i gotta get back on track fr this time. i just put on my jeans that i bought last winter, and they barely fit me anymore.
im gonna wear these jeans everyday till they can properly fit me again to motivate me.
i guess not eating is back on the menu ☁️

max 900 kcal/day (it feels a little too much, but ive done low res for a long time and my body started to give up on me fr, i might lower it at some point tho)
10/14 intermittent fasting (from 10 am to 8 pm)
take meds & vitamins!!
drink 1.5 l water
focus on protein + fiber intake
24h fast before/after parties, big family eatings, etc
no real milk, cheese, alcohol, og versions when theres diet one
min 6k steps/day (i dont always have time for more...)

okay, so i did break my fast early, because i fainted twice in the morning and scared my roommate to death, so she made me eat a little. i genuinely don't understand, i have done fasts way longer than this one and managed them without fainting... anyways, i'll eat some today and tomorrow, and then continue from thursday as planned. wish me luck.

two-week plan to get to my gw (13-26 feb)
day 1-2: fast
day 3: only softer foods (max. 400 kcal)
meal plan:
breakfast - porridge (150 kcal)
lunch - sf 0% yogurt (69 kcal)
dinner - minestrone soup (160 kcal)
day 4-5: fast
day 6: friend is coming over, so max. 600 kcal
day 7-14: 2468 diet

ughh, hear me out.
i had a had a lunch earlier today (around 400 kcal), and had shirataki noodles for dinner (with tomato sauce, 95 kcal), so i could've stayed under 500 calories! but we had some pudding at home, and ofc my fat ass had to binge on it...
anyways, i ate ALL of it, and decided to check the calories to see how much i overate. turns out it was less than 300 calories, which is... well, it could be worse ig. but i still feel so sick and gross. and i am so close to my gw and why did i have to fuck up??
