can I request mike, reader, and Abby going to the beach :p!?
[i'm combining this with another ask! they requested the same setting, but with a scenario!]
i wish i could go to the beach so bad!! i fucking love the summer and it's damn near the dead of winter where i live ],: i also get cold so easily and i can't take freezing every morning lmao
tags: sweetgf!reader + dickheadbf!mike, light smut (oral [deepthroating and come swallowing], m!receiving), mostly fluff and being grateful for life and the people who you live it with [: proofread but maybe there are still errors! kill me, i'm human!
i am imagining:
you and mike are sitting on the couch on a late friday morning, hypnotized by daytime television after a big, indulgent breakfast and chats about mike's shift. abby had retreated to the adjacent loveseat, fast asleep with a stomach full of pancakes and eggs.
"it's so hotttt," mike grumbles, stretching his sweaty body out like a starfish. the limbs on his right side invade your space, leaving you to shrink into the couch with a groan.
"yeah, mike, too hot for you to be doing that. stoppp," you return his irritated tone, bringing your hands up to push into him. it was the hottest day of the summer so far, and it wasn't like you weren't also feeling the elements. not even the AC unit turned to full blast could cool the living room, and it made every breath feel thick and labored.
mike stands from his spot on the couch, dramatically dragging his body over to the kitchen. you watch as he yanks the freezer door open with impatience, craning his head into the crystalized cool and saying, "it's too hot to be living."
you turn your body to extend across the whole sofa, thankful that your hair is up and out of your face so you're able to feel the tickle of a breeze on the nape of your neck. you bite at your bottom lip as the gears of your brain churn through a heat-induced fog, thinking of how to keep cool at a time like this.
abby stirs then, stretching and yawning and squealing, "it was hot in my dream too." you turn your head to her, pursing your lips to the side in disappointment.
"aw, abs, i'm sorry. that sucks."
"i was at the beach though, which i think makes up for it---"
"omg, the beach! we should go!" you cheer, but mike shuts you down once he hears abby wholeheartedly agree.
"uh, the closest beach is six hours away."
"well, maybe we can make a weekend out of it," you suggest, motioning for abby to come sit with you. she delicately settles on your thighs, relaxing into the couch and swinging her legs over the edge.
"yeah, with what money?"
"i can dip into my savings a little bit, at least for the hotel and gas," you offer, and mike is shutting you down again, shaking his head as he cranes it towards you and humming "nuh uh"s.
"c'mon mike, i don't mind! listen, i want to do this for us," you're hugging abby into you, pressing your cheeks together and telepathically communicating for her to help you convince mike with her own set of puppy dog eyes. "we'll leave in the evening so you can get some rest, and we can split the drive."
"abby doesn't have a license."
your face scrunches as you confusedly mutter, "why would you include your eleven year old sister in a 'we' of that context?" as abby states, "you're weird, mike." in the same tone.
"i know, my joke didn't land, i guess," mike sighs, letting his head drop between his shoulders as he closes the freezer door. the sound of suction punctuates his action, and he turns to you and abby with a grimace before saying, "three hours behind a steering wheel just doesn't seem appealing. two would be a hell of a lot more digestible."
"oh my god, mike, you're so pitiful," you playfully chide, crossing your arms over your chest. "i promise that you'll survive, grumpy. tell you what, i'll drive four hours so you'll only have to drive two."
the sweet drawl of your voice and trivial suggestion to take on more work is all it takes for mike to fold and drive all six hours.
he doesn't do it with a smile, but you're still grateful for his sacrifice, cupping his face and kissing his cheek as he drives into the sizzling orange pulse of the sunset. "i love youuuu," you sing, and he grumbles for like the millionth time that day as you ignore him and muse, "and abby loves you, and we're gonna have so much fun on our beach weekend!!"
you and abby begin to whoop and cheer and dance in your seats, chanting, "beachbeachbeach!", and you pretend not to notice the slight smirk that cracks the perpetual stiffness of mike's mouth.
you spend the first half of the trip singing along to an old CD abby had burned sometime ago--"you always have to keep a road trip mix on hand"--, playing various word association games, and sucking fluorescent orange dust from your fingers after you chuck a cheeto into mike's mouth and pass the bag back to abby.
the second half is stiller; abby has fallen asleep again, soothed by the motions of the car, and you're staring at mike's side profile as he drives. he's so tired; it's painted in his eyes and over his body, with the way he slumps into the driver's seat and focuses on the road like nothing else is around him.
he catches your gaze after a bit, breaking himself away from his trance. he switches hands on the wheel so he's able to clutch your thigh, gently kneading at your skin, and with a small grin, asks, "got a nice view?"
"yeah, but it seems the view isn't feeling so nice," you raise your hand to his shoulder, your turn to massage into him. he's so tense under your touch, and you watch his eyes flicker with your words, training back on the four lane highway ahead. "i think this will be nice for us. we all deserve a nice vacation; especially you, mikey. you've been working hard, and i know you're tired."
"yeah," mike breathes softly, the gentlest you think he's been all day. "i'm sorry about the way i was acting about the drive. i just couldn't think straight after my shift, your delicious breakfast, and sitting in the heat."
"i understand. three hours of driving isn't fun, but that's why i offered to take more of the load after you made that...bad joke."
"so now it's just categorically bad?" mike pouts with comical sorrow, and you giggle at him, nudging at his shoulder with soft pressure.
"yes, because why was she included in we? obviously abby can't drive."
"it was supposed to be one of my sillies,"
"you're just usually better at them," you argue, and it sends the both of you into a laughing fit that gives you a stomach cramp, mike affirming, "yeah, yeah, you're right, you're right. shit, are you okay?" as you try to calm down.
after relaxing back into a comfortable silence, you're bringing mike's hand to your lips, kissing at his knuckles when he blurts, "thank you for putting up with me, and for paying for stuff so short notice."
"oh hush. i love you, mike. truly. we take care of each other, don't we?" you squeeze his hand as you continue, placing it over your heart. "there hasn't been a second i've been with you where i haven't felt supported, and now it's my turn to support you. plus, this is like abby's first real vacation. i want her to have the best time too. we don't have any money when we're dead, so we might as well say we had experiences, yeah?"
"i love you. you're an angel on earth," mike hums lovingly as he pulls off of an exit, able to relax his head against the headrest and leer at you once he brakes at a red light. "our angel on earth." you writhe under his enamored stare, blushing and gnawing on your bottom lip with an airy giggle, and later, after you've gotten to your hotel and tucked abby into bed, you're back in the car doing that same giggle with his dick lodged in your throat.
"my angel on earth," he repeats as he folds his fingers into your hair so he can pull on it, maintaining eye contact while you sloppily guide yourself on him. his toes curl and his thigh muscles spasm, and he's panting down on your face as his other hand grabs his steering wheel in a white hot grip. "fuck, baby."
you're grateful that you were able to book a room facing outwards on the first floor of the hotel; you could be disgusting with mike in the car while ensuring abby's safety through the front windshield.
it helped solidify that there were no worries in your orbit; everything here was perfect, and you feed that passion into taking mike deeper, holding his gaze even as a tear runs down your cheek after an obscene gag that resonates through the whole car.
you swallow around him as you reach down to caress his balls, and crack a triumphant smile when he tenses, brokenly whimpering and bucking his hips into your face with sinful desperation. he doesn't stop as he shoots his come into your mouth, using the hand in your head to tilt your head back so the overflow doesn't choke you.
you moan as you taste him on your tongue, drinking it down while you flash mike the watery, filthy twinkle in your eyes. he thinks that it extends his orgasm, his balls tightening with another spray of white down your throat.
though his body burns with fatigue, mike brings his thumb to the corner of your lips to collect a spilt remnant of himself, pushing it into your mouth where he feels the warm plushiness of your tongue wrap around his digit. "god, i think you're gonna kill me one day. this mouth is deadly."
"one day, yes, but not today or saturday or sunday. not while we're on vacation."
you both retire to the room after, two immovable stone statues in bed until 7 am, when you're both ripped from your sleep by abby's noisy movements. she's enthusiastically throwing the curtains open, drowning you two in painfully bright sunlight and skipping over to hop on the bed, narrowly missing your shins and knees with her uncoordinated steps.
"abby, abby, abby," mike drones groggily, reaching out for her ankles.
you blearily watch as she snatches it out of his reach, and you can't help but laugh as you two make eye contact. "come on!! we're on vacation!! we've gotta start vacationing now!!"
"we don't have to start at...seven twenty-two in the morning," mike complains, wiping at his eyes after throwing his gaze to the alarm clock. "maybe we can do...ten."
"ten is way too late! if we eat now, we can wait it out and then go to the beach and stay all day! pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease--" you wrangle abby into your arms, squeezing her close to your body in an attempt to quiet her.
you smooth her hair down, tucking it behind her ears as you whisper, "hey, hey, how about we go get breakfast and meet mike a little later, okay? we can go in our pjs and everything," abby's eyes light up at your plan, and she's nodding excitedly, pulling on your wrist in order to wrench you from the warm bed. "let's go now then!"
"let me brush my teeth first, sweet thing, at least."
after another generous breakfast, two cat naps, and endless searching through bags marked with the sharp zztt zztt zztt of zippers, you, mike, and abby are established in the warm sand of a southern beach; it'd been a bit of a hassle to put the umbrella up, with its complicated, ancient instructions, but your tired muscles and mind are extraordinarily grateful for the effort as you lounge in your chair, leaning your head back into a neck pillow and scanning your eyes over your science fiction read.
after a bit, you stick your bookmark into the crease of your pages and remove your sunglasses from your face so you're able to get a clearer view of abby and mike along the shoreline.
they're laughing together, running back and forth and taunting the tide as it crashes against the sand in a white foam. "you can't let the tide get you, abby! the sea monsters will take you whole!" you chuckle as mike sweeps her up in his arms, swinging her over the water as he treads deeper.
you set your book down and travel towards the tide, picking up more of their conversation over the soft wind.
"wait, what---what---oh no, the sea monsters are speaking to me. they're saying...i have to give you up." mike shakes his head in faux despair, beginning to fake cry as abby yelps in his arms. "they say they've been looking for an eleven year old girl named abby for their mission!" he continues swinging her, pretending to dunk her in some moments and keeping her away from the water in others, claiming, "no, i won't let them have you!"
you place your hands on your hips, raising your eyebrow in preparation to play along as they make their way back to land. "everything okay over here? i heard something about...'sea monsters'."
"the sea monsters have mastered mind control," abby matter-of-factly explains, wiggling from mike's grasp and curling her toes back into the wet sand during her impromptu intermission. "they specifically need an eleven year old abby, but mike is such a great brother that he wouldn't dare give me up."
"wouldn't do it for all the money in the world," mike affirms with a smile and finger wag pointed to the sky. after a moment, he winces and squeezes his eyes tightly in pain, rubbing at his temples with two fingertips. "they're still in my head though. it's taking all my willpower to fight against them."
you nod at the both of them, an oddly fascinated smile etched onto your face. "well maybe you two can take them down and make them reform. ask them why they need children for their mission in the first place."
"well they don't always, do they, abs?" abby shakes her head as mike reaches out for you, his eyebrows pulled together in confusion. "in fact...they're asking for...you now."
you widen your eyes, playing up your shock with a hand to the heart. "oh jeez. well, thank god it's an adult this time. what would the world be without abby?"
"what would the world be like without me? you ask great questions, y/n. that's why i love you."
"i love you more, abs. i'm not letting them get you either," you reply, running your hand over the crown of her damp head with an affectionate grin as you feel mike sneakily wrap his arms around your waist, pressing you into him. "mike, wh--"
"the sea monsters have spoken. they want you!" you're off your feet before you can even finish your screech, flying towards the cresting waves. one moment, mike had you in his arms, trudging into deeper surf, and the next, you're shrouded in icy ocean water, the salt stinging your eyes and coating your unexpectant tongue in a disgusting layer of minerals.
mike's laughing as he slowly makes his way to the sand, his back facing the shore while he waits for you to come to the surface. he's beside abby when you finally rise, the joy dropping from both of their demeanors when they take you in.
your staunch displeasure could be seen from football fields away and it makes abby mischievously gulp, "uh oh" as you irritably trek through the water, stopping when it reaches your mid-thigh.
you're like a goddess, appearing from the ocean in your simple black bikini, water droplets beading over the exposed parts of your smooth bronze skin, and it's all mike wants to make you feel like in order to atone for his obvious mistake. he wants to throw you into his arms and apologize profusely and plant kisses all over your body and ask you what he can do to make it right; he'll do anything if it means he won't see you with crossed arms and a deep scowl.
your attitude has mike sprinting over, almost face planting as his feet slip in the waterlogged sand. his eyes are overwhelmingly remorseful, and he begins to spew sentiment as he grabs for you.
"i'm so sorry baby, are you okay? are you hurt?" his voice cracks as he examines you thoroughly, grazing his hands over your face and body. you nearly give up your act at his attentiveness, but you maintain, rolling your eyes at him. he deflates at that, whimpering, "fuck, i'm sorry. i'm so sorry. i should've asked before i did that, i-i-i just thought since you were playing along that maybe it'd be okay...." mike's ramble trails off as he focuses on you stepping back into deeper water, and even more terrifyingly, your continued silence. "baby, hey, hey. are you okay?"
he follows you closely, and it's a foolish mistake on his own part; his consideration leaves him vulnerable, and you're able to ram your small frame into his torso, wrapping your own arms around his waist and tackling him into the chilly water. he goes down with a yell and comes up soon after with a cough and a smile, shaking the saltwater from his hair.
he wipes at his eyes as he reorients himself, rasping, "oh, i see. you were just getting back at me, being all cold and shit."
you watch him with your lips pursed amusedly, traversing around his recovering form so that you have an unobstructed escape route. "you gave me to the sea monsters, mike. i couldn't not get revenge."
"yeah, well, now this sea monster's gonna get you!" you noisily squeal as you run with high knees all the way to abby, who jumps and cheers for you back at the dry shore. "don't let them get you, y/n!"
"i won't!" you scream back, your words broken up with chuckles as you try your best to escape mike's aquatic nefariousness. you've made it out of the water, pulling abby into a wet embrace when mike clammers into the two of you, sending you all down to the lush sand.
it sticks to your skin as you belly-laugh with abby under mike's weight, feeling his heart pump through his ribs with adrenaline, and you can't help but think about how memorable this time will be for all of you.
mike and abby would be your family forever, and moments like this cemented that.
cute beach time!!! i love sweetgf and dickheadbf, they warm my heart.

