911 really is such a good reminder of the particularly kind of joy that is weekly, seasons-long shows with many episodes per season. every character gets a moment to shine even in a truncated season. the satisfaction of seeing characters grapple with stuff that happened YEARS ago. having multi-episode arcs and one-off arcs that are equally enjoyable. beach episodes (metaphorical). I know we're all saying this all the time but why can't more tv be like this

One of my favourite things about being disabled is the excitement and happiness when you can do small things that others might find easy
It’s such simple joy to be able to make yourself a cup of tea for the first time (or the first time in a while!) or to just make a simple meal that you couldn’t before! Finally figuring out how to make something that doesn’t overwhelm you, etc etc
It’s a joy in the mundane that ableds need to learn from sometimes /lh

funniest part of dead boy detectives was the show trying to convince the audience the characters were 16 years old.... ok, if you say so

IMPORTANT QUESTION
My friends and I have started calling you the irl version of Lilia and we wished to know if you can cook because we are worried for the home if you cannot
(This is a light hearted joke)
I can (more or less) follow a recipe, which gives me the advantage! >:D ...although it is true then when left to my own devices I default to "dump in a bunch of random spices and see what happens". I...I just really like cayenne and turmeric okay --
other than that (and all the other many things that are different about us) Lilia and I are, y'know, basically identical.
