I gasped so loudly when Marielle Scott and Ryan Bergara made their cameos in “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” and I was the only person who reacted to them in my theater, so I can only imagine how confused everyone else must have been.

MCYT MULTIVERSAL DIAGRAM #6!!
Sorry it took so long!
Tumblr media
As always, please let me know if you know of a connection that isn't on here!
More details on everything below the cut.
Okay, so I know not everything people have brought to my attention is on here, but that's because there wasn't enough detail given. I need to know the names of BOTH servers in question, as well as why they're connected.
A content creator simply appearing on more than one server, while that would be an interesting chart of its own, is not enough to be added to the chart! There needs to be a connection other than that. Here are some examples:
Timeline – The Life Series is in the same Timeline as Rats SMP, because c!Martyn is the same guy in both.
Lore/Word of God – In lore, it is heavily implied that c!Scott and c!Jimmy in Empires SMP are connected to the Scott and Jimmy found in 3rd Life.
Cameo/Reference – In New Life SMP, Martyn and Jimmy joke around about the Life Series.
Unclear – The toy sheriffs are in Rats SMP, brought there by Tommyinnit for some reason. There's no significant lore done with them or anything, and they don't seem to be elaborated on.
I hope those examples help!
———
Now, as some may have noticed, the Life Series has been unified under one label, as has Hermitcraft.
On the Hermitcraft end, it was more for saving space than it was for anything else. There weren't many connections for any particular season over another, and I figured they were closely tied enough that they may as well be one label.
The Life Series was unified because I realized each of the seasons were tied too closely together to seperate them. The chart is a little less detailed now, but it'll live. I'll probably move where it is at on the chart, but not today. I'm tired.

Can we have a small little list of everyone’s roles/parts in the circus? (My peanut brain is getting a little lost)
cirque de la vie AU powers/roles list!
i did a poll on the gem and pearl post on whether or not i should release a full list, and guess which option won!
the results came out really close, so if you want to wait for the comics to drop, i advise you to simply ✨look away✨
this list is going to be formatted as: Name - Circus Act/Role - Power
some will be on this list without their powers, or with ambiguous descriptions of their powers until i finish their backstory comics because i really do want those ones to be a surprise, so look out for the update!
some of them i am still on the fence about as well, so the comic may not always line up with this list in the future, but i'll do my best to keep it up to date.
with all that out of the way, let's get into it!
Management
martyn - manager/organizer - enhanced hearing
ren - $the funding$ - none he's just rich (some form of smaller nobility)
The Performers
cleo - knife thrower - doesn't have magic, but alive somehow??? (hint: it has something to do with bdubs...)
etho - magician - has magic but hates using it (rumor has it that only bdubs knows what he's hiding)
bdubs - doubles as knife thrower and magician's assistant - something to do with time. no one knows exactly what, but sometimes he disappears for weeks on end. scar usually steps in as the replacement.
jimmy - aerial acrobat - wings/flight
grian - aerial acrobat - same as jimmy, but sometimes scar says his vision is uncanny
scar - ringmaster - jedi mind trick (he can convince anyone of anything depending on how strong their mind is)
lizzie - underwater escape artist - don't tell anyone, but she can definitely breathe underwater. the escapes are still pretty impressive tho
joel - stilts (11 foot joel is canon) - no power, he's just lizzie's supportive husband (more kenergy than jimmy)
gem - happy clown - deer traits, mostly enhanced agility
pearl - sad clown - doesn't like elaborating, but she disappears during full moons...
scott - tightrope walker - read the comic when it comes out lmao
impulse - juggler - power still very much in development, but he can talk to/see/control ghosts to a degree (inspired by the phasmo streams)
skizz - strongman - enhanced healing
tango - fire breather - literally breathes fire. very high internal temperature, good for winters.
The Production Team
mumbo - lighting (it's still the late 1800s-ish so the lighting is very rudimentary- that said, mumbo is a bit of a genius, so the shows still look pretty amazing) - is almost an unlimited source of electricity (he's a little eccentric, makes a big deal about how much of a human he is, which has sparked curiosity, but never enough for anyone to pry into. grian seems to know something.)
bigb- concessions (he sells cookies!) - everything he bakes tastes amazing! (he swears that's his only power, but he has a habit of leaving rooms through doors that weren't there before...)
pearl (again) - sets and props, she decorates the stage!
joel (again) - makes the boxes and tanks for lizzie to escape from
and that is all! i might have some hermits or empires folks make cameos every so often, but this is the main cast!