Can you write Mike being into mean women 👀? Like the reader, working in the same place as him, and is super mean to him during work and he's into that?
Bonus point: they're super sweet to kids, especially to Abby, like a mother figure.
Part Two
OMGOMG I WAS THINKING ON WRITING THAT TOO
Request more guys I'm starting to love writing
Pairings - Mike Schmidt ft. Mean!Reader
Warnings - Cursing and probably offensive jokes
I'll make part two of this cause i really love it
You started working on this weird pizzeria as a janitor weeks ago it's not that much job for you because there's no weird activities the animatronics had made.
It's evening in the morning and mike is already running late for his first day at work, when he arrived he saw a car and the lock is gone. So what does the key for the padlock steve gave him for?
Mike approached the door unlocking the door as he slowly entered the pizzeria as he was greeted by a flickering lights of the welcome sign.
He saw you cleaning the place as a earpods is inserted on your ears, "Another guard again. Then after this shift you'll never come back." That was your greet, you are tired of people going to this place then after the night they wouldn't come back and another person will came again.
"I won't i really need this job." Mike remarked as you looked at him and rolled your eyes out of annoyance "Whatever you say big guy." You said as you continued cleaning as mike finds his way to the monitor.
Mike wouldn't lie he find it attractive, something about you has a hit for him. He hates it when people are mean to him, but you?? Oh God..
He finally learned on how the monitor works as he switch and switch the camera to see where you are cleaning.
He started looking around as he saw a tape that has his name on it he started it as the video showed him everything he needs to know.
As the video ended he started looking around more seeing the locker, as he open the locker as the balloon boy greated him with fear. "Don't hurt yourself just because of a toy." You remarked as you sweep into his way going outside the door.
You scared him more than the balloon boy scared him he is so head over heels to you, mike stopped thinking about the toy as he started wearing the vest.
It didn't took long for vanessa to come and visit at the pizzeria. "Hey shen, come in." You dryly said as it was raining outside for vanessa to be outside. Shen is your nickname for vanessa it's simple you accidentally pronounced vanessa's name as "vanesha" that's how shen is created.
"Ohh hi mike i see you are already here and this is (y/n) she's a janitor for like a week." Vanessa said as she made you both greet yourselves, "Nice to meet you." mike said he's so nervous but he is dedicated to meet you.
"You too.." You said as you came back to cleaning while vanessa showed mike the badges as an official pizzeria guard. "is she always been that mean?" Mike asked out of nowhere, he also didn't know why he asked it.
"Hmm i tell you always, but you'll get used to it then she'll cool down a little bit." Vanessa said as she started putting the badge on mikes vest, everything went well until you guys have to go home cause the shift is over. That makes mike feel a little bit sad since he know he's gonna wait for long hours, hmm seems like he has work crush now.
The next next night mike bring abby with him since max never came after the whole stealing thing on the pizzeria.
As every night you were always there first so mike didn't really struggle much as you already started cleaning.
"good evening (y/n)" mike greeted you as you turned around seeing a little girl beside him which excites you, "Ohh hi little girl.." You greeted the child beside mike waving to her completely ignoring mike's greet, as vanessa said he already got used to it on how many times he had tried talking to you.
"I'm (Y/n), what's your name?" You asked as you kneeled into her level as she gave the same energy you had, "I'm abby.." Abby responded as she shyly admired your beauty.
"Nice to meet you abby." You said as you smiled at her, "Mike how could you make abby stay this late." you scolded mike as he tried explaining but you shush him bringing abby with you into the room where mike works as you grab a few seats a long the way to make a fort for abby.
"How do you know i love fort?" Abby curiously asked as you started making the fort, "I don't really, but when i was a kid i used to love forts so i just thought you would like it." you explained as you are making everything perfect for abby to sleep.
"Are you hungry?" You asked abby as she sat beside the fort, "I'm not that hungry but thank you." abby said as she smiled seeing the fort as mike stand leaning at the door as he adored how you manage to gain abby's trust.
"Good night abby.." you said with a smile as you cover her up with blanket as she fall asleep fast.
"Stop staring and start helping me clean schmidt." You said as you stood up coming back to your mean self which mike really loved but seeing you act so motherly to abby makes him really feel happy.
Both of you started cleaning around the place which made both of you really tired especially thinking on how big the place is and stacking up the heavy chairs. Because of tiredness both of you decided to sleep on where the monitor is.
Another hour had passed as abby was woken up by a voice calling her, she is quick to respond as she crawled out of the forst seeing both you deeply asleep. She tried lightly pushing mike but he is still asleep.
Abby started walking around the place going to the main place where the animatronics are. Abby greeted the animatronics as it started approaching her.
Mike is already have with his dream as he is woken up by you "Mike! Mike wake the fuck up! Abby is gone." You said as you panickly said as you heard a scream making both of you run into the dining area.
"Abby!" Mike yelled as you guys saw the animatronics circling around abby as she kept on screaming, it didn't take a while for the animatronics to look both of you as fear creeped you.
As mike picked up a chair as if it has any use as the bear animatronics approached him, "Hey.. They're wouldn't stop thought i was gonna die. Freddy this is my brother mike and that's (y/n)." Abby said as she made freddy acknowledge both of you.
"Abby what is this?" Mike terrifiedly asked as freddy couldn't stop staring at him like a mad man, as he turned to you as you greet him with a wave. "Come on i wanna meet you the others." Abby said to mike as she grab your hands to meet the other animatronics.
"So this is bonnie, foxy and chica." Abby stated their name as mike slowly walked on where both of you and abby are standing.

