Whenever people say Arcane ships are rushed it makes me wanna scREAM please y’all. That’s why Sky/Viktor is so good, because they’ve been friends since childhood. And then to say it’s just a one sided crush? No no no.

One of the writers (Amanda) said on twitter that it’s pretty likely that Viktor’s the one who suggested Sky for her assistant job to get her out of the undercity (with the rift between Piltover and Zaun being how it is). And then we have Sky, who loves him. The fact she was talking herself through what she was going to say when she visited him in the lab that final night?? Her journal?? Literally makes me sob.

The truth is, they both loved each other, it’s just one of the things that’ll probably (unfortunately) have Viktor spiral a bit as he’s inching towards his cyborg arc: he’s lost Sky, and in one way or another, it’s technically his fault.

Sky's ashes

I read some comments about Viktor throwing Sky's ashes into the drain as a very careless action like he didn't care at all about her.

Well, I don't think it was careless at all. That's Viktor's favorite place, I'm pretty sure he likes it because he can see a part of Zaun (his home) while he's up there. The same contaminated drain flow (full of Piltover waste) leads to the place where Viktor and Sky met (as you can see in the pictures below) and the place they were raised.

Just wanted to point out he didn't choose a random place at all.