The life series be like hi I'm cleo this is my son bdubs his ... someone etho, etho's friends impulse tango and skizz, and this is my other son scar. over there is his soulmate grian and his brothers joel and jimmy. remember tango from earlier? He's kinda jimmy's ex, but this guy scott is ACTUALLY his ex husband and is also my best friend. Scott’s friend martyn has an ex husband mumbo and an ex Someone ren, neither of them are here rn. Scott’s platonic ex pearl is here and we also used to be besties after my bestie bigb betrayed me. Yeah the bigb she's best friends with rn.
(hi! editor's note: this was made very early on in the ltlsmp, maybe 1 or 2 eps in. i plan to make a sequel to this at the end because things have changed a lot! a few rapid fire things:
grian and scar are now cousins and dont really interact outside of that so i probably won't mention the soulmate thing, or it will be more clearly marked as past-platonic
adding etho of course as a father which means we are no longer listing him as bdubs'... someone
im not going to include the lizzie/gem cameos so that won't confuse things with joel etc
+the flower husbands lore is stronger so i'll bring it back up. as well as the old married couple vibes from scott and martyn /p
ok thank you! sorry to all the ppl who reblogged who now have this on their blog)

Hello hello!
I was wondering if Joey or ppl like Owen, Eloise, Bek, etc would be in ttsbc?
Idk if anyone asked this question before, but I was just wondering! Xb
No pressure to answer or anything! <D
Hello!
As of right now I have no plans for any of those characters, no! 😓
I'm mainly a watcher of Hermit/Traffic/Empires...I did watch Rats SMP and Witchcraft SMP, but only from Scott's POV, so I don't know any of them too terribly well. I'm watching SOS right now as well, but only from Scott, Jimmy, Pix, and Sausages' POV's at the moment. This isn't to say they might not give me the brainrot and make an appearance at some point! Or perhaps a cameo, it could totally happen! But for now, no plans!

With Alan Scott’s first solo book since 1949 now officially announced, I thought it was about time to finally put together a reading guide to all his appearances as a gay man in DC’s main continuity. Dark Crisis: The Deadly Green (2022) #1 - the one-shot sees Alan coming back to his magical roots, and features him as the key to defeating the Great Darkness with his children’s help. Notable for featuring four generations of DC’s mainstay LGBT characters (Alan, John Constantine, Todd Rice, and Jon Kent).
The New Golden Age (2022) #1 - this one-shot sets up the Justice Society of America (2022) ongoing series and the Stargirl: The Lost Children (2022) six-issue miniseries, it’s also the first story set in the 1940s to feature Alan after his coming out and it officially confirms that Doiby Dickles was aware and accepting of his sexuality.

What is your favourite Doctor Who story?
Tumblr media
ROUND 1 MASTERPOST
synopses and propaganda under the cut
Dreamland
Synopsis
During a visit to a local diner, the Tenth Doctor stumbles upon a mysterious alien artefact that leads him on a mission to rescue Rivesh Mantilax from the threat of the Viperox and the clutches of the American military.
Propaganda
Literally a doctor who area 51 episode. It's done in the WORST 3d animation possible and looks horrific. The story is completely uninspired and terrible, the characters are flat and uninteresting. It was so bad that it has practically been erased from existence. HIGHLY recommend watching it with friends because it is the absolute funniest thing i've ever seen. (@Alexmey-does-an-arts )
Real Time
Synopsis
On a planet known only as Chronos, two scientific survey teams have vanished. Inexplicably. Without warning. But with just one clue supplied - a single screamed word: "Cybermen!"
The University they worked for has called in the Earth security forces who despatch a third team, a mix of military and scientific might, under the auspices of a University Administrator. If that kind of volatile grouping isn't bad enough, three strangers have been added to the mix - a young human expert in Cybermen and a mysterious traveller in space and time, the Doctor, along with his companion, Dr Evelyn Smythe.
But can they solve the riddle of the vanished survey teams before the Cybermen harness Chronos' unique temporal gifts and rewrite the history of the galaxy?

