今朝のごはん。

カニかまのおにぎり、なすと豚バラ肉の塩炒め、蕾菜の土佐和え、ミニトマト、小松菜とえのき茸と油揚げのお味噌汁。

昨日の朝は、食欲がなくてごはんを抜いたので、用意していた食材は全て今朝に回しました。お陰で今朝の楽だったこと🎵

主菜は、🍆とファミマの炙り豚バラ肉をウスターソースで炒めました。厚切りの豚バラ肉から出た脂分を吸った🍆の美味しいこと😋

炙り豚バラ肉に味がついてるので、ウスターソースを使うと濃くなりすぎちゃうかなとも思いましたが、出来上がってみたら思ったより薄味でした。🍆2本使ったんですが、豚肉とのバランスがちょうどいい割合。

は～～口福☺️💕

もうひと品の蕾菜がちょっと少なめなのと、彩りを兼ねてミニトマトを添えました。野菜はたっぷり食べないと。

その蕾菜。今朝は湯がいて、かつお節と土佐和えにしました。少しだけ酢を使いさっぱりめに。

歯応えがコリコリしてて、小さいんですけど食べ応えは充分。塩茹でにするとかすかにほろ苦さが感じられました。

お味噌汁は小松菜と油揚げとえのき茸をたっぷり。一昨日のお味噌汁で美味しかったのだから、油揚げや小松菜なら七味唐辛子と絶対に相性がいい筈！！ビンゴでした🙌

厚揚げのおでんや煮付けにも七味唐辛子は使いますもんね。同じく大豆を加工した油揚げと合わない筈がない。ピリッとした風味が、淡白な具材を引き立ててくれました。

🍙の具は、どうしようかと迷った末に、カニかまを解して散らしいりごまとスライスチーズ、マヨネーズで味を整えて混ぜごはんにしたんですが、おかわり欲しくなりました(でもお腹はいっぱい😂)
