✿ 品川巻・かつては「海苔といえば品川」と言われるほど、美味しく良質な海苔の生産地として知られていた品川。隠語で海苔のことを品川と言われていたこともあり、海苔巻きあられを隠語になぞり、誰言うとなく『品川巻』といわれるようになったそうです。また、あられに巻かれた海苔は、娘の着物の帯に見立てられていると言う品川宿らしい、艶っぽい話としても伝わっています。・当時、品川の海苔採り漁師たちや地元の住民は採れたての海苔を生のまま三杯酢で食べたり、醤油で佃煮にして食べていました。その風習は今も品川宿地区を中心に残っています。

Ghibli men and women in Bulgarian headdress 🇧🇬 This is the third, and last part—continuation to this post. The last two illustrations are based on the Ghibli movie 'Only Yesterday'. In the scene when the protagonist, Taeko, picks safflower, the Bulgarian song 'Malka Moma Dvori Mete' plays in the background. In my interpretation, she's picking rose petals in the Bulgarian Rose Valley. 🌹

のり天　玉ねぎ味

評価6/10

たまねぎ天同様謎のメーカーから出てる同シリーズ。

こっちはかなり好み。

海苔の風味も周りの淡路島産玉ねぎパウダーもマッチしてたように感じる。のり天もそうだけど発想が面白いし食べてて新しいなと感じる事が出来る商品はやっぱりいい。

このメーカーの商品は今後も追っていきたい。