Honestly? I'm not surprised the FNAF movie is delayed.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They're DEFINETLY struggling to come up with a plot for the next movie. They planned to make three movies if the first went well, but they didn't really leave themselves much room for a sequel.
What do I mean by that? Well...
• The driving conflict of the first movie, that got Mike to work at Freddy's in the first place, was the custody battle with aunt Jane. But they fucking killed her off. (In the movie, it seems like it's possible she still may be alive, but in the book it's pretty much confirmed she's dead.) Abby sees her "lying in a puddle of ketchup" or something when golden freddy comes to get her. And I have a direct quote from Mike.
"You know," he said, "I think my aunt has finally decided to move on." I mean... she kind of did, Mike thought. (Pg 317)
• Oh, and also in the book, it's said Mike gets a nice new job as a contractor after the events at Freddy's, so it's not like they can pull the "Mike can't find a job so he HAS to work at another Freddy's location!" thing again.
• AND, they resolved his storyline with Garrett. He's found the killer, and watched him die. (Even if we know he's not dead). Mike realized Abby is much more important than his dead brother and he no longer torments himself with thoughts of Garrett... so I don't think he'd go poking around in another Freddy's location to "figure out what happened". He knows what happened. And he's finally over it.
• It seems like they TRIED to give themselves something to work with in the end credits. You know, the "C O M E F I N D M E". But honestly? It's not all that helpful. There's no clear way to tell who it's addressed to or who it's from. Everyone seems to agree it's Garrett speaking to Mike as the puppett, but honestly? That doesn't make sense to me.
• I've already explained that I don't think Mike is interested in learning more about his brother's death. He knows who killed him, and watched that man die. Mike is as "at peace" as he's ever going to get. Besides, I don't think Garrett is the puppett!! At all!!
• In the movie, Mike says he feels closer to Garrett at Freddy's. I think that means his soul is LITERALLY there, in THAT Freddy's location. Why else would he say that? Just because there are ghosts there killed by the same man? Also, in the novel, Mike literally sees Garrett's ghost in the pizzeria and it leads him to Springtrap. Finally, the "It's me" messages that keep appearing near Mike. Who else would be writing that shit? It's not just a little Easter egg for the audience. It has to be someone Mike knows. Garrett. (Also I think there's a strong argument to be made that Garrett is co-posessing Golden Freddy with the little blonde boy)
• SO THEN, WHO IS SAYING "COME FIND ME," AND WHO ARE THEY TALKING TO?
Honestly? No clue. But I think there are a few interesting directions they could take things.
1) From Mike's dad, to Mike.
In the movie they sort of imply Mike's dad offed himself, but in the book they reveal he just walked out on them. So he's still out there somewhere, and they could totally reveal he had some kind of connection to Freddy's and William, and it would explain why William drove all the way to goddamn Nebraska to kidnap some random ass kid.
2) From springtrap, to some unfortunate soul dumb enough to set him free
In the games, he was locked away in a bricked off room for like 30 years before being set free, but I don't think these movies are going to have that big of a time skip. Probably a year at most. So I could see the next movie starting with some idiot freeing springtrap.
3) Okay yeah I cant think of anything else.
And I know I'm not a professional screenplay writer but those bitches are anxiously struggling too!! In every interview where Josh Hutcherson (Mike) has been asked about a sequel, he says they're still trying to figure out the story. No shit!! They didn't give themselves anything to work with.
• So basically, Mike has absolutely no reason to go back to another Freddy's location, and the little secret message at the end is almost too vague to be useful.
So, what DID they leave themselves to work with in the next movie? What plot points remain unresolved?
• For one thing, they didn't even give William a fucking motive for killing kids. Or for luring security guards to their deaths. This version of him seems to have a much better understanding of remnant and possession that his game counterpart, but there's no reason given for that either. In the game, he does it all for his dead son. He wants to "fix" him. But they didn't set up any hints to that in the first movie. Mike talked to Vanessa about HIS dead brother, so I feel like if the whole "dead son" thing was the case, she would have mentioned she lost a sibling too.
• Or maybe William would have brought it up at the end when he was getting mad at Vanessa. The "mess YOU created!!" scene. He probably would have said something like, "You know why we have to do this, Vanessa." But he didn't. There's literally no known motive, and it'll be kind of hard to set one up without any breadcrumbs left in the previous movie.
• Mike was TOTALLY falling for Vanessa in the books. Yeah, I know, a lot of people feel FNAF isn't a place for romance, and SCHMELLY isn't a very popular ship... but that doesn't change the face he almost kissed her in the novel. (Also in the book she threw his EMPTY PILL BOTTLE into the river, didn't actually toss bro's meds! So she's a little more likeable!)
"Vanessa and Mike grinned at each other, and Mike felt something zing inside of him. It was a palpable 'wow' feeling that was much more intense than his casual appreciation of her beauty. And the zing felt like it was going both ways. The look Vanessa was giving Mike was one he hadn't ever seen before... not directed at him anyway. Her reciprocation of his feelings was so strong that he felt himself leaning toward her." (pg 186)
(They didn't kiss though, Vanessa blushed and looked away and changed the subject.) Still... now they have to address their little romantic subplot in the next movie as well.
• Vanessa. Just as a character. There's a lot to work with there. Personally, I think it would be interesting to use her coma to tell a story. You know, have her flashback to there's childhood with William and at Freddy's. (Honestly if they don't do that they're dumb and missing a huge opportunity. Why else put her in the goddamn coma?)
• Also, in the novel, they heavily implied she's... a robot? Apparently, her eyes drastically change color and Mike notes she flips from "girl mode" to "cop mode" on a dime. In the movie she just looked bipolar.
"Yeah Abby, let's use the tables for the fort! 😄"
"Mike if you bring her here again I will SHOOT YOU. 🤬"
• But yeah apparently she's a robot. A robot so convincing that even hospital nurses and doctors can't tell. With no explanation for how William could have built that. Or why there's a photo of her and William where she's clearly a child. Did he build a child robot that grew up into an adult woman robot? Or did he build two robots? Or did child Vanessa die and he replaced her with a robot? Who knows!
"Mike watched, mesmerized, as Vanessa's irises deepened noticeably in hue. They went from their usual soft, almost greyish-blue to a deeper indigo. The shift was so pronounced it almost looked computer-generated. It was also enormously disquieting. Mike felt like he was watching a human turn into..." (pg 184)
• So for the next move, Mike has no motive to go visit Freddy's, William has no motive in general, and Vanessa is a robot. The script practically writes itself, am I right??
And then there's the way Scott Cawthon likes to incorporate fan feedback into all of his projects.
(Ex: People complained FNAF 3 wasn't scary, so he made FNAF 4 horrifying)
• I have no doubt he's going to incorporate the fanbase's favorite characters into the next movie. (Ness, Doug, Maxine, Jeremy) Which honestly just complicates the plot further, adding more stipulations to the script.
• Bringing Ness back would be easy? Mike and Abby could have a scene in the diner, I guess, but it's also sort of unnecessary, and I'm not sure MatPat would agree to another cameo. He's retired.
• Bringing Doug back would be more complicated. He's aunt Jane's lawyer... but they fuckin' killed her off. So. Doug is not needed.
• Jeremy could come back? Maybe? He's really a background character... It's not stated whether or not Mike was friends with him outside work, or kept in touch with him after being fired.
• Maxine is a lot more complicated. The actress who plays her, Kathryn Sterling, said herself that she was originally supposed to have a bigger role in the film but it got trimmed down. And THEN there's the way she was stuffed into a purple Freddy suit, which a lot of fans theorize is supposed to be Shadow Freddy. On her TikTok, she basically confirms this, hinting to her character coming back in the next movie and being more important.
So in the next movie...
1) Mike has to somehow have to end up tangled back into Freddy Fazbullshit even though he has NO desire to... (Remember the way he looked at Abby when she asked if they could visit them??)
2) They have to reveal or at least hint towards Vanessa being a robot
3) Mike & Vanessa romance subplot??
4) William needs a fucking motive for killing people
5) The audience needs to be able to tell who "come find me" was said by AND who it was directed towards
6) Bonus points if they can cram in more youtuber cameos & beloved characters from the last movie like Jeremy and Doug
--------------------------------------------------
So yeah. It's a lot to consider when writing. And the clock is ticking, because kids, especially little kids like Garrett's actor, grow up FAST. And ghost kids aren't supposed to grow up. Ghost kids are supposed to be dead.
I do want to say though, that despite the plot holes, I LOVE the FNAF movie. I've watched it 20+ times. It's genuinely one of my comfort movies. I'm excited for the next movie, but I'm also sort of expecting it to be late 2025 before we get to see it.
Scott is notoriously picky. He turned down, like, 8 scripts for the first movie before settling on the Mike storyline. I don't mind waiting, especially considering how difficult this next movie is gonna be to write. Also if you read this whole rant?? Damn?? Kiss me on the mouth rn.

