Cash Piggott Flip headcanons
warnings: !!season 2 spoilers!!, talk of canon typical things (ie. panic attacks, drugs etc), lots of harper & cash <3 | cw: Chook mention
when caring:
such a gentle caregiver
mostly takes care of harper or quinni but is open to caring for others in the group
feels more comfortable caring with someone else there if he’s not as close with the little
really good at calming down nightmares & panic attacks from his own personal experiences and also taking care of harper so frequently
so protective it’s not funny oml
especially over harper- the longer they live together and the more he sees her regress the more protective he is. after everything that happened he’s already got a major soft spot for harper but he barely lets her out of his sight when she’s regressed
really big on safety when out in public with a little - he basically always has one of his hands touching the little he’s watching, on their shoulder or holding theirs, anything so that he knows they’re safe and not too far away
don’t tell anyone but he keeps pacifiers & small fidget toys in that bag he carries around (yes the other stuff™️ is in there too but it’s separate)
loves movie nights with takeout and blanket forts
also loves park trips with his little, he knows quite a bit about animals and likes to point them out and give lil facts
him, darren, harper & quinni take his pet duck on walks to the pond when quinni or harper are regressed
cash has a million pictures of the girls in the pond with the duck and some extra of darren trying to stop them
when little:
doesn’t regress often but it’s usually involuntary when he does
almost always calls darren up first when he’s small but also calls harper or his nan
when he still lived with his nan he would regress involuntarily and she would just roll with it
she actually gave a speech to darren about taking care of him after the first time cash regressed in front of them
one of his favorite things while regressed is having his nan make him lunch and watch old cartoons with him
back before he was close with darren he regressed in front of chook a handful of times- he’d get a ride home and they’d never talk about it the next day, still haven’t, it always makes cash’s head spin if he’s honest
sometimes he regresses with harper and plays the big brother role which he adores
she also watches over him at times- they have a back & forth relationship being each others cg’s
if he’s feeling brave he’ll ask darren to do his makeup and dress him up while he’s little
dosent have a ton of little gear but occasionally steals harper’s stuffies to lay with
quinni buys him a box of fidget toys and he loves them
he likes to give darren a tour of all his favorite ones basically every single time he regresses
darren dotes on him soooo much and cash is a blushing mess every time
a really quiet little but enjoys using communication cards that quinni has when he’s feeling big enough

she’s known she regresses for a while by the time canon happens
she used to do it for fun and as a pass time but eventually it turns into more of a coping mechanism when things at school get chaotic
sasha is obviously her main caregiver but things get rocky after their breakup and missy finds out about the cheating from the map
her brother jai and malakai take over babysitting when she needs but she’s honestly okay just watching herself
she spends most of her time watching disney movies and preforming fashion shows for her stuffies- she does drag malakai into this and makes him judge the outfits
one side of her closet is dedicated to her little side and is packed with allll the essentials- dress up clothes, monster high & barbie dolls, coloring books, those magnetic pieces that click together to build towers, many many stuffies, a box of dvd’s with her favorite movies, and of course some play makeup
she’s very sporty in her day to day and likes to lean full girly girl when regressed
quinni becomes one of her main caregivers after she walks into missy’s room while she’s regressed looking to talk about her breakup with sasha
quinni instantly knows what’s up and very happily starts to play dolls with her
it all spirals from there and eventually in canon when quinni kind of distances herself from darren & amerie she ends up spending more time watching missy
spider catches them at the grocery store holding hands and he’s near ready to cry before missy runs up to him and excitedly wraps around his waist
he has no idea what’s going on but quinni explains it before he gets the chance to ask missy- she wouldn’t be very capable of explaining what age regression is while in headspace
they become a trio because outside of regression, missy & spider start dating, spider & quinni talk things over and settle their past differences, and missy texts both of them at the same time to come over with no warning to the other being there while she’s small
they make a groupchat the fifth time it happens
spider likes to sing her French songs if she’s having trouble going to sleep
quinni chooses to read Angeline of the Underworld to her- and to spider cause he gets sucked in too
nobody can make sense of their trio outside of them and malakai & jai
malakai does get dragged into plans frequently but he’s busier than spider & quinni so it’s not as often
missy & harper have play dates at harper’s place and build the best forts (with ants help)
spider’s already got a soft spot for missy but it gets 10x bigger when he finds out she regresses
