i did stick with the rem sleep method because i really like it and it resonates with me a lot. but on each attempt i either don't wake up, (quite heavy sleeper lol), or im really tired which results in me being literally on the verge on falling asleep and doing so 5 mins later..

not succeeding after trying for a long time is quite demotivating tbh..