i just watched the movie recently and although i had my doubts at first i actually enjoyed it a lot looking back lol.
i see you’ve written for regressor vanessa, and idk if you’d write for regressor Mike but if do you and your requests are open could i request a fic like that?
totally fine if you don’t wanna!!
— 🐝 (old anon lol)

|| mike schmidt x vanessa shelly
a/n: omg 🐝 ahh I’ve missed you!!! hope you’ve been good and thank you for blessing me with a little!mike ask <3 I couldn’t find a solid date for when the movie takes place but the late 90s-2000s is the most common answer so I went with that when choosing the movie they watch (it’s Balto 2)
warnings: little!mike, cg!vanessa, mike’s a lil insecure about regressing but it’s v brief, mentions of little!vanessa, mentions of nightmares & canon events, pet names
Tumblr media Tumblr media
-
“I still don’t know about this Vanessa.” Mike says with hesitation clear as day on his face, sitting across from Vanessa on the couch, the remote sitting untouched between them. Vanessa had suggested maybe Mike try regressing for a bit while Abby is off at Ness’ for the night, they’ve talked about it before with Vanessa’s own regression as a jumping point, but Mike’s still nervous.
“You don’t have to if you don’t want to, but I’m still putting this kids movie on.” A smile breaks across Mikes face as Vanessa plucks the remote from the empty cushion and hits play.
He isn’t sure what movie this is but Abby made Vanessa take her to see it in theaters and both girls fell in love with it, Mike would’ve gone but Abby had deemed it a “girls trip” so tonight will be the first time he’s seeing it. It’s an animated movie with dogs, or maybe they’re wolves, Mike can’t really tell but he also doesn’t really care, he likes it either way. And he likes it even more when Vanessa coaxes him to lay down with his head in her lap.
“Where are they?” He asks and is a little taken back by how wobbly and pitchy his voice sounds. It sounds similar to how Vanessa sounds when she’s regressed— oh.
“Alaska, that’s why there’s so much snow.” That makes sense. Vanessa’s hand threads into Mikes hair, her fingers lightly brushing back and forth, he gets kind of lost in the feeling.
The sound coming from the tv is still there but he can’t quite focus on it, almost feeling sleepy as he curls up closer to Vanessa. She murmurs something he doesn’t catch and smiles softly down at him, he likes how safe she feels. It’s not a new feeling by any means, since the first night they met Mike had felt an odd security around her, but it’s different tonight, stronger in a way. There’s some layer of trust that he’s letting her in on, the same one that comes out when she shushes his nightmares away or holds his hand extra tight when they walk past woods with Abby.
“You tired bud?” Vanessa’s voice is gentle and honey like, pulling Mike from his thoughts as he turns to look up at her.
“No, wanna finish the movie.” She gives a small laugh and moves her thumb across Mikes forehead to brush his messy hair away.
“I’m sure Balto will still be there in the morning.” Something akin to a groan leaves Mikes throat, it’s more of a whine, not that he’ll ever admit it.
“Five more minutes? Please ‘Nessa?” Her lips twist up and eyes lift to the ceiling for a moment, the longest moment of Mike’s life if you ask him, before she’s nodding shortly in agreement.
“Five more minutes then teeth and bed.” It earns her another groan but it’s only halfhearted, Mike’s too busy turning back towards the tv to really be annoyed about the prospect of having to go to bed. He thinks he’ll actually get some good sleep tonight, he feels relaxed in a way he hasn’t felt in years, even better than back when he was taking those sleeping meds; and Vanessa’s also here. He always sleeps better when Vanessa’s there with him.
“I sleep better with you too sweetheart.” Oh did he say that aloud?
“Mhm, someone’s tired.” It’s said with a sing-song tone that Mike pouts at.
“Am not.”

it is with a heavy heart that i must announce. the five nights at freddy's movie was really good
sorry for how much of a behemoth this post is im fnaf autism just bear with me also i can't keep my thoughts straight for the life of me so this will be a bumpy ride. as an additional note i got very lucky and had literally 0 spoilers whatsoever for this movie, i haven't even seen the trailer
so first of all: i thought all the changes they made to the plot to make it work for a movie were good decisions, altho some of them did take a minute to actually feel like good changes lmao. once i thought about em a bit more though they made sense.
one of the things i really liked was that they also did include a lot of the things i wanted them to, or more specifically things that you're like "you literally can't have a fnaf movie without these, it just wouldn't be right", like we got mike schmidt, we got fucking VANESSA??? altho she might be in the trailer so that might not be the same reveal for yall as it was for me but still. they heavily alluded to vanny? (altho that's a part i'm kinda sad abt is they didn't /actually/ include vanny, vanessa just makes an offhand comment about how she "wouldn't be much help" if she was around afton and then. comes to help anyways and doesnt have any issues? lame they shouldve had him hypnotise her and then she fought her way out to help mike and abby. or alternatively they couldve used the family restructuring to make vanny be a result of afton giving vanessa osdd-2, like thats kinda functionally what he does with the mask anyways but this would make it more obvious).
also swinging back to changes they made that i liked!! VANESSA AFTON?? like this is the one that took me a while to get used to bc it feels like such a cliche from an outside perspective but it also kind of Super Isn't considering what the original plot is? like all the family restructuring they did makes pretty good sense to me, i do think it loses a bit of the weight having michael be Just Some Guy Whose Brother Happened To Be Kidnapped By Afton Forever Ago and now coincidentally has this weird guy offering him a job as a night guard, but also the og lore. absolutely would not fit into a movie lmao. so i like that they kept the characters everyone wanted around while also rearranging it to keep the spirit of "learning about all of this for the first time through the eyes of a security guard" you get from playing the games. it's fun for people who don't know the lore because it's easy to follow and it's fun for people who /do/ know the lore because they can pull apart all the differences.
oh right back to things they included that i wanted them to. we gotttt chica's cupcake murdering people, we got FUCKING MATPAT? SAYING THE ITS JUST A THEORY LINE? SOUNDING THRILLED OFF HIS ASS TO BE THERE??? i dont like the man and his opinions vis a vis addressing nonbinary characters but. goddamn was that a funny cameo. why couldnt you include markiplier too you fucking cowards. who said that. anyways. oh we kind of tangentially have a canon name for crying child? aka garrett? like idk this one could go either way because like. yeah he's mike's younger brother that died tragically and scarred him for life, makes sense that theyd be the same character in function but also it is technically a different family so who knows.
umm what else. oh this doesnt rlly fall into either category i just really liked it, the intro sequence for all the animatronics? showing what they can /really/ do with the breaking and entering dudes?? that was such a cool sequence i really liked the whole thing honestly. chica being introduced in the kitchen and the dude finding the cupcake then looking back and it's gone? bonnie in the supply closet? foxysprint??? AND FREDDY!! THE BITE!!! in case anyones reading this before watching the movie so they know what to expect: youll know when this moment is coming and if youre watching it at home with friends i HIGHLY recommend having the "was that the bite of 87" clip ready to play right after, they WILL lose their shit. i had it queued up from the very beginning of the movie cause i was like. they can't not include it /somehow/, it's the fnaf movie there has to be A Bite. and sure enough. oh also it's not at the same time but the golden freddy reveal is really good too, they did a good job of setting it up so even if youre already aware of golden freddy conceptually you still go "oh freddy's here? i mean i guess that makes sense he's the leader and all. or wait what happened to his eye why's he only got one? oh. oh i see. ohohohohohohohoho" 100/10. also very funny that they just straight up. MURDER THE AUNT? AND SHE NEVER GETS MENTIONED AGAIN SHE JUST IS DEAD??? the kid isnt like. hey what happened to aunt jane?? i get none of them liked her and with good reason but youd think at least one of em would be like "damn she sucked but she didnt deserve that, rip jane"
oh and the springlocks of course the springlocks. like as soon as we saw aftons name in the cast list we all knew he was gonna get springlocked, it's such a cherished memory for so many of us and there's no way in hell The Fnaf Movie™ wouldnt include afton getting springlocked, they just legally can't leave that out. and they do it pretty well too like yeah if you know what's gonna happen you can see it coming way ahead of time and it's kind of a slow crawl to get there but like. idk i think it still works pretty well. i don't personally like how long the actual springlocking itself took, i think they couldve milked that a little bit less cause i was under the impression that if one springlock failed they All Would Instantaneously And Your Flesh Body Will Become Occupied By A Full Endoskeleton. but no we just get very slow rib beartrap. w/e though still cool and again the leadup to it was really good even knowing exactly how it would end, like just the really slow shuffling of the animatronics towards him? like yeah it's slow and kinda tedious but its also like. theres literally nothing you can do, youre surrounded and defenseless and theyre infinitely faster and stronger than you and now they remember that you killed them. and you just have to sit there and watch them slowly slowly get closer all while trying to talk your way out of it knowing youre fucked. 10/10 they did that part well
oh and that also falls under changes i liked, i liked that instead of "afton tries to escape intangible ghosts by getting into old decrepit suit which then fails and kills him" it was "afton was already in the suit to do murders in and has brainwashed the bots to follow him" wait omg point postponed i just realized that part is from security breach. i thought vanessa was the only thing they brought over from that i didnt even notice that they werent doing the theyre-attacking-all-adults-indiscriminately thing goddamn. omg wait and the fact that the restaurants already closed in this one, it really is just a blend of all the games huh. scott do you see how much more coherent your plot couldve been if there wasnt So much going on. anyways. back to what i was saying. instead of "afton tries to escape intangible ghosts by getting into old decrepit suit which then fails and kills him" it was "afton was already in the suit to do murders in and brainwashed the ghosts into thinking he was their friend so they would help him do murders while possessing the robots. then they get their memories back and the robots turn on him and.. i think deliberately? set off the springlocks, or were just aiming to regular kill him and the springlocks failing was a happy accident? then the robots drag him away as they keep slowly one by one collapsing into him", like the first one made a lot of sense for the game and the timeline and the second one just feels right for this too. it's still his hubris that kills him, still his springlocks, it's just in one version the hubris is "trusting his springlock design to still work after however many years" and in the other its "thinking he has conplete control over the ghosts he killed", plus the ghosts finally get a bit more direct participation in his death than in the other version lol.
one change i did not like. forced het romance. like i dunno i guess im happy for them, both of those characters have certainly earned happy endings by this point so its nice they can get something cutesy. but also. like cmon man it's vanessa and mike do we have to do this she just got stabbed stop holding her hand
oh also this change wasnt really good or bad i just thought it was funny, vanessas a full on cop now? like i get they prolly just dont wanna have two security guards or something but i mean. it wouldve been really easy to just say she was the day shift guard? thatd explain why she had more information on the bots and the place's history than him, why she's always Around, it wouldve even flowed into the vanessa afton reveal pretty well too because like. yeah obviously a guy doing murders would want his main security guard to be someone he trusts and who better than his theoretically brainwashed daughter yknow? as it was she just kinda Showed Up Knowing Stuff And Ignoring Questions and later afton's like "you were supposed to be keeping an eye on him" but like of course Mike was getting dodgy about the weirdo cop loitering nearby for no reason, thats sus as hell lmao. vs "experienced security guard here to show you the ropes" he would have a much easier time trusting that she actually did have his best interests at heart. idk it just seemed like a weird change to me lmao
ummm oh my roommate pointed out the fact that when they tried to springlock abby the suit they were aiming for looked suspiciously like circus baby and abby and baby are anagrams so thats fun. it's hard to tell though if shes intended to be a rework of elizabeth or if vanessa's filling that role now. cause like on the one hand, michael's younger sister whose name is v close to baby, on the other hand, vanessa is afton's daughter. so idk i feel like it could go either way. if abby's elizabeth i guess that negates the thing about garret maybe being crying child's name bc then theyd prolly just be keeping mike's name the same. w/e
oh my god i completely forgot when i was talking about changes to the afton springlock thing, they had him deliberately put his mask on after the other springlocks started releasing and say the "i always come back" line, i thought that was an excellent touch. like he's actively dying a horrific death and is like. no no. im not leaving this bot. this shit is going to suck ass no matter what so i might as well do all i can to ENSURE my soul gets locked in this fuckin thing, go on stab me in the brain lets do this. i will however also say that having him say "i always come back"... before he's even come back the first time? is a little bit weird, i know thats another one of the "we have to include this in the fnaf movie" things so im not mad but just in the moment it def flows a bit weird. like mf you don't even have one example of that yet much less several to be saying "always" about
OH AND THE BIGGEST ONE. THE ANIMATRONICS. theyre so good. like im so glad they went all in on that, i think they probably knew that if there was one single thing they had to get absolutely 100% right to avoid a fan uprising it was those and by god did they deliver, theyre so big and so unsettling and so fun. chica's wink at abby was the best part of the movie no questions asked. or alternatively bonnie falling over after they built the fort. like theyre all just so good. OH MY GOD OR IN CHICA'S INTRODUCTION SEQUENCE WHERE YOU CAN SEE HER JUST. SCOOTING BY THROUGH THE VENT?? THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING OF ALL TIME HELLO???
god. but yeah i was honestly expecting it to be a lot worse than it was. also this mike is a bad brother/dad figure. but i guess in the games he also kind of is the pinnacle of bad brother so i mean it couldve been a lot worse. theres definitely some rough parts, i mightve mentioned this already but i felt like a few of the dramatic pause things were a bit too drawn out, like i said the springlocks locking is one good example of that but another that i REALLY found slow was like. in the opening we watch a guy get turbomurdered by the swirly blade mask and it takes. way longer than i feel like was necessary. also unnecessary: a jumpcut a second from scared eyes to swirly blades to hands fumbling and repeating during that. oh another thing that was weird to me, why was mike so insistent on sleeping specifically at night? to the point of deliberately sleeping on the job? like i get he wanted to revisit the kidnapping dream but like. presumably he could dream just as well during the day, no? done his night shift then once it was up rolled out a sleeping bag for a quick powernap before heading home? idk that just felt. forced to me
more random things, i am sad we didnt get a whiff of henry emily (my fringe theory was that their twist to change it from the games was they were gonna make henry be evil, rip to that idea) or the puppet/charlie, and kinda sad they changed the kid possessing golden freddy to be a boy like. we love cassidy and her Undying Rage Towards Afton's Soul smh why would you get rid of her. also loved balloon boy, kinda wish mangle had gotten like a similar level appearance but thats w/e. oh also while i did appreciate the low gore level there were also a few times where it was a bit weird how minor the injuries the dead people had were. like this man just had his face put in a blender mask and he just has like. some forehead gashes or whatever? he should look like someone stirred up jello
anyways with that gross thought i think i am out of things to say about the movie for now. if anyone else watched it already and somehow read all of this blease tell me your thoughts
#the stuff under the cut contains major spoilers so reader beweader#this post is also gonna be rambley as hell so like. strap in#update after finishing it: it is indeed very rambley and also long as hell so see again: reader beweader#fnaf movie spoilers#five nights at freddy's movie spoilers#fnaf spoilers#five nights at freddy's spoilers#fnaf#fnaf movie#my roommate said they heard they were aiming to make 3 moves total and if i had to guess#i would say the other movies will probably hit fnaf 3 and then pizzaria simulator#obviously with some massive changes to the plot regarding timelines and just resolving general world changes#but i do feel like those encapsulate the main big points of afton's arc#aka 1) getting springlocked‚ 2) being springtrap (potentially in fazbear frights and i think that would be a really cool movie#but really the location doesnt really matter so much as the He's Been Woken Up And Is Hunting Someone#and then 3) getting his ass sent to ghost hell by henry. frankly i would be happy if they just ripped his final monologue#straight from the game and didnt even rerecord it it's just so iconic#like id want them to include security breach too somehow but. the timelines gonna get real condensed real fast then#it already would be if they include 3 isnt there like 30 years between aftons death and that one? so the part thats#originally set in 2050????? yeah thatd take some serious rearranging#hmm although i am now in my head thinking of something. abt the location not mattering as long as#springtrap wakes up and hunts someone. what if they did that /in the pizzaplex/ instead of in a horror attraction#or maybe for a horror installation there#idk im just rambling more now but i think thatd be a cool way to combine those parts#oh sorry technically that thing abt afton getting springlocked is technically a spoiler#but i mean come on we all knew that was gonna happen