if she can be carried by him she will ask no matter the situation
she likes to sit on his shoulders when they go to the zoo with quinni and quinni has about 20 polaroids of it
they have a photo album just for when missy’s regressed
quinni & spider are so so protective of missy it’s a tad scary
she absolutely loves pool & beach trips and never lets spider or quinni get away with not getting in the water with her

Little Harper McLean headcanons
a/n: you didn’t specify if you wanted little or caregiver so hope you don’t mind me choosing for you
warnings: !!season 2 spoilers!!, talk of canon things (ie drug use, partying, etc), malakai never left <3
she doesn’t figure out she regresses til season 2 when she’s living with cash in her own space
it’s involuntary at first and she doesn’t even realize she’s regressed, just brushing it off as being extra tried or that the weed she smoked is making her act different
cash is actually the one that brings up that she might be regressing, he’s nervous telling her and gives her a whole list from his notes app on why he things it’s regression
she’s so taken back but sees every point that he makes
cue them going on a mini research binge together
she doesn’t talk about her regression with anyone at first, still trying to get used to it herself and whatnot
eventually quinni notices something’s off and asks her if she’s alright- the stumbling response of “oh yeah I’m fine” harper gives isn’t believable at all so they end up talking about it
quinni helps harper tell amerie as she was worried it’d mess things up between them
amerie of course takes it well but she’s also super confused so they spend awhile explaining things
harper’s headspace is definitely more in the smaller range, she likes teethers & pacifiers & soft toys she can cuddle into
her childhood was rough and her teenage years have been- worse. so stuffed animals and fleece blankets and nice pajamas are a big deal to her
she likes to regress at night for a bit before she goes to bed but might slip after school if something stressful happens
cash watches over her the most for obvious reasons, but also he’s comfortable with her and she’s comfortable with him so it works really nice
darren helps out a lot more when they settle back into living with cash & harper
cash & darren will do just about anything harper wants when she’s small (cash especially tho, he caves at the first glimpse of puppy dog eyes)
she’s got a box of monster high dolls from when she was a kid that she loves to play with
she drags amerie and malakai into playing dolls frequently as they make up the best storylines
she almost never regresses anywhere but at home but occasionally she’ll slip at amerie’s place or quinni’s since she’s comfortable there
amerie may or may not fall back into bodyguard mode™️ when she finds out harper regresses
thankfully malakai’s there to calm that down
nobody ever really sits malakai down and tells him that harper regresses or what regression is he just came over one day and there she was. little. and nobody else was batting an eye so he wasn’t either
months later at a party malakai brings this up to harper and firstly, she laughs, but secondly she gives him a link to a google doc quinni made explaining age regression but also listing specifics about harper’s regression and anyone else in the group that might be a little
malakai babysits a lot more after that
him & missy like to take harper on hikes when she’s feeling more like a kiddo
malakai usually carries one of the girls back down the hike on his back- it always switches back and forth between missy & harper
she has her whole friend group come over for big sleepovers when she’s regressed and absolutely loves it
she keeps a small plush in her backpack at all times and sometimes takes it out to use as a pillow if she’s putting her head down on a table/desk
holds hands with someone at all times if they’re out in public
going out when she’s regressed makes her really anxious so she avoids it if she can- everyone’s very understanding and will go grab something from the store for her or whatever she needs so she can stay home

Little Ant Vaughn headcanons
a/n: do I have regressor ant headcanons?? do I breathe air!! /lh /j also peep the new missy pfp
warnings: !!season 2 spoilers!!, references to bad parenting, drug use, etc (basically just canon stuff)
his little age can range from baby space to kiddo space, he doesn’t have a preference
baby space usually comes out involuntarily and after something more stressful but can also be used as a way to relax when he needs it
he’s so energetic when in kiddo space oml - always wants to be doing something, playing outside, drawing, dancing, it really doesn’t matter he just wants to be moving and engaging in an activity
to no shock, spider is the first person ant regresses around, back when the trio of ant, spider & dusty was still going strong ant always felt more comfortable with spider so he found it easier to slip around spider
the first time he regressed in front of spider it was not planned and was a bit hectic
spider thought ant was on drugs, ant was overwhelmed as spider desperately tried to “sober him up” by shoving water bottles into his hands and freaking out even more when ant struggled to hold & drink from them (he’s just a lil guy!!)
they figure it out eventually and spider is able to google what age regression is
he might spend too much time on google but sue him that’s his best friend!!
