joy for the people, it’ll become a name that means so much more.”

You’re gonna look at these two idiots and tell me that they didn’t get up to trouble? No no.
The two members of the handicraft club, who wind up being popular around school for simply the Strange Shit that they get into.
There’s the time they ran out of supplies, causing them to sneak into the school’s supply closet and then proceed to get stuck in there- only for a faculty member to find them attempting to knit their way out.
Or the time where they got locked in school after dark, because they were busy discussing “latest weird fashion trends of the year” and ranking them- and didn’t notice the time.
This led to them taking the time to explore the school and being found in the morning by one of the teachers. They got in trouble. Again.
Or the multiple times where the handicrafts club turned into various sparring sessions.
Or recovery girl being absolutely sick of the two of them, for the amount of times they showed up, needing medical assistance because of something stupid they did. “It’s only a handicraft club???” “Arts and crafts can be very intense.”
Or maybe even the time that Tsunagu was so determined to make it to the club, that he ran from his internship, scaled the fucking walls and climbed through the classroom window, only to notice he was in the wrong room, and then proceed to jump out of the window, swing like fucking spider-man into the club room window, crash into Shinya and end up giving himself a nosebleed bc the teacher opened the door and he slammed his face into it.
(He’s an idiot)
cue these types of conversations with teachers:
“Hakamata, can you tell me why the desks are upside down?” “..we were....testing how strong the glue was....?” “....get them down.”
“Can you two tell me why there are paper cranes everywhere?” “...we had lots of spare paper?” “...”
“Kamihara, I thought this was a handicraft club- why is Hakamata on fire?” “He’s testing fireproof fabrics for his hero costume!” “oh my god, just put him out-”
And so on so forth.
That is all I have in me to write down as of now, but I hope these hcs serve you well dear anon.
I have plenty of hcs for these two in UA relating to my personal backstory hcs for them too, so if anyone ever wants to know those I’m happy to write them out :)