Scream of the Shalka
Synopsis
The Doctor's TARDIS materialises in the village of Lannet in Lancashire. An annoyed Doctor, who has apparently been transported here against his will, finds the village silent. Its inhabitants are all living in fear except for a barmaid, Alison Cheney. The alien Shalka have taken up residence beneath Lannet in preparation for a wider invasion. Despite his initial reluctance, the Doctor finds himself having to save the world again, aided by Alison and an enemy who has become an ally.
Propaganda no propaganda submitted
The Infinite Quest
Synopsis
The Tenth Doctor and Martha must find the legendary lost starship, the Infinite, before the evil Baltazar, scourge of the Galaxy, gets it.
Propaganda no propaganda submitted
Ronald Rat Continuity Announcement
Synopsis
The Sixth Doctor disdainfully introduces an episode of BBC3's Roland Rat: The Series, and then proceeds to inanely cry out "Yeeeaaah!" — Roland Rat's catchphrase.
After the episode finishes, the Doctor is awoken by the prodding of a pole. He recaps the audience on what they had been watching, and then excitedly tells them to switch over to BBC1 to watch Doctor Who, which he refers to as "the series". Ron Rat jumps up, calling Doctor Who "rubbish" — an act for which the Doctor attempts to shoot Ron with a ray-gun he just happens to have on his person. Fortunately for Ron, the Doctor is a lousy shot.
Propaganda no propaganda submitted
The Man from M.I.5
Synopsis
MI5 agent Jimmy Bondson asks for International Rescue's help to locate the stolen plans for a nuclear weapon which threatens the safety of the entire world. Lady Penelope assumes the identity of a leading fashion model investigating the crime to lure out the culprits but is kidnapped and restrained aboard a boat with a bomb set to detonate. Scott and Gordon have little time to find and rescue her, as well as to steal back the plans, before the boat explodes and the criminals escape.
Propaganda
The First televised appearance of the Dalek Emperor. In an episode of thunderbirds no less. A continuation of the regular Dalek/Gerry Anderson crossovers which had been happening weekly in the TVC21 magazine for a year or so by this point. It is just a decent Thunderbirds episode with a cameo of the Dalek Emperor. (anonymous)

NCIS has locked in its plan to pay tribute to original cast member David McCallum, who died on Sept. 25 at age 90.
TVLine can exclusively report that the second episode of the new NCIS season will address McCallum’s passing and serve as a tribute to his beloved character, chief medical examiner-turned-NCIS Historian Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard.
Quite fittingly, longtime cast member Brian Dietzen — who since Season 1 has played Ducky’s protege, Dr. Jimmy Palmer — is co-writer on the episode, with executive producer Scott Williams.
NCIS Season 21 premieres Monday, Feb. 12 at 9/8c; the McCallum/Ducky tribute will air the following week, on Feb. 19.
In an exclusive statement to TVLine, NCIS co-showrunners/executive producers Steven D. Binder and David North said, “Everyone at NCIS felt it was important to do an episode that honors such a legendary actor, not to mention a dear friend.
“In the episode, the team will learn of Ducky’s passing and reflect on their memories of him as they grieve,” the EPs previewed. “And true to Ducky’s meticulous and compassionate nature, even after he’s gone, he still manages to solve one last crime with the team.”
Binder and North were mum on any cameos/returning cast (as speculated on by TVLine), though their statement does note, “There will also be a very touching and special moment you won’t want to miss.”
McCallum played Ducky for all 20 seasons that have aired thus far, most recently appearing (remotely) in the final two episodes of Season 20 last spring. (Ducky as of late was largely off-screen, on a globe-trotting book tour; his most recent video consultation was delivered from a stop in Edinburgh.)
The Scottish actor had been the show’s last remaining original cast member following the exit of series lead Mark Harmon early in Season 19. (Sean Murray, as Special Agent Timothy McGee, and Dietzen both started off as recurring.)
“For over 20 years, David McCallum endeared himself to audiences around the world playing the wise, quirky, and sometimes enigmatic, Dr. Donald ‘Ducky’ Mallard,” Binder and North said in a statement at the time of McCallum’s death. “But as much as his fans may have loved him, those who worked side by side with David loved him that much more …. From Day 1, it was an honor to work with him and he never let us down. He was, quite simply, a legend.”