eventually ant becomes more comfortable with his regression and isn’t as secretive about it
dusty is oblivious. but harper & missy & sasha clock him within five seconds
cue three new babysitters!
harper watches over him a lot when she’s dating dusty and then when dusty leaves she keeps up with the schedule
her & spider kind of trade off like divorced parents lol
speaking of ants parents, they suck so bad & he hates being at home in general but especially if he’s regressed
after cash & harper move in together he spends a lot of nights crashing at their place, regressed or not
he has his own designated dresser in Harper’s room, it’s small but holds some extra clothes and any little gear he has
since amerie & malakai are over so much they find out about ants regression and instantly go “omg the babyyyy” and spoil him as much as two broke teenagers can
cash will babysit but he prefers it if darren is at his side while he does, they watch a lot of movies together to avoid any possible chaos without harper or spider around
missy gets back into babysitting regularly when she starts to date spider, they are so good with him & take him on lil kiddo trips
lots of arcade visits, beach trips, going out to get ice cream with some of the others, the aquarium & zoo (which they always invite quinni on)
ant dosent have a lot of little gear but he has some teethers (oral fixation go brr) and fidget toys
stress balls are banned though cause he’ll bite them and pop them open
he has a plethora of fidget spinners and hot wheels and army men that he’s constantly messing around with
he likes things he can easily slip into his pocket and carry around whenever
the sugar tooth this kid has is unmatched
all the candy and sweets are limited when he’s regressed, nobody can really do anything when he’s big tho
loves to make forts in harpers room and set up a mini projector so they can have movie nights
he’s very cuddly in general but especially with harper and spider
spider’s able to carry him around if ant wants and harper is so gentle and soft with him it makes him feel safer than he does with basically anyone else

“Stop fighting, let your body rest..." She says but it doesn’t sound demanding in any way. The last mission you were on was a tough one and Stark has mandated two weeks of rest for you, Natasha, and Clint as you three had been stuck doing the worst job for the longest- you’re not mad about the rest time, it’s the perfect opportunity for you to regress and for Natasha to watch you without a worry of a mission interrupting.
“M’not tired.” It’s a lie that makes Natasha laugh a little, resting her head atop where yours lays on her shoulder.
“That right little spider? You hum and let your eyes slip closed, you know you’re tired but you want to savior this time off of work with Natasha caring for you. It’s not like you two get the normal 9-5 hours where you have time to yourselves after work everyday, most times you work until you fall asleep somewhere in the tower or get dragged to bed.
“Then I guess I’ll just go back to my humming, it’s a nice voice exercise.” The humming does return but you can tell Natasha’s smiling, you are too, just against her shoulder and unwilling to get up or open your eyes to check. She starts to sway back and forth in place and you know that’s it, you let yourself drift off to sleep with Natasha’s soft humming fading into the background.

Rafe jolts when you wake up with a choked off scream that quickly turns to a sob, he moves from his place in a chair in the corner of the room to the side of your bed in seconds, already reaching to rub your back.
“Shh, shh, no, it's alright. you're fine, shh.” He soothes and pulls you up into his lap when you reach out for him.
“It’s okay baby, you’re alright.” It’s so gentle coming out of his mouth you’d swear it wasn’t Rafe if it wasn’t for the moonlight coming in through the window lighting up his distraught expression scrunched on his face.
It’s been months of this. Of waking up in nightmares that leave you shaking and grasping for Rafe to be at your side, of Rafe doing absolutely everything he can to comfort you, of you trying to adjust to living in Tannyhill with Rafe rather than back on the Cut near Jj’s house where you grew up. You and Jj don’t talk anymore, none of the pogues give you so much as a sparing glance, they’re all too aware of what side you chose when you didn’t flee off that cargo ship with them- you stayed with Rafe.
“I- I was back there-.” Rafe tightens his arms around you with a low shh that you listen to easily, leaning into his touch and letting him start to rock the both of you in place.
“You’re not there, you’re here with me. We’re safe and back in obx, we never have to be there again.” It’s not the fear that was steadily coursing through your veins on that boat that bothers you, really it isn’t, it’s the look of absolute betrayal that spread over all your old friends’ faces.
It’s something you can’t shake and while you know you made the right decision- you, Rafe, and Barry melted the cross down, you’re all rich, Ward isn’t around to bother you, you’re living a better lifestyle than you’ve ever dreamed- it’s still stomach churning to think about the pogues. You don’t even know where they are right now or what they’ve been up to, once they found out you helped melt the cross that was it, you had hope that maybe they’d see where you were coming from but that crossed the line. A line you truly didn’t think existed.