FNAF movie review under the cut (contains heavy spoilers)
Also, I wrote this right after the movie.
First of all. I loved the images. The probs, the animatronics, the looks were really good. I like the scenery, the composition, the mise en scène (I cannot find a word for it in English apparently you can say mise en scène too so take it. Directing would not be the exact translation of what I'm looking for, I think? I'm talking about visuals, not how the actors played even though they were ok).
Sadly I think that's the only point they nailed.
The scenario was... uh... like if a guy had to guess what FNAF was about? I have nothing against Vanessa being William's daughter but... Mike??? I really thought it was gonna turn out that Mike and Vanessa are half-siblings? (I thought Mike's dad in his memories could be his stepfather but he didn't know.) But then if he's not William's son... why was William like that when he read his name....??? (Because he recognised him as Garrett's brother? Mf really would pay attention to the names and family trees of his victims??? Stop googling shit and walk on set more often William)
Still scared of the thought that they could still make Mike and Vanessa end together please no-
I feel like breaking the family link between Mike and William breaks half of FNAF is about. The whole ordeal was that Mike was responsible for his brother's death and William also had responsibility which is kind of what happened but not exactly. Every fan feels like a part of why William dislikes his son is because he blames him for his brother's death. And here it's just. "Oh yeah I killed your brother lol. Anyway I don't really have anything against you personally. I didn't really think about you before last week."
Speaking of, William in the movie is so hollow. Like we got nothing. He kills kids. And then he has them kill some guys. He has a daughter he has scared into shutting up. He appears in his suit and immediately dies. Because of the cupcake of all animatronics - this is really funny in a sense seeing the cupcake so savage when in the games it barely does anything, it's just annoying in Help Wanted.
He's not even obsessed with bringing things to life or anything. He throws a "I always come back" out of nowhere, he could have gone "You think you can get rid of me?! I'll come back, I always come back." Which would have made more sense rather than having him saying the line without context.
Had a "he wouldn't do that" moment at the end when William stabbed Vanessa. He would not. hurt his daughter. :( not intentionally at least. I mean yeah I get she's not Elizabeth and doesn't have the same attachment but the thing is that William's attachment to Elizabeth is a big part of his identity too.
Now, it might have been because I'm an idiot who didn't eat enough before the movie (+ I had an upset stomach lmao) but the movie felt SO LONG. The good shit happens about 15 minutes before the end and lasts 10 minutes. The movie is 1 hour and 50 minutes long. It just goes back and forth very slowly to Mike finding out what happened and I feel he could have found out way sooner, leaving space for more plot twists or more action, I don't know.
I did like the portrayal of some characters. New characters like Abby, Doug and the teacher were so nice to see! I like that Mike is Mike in character like, yeah he would do that shit, and I think Josh was a perfect match too, but other than that he doesn't feel very much like Mike? Like who is he, he's not William's son, he's not motivated by stopping his dad just making it right for his brother.
Vanessa was pretty cool too. Like how she just keeps changing subjects to avoid answering Mike's questions. She's scared of the one manipulating her but ends up willing to face him with help.
The dead kids were on point! Personally, I love seeing Golden Freddy as a mad manipulative child with a bit of sadism. Would I have liked it better if he was a girl? Yeah but what can you do. Didn't think I would like how we keep seeing the ghost outside of the animatronics but that was actually very well done especially when the Foxy child steps back into Pirate Cove and comes out as Foxy.
About the horror, I saw some people complain that it wasn't scary, and they're right: it's not. I think it's made for a 13+ public, which is so good because I HATE gore in horror movies it's always free and feels cheap. But then again it was more like a teenager's first horror/thriller movie so it's more friendly than people would have expected.
Kept my eyes peeled for Easter eggs, and saw the motorride game thingy on the guy's sweater. Did notice all of the things that were ripped from the movie despite being in the trailers. William's humming of the Toreador... Why did you remove it.....
Oh, that reminds me why was Foxy's singing so wrong? He does not sing like that???
Didn't think that would happen but Matpat's appearance made me laugh especially since I did not recognize his voice at first so it was like a little jumpscare. Pretty sad other YouTubers/streamers' Easter eggs were not more seeable (like I knew whose photo was on the employee of the month thingy but I didn't have time to actually look at them in the movie). I know the taximan is also a YouTuber, never watched him but he's really good at acting and very funny! If they do more movies (which I'm not sure they would) I want them to bring him again.
There's this dissonance this William just like for Vanny. "Oh, you like the evil rabbits? Here is the merch! Lots of merch! Are you happy? Good! because there's no content."
Overall the universe's imagery is respected but the wiring is like the first Fnaf books, less wild maybe (Charliebot..) so if you didn't like the books like me you might not like the movie.
I'd give maybe 3 stars to the movie, mainly because visually it was almost perfect. Despite criticizing a lot, I'm still happy I went, because I wanted to see it and I kinda like a cinema treat from time to time.