Agent Woo gets a cameo, apparently.
Just him.
None of the other characters.
Just Jimmy.
(there are six characters from previous ant-man movies in this thing and they decided that one of them should be Jimmy Woo and not SCOTT'S LITERAL BEST FRIEND)
I like jimmy woo but if anyone was going to make the cut it should have been scott's sweet cheese & good time boy luis

Here are our General Guidelines for zine submissions, including general information on requirements and expected conduct, general guides for what content will be permitted in the zine, and an overview of the setting and how you can use it!
Plain text version under the cut!
General Guidelines
Participants can submit up to three works, whether that be visual art or writing. There are no limits on collaborations, however, which we will elaborate on in our Collaboration Guidelines.
The deadline for at least one of your works is December 1st. Extensions can be provided if needed, however, and second and third works can be submitted up to January 1st, which is the final possible day to submit anything to the zine.
An email will be required so that the zine may send out acceptance and rejection emails once applications have been reviewed.
All Zine correspondence will be taking place through Discord, meaning a discord account will be required in order to participate. This also means that participants must be at least 13 years old.
Participants will be expected to behave respectfully and professionally with the other members of the zine. Misconduct or harassment will be grounds for removal.
Every two weeks the mods will run a check-in in a private thread of the discord where you will either be asked to send your potential ideas, final ideas, or a draft/wip. You won't be required to have made progress every single check-in, but we will still ask to see the draft for each so we can track how things are going.
If your work violates our content guidelines, you will be asked to alter it. However, there is ample time for brainstorming and the mods will always be available to workshop ideas with you, so we hope that everyone will be able to find something they are passionate about creating within the boundaries of the zine!
Content Guidelines
The tone of this Zine aims to be similar to that of the SMP itself, so angst or dark themes should be limited to the sort of stuff that made it into players pov! Sad or melancholy stuff is totally fine, but gore, death, and nsfw content won’t be accepted!
Swearing is permitted and if a joke would have made it into the smp, it’s probably fair game for the zine. While certain POVs of Rats were strictly family friendly, the zine content doesn’t have to adhere to those standards exactly.
Shipping and romance are allowed in accordance with canon and creators' boundaries. This means, for example, that BekEl, SniffIver, Oliver/Glowsquid, or Oli/Butler content would be permitted because all those ships were canon to the smp and ships involving Martyn, Scott, Will, Oli, or Jimmy would be totally fine as those creators have been very welcoming towards shipping content despite not entering canonical relationships. However, romantic content involving creators who have a stated boundary against shipping would not be permitted and we will be erring on the side of caution for creators who don’t have an obvious stance.
Content of the human characters and the cameos are allowed and in fact encouraged! However, characters should be canon to Rats and players from SMPs mentioned in Rats who do not physically appear shouldn’t be the focus. For example, a piece focusing on Sneeg could mention or depict the other members of the Origins SMP, but the piece should take place in the Rats universe and those characters shouldn’t physically appear, as they were never in the mansion. Characters like Owen’s mother or Apo’s grandmother or Acho’s prior owner can similarly be referenced and included in a flashback sort of way, but because they were never in the mansion, they shouldn’t be a main focus. OCs shouldn’t be included in any pieces, though there may be a place beyond your main submission to include them. The general rule of thumb is that this zine aims to focus on the attic rats’ time at the mansion, so if a character was never there or their time never overlapped with the main rats, they should only be relevant in the minds of the characters that were actually present.
Setting Guide
All content of this zine should take place within the mansion, however that content doesn’t necessarily need to be perfectly canon compliant. You are allowed (and are in fact encouraged!) to make up events or storylines that never happened within the SMP to base your content on. Anything that happened at the mansion is fair game to use in your fanworks— ghosts, magic, portals (within reason!), and potions are all free to go wild with! While the zine will be organized into chapters that divide things chronologically based on certain canon landmarks, you should more so be considering it as something like Phineas and Ferb, where everything technically occurs within a set period of time, but anything could theoretically occur in that time period and the specifics of it don’t really matter. We encourage you to be creative with what you do! Write that ballroom event that never happened! Tell a story about Jimmy learning safety magic from the older sister! Draw Martyn starting a minor fire trying to work the oven! So long as it takes place after the rats arrive and before they leave, anything goes.

