It’s less than two hours from now and there are 19,000 people in the waiting room already.
We also have a BTS Festa dinner that hasn’t happened yet and also MNet prerecording was apparently AMAZING and and and. There was jikookery, Yoongi on a grand piano, Jungkook sang “My You” and I doubt there were any survivors.
And I swear if they announce a tour or have a dinner party while I’m not here I will cease to exist.

"We're not having a repeat of 2018, Jimin-ah", he said, arching one sleek brow above his alpha-dragon eye. "None of this buzzed mooning over the hooded wonder this time."
Jungkook's bottom lip protruded as his own eyes narrowed. He pulled himself up in his dickstompers, nearly as tall as the man he could have fallen in love with, once, before a wild Jimin appeared.
"Hyung," he whined, pushing his words through a truly impressive pout, "That's no fair. We'll behave, I promise. Right, babe?"
"Mmm," mused the smaller half of the couple, his dark hair flopping above his cheekbones. "It's doubtful, Kyukyu. You know I have the worst time keeping my hands to myself during these things."
"Only when there's alcohol involved," Jungkook protested. "And we don't need to drink, we can be professional."
"Sure we can," Jimin laughed. "I've barely gotten started."

Open letter from Namjoon posted today on WeVerse:
🐨 After the video was aired yesterday, I received the most messages since the day of our debut.
I noticed many of the articles, screenshots, and such were titled with charged keywords like "disbandment," "stopping activities," "announcement," etc.
It's not that I didn’t see this coming, nor can I say I wasn't ready to see [the headlines], but I cannot deny it didn't feel good and it wasn't exactly our intent for people to pick apart a video where we were spilling tears and pouring out our hearts.
The video was intended, as is in its name, as an informal "bangtan team dinner" solely dedicated to our army who were joining us in celebration of nine years of our debut.
I understand there could be comments from outsiders like, they’re being dramatic, oh, they are only saying that because they are successful but what artists, what fans would have come this far, nearing 10 whole years, if they hadn't weathered those comments.
There has to be something special between us, bangtan and army, to have shared nearly 10 years together without pause.
Faced with the question, we've expressed this exact sentiment in countless, hundreds of interviews. it's not easy to describe in few words.
In any case, [what we shared in the video] was a confession of sorts, a response to all of our fans who, through all this time, gave us their [everything] without asking for a single thing in return.
As those of you who watched the video may know, the title "Yet To Come" precisely suggests that this… this moment is not the end. this, exactly as it is, was what we wanted say.
Seeing the screenshots of me, crying my eyes out, being shared & shared again, it even made me think.. maybe i shared too much/i should have [stayed quiet].
It appears that my attempt at sharing honesty became the root of too much misunderstanding & chaos.
The main point of what I would like to share is, we were not trying to make some claim that 2 equals 1.
We opened our hearts, mustered the courage to tell you that 1 still equals 1, then walked you through the honest feelings that we felt through the process.
I have complete confidence, no doubt, that our armys who know us… will absolutely have the heart to understand exactly what we say, as we say it. everything we said in the video was shared exactly as it was intended to be.
As jungkook and taehyung both shared, as on vlive, we've always candidly discussed our long-term future as BTS. of course we had our own disagreements, but we were kids in our teens and twenties, learning to mature and live among others for the first time.
I understand this letter may be perceived as making another fuss, and I fear I may be another person adding fuel to the fire of noise.
I wanted to set the record straight, as the person who is responsible for sharing the most [that night].
I want to thank every single one of you who watched the video and shared your positive support and love, whether from close by or far away.
Wether it may be as a team, or as an individual, I will work hard to show you [real] growth.

Needed a moment to collect.
I hear the winds of the wasteland blowing through my head because it will feel so barren without them. It's not as if we see them in real time everyday...but... I already miss them.
It's the same feeling I had after the June 2022 Festa dinner. I was so bereft it was mind-blowing. They tried their best to convey what their plan was and to reassure us and they asked us to listen to them and trust them.
Many struggled with that request.
It was slow realizing it wasn't the end and then everything accelerated and these past few weeks/months have been a doozy. Look at what this past year and a half brought us. More Bangtan joy than I thought was possible!
Now, for me, its just knowing they won't be going about their regular crazy days staying up until dawn, or flying out in the morning just to sleep for the next 10 hours on a plane and land at who knows what time where ever, and hit the ground running. Or going out with their friends to a meat restaurant to just eat, drink and chill. Or working on music or choreo or planning whatever. Or visiting art galleries or museums and stopping for coffee on a beautiful day.
They certainly didn't update us everyday about those things but they did just enough for us to know that's what their lives entail and let us fill in the rest. All that's on pause now.
It is hard to comprehend that Jungkook just wrapped up a very successful solo release just to put it all aside and step away.
His heartfelt letter was precious. I expect something similar from Jimin.
They knew they were going to do it. We knew to expect it. Still...
This is something they are required to do, they are going to do and they are prepared to do it.
Let them do it in peace, grace and dignity.
They prepared some things for us. Be grateful.
Though it's tough knowing the time has come, I also know that they are not going to let those wasteland winds linger in my head very long. They are already dissipating because we have stuff coming down the pipe:
We heard last year that the Disney+ documentary was going to be a series and here it's coming soon. It will take us through to January.
And now the excitement is through the roof upon learning Jimin and Jungkook are about to head to Japan.
The MAMA Awards are being held at the Tokyo Dome, Tuesday, Nov. 28. They are leaving today/tomorrow. Plenty of time to relax, have a little down time and vacation, shoot some content, and then accept their awards Tuesday night.
We already know a "travel with Jimin and Jungkook" is coming soon. Should we anticipate a revisit to GCF Tokyo, or maybe something else similar? I love those two so much, they're always on my mind. They've been so sneaky and careful only because they know this is something special for us. Maybe it will come to us following the Disney series. We don't know what content they've got in the can, ready to follow.
Then we will have a few more months before Jin returns next summer.
Jimin and Jungkook. In recent months, I've gotten really good at filtering out the noise. I've sat here with calm understanding about Jimin and Jungkook, seeing them STILL the same with each other in every bit of new content they've shared. I only need my own two eyes and ears to detect that strong bond. They have the thing that is precious between two people. Grand gestures are not necessary and not their style.
They love their fans... that would be us: ARMY... they love us. They want to give us what we want. They live for that. So Jimin brought back his blonde hair, showed us his moons running down his back. And Jungkook stepped out of the shower naked. They KNOW what we want and want to give it to us as best they can! They know we love them and want to show off their chemistry.
Not gonna lie, this past year flew by for me. It was month after month of anticipation. And now here we are at the end of the year.
All the arguing and fighting and ugliness that some engage in is just noise. Our mens are gonna be the good and honest beings they are no matter what anyone says. Listen to them.
We expect them all back mid-year 2025. We expect a wonderful new most beautiful moment in life. We expect the best is yet to come. We expect something amazing and we won't be disappointed. Trust them.
Their plan is already in motion and has been. We wait™️.