Sweetest of all time {Mike x reader}
Tumblr media
Mike Schmitt coming home from a long nights work to find you alseep with Abby on the couch with cartoons playing. He smiles watching the two of you, he loves you dearly but couldn’t tell you that face to face. Abby seemed truly happy to be babysat by you so why would he make it awkward. He grabbed a blanket and draped it over the both of you before heading off to get a shower and sleeping.
Soon he smelt the smell of pancakes and orange juice, Abby’s laugh now filling his ears. He hops up out of bed perking out from the hall to see you tickling Abby and giving her breakfast. “Oh Hi Mike. Did we wake you?” Your soft, warm voice hits his ears and he can swear he turns red. “I-oh no. I’ve been up. Hi abs.” He ruffles her hair. “Hi Mike. You have to have some pancakes their like to die for!” You laugh as she makes explosion noises. “They aren’t that good but they are okay.” Your eyes meets his. “Want a plate?”
“Sure.” He looked down, grabbing a Dr. Pepper from the fridge. “Here you go.” You sat the plate down with a smile. Again, the smiling at him is making him go crazy. “You don’t Abby?” You ask and she responded with a nod. “Okay, let me wash your plate and you get ready for school.” She smiles brightly at you and hops down, going to get dressed.
“How do you get her to listen to you like that.” He sighs. “Well Mike, you gotta be gentle.” He noticed your voice going into a hushed tone. “Also listen. Not just with your ears but with eyes, your heart. She’s a sensitive girl and she loves you very much.” He softly sighed. “You have a good way with her.” You sat down next to him after drying off your hands. “She spends more time with me, That’s why.”
He nodded softly, eating his new pancakes you put on his plate “how much do I owe you?” He asked with a full mouth. “Absolutely none. You would do the same for me if I needed it. So none.” He looked up from his plate. “Are you sure..?” You nodded. “Yes.” Abby ran out. “Ready!” Mike sighed. “I’ll take her, don’t worry about it. Also Abby wants more pasta for dinner so, goodmorning. I’ll see you the same time tonight and I’ll make her dinner.” He nodded. “Thank you y/n.” You just have one last smile before getting your keys and taking Abby’s hand. “Bye AB’s love you.” Mike called. “Love you too Mike!” She laughed as you tickled her and headed out the door.

Very short but I’m dipping my toe in fnaf.

man the more I think about the fuhnaff movie the angrier I get
I WANTED to like it. I was 26 when the first game came out. I remember seeing the fucking game trailers before it took the LP world by storm. Scott Cawthon revealed himself to be a massive piece of human garbage ofc but I guess I was naievely hoping 1) the money goes to Blumhouse folks and B) someone who is not Scott did the writing.
-The writing was awful. Like. The aunt was murdered by Golden Freddy* and that was never addressed? Her body was just there in Mike's house? And, oh, yay, Afton said "I always come back!" But within the context of the movie that made no fucking sense! I GET putting shit in for fans, but jesus, he wasn't Springtrap, he was still Afton! This was the first time the audience met him
-Whyyyyyyy was there so much goddamned focus on Mike. The first FNAF had an appeal because it was mysterious and tense. The animatronics don't move right away. But no let's focus 70% on this guy who, if I remember right, is actually his brother's killer??? And then he was groomed by Afton to lure more kids to their deaths?????? Maybe?????? Why was a movie called "Five Nights at Feddy's" so completely unfocused on the five nights or Freddy.
-We needed a lot more of the stage show. I wanted outdated animatronic banter like fucking Chuck E Cheese. I wanted more than one way-too-on-the-nose song. Like, jokes about Foxy having his own stage (also wasn't Foxy supposed to be in a room separate from the main party room?) Give us a full-on flashback to how Freddy's used to be, complete with Spring Bonnie walking around and pulling children away from parties.
-The tone was all over the place. So wait, the animatronics are stuffed with dead children's bodies and the souls of those children make them move?? So the children murder people?? Do they think every adult is the person who killed them so they're trying to get revenge?? But also they're under Afton's control so they're not trying to get revenge?? I didn't care about Mike's trouble with his little sister. The aunt subplot was unneeded.
-How could Abby hear/ see(?) the ghosts?? Why only those ghosts?? Who was the Golden Freddy kid?
-Vanessa fucking threw pills into a creek or whatever that was. You don't fucking dispose of meds like that, it can severely impact the local ecosystem. I get she was trying to make a point but jesus.
-What was that scream????????
-Seriously why wasn't the movie like half the actual game, seeing the animatronics start to move and roam and make the choking sobbing and gasping noises, Chica rummaging in the kitchen, cameras going out, etc and half learning the horrible secrets behind it all.
-Was Chica trying to put Abby into Circus Baby? If so why would Circus Baby be there at all
-Painfully PG. The springlocks tearing Afton's insides apart looked like he was having an IBS episode and spilled ketchup on his shirt. I know the core fanbase NOW is children but it's also a HORROR game. I also know they're going to pull the same shit they did for M3GAN, PG-13 in theatres, "unrrated" for the physical release. Still, it really steams my rice. Even the babysitter getting got was a shadow.
-Was Vanessa a real cop or was she cosplaying for her dad's convoluted as fuck plans????
-I still don't get how the whole "if we vandalise the place in the day, Mike will get fired" thing was going to work. No one else comes to Feddy's at night (except "it's my beat" Vanessa)
-Os there a dead kid inhabiting Cupcake??????????
At least the actual, physical puppets/animatronics were cool.

WHY DOES THE STORY BELONG TO JONATHAN BYERS (god you're so right but tell me why)
ABBY MY BELOVED THANK GOD I AM SO GLAD YOU ASKED.
okay, okay, for starters, this song is just so good, like it's the perfect amount of realistic but also tentatively hopeful as well? and how the narrator of this song is just someone who watches and observes other people's lives, but then also relates this back to their own life? yeah. jonathan.
okay, let's do this:
Let me tell you a story About a boy and a girl It's kinda short, kinda boring But the end is a whirl They were just sixteen When the people were mean So they didn't love themselves And now they're gone Headstones on a lawn
this section, of course, reminds most people in the fandom of lucas and max, and honestly i agree! "they didn't love themselves" really just screams max to me, and then of course, the line "headstones on a lawn" is reminiscent of how lumax's arc has ended (thus far) in s4. now, we don't see jonathan interact very much with lucas or max; however, we do know that jonathan canonically is very involved with will's life and has always been. so, with lucas growing up as one of will's best friends, we can assume then jonathan knows lucas (as well as mike and dustin), and then with the upside down entering everyone's life, jonathan knows max too. jonathan doesn't have that much of a relationship with these two, but as we've seen from his personality and other subtext, jonathan is an incredibly observant person who is in the background watching others and how they interact. so, the less intimate, more detached introduction to this story, fits jonathan's dynamic with this couple.
And when I was younger I knew a boy and a boy Best friends with each other But always wished they were more 'Cause they loved one another But never discovered 'Cause they were too afraid of what they'd say Moved to different states
i mean... come on. we all saw this one coming. it's jonathan with byler, clearly. like we've already established, jonathan is someone who watches and who sees thing. jonathan, in my opinion, is the person who actually best understands byler's relationship. he was there for mike's shed monologue. he was there for will's van monologue. he was there for mike's pizza monologue. he's known mike since he was five, and he's witnessed how will and mike interact with each other for a decade now! so, if anyone is clued into what is going on, it's jonathan, and i think the show is telling this to us too (evidenced by the mirror shot in the van scene). also this is me advocating for a mike and jonathan conversation in s5 because pls my boy needs someone who can gently call him out on the lies and get him to be more genuine (in the same way jonathan challenged nancy's facade in s1).
Oh, and I'm afraid that's just the way the world works It ain't funny, it ain't pretty, it ain't sweet Oh, and I'm afraid that's just the way the world works But I think that it could work for you and me Just wait and see It's not the end of the story
okay, okay, god i love the chorus of this song. remember i said this song is the perfect amount of realism mixed with a tentative hope? yeah, that's jonathan in my opinion. jonathan is a character who has struggled so much in his life. the byers family has suffered a lot, even before the upside down entered their lives, and so, by the time we meet jonathan, he's a character who is more hardened. he's 16, but he's had to grow up really quickly. he knows how the world works. he knows how awful people can be because he's experienced it. he's lived through his father's abuse and abandonment of their family, through significant bullying from his peers, through having to raise his little brother, through stepping up in ways a kid shouldn't have to. and yet, we also see that jonathan (much like his mom and his brother) is inherently good. he has a good heart. he does his best to be there for will and for his mom, and he protects them with everything he possibly can. that extends to other characters too. most obviously with nancy in their relationship, because duh. and then we also see that in how jonathan is quick to take care of el (s3) and how he protects mike too (s3 and s4). so, for me, when i see that, i see that hope buried underneath all the things he's been through. (although s4 is probably one of the lowest points of jonathan, where he himself doesn't hold much hope in his own life, but still is able to extend that love and instill some hope in his little brother.)
Now it's on to the sequel About me and my friend Both our parents were evil So we both made a bet If we worked and we saved We could both run away And we'd have a better life And I was right I wonder if she's alright
alright, here we go. now, we shift in this moment towards the narrator talking about themselves, which fits incredibly well for jonathan's own story with nancy. the two of them come from different worlds, but they still connect and find ways to relate to each other. "both our parents were evil," most obviously points to lonnie, but also to nancy's own strained relationship with her family. and then the next lines, i see so much of jonathan and nancy's story here—how they're both dreaming and striving for something more than what hawkins has to offer. how neither one of them really want to get stuck in this small town kind of mentality (though for different reasons i'd say, but that's a separate though lol), and how they're navigating through those dreams separate but also together. and those last couple lines of this verse just reminds me then of how s4, we see jancy separated from each other... not really speaking, but still thinking of each other. they're in a rough patch of their relationship right now, and maybe they'll stay together (which i would hope tbh), or maybe they don't. but i still think however it ends up for jonathan and nancy, he holds that mentality of loving/caring deeply for nancy and hoping the best for her, even if it doesn't necessarily involve him. (again, jonathan's in such a rough place in s4 right now, so hopefully, we'll see more of that hope of "i think it could work for you and me" come as they work through their issues. or... ya know. jonathan and steve could just date. that'd be cool too.)
Okay And the movie's always running in my head All the people, all the lovers, all my friends And I hope that they all get their happy end In the end
skipping to the bridge now, since this is the last section of unique lyrics in the song! the line "the movie's always running in my head" sums up jonathan byers so well. i think about that scene in s1, where jonathan and nancy talk about how he takes pictures when he believes someone is "saying" something. jonathan has always been an outsider and is established as someone who chooses to stay back and to observe, rather than particularly join in with the conversations and the relationships with others (the exceptions being his family, nancy, and argyle of course). so, as i think about the bridge, i just think about jonathan just watching. seeing all these people in his life—some that he knows well, others that he doesn't know as well—and just observing what they're trying to say. what their body language and their interactions with each other show him. what, if he were taking a picture and considering what to capture as a photographer, is being communicated by the actions of the people around them.
and for the people that are in jonathan's life—people like lucas and max, and will and mike, and even nancy and himself—i imagine jonathan does want a happy ending for all of them. because authenticity is important to jonathan byers. he's seen how the world can be and how easy it is for people to hide pieces of themselves. he's done it himself, too many times. and you know, maybe it's hard for him right now to fathom that he'll get a happy ending (as we see he's in a low place in his own mental health right now), but i do think jonathan is over there hoping and just wanting what is best for the people around him—what will make them their most authentic selves.
(someone should probably turn the camera back on him and tell him that it's okay to be himself too and to care for his own needs, because god knows jonathan byers needs to be told this)

