Hey all of you! It's me.
I just noticed my last post was made in October.
As some of you may remember, I had surgery in September. My medical procedure went really well and physical recovery went as expected.
But... The hospital stay and the weeks after that had me at such a high and constant stress level I crashed to the bottom again.
Even now, months later and after having picked up more intense therapy again (combined with sick leave from work) I'm still not in a good place.
And I'm so tired.
But I've just scrolled through my notifications until the end of 2023 and I'm so grateful for all of you. Because by reblogging my words (especially my text posts) you remind me of the rather good place I've been in for about 6 years. For the struggles I've overcome in the past and of how this wonderful community has always been such a great influence to me.
Thank you for being my rock! Thank you for being here, for staying by my side. For unwittingly supporting me by echoing my own words to me.
Some days I'm really scared my mental health how it is today might ruin my marriage. Terrified even. Sometimes it paralyzes me this thought of losing my husband and this wonderful life we've already had together.
But there's only one way to get better and that's through it. So I keep fighting. And breathing. And that's all I can do.
I actually think returning to this blog more frequently will help me.
Thank you for sticking with me for 10 years now. I am so proud of all of us! Keep fighting, as will I!
