・甘葛煎で甘みを付けた餅を椿の葉に包んで供したもの。平安時代に軽食として食べられていた餅菓子。若者達が遊びに興じたあといただきました。椿はまた、ずっと綺麗な緑を保つことから「長寿」を意味する縁起がいいお菓子でした。

大好きなおもちを焼く休日の朝。
焼いたおもちに、醤油をかけて、プロセスチーズをのせて、海苔で巻く。チーズが雑…これが普段のマイベストもちです。
昔からやっていて、わたしのなかでは最高の組み合わせ。

今日は日曜日。朝から一歩も外に出ていない。やったことといえば、掃除洗濯と読書。この間読みきれなかった本を読んだりしてる。
お昼は残っていた茶そば。それとこれも残り物の餅で磯部焼き。
午後からはちょっとやることある。読書は中断だ。