FNAF Movie Cast spoilers! If you care about that! I don't but some of you probably do!
Ok ok ok so I've been scrolling through Tumblr due to the wonderful news that FNAF is finally getting a movie!! So, people have obviously been talking about what that movie might entail, and it's possible someone's already explained my thoughts but I'd like to put them out there because they're driving me crazy
So I was scrolling and I saw a user mention that they really hope William Afton and Mike Schmidt are related like in the games, because of that sweet sweet Afton drama and that made me think, "Oh shit ya, I really want that too, but they don't have the same last name, weird" so if they don't have the same last name, that brings in the potential that they aren't related, which sucks because it'd be so interesting to see the Afton family interact!
Tumblr media
I mean, they kinda look similar! I'm no face expert, but they do share a similar smile.
Of course I do believe that the movie is going with their own timeline mostly, but I do believe it'll answer some of our questions! Anyway, so I believe I have a theory (A game film theory) about what's going down, but that leads me into my next tangent.
So, who is Mary Stuart Masterson playing? It says female villain, but can we try and figure that out using meta logic beforehand? I have 4 theories
1. She is Mrs. Afton.
Now I kinda do and don't like this one, so let me explain. The title says "female villain" so the movie wants to keep it hush hush on who she is exactly, which means she is some sort of plot twist villain, she's someone we don't know at all, or someone we know little about, just like Mrs. Afton. This actually explains the Schmidt Afton difference. It's possible that Mrs. Afton's maiden name is Schmidt, she divorces William, and changes her kids' last name in the process. Now both Abby (which we all know is an anagram for Baby, come one) and Mike are named Schmidt, so unless Mike has a daughter for some reason, they are most likely siblings, being the in universe Michael and Elizabeth. If we go by this theory, we can assume that the Crying Child incident still happened, causing Afton and his wife to divorce, she takes the kids in the process because he's a psychopath, changes her name back to Schmidt along with her kids, and she gets some of the franchise in the divorce, leading her to want to get revenge on Afton for ruining their family with his animatronics by manipulating the animatronics into attacking security guards so the place never gets restored or revamped. This leads her into being a sympathetic villain, even though this theory is hurt a bit by the fact that if William Afton is a villain, which he probably is, then it makes little sense for the movie to have two villains which are actively against each other plus why would she put her son in danger? I do like this because it gives us Afton lore and drama but it also makes Mrs. Afton a villain, putting hate on her and less on William, which I'm not sure I like.
Leading me to my next point
2. This female villain is Vanny/an animatronic.
This one I like less to be honest. The cast already has a Vanessa, so why would they separate Vanessa from Vanny? What would they gain by doing that weird twist? If this female villain is an animatronic, who is it and why do they get a bigger role? It's most likely not Golden Freddy, since it's much more likely a child plays that role, and putting in a new animatronic would be weird. Even if we guess Springtrap will be in the movie, why would a woman play him instead of Matthew Lillard and that doesn't get rid of Mary Stuart Masterson being called "Female villain" unless they genderbend Springtrap for some reason.
I'm actually now thinking she might voice The Puppet which is an entirely new can of worms which I haven't thought about. It makes sense the puppet would want to attack someone in the FNAF restaurant, the puppet can manipulate the animatronics to do her bidding, this movie doesn't follow all the FNAF lore, so it's possible that they just get rid of the Charlie aspect. Ok I literally just thought of this so feel free to dispute me about this because I haven't thought of it clearly yet
3. This female villain is a person we've never seen before.
This is probably the most likely option in my opinion. What I'm thinking is if this is a stand alone movie, with it's own universe and only some true ties to the game series, then they could go with the classic 'Manager or boss who seems kinda nice but they're either a bit sus or too nice and then BOOM at the end they were behind it all along!' trope. It's possible this female villain is just a manager who works or used to work in Freddy Fazbear's, has some vendetta, and uses Mike to obtain or do something for their own benefit, planning to leave him to die while they succeed in their goal. This does introduce the problem of "Why is this random chick the villain if we've never even met her before?" But it also makes sense for the movie to do this if this movie isn't too close to FNAF's universe.
All in all, I think the "We've never met this female villain" and "Its Mrs. Afton" are the most viable of the 4 theories, but they still have their problems and I'm completely open to these theories being absolutely torn apart, which they probably will if we get more trailers explaining what's going on, I just really want to talk about FNAF and my head is buzzing with ideas! Feel completely free to talk about these with me in the comments, I'm just super excited for this movie (and Security Breach Ruins, but that's a different rant)

I'm watching fnaf through perfectly legal means, and I kinda want to liveblog it, but I also don't want to have to put a spoiler warning while doing it, so I'm just gonna talk under a readmore and put the whole thing in a single post
This is probably be the first blood already. I wonder if that's phone guy
Is it too early for someone to say it's bite of 87ing time and bite of 87 all over the place?
I wonder if they got actual children to draw the children's drawings
Holy shit an opening credits scene I haven't seen one of those since I took my dad to watch James Bond no time to die
Ooh that guy was reading a book on game theory I wonder if that's an easter egg to nod at MattPat
Oh that's Mike!
My mistake it's a book on Dream Theory. I think that was an easter egg too though, there was a theory that fnaf 4 was just a nightmare for a while
Well someone is in trouble
Ok the game Michael chased the job on purpose to hunt find his brother's soul, so this is already a pretty big departure from the source
I wonder if that Abby is gonna end up becoming puppet. It would be tragic, but better than the crying child
Is he trying to lucid dream?
Nope
I wonder if this Michael's dad is not gonna be the William Afton of the games
Wow this Jane is a massive bitch
Oh that Steve guy must be the new phone guy
Ngl I might have studied the games lore a little too intensely
Well that's omnious why was there a tape with his name on
Aw fuck the first jumpscare got me
No no no no get back to the room
This guy thinks he's Gregory to wander around and face the animatronics
There they are
Oh great it's still haunted haunted
Did that kid trip at the same time he did? Does this mean anything?
Matthew Patrick!!!!
HE SAID IT!
Oh what a traitor
Poor Doug free him he's trying very very hard to not do anything
Dude wake up you need to witness this
Oh the it's me in the mirror. And Foxy or whatever
Vanessa? What the heck is she doing here? Well as long as she stays away from bunnies ot should be fine
Vanessa tgat is not what you had just said but I'll forgive it because we're finally getting some animatronic action
Her lack of professionalism broke the animatronics. Freddy says if she's legally untouchable she's morally unfuckable
Wait if the place gets trashed out of his shift thats not his problem. Plus he had a witness of how things were when he left
Ok this deaths are pretty goofy but it's a pg13 movie so I guess they have to be
Chica and Bonnie were somehow so cunty when they looked at the camera after sending the cupcake like yas girlies
Wait I just remembered this is happening during the day. Are this animatronics opposite to the game? Peaceful at night and hostile during day?
Girl you went there to commit a crime don't follow the child
WhAs tHAt ThE BIte oF 87?!!!
Oh right Mike's family drama I almost forgot
Well at least it seems this Mike still likes cartoons
Is she... giving him a chance to speak? Maybe she's not as much of a cop as I thought
Oh so he was trying to repeat that dream
Maybe William was kidnapping kids to save the mom instead of the crying child (I forgot his name)
No do not take the child to the job you fool
Well the children are already possessing the animatronics so there must already be a Puppet
That fucking Baloon Boy again
No girl stop do not aproach animatronics
At least he understood it fast
Do not say that to a ghost you idiot
Awww this scene was cute.
Ooh the thick plotens
Abby is such a child "I've been talking with ghosts all this time, can I have some soup?"
Vanessa acts like she has genre awareness and she's trying really hard to keep it lighthearted
Shit don't tell me that's Circus Baby we do not need her in this story
Vanessa did it ever occur to you that people might do what you want if you just tell them whats going on
Idk who that pharmaceus farmastist doofrsmith doctor degree was but I'm pretty sure it was a cameo
You can't really say "they're gone" to a bunch of ghosts
Wow the ghosts are also a bunch of assholes
Did Abby stay in her room all day? She must be starving.
Oh no... look back Jane... oh well
Dude don't take an unnacompained child
Vanessa what are you doing here. This ain't cute anymore
Oh!
Dude stop rizzing up the exposition dump go do something
I wonder if we'll get beakless Chica. Just once. Just for me
No do not go in the ball pit it's not worth it
Springtrap!
Holy shit he's still alive inside the costume?
🥳officer down🥳
Oh this is a nice slow and painful death
I wonder if in the end we're gonna find out that Garret is Puppet. Unless that suit they tried to put Abby in was Puppet

