本日、機会がありまして、若鶴酒造さんの三郎丸蒸溜所へ。
Today, I had a chance to visit to the Saburo-maru distillery by Wakatsuru Sake Brewery, at Tonami, Toyama pref.
解説付きで見学させていただき…
We could learn how to made whiskey with exciting explanation...
世界初、ウイスキーの本場イギリスでも特許を取得された鋳物製蒸留器ゼモンも。
And we could see the distiller "ZEMON" that was the first casted distiller and having the patent in UK.
その後ディナーも堪能させていただきました。
Futhermore, we enjoyed lovely dinner!

暖かくなってまいりましたので、地震で崩れた土蔵の壁を、縁側の壁崩落箇所の下地に使おうかと分別を開始。
水簸の設備もないのでちまちまとふるって。
出てきた石は庭に撒きましょう。
あ、土蔵の足元ちょっと固めればいいのかな。最終的に。
さて崩落現場。
猫さまが外を眺めている窓の反対側で、織部屋の壁の外側にあたる部分。
ここは木摺下地なのかぁ、と思っていましたら…
今日この溝の部分を剥がしていったら、あらびっくり。
中に壁があるよ？
白いよ？
おまけに割れてるね！？
オマエのせいかー！？
…割れたからなのか、ここに明かりを引きたかったからか、どうも漆喰壁の上に木摺の枠組みをして再度漆喰が塗ってあった模様。
真ん中も４寸材が立ってるし、織部屋側からも塗り直す予定だからトータル強度はいいのかな（割れてるのが気になる）
割れの奥にほんとの芯材らしき小舞竹っぽいものも見えるので、元の壁のこちら側はそう厚くはなさそうだけど、これはいったいどうしたことか…
とりあえず下塗り開始です。