You grew up on the Cut with them, hell you had problems with Kiara when John B introduced her because she had a house on Figure Eight, you never thought you’d end up on this side of island for anything more than a job or a party, you thought you’d be with them no matter what, that nothing that happened would break the bond between you and the other pogues and now-. If you think about this too much you’ll get a headache.
“Shh, go back to sleep. you need it." The feeling of Rafe’s chin hooking atop your head brings you back to where you are.
“I’m sorry.” After that day on the boat where you had clung to Rafe the second you two were alone, crying and scared, slipped so far into your headspace you couldn’t think about that fact that you were hugging around Rafe Cameron- it feels like all you’ve done is apologize to him. The guilt of absolutely everything you do eats at you, no matter what choice you make it ends up hurting someone, you end up being the problem.
“You don’t need to apologize, you didn’t do anything wrong.” Rafe replies with zero hesitation as he always done. He’s never questioned your loyalty to him or said you need to get over what happened with the pogues, in some weird way you think understands it, he doesn’t have anyone but you and Barry left. And even then- Barry betrayed him once, you can still feel the tension between them at times because of it.
“You’re always taking care of me and I’m still a mess.” It took all of two seconds for Rafe to jump into caregiver mode on that boat when he realized that you were regressed, you don’t think he’s ever gotten out of it. Months later and nothing has changed, he’s taken on the role as your caregiver without a single question or judgement made, as if he already knows everything he needs to know to watch you.
“Shush baby, it’s not your fault those pogues put you through so much.”
Logically you know Rafe’s version of events are skewed and probably will be no matter what you say- but it still hurts a little to think he blames them in full. It was your own fault, you went along with every plan they came up with from that first day John B said you guys should go out looking for the royal merchant after that storm, and even if you eventually felt out of your depth and like things were getting too hectic and you wanted to tell them to stop- to go back to how you all were before- it’s still on you.
“They’re never going to forgive me.” You whisper and truly don’t mean to, that was supposed to stay in your head.
“They’ve put you through hell, you aren’t the one that needs to be forgiven, you made the right decision. The smart one.” You nod at Rafe’s serious but soft tone and curl farther into his chest.
“Yeah, I’m glad I have you.” Everything else aside- you’d do anything to keep Rafe around, he’s there for you in a way none of the pogues ever have been and you can’t ignore that.
“You’ll always have me baby.” He presses a kiss to the side of your forehead and lays you both back against the bed, shifting slightly so you can lay over his chest and he can pull a blanket over both of you.
“Try and sleep, I’ll be here when you wake up.” You hum to Rafe, letting your eyes slip shut in contentment. He will be here when you wake up, you know that, you’d never doubt that, and it makes some of that guilt slip off your shoulders.

Spencer runs his hand over your shoulder, thumb stopping on the side to rub back and forth over a few raised scars you have on your skin. Neither of you have ever talked about scars or really acknowledged them, Reid has a plethora of them from work and some from other things, you’re the same.
“How’re you doing little one?” He asks and pulls you closer in where you’re leaning back into his side, you give a hum as a response and don’t look up from the story you’re writing.
“Good, almost done.” It truly hasn’t been that long since you began working on your rendition of Robin-hood that Reid suggested you wrote. You’ve read about every version there is, so it’s really not that surprising that writing your thoughts down isn’t taking long.
“Nice work, maybe I’ll have to book bind it and put it up in the library.” A grin spreads over Spencer’s face as he looks at you when you turn in place to stare wide eyed at him. Only the best books are allowed in Reid’s library, most end up thrown onto the shelves in the living room as they aren’t deemed worthy to go in Spencer’s personal collection.
“Really?” You question with excitement littered across your voice, beaming a smile his way the second he nods in agreement.
“Yeah, really. Maybe Garcia can help us decorate the front cover.”
His thumb brushes back over the scars on your shoulder, a soft look in his eye, sure he isn’t aware of what cause you to gain the scars but Spencer hates to think of anything causing you pain when he can see you small like this. It’s a vulnerable state that requires so much trust between the both of you. Spencer’s always been keenly aware of how protective he gets when you’re regressed, he supposes he’s just feeling it extra hard today. Still, he keeps quiet and doesn’t bring the scars up, just traces his fingertips over them and waits for you to finish up your story so you two can call Garcia.