WDYM NO PHONE GUY HE WAS LITERALLY AFTON WHEN HE WAS MASQUERADING AS STEVE THE CAREER COUNSELOR /LH
The tail end of the call when he was giving the rundown was playing over the first few shots of Mike in the pizzeria sczjfDuaoyclj
Also!! The very intro was the previous guard I thought?? He had a completely different face shape + was clean shaven
I also don't remember a scientific possession explanation beyond the bodies being inside the animatronic?? There was 0 mention of remnant or whatever the soul juice metal is called which /was/ the scientific explanation in fnaf canon I thought...
Also also I thought there were tons of refeences beyond the cameos.. the whole dream theory book felt like a gentle poke at matpat and there were tons of small easter eggs in the set, but I caught most of those in the security office. (Bonnie plush, It's Me after the first ghost appearance in Mike's dream written on the mirror, in game celebrate poster on the wall, someone else did in fact catch the desk fan) (others included the guy who got mauled by the cupcake having a midnight motorist t shirt, Chica obviously being the one to go to the kitchen, golden freddy kid was the only ghost in a striped shirt, I think the lightbulb flickering when Abby was walking through the welcome arch was Morse?? Way too uniform lengths there). I will admit I am very sad no one booped Freddy's nose :(
I also wouldn't be surprised if they're saving more characters for potential sequels.. I did miss the puppet and I dont think I caught any of the paper pals anywhere :((
And so sorry you didn't say you were upset with the creative liberties!!! It's just what I've seen other people upset over (most often making Vanessa an Afton) and so they were my first guess which is consequently why I was confused. For no reason I see now lmao. Assumed wrong ><
NOPE NOT OUR PHONE GUY WE DONT CLAIM /lh /silly ITS NOT THE SAME AND U KNOW IT
oh damn was it? we didn't notice, our bad if it was someone else, we assumed it was mike cuz it lined up i mean why else would he be there in that exact moment, but we're too lazy to look it up to see so we're gonna take ur word--
and yeah vanessa was explaining it during the patch up scene we're pretty sure cant remember the exact place she went off on that tangent tho cuz tbh nearing the end we were losing interest djfjfj
and yeah! most of those we caught, except the morse code one didnt know that one but we'd have loved more yknow? we were really hoping for like shadow bonnie or anything in the background something, anything fun
and we're pretty sure there's gonna be a sequel, the end credits (after the living tombstone 💕) was literally the music box playing and we seen the code at the end was binary and translated into come find me so we're like 98% positive there's gonna be a sequel
and nah we didn't mind that, was kinda surprised but also not really yknow like for the movie plot it made sense

Okay so fnaf movie spoilers but I’m going to do a prediction/how I’d do fnaf 2 & 3
So because of Vanessa being hospitalised (or even dying? Preferably not) Mike has to go round her house to pick something up, but uh oh he either happens to find or gets curious and finds things relating to circus baby’s. Backstory is also revealed that Vanessa is this universe’s equivalent to Michael afton, and that she caused the death of a sibling, the crying child equivalent, and that’s why William had control over her (used the guilt). She could also even have a sister, Elizabeth equivalent, who was killed by and then possessed baby (but this was more explicitly afton’s fault). We also find out about the Charlie equivalent, who possesses the puppet, and Henry, but neither have been seen for years. They go into circus baby’s, and they search for Elizabeth, but after a few nights realise she’s being an evil and hatches the same scooping plot, and Mike gets scooped like in sister location. But to the other characters it seems like baby and the other Funtime animatronics are now destroyed, and that Mike is a okay. But we the audience know that Mike is being puppeted by robots, and maybe Vanessa or even Abby finds out, and that leads to a confrontation. Maybe ennard tries to harm Abby which makes Mike force a moment of control and eject ennard out of the body, and ennard escapes and then, when they’re mourning Mike, cold to the touch, not breathing, and just vomited a human size endoskeleton, his eyes open. End movie. We can have a pre or post credits scene of fazbear frights and them tearing down Freddy’s and finding springtrap.
Fnaf 3: confused as to how he’s still alive, and with the knowledge and exposition from circus baby’s, Mike and the gang learn about remnant, and how it essentially grants immortality, and how the scooper injected Mike with a fuckton, and as the main component is agony, the reason why the animatronics are haunted is because they died in intense agony, maybe they even realise “hold on… what if William is still alive?” Maybe they find out that fire “undoes” remnant. They decide they need to set all the souls free, and so try to find where old animatronics would be, and find fazbear frights, which is where William, the puppet, and ennard (I don’t know if they’ll do the whole scrap baby and molten Freddy thing) and we’re going to do it Vanessa vs William, Mike vs ennard, and Abby vs the puppet (not literally fighting, just confronting) Obviously when Mike and Abby try setting the souls free the puppet won’t like it, as she’ll think they’re up to no good. Ennard, possessed by Elizabeth, would also not like them ruining William’s plans, so will try and stop their old host. I think Abby will try and reason with the puppet (as she’s close in demographic), Mike and Ennard will clash (host vs occupier) and Vanessa and William will too (father vs daughter). In doing so, Abby will fully reason with the puppet, and Vanessa Mike and Abby will try and escape, only to find all entrances are completely sealed. Eventually they’ll find a single exit, the only way out, but (because at some point they learn of Henry’s plan) they know that the animatronics can’t be let out. As Mike is a corpse and knows he can’t carry on, he urges Vanessa and Abby to escape and he’ll fend off William and ennard. He tells Abby that he loves her one last time, and asks Vanessa to look after her. As ennard and William corner Mike and try to escape, Elizabeth says that she’ll kill Mike and let William escape and that she’ll make him proud.
And then the exit seals.
“Connection terminated. I’m sorry Elizabeth, if you even remember that name…” and you know the rest. Fazbear fright was a setup by Henry to get all of the animatronics in one place and set them all free. In the fire, Charlie is already resting, Elizabeth is frantically trying to escape, kicking and screaming, Mike slowly comes to terms with his death, and William… out of the corner of his eye, in the blaze… he sees a child… the one he should not have killed. In his last moments, he begs for life, about how he always comes back, he figured out immortality, it can’t end now… without realising what’s to come, and how much he will wish it could come to an end.
Outside of fazbear frights, Henry meets with Vanessa and Abby, and explains how he was framed for William’s murders, and that all this is finally over.
In the final scene, Vanessa and Abby (and maybe Henry) have ice cream, and sit on the hill, overlooking the graves of William’s victims, mirroring both the end of fnaf 6, but also of security breach (I may hate the game but goddamn it I’ve got to reference that ending, what a shot)
Anyway this is what I’d personally do for the second and third fnaf movies. It’s a shame that I skipped fnaf 4 but honestly I don’t know how I’d include it, I got the minigames in there a bit. But I think having fnaf 2 be 2&5, and fnaf 3 being 3&6 is a great idea. Having fnaf 2 be a mixture of flashbacks to the fnaf 2 era and the modern day with sister location I think is really interesting, and as I was thinking of how to include both fazbear frights and pizzeria simulator in the same movie I just thought… why not combine them into one thing? I think it’d make a really climactic movie.
I also think I didn’t give a few characters that much to do at times but like I’m only thinking of the overarching plot, everyone would have something to do in each movie lol
The first fnaf movie was genuinely amazing and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

FNAF MOVIE SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT DONT READ IF YOU HAVENT SEEN IT YET I MEAN IT!!!!!!!
im ab to rewatch it at home and ill be writing what i think during it
im not gonna be talking ab stuff i already said in my other post lol
the FIRST SCENE is already fucking visceral dude. like they dont show any gore or anything but damn the fucking. aaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAA ITS GOOD its so good. also the previous security guard does exactly the same thing mike does later own to try to escape the freddy mask but mike succeeds and he doesnt, which is kinda like how in game phone guy (previous security guard) goes through the same process we do but we/mike survives and he doesnt. cool!!
THE INTRO WITH THE MINIGAME STYLE... DUDE. DUDE. I LOVE THIS MOVIE ITS A LOVE LETTER FOR THE FANS FR I WAS SO HYPE WITH EXCITEMENT I ALMOST STARTED CRYING IN THE THEATER. ALSO ITS JUST FUCKING COOL LOOKING
the rainbow!!!!! in the coffee shop scene!!! its the fnaf world rainbow!!
see the movie has the scene where william reads the name michael schmidt and pauses and long time fans will prob be like aha is that william realizing this is his son. but no thats where it tricks you bc hes actually just realizing this is a relative of that kid he kidnapped a while ago. which like obviously cuz why would william realize this guys his son by reading his, fake name?? but confirmation bias or smth
I WAS SO SHOCKED BY SEEING MATPAT THE FIRST TIME I WATCHED THAT I DIDNT CATCH HIM SAYING "THATS JUST A THEORY". OH MY FUCKING GOD DUDE
🎶It's getting lonely, it's getting hard to breathe
The arcade's empty, I think it's Christmas Eve
Someone's broken in, now they're painting on my skin
Breaking me and taking my quarters
Bashing in my face with a crowbar
Kicking me and pushing me over
Now they see my blood on their sneakers🎶
i am so jealous of the midnight motorist shirt its not even funny
my complain is that how did none of the animatronics have blood on them after brutally killing several ppl. come on!!!
me hearing the words "follow me" on a fnaf movie: holy shit is this a motherfucking fnaf reference?!?!?
oh my god that totally is the fucking fake dog animatronic
oh my god they dont actually swear in the og. she said "what in the heck" but portuguese translated that to what the fuck. incredible. amazing.
"i know what crazy looks like, mike. this isnt it" OH. OH
vanessas behavior was already pretty understandable without the extra context but knowing shes williams daughter makes it JUICY. ooo yeah baby gimme the trauma gimme the guilt
the scene with the animatronics and abby being besties felt a bit too ooc at first to me and ive heard that other people felt the same but as i think more about it it does kinda make sense. one of the main differences from the game is that in this the ghost kids' minds seem to be pretty intact? or like they can think theyre fully conscious etc so. i can see them wanting to do kid stuff. and i saw someone point out that they were actively trying to get abbys trust too so they could convince her to 'join them' (bc afton was somehow influencing them to be #evil) so, theres that. and either way it doesnt take away from the overall experience so who cares
the tv scenes were such a missed oportunity they couldve shown the immortal and the restless... i kept waiting for it :(
oh my god the airplane. i just realized she had garretts toy airplane bc william gave it to her after he killed him oh my god i feel sick
the ball pit wasnt even time travelling 0/10
i didnt watch the credits long enough in the theater to hear the COME FIND ME but AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA dude
yeah so good. i fucking loved this