Everything You Want
If you ever needed proof that I really love Shipwrecked, here it is: I tore myself away from Hatchetfield on NPMD RELEASE DAY (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) to put down some thoughts on Greater Gatsby, episode 7. As always, spoilers below the cut.
(Before we jump into that, though, MASSIVE shout out to Curt Mega for this podcast, Nerdy Prudes, and Pulp Musicals. He's worked on almost everything that's keeping me going right now. Man of the Season. Thank you for your service, sir.)
Okay, I got to say it. Ford suggesting that Peter Lorre, an ethnically Jewish guy who had to flee Nazi Germany, isn't used to hate mail was... a choice on his part. But the running gag of celebrities taking threats as complements is genuinely one of the best gags in the series so far.
So the writer of the letters is going after adaptions. The further we get into this, the more I start to wonder if these letters are really just an old-timey viral advertising campaign. If you build up this whole, buzzy, real-world-intrigue story about beloved actors being threatened for appearing in adaptions, you know what will happen when such adaptions come out? Ticket sails will soar. People will want to be part of the narrative, to see the movie Jimmy Stewart or Wilhelmina Vanderjetski put their life on the line to make. And someone in the business threatening other people's lives just to increase profits is thematically just the sort of thing that would exist alongside Ford Phillips and his hatred of the cynical, exploitative Hollywood system.
But the problem there is, what would that have to do with F. Scott's murder? There's got to be a reason both these cases are part of the same story. Perhaps Fitzgerald somehow found out in his deep-dive into Hollywood secrets, and the letter writer killed him to keep him quiet. It's not a worthy motive, but most aren't, and the greed at the top of the ladder knows no bounds. Or maybe the letters are being sent out by someone connected to the movie but unrelated to the murderer in order to specifically market a rewritten Greater Gatsby and further capitalize on Fitzy's death--make it seem like he died for the art. But then again, the public doesn't know he was even murdered in the first place...
Or maybe I'm flat-out wrong about the whole marketing angle. Really, the most obvious answer is that Greater Gatsby was basically an adaption, and the writer of the letters genuinely hates such movies. They threatened Fitzy, then simply followed through. But that falls apart if you look a little deeper. Beyond "hatred of adaptions" being the silliest reason to kill someone, such events would imply a pattern of the writer murdering a victim before moving onto the next and that hasn't held up. So maybe F. Scott was being threatened to stop work on his film by someone who had a secret to protect. The situation spun out of control, our threatener killed Fitzgerald, and is now writing all of those threats as a distraction. That way, if the threats he/she ever sent to Fitzgerald were found, investigators wouldn't see through to the real motive behind them.
Meanwhile, all of the celebrity cameos were very fun and silly, but didn't tell us much other than give the slightest glimpse into why Ford hates Jimmy Stewart so much (still perfect character lore). We got another mention of Eugene from the Punchwhistle twins, definitely making him feel less like flavor and more like set-up. And do we think Rex's perfect recall is going to come back, or was just a device for this one scene? In Ford's personal orbit, it sounds like Bixby's quest to fix his financial issues has gotten him into real trouble. There's clearly something clandestine about the group he's renting the backroom out to, and their potential relevance to Mo, one of the few people to see Fitzy's body, is another point in favor of that group connecting back to our murdered author. I still think they're working on remaking Greater Gatsby in secret.
Speaking of secrets, we don't know where Barnaby was the night of Fitzgerald's murder, or why he's lying about it. He could be the murderer, he could have also been having an affair as well... I gotta tell you guys, Barnaby might be one of my favorites but I wouldn't trust him with a moldy piece of bread. The way he stabbed Ford in the back and then instantly came to him for help because someone else was untrustworthy? What a guy. (He's right about the cops, though. Don't trust the fuzz.)
Regardless, it looks like Fig and Ford are setting their sights on Darby. I doubt she's the one behind the letters but I'm hoping we'll start to get answers about her "book club" and whatever the hell Bixby's gotten himself into...
